FEMA Employee Like All Bureaucrats Thinks He's Above The Law
Cedar Rapids, Iowa - A FEMA inspector nearly drove over a pedestrian, and ended up with witnesses surrounding his car to prevent the inspector from escaping before authorities arrived. He said; "He didn't have to slow down, he was with FEMA." At one point he got into his car and tried to nudge through the crowd, nearly running down the pedestrian a second time.
Before you start reading this, I just want to add that this happened in my home town! And, check out what the witnesses did in this situation, as opposed to the people that did nothing when the old man was hit by a car out in Hartford, Connecticut, that didn't want to get involved (see the story here).

Let's not forget. In other towns, the FEMA inspector would have been dragged from his car to be bludgeoned to death by an angry mob. -rjwusa
