FEMA Employee Like All Bureaucrats Thinks He's Above The Law

Cedar Rapids, Iowa - A FEMA inspector nearly drove over a pedestrian, and ended up with witnesses surrounding his car to prevent the inspector from escaping before authorities arrived. He said; "He didn't have to slow down, he was with FEMA." At one point he got into his car and tried to nudge through the crowd, nearly running down the pedestrian a second time. Before you start reading this, I just want to add that this happened in my home town! And, check out what the witnesses did in this situation, as opposed to the people that did nothing when the old man was hit by a car out in Hartford, Connecticut, that didn't want to get involved (see the story here). read more | digg story

Goldilocks and the Republican Party

The Republican Party is steadily losing its base. Republican leadership is obviously concerned, and is attempting to solve the problem by leaning as far to the left as possible without turning blue. Presumably, this is because they figure, if the voters don’t want Republicans, they must want Democrats. So, if the country is leaning to the left, the party “leaders” figure they’d better lean with it. (How’s that for leadership?) However, I have a different theory. I believe the real reason the Republican Party is losing its base is because it’s lost its direction. It’s no longer the party of conservatives. It’s the party of confusion. The Republican Party is having an identity crisis. read more | digg story

WE GET IT: Caring for Environment and the Poor BIBLICALLY

I definitely get it! This is what I've been waiting for! This is what I've been trying to explain to people! It isn't at all that I don't believe in good conservation of our environment. I care very much in stewardship of what God has given us, and leaves in our hands. A great friend just notified me of this page that had been submitted on Digg.com by lodibug3. who wrote:
Our stewardship of creation must be based on Biblical principles and factual evidence. We face important environmental challenges, but must be cautious of claims that our planet is in peril from speculative dangers like man-made global warming.

Tithing in the Church of the Green God

A France-based organization called the International Energy Agency — which is, of course, accountable to no one, so a favorite bully of global do-gooders — today provided a price tag for saving the world from the phony climate crisis. Brace yourself (you, too, polar bears): $45 trillion.
TOKYO — The world needs to invest $45 trillion in energy in coming decades, build some 1,400 nuclear power plants and vastly expand wind power in order to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, according to an energy study released Friday. The report by the Paris-based International Energy Agency envisions a "energy revolution" that would greatly reduce the world's dependence on fossil fuels while maintaining steady economic growth.

The Source of Ahmadinejad's Fanaticism - BE VERY FRIGHTENED!

Thanks to a good friend from digg.com, soulwarriorone, I was alerted to this story about Mahmoud Ahmadinejad today. Be very afraid? That's an understatement, in my opinion. But that is only if you do not have Jesus Christ in your heart.... yet.

By OLIVIER GUITTA (Middle East Times)

Ahmadinejad is convinced that he has been chosen by God to hasten the Mahdi's return. The way to achieve this goal for the Iranian president is the occurrence of a nuclear Holocaust. And this is why it is so vital for Ahmadinejad that Iran acquires a nuclear weapon. Unfortunately many people in the West miss that point, while this proves beyond any doubt how serious and determined Ahmadinejad is about getting the Bomb. Continue reading this story
