The Strategy: Silence us if we get too loud
Sounds crazy! No, they would NEVER cut us off should our tweets get too loud! "Tyranny is Coming, Tyranny is Coming!" Yep, they hear that, and we're just going to be toast. This is what the Cyber Security Act of 2009 COULD be about. We'll see!
