Guess what prompted Obama to release birth certificate!

But the timing raised questions from the Post.

"Why, for example, did Obama officials wait so long to tamp down rumors that have dogged the president since the 2008 presidential campaign? Why did they release the forms on the very day that Trump is making his first visit to New Hampshire, and during a week when Obama is slated to make other major announcements about his national security team?" the newspaper wrote.

While the White House denied any connection, the sequence reveals that following weeks of discussions by Trump, on April 20 "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President" skyrocketed to the No. 1 spot among all books on, the next day Corley was authorized to find the document and on April 22 Obama signed a letter to state officials making the formal request for help.

Dan Pfeiffer, White House communications director, said the administration considered the issue closed.

First, it was The Donald (Donald Trump) that started getting media attention by requesting the President to show his long-form birth certificate. That went on for just about a month, and the President did nothing. The Donald has now been claiming that he is responsible for getting the President to do something, like showing the birth certificate. REALLY?  NO! I don't think so!

I think this story at is much more accurate than Donald Trump's pumped up ego trying to take the credit. Since Donald was on "The View," it had been around a month. But, when the Drudge Report mentioned the book, "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President," and it went to #1 of ALL books at Amazon, in less than a week later, Barack Obama is releasing that long-lost long-form birth certificate from the State of Hawaii (you know, the one that even Hawaii's Gov. Neal Abercrombie couldn't locate). I'm just sayin'...

WASHINGTON – Barack Obama finally has released his long-form birth certificate from Hawaii, and a Washington Post report today explains how the decision came about because of the president's distress that questions about his eligibility were dominating news cycles and his important messages were getting no traction.

So it happened on April 21, White House Counsel Robert Bauer told Anne Kornblut at the Post, that he asked Obama's outside counsel, Judy Corley of Perkins Coie, to contact the Hawaii Department of Health to find out what would be needed to get the copies of the birth certificate.

That, of course, was less than a full day after the definitive book on presidential eligibility, "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President," was featured on the Drudge Report and rocketed to No. 1 on Amazon – weeks before it even is due to the published.

The in-depth investigation of Obama is by two-time No. 1 New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi, and the Drudge Report declared, "The street date is a LONG month away, and author Jerome Corsi, the man who torpedoed John Kerry's presidential dreams with SWIFT BOAT, has gone underground and is holding his new findings this close."

Drudge wondered then whether the president's attorneys will "attempt to interfere with the book's distribution?" and whether the book will "finally – once and for all – put an end to the growing controversy?"

The Post reported the president's concerns had been raised when he was interviewed by ABC's George Stephanopoulos – and he expected a discussion of financial issues.

Instead, he was peppered with questions about his eligibility controversy – an issue that possible 2012 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump had elevated from being a topic of strong interest across America to the mainstream issue of the 2012 race.

Trump had consulted repeatedly with researchers assembled by WND to investigate the Obama eligibility issue in his campaign.

The Post reported that suddenly there was a "growing sense within the White House that the mainstream media was perpetuating a dangerous myth."

Obama, described by the Post as "incredulous," was warned that the questions might even rise to confront him. So it was on April 19, the newspaper said, Obama asked about getting a copy of his form.

"'It wasn't one specific thing' that tipped the scales, a senior administration official said. But Trump was a major factor, by the White House's own admission, as the real estate mogul's near-constant interviews extended a discussion that the president found 'frivolous,'" the newspaper said.

Suddenly, Obama was the driving force behind getting the documentation.

The incubator for narcissism ~ By Phil Elmore

If you read this and scoff, if you see projection or hypocrisy in these words, I urge you to look left and look right. Examine those around you. If it is the rest of the world that is wrong, if you stand above and beyond the mere mortals whose presence you are forced to tolerate, if you smugly judge every human being whose Facebook, Twitter or discussion site account you view ... perhaps it isn't those around you afflicted with pervasive NPD.

Maybe ... just maybe ... the narcissist is you.

I hope I am not the narcissist. I hope nobody thinks that I am the narcissist! But, ya know? Phil Elmore is right! The internet, the web of webs, it can be the perfect tool... for narcissists!

I have found that Phil's columns - Technocracy - are of great assistance in understanding how the Information Age is shaping society. In Phil's last few columns (see list below), he gave us something that we really need to see in ourselves.  Phil held up the mirror. All we have to do is look into that reflection to see what we have become.

It hit me today. About a quarter-century ago, I read a book written by John Naisbitt. The book I am talking about is: "Megatrends: Ten New Directions Transforming Our Lives." It's the story of the collectivist mindset being able to shape society in their narcissistic viewpoint... Oh, boy! What a revelation! It just hit me! Narcissists become liberals or progressives! They know better than the rest of us, they indoctrinated our kids in the public schools and media, and now they have the internet as a media tool to establish their agenda as doctrine.

What Phil has done with this series that has covered his last few articles (see the list below), is to verify how in tune John Naisbitt was with what the effects of technology would amount to be. Naisbitt had it pretty much right when he wrote that there are "major transformations taking place right now in our society." I very much doubt that Naisbitt knew what the internet would look like 25 years later. I think he just understood that being able to transmit information would give those with some kind of an agenda a way to distribute their ideas.

And now, Phil Elmore poses the potential difficulties with this ability that nobody probably imagined 25 years ago, when we were using 300 baud modems in our computers. With the tools that we now have at our fingertips - literally - society now has a way to transmit all of the social ills, the personality defects, that we can come up with! What I am struck by is Phil Elmore's influence in finding a way to deal with all the possible personality disturbances that are present on the web. He has helped us by making us aware of what we could become, whether it is being a victim of a cyber-bully or "troll," becoming a nation of mental weaklings, being intimidated by technology and social networking, or actually becoming a narcissist. I'm just sayin'...

In the last few Technocracy columns, I have dealt with topics that have in common the theme of your mental and emotional fortitude. How do you approach your use of the network of networks we now take for granted as integral to our communications, data transfer and entertainment infrastructures? What does your use of the Internet tell us about you? How does your reaction to the experience of interacting with others online inform your personal choices, emphasize your personal strengths and betray your personal shortcomings?

Our contemporary society and its medical and psychological establishments have concluded that there is an ailment, a condition, a disorder – and a spectrum on which that disorder is found – for every single negative human behavior and character trait. Whether it is increasingly common or simply increasingly revealed online, there is a "personality disorder" whose descriptors seem stunningly appropriate for much behavior that takes place on the Web. That is Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or NPD. The site Narcissism101 explains the disorder thusly:

Someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) has at least 5 of these symptoms:
  • has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
  • is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
  • believes that he or she is "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
  • requires excessive admiration
  • has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
  • is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
  • lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
  • is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her
  • shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes
Doesn't paint a pretty picture, does it? Yet I guarantee it perfectly describes many people with whom you've interacted online ... especially if your interaction with them takes place exclusively on the Internet. The platform of the Internet and sites that share personal activity on the Web is tailor-made to facilitate NPD.

The Net gives each self-involved individual the opportunity to define, redefine, reinvent, or otherwise package himself to whatever degree he desires. He can claim to be whatever and whomever he aspires to be; he can manipulate the presentation of what he shares to bolster those claims; he can engage in a variety of behaviors (such as trolling or accusing others of trolling) to defend his fantasies and delusions, or to draw attention and criticism from himself.

This is the grand stage of the Internet, the public forum that is all Internet activity. There is very little Internet activity that is genuinely unedited and unscreened. The result is an epidemic of NPD inflicted on every member of every social media site, bulletin board, discussion forum and mailing list.

A few thoughts from a 'birther' ~ By Craige McMillan

Finally, the long-form birth certificate does nothing to quell the natural-born-citizen issue, which our Founding Fathers found important enough to write into the Constitution. If the reports of the senior Obama's British citizenship are true, Obama would not be natural-born – and would be unable to legally hold the office of president. That will be a more esoteric, but none the less important, argument. Most of the population, however, does not likely care.  [emphasis my own]

I am really ticked this morning! Grrrr! No, I'm not upset with Craige McMillan. In fact, I loved Craige's column! He had a great way of writing a few of the things I was thinking, particularly in the paragraph in the excerpt above.

I had just read and posted another column here on this blog this morning that says it all. In "Obama challengers: Doc proves president ineligible," it was thoroughly explained why the President's long-form birth certificate (called a Certificate of Live Birth in Hawaii) may end up providing the proof that Barack Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States. It may all come down to what "natural-born citizen" means.

Then what has me so agitated? Is it the fact that all day yesterday, and especially this morning, I kept hearing news readers on radio and TV exclaiming what a relief it was that Obama's citizenship is now proven? Here is a summary of the kind of things that I heard: He was born in Hawaii. No question now. The story is over. There's nothing to see here. We need to move on now so that we don't distract the President (from his golf games) with this silliness... yaddi yaddi yadda... But everyone of those so-called "journalists" neglected to mention that many constitutional scholars believe that a "natural-born citizen," as the Founders intended it to mean, required that BOTH parents were U.S. citizens. Oops!

Craige obviously hits the nail on the head when he writes, "Most of the population, however, does not likely care." This is what happens when the citizens are being indoctrinated to ignore the intricacies of the Constitution of the United States.

I have one last portion of my rant that I hate to even mention, but I must. On Glenn Beck's radio program this morning, Glenn, Pat and Stu were ridiculing all of the various conspiracy theories regarding the Obama birth certificate. But never did they mention that in the minds of some, there is still that question of Obama's Constitutional eligibility; not because of the birth certificate itself, but because of that pesky "natural-born citizen" clause in Article II, Section 1. The intent of the Founders which Glenn and his staff have always paid great attention to in the past was completely avoided in this case. I just can not explain that kind of indifference - or negligence - on the part of somebody like Glenn Beck who normally pays so much attention to details. It has unleashed my deepest concerns of a vast conspiracy. I don't have any other way to explain it.  I'm just sayin'...

A few thoughts from a 'birther'

The release yesterday of Mr. Obama's long-form birth certificate is a welcome development for America. I think, however, that a few cautions are in order before we put the "birther" issue to bed.

First, I believe this shows that Donald Trump was correct in his strategic assessment that Obama had planned to use the birth certificate issue as a distraction during the 2012 election campaign. Trump's efforts have denied him that ability.

Second, Trump has shown that even an issue that socialist big-media have delivered last rites over can be dug up and resurrected from the old ink-drum burial ground and brought to the forefront of public opinion by a prominent individual. This is a real slap in the face to the GOP establishment in our nation's capital. It shows that the tea party must continue to bring challengers forward during the primaries to remove the fossilized deadwood in the GOP.

Third, I think that, given the level of deceit shown by Mr. Obama to date, the physical birth certificate needs to be inspected by a panel of forensic document experts who visit it in its Hawaiian archive home. I would suggest that this be done on a live television broadcast, without edits. I say this only because Mr. Obama has had two years to use some of the best document forgers in the world (if our intelligence agencies still hold that distinction) to produce a long-form birth certificate. Yet he will still have found it difficult to alter the physical record that exists in Hawaii's archives.

Obama challengers: Doc proves president ineligible

They quote Vattel's 1758 "The Law of Nations," a document used widely by the American Founders, where it states in Vol. 1, Ch. 19, Section 212: "natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens."

His organization,, also explains that under the British Nationality Act of 1948, when Obama was born in 1961 he was a British subject.

The goal, according to Apuzzo, was to avoid a president with divided loyalties – to America and to another nation to which his father or mother owed loyalty.

"This unity of jus soli (soil) and jus sanguinis (descent) at the time of birth assure that one is born with sole natural allegiance (obligation of fidelity and obedience to government in consideration for protection that government gives)," the organization explains.
"Our Constitution requires unity of U.S. citizenship and sole natural allegiance from birth only for the president and commander in chief of the military, given the unique nature of the position, a position that empowers one person to make decisions for our national survival. It is required of the president because such a status gives the American people the best chance that a would-be president will not have any foreign influences which because of conflict of conscience can most certainly taint his/her critical decisions made when leading the nation.

"The Founding Fathers emphasized that, for the sake of the survival of the constitutional Republic, the office of president and commander in chief of the military be free of foreign influence and intrigue. It is the 'natural-born Citizen' clause that gives the American people the best chance to keep it that way."

When President Obama finally presented his long-form birth certificate yesterday (April 27, 2011), that ended the "birther" controversy, right? Well, not so fast! Unless you have been following the story on WorldNetDaily (, you may not be aware of what the actual controversy is about. The mainstream media has always referred to the "birthers" as people who didn't believe that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii or anywhere else in the United States.

However, the majority of the press has had it just a slight bit wrong all this time (almost 3 years). At least among those of us that had followed the story, mostly on, the question was not where he was born as much as it was whether or not Barack Obama is qualified to be president. In the Constitution, in Article II, Section 1, it specifies that to be eligible to be President, a person must be at least 35 years old and a natural-born citizen.

So, while nearly 100% of Americans will now finally agree that Obama was definitely born in Hawaii, the real controversy is far from being over. I am not talking about those "birthers" that will say that the birth certificate is a fake. Those people are out on the loony fringe, and pretty much the equivalent of the "9/11 truthers." The true controversy regarding the constitutional eligibility issue is the part of the story that the liberal mainstream media has refused to cover since the very beginning. This column does an outstanding job in explaining just why the "natural-born citizen" clause of Article II, Section 1, would make Barack Hussein Obama not eligible to be President of the United States.

This is far from being case closed, as The Donald (Trump) was patting himself on the back for all day yesterday. The President thought he was putting the "silliness" to rest, because he has "big problems to solve." And Glenn Beck will have continued frustration when he finds out that the distraction will continue. I'm just sayin'...

Obama challengers: Doc proves president ineligible
'They are going to have to face the music on this at some point'

By Bob Unruh

April 27, 2011 ~ 8:07 pm Eastern

© 2011 WorldNetDaily

The "Certificate of Live Birth" document released by the White House today, if authentic, assures Americans that their president was born in Hawaii as he has said, according to two participants in a lawsuit who challenged the president's tenure in the Oval Office.

But they say it also proves he's ineligible under the Constitution's requirements to be president.

According to Mario Apuzzo, the attorney who argued the Kerchner vs. Obama case, and the lead plaintiff, retired Navy Cmdr. Charles Kerchner, the documentation reveals that Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan national subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, was the father when Barack Obama Jr. was born.

That, they say, would disqualify Obama because of the Founders' requirement in the Constitution that a president be a "natural-born Citizen," commonly understood during the era of the beginnings of the United States to mean a citizen offspring of two citizen parents.

The Kerchner vs. Obama case, as have some others, challenged Obama on two grounds: that he had not proven his U.S. birth and that even if that was documented, he stilled needed to meet the requirements of being a "natural-born Citizen."

That's in Article 2, Section,1, which states, "No Person except a natural-born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

"They are going to have to face the music on this at some point," said Kerchner, whose allegations never were decided on their merits after the courts created a roadblock by determining Americans don't have "standing" to demand the Constitution's requirements be followed.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo agreed.

"Assuming that it's valid, that he's born in Hawaii," he said, "It confirms who his father was. His father was not a citizen."

Blame at the pump ~ By Herman Cain

This administration's propensity for moratoriums and prohibitions on oil and natural gas exploration right here at home is dramatically affecting the expectations about global supply and demand. It's that simple.

Announcing a study group to determine if oil speculators are manipulating the market to drive up gasoline prices is ill-informed. It is a diversion from the real problem, which is the lack of a real energy independence plan.

Herman Cain explains how simple it really is: "The problem is supply and demand, and expectations about the changes in those dynamics. That's what drives gasoline prices at the pump."

It turns out that the blame should not go to oil speculators or big oil companies, but to the government! Though it's really a "no-brainer," Herman explains the situation accurately, and hopefully, there will be many who will be enlightened - with common sense solutions. I'm just sayin' ...

President Obama recently said that the economic situation was worse than the administration expected when he took office. That's code for "blame Bush" again for Obama's failed economic policies, which have not stimulated the economy. He has chastised the business sector for sitting on more than $2 trillion in accumulated cash instead of hiring people they do not need. That's blaming the business sector for not making stupid decisions to prop up his failed policies. And now that people are feeling the pain at the pump, he blames oil speculators for high gas prices, which are now double what they were two years ago. Remember, that's about the time President Obama took office. And, he says there is nothing that can be done in the short term to ease the pain at the pump. With all due respect, Mr. President, there is something you could do to ease the pain at the pump. Namely, declare and implement a "drill here drill now" strategy. And remove the ridiculous restrictions on shale oil deposits available out West. The very speculators you are blaming for the run-up in gas prices would quickly retreat if they thought you were serious about an energy independence plan to maximize all of our existing natural resources. The problem is supply and demand, and expectations about the changes in those dynamics. That's what drives gasoline prices at the pump.

I know Andrew Breitbart! ~ By Victoria Jackson

I moved to Miami and took my mom to a Marco Rubio rally right before his Senate election. It was mostly in Spanish. I hadn't been asked to sing my "Commie" uke song (that I'd sung at rallies across the nation), and this was my hometown! Discouraged with political activism and ready to quit, I showed my mom Psalm 26, which the day before had encouraged me to stay the course. Right before I started to read it aloud, my cell rang and it was Breitbart. He knows my number?! My mom looked at me impatiently. I mouthed, "He's big."

Andrew began, "You're vindicated!" I said, "What?!" I thought fast. Did I do something wrong? Break a law? Kill someone? Andrew continued, "You're vindicated, Victoria! There's a new book out called 'Radical in Chief' by Stanley Kurtz. It's not a talk-show book. It's a real book. It details all of Obama's radical communistic past! You're vindicated!" As he continued talking excitedly about his new Pigford Scandal unraveling, I thought about what a kind person this was, to remember our conversation a year ago. When we hung up, I tried to explain to my mom who this famous person was. Then I picked up the Bible to read her the verse I had started 20 minutes before, Psalm 26:1, "Vindicate me, Oh Lord. …" My mouth dropped open! Vindicate?!

I was finally able to read Victoria's column from last Friday morning. I'm a little behind on my reading. There is no shortage of brilliant columns to immerse ourselves in. Great media is coming at us 24/7/365 (366 next year!). And now with twitter and facebook and text messages telling us what our friends are reading or watching, there really is an infinite number of ways to entertain - excuse me, I mean educate - ourselves. Things just keep getting more hectic! But I am glad that I finally got to read Victoria's column. I learned a few things.

You will understand the gravity of the second paragraph of the excerpt above once you read down further. But first, make sure that you play the video below where Andrew Breitbart explains the citizen journalist movement to Sean Hannity:

It is all about CITIZEN JOURNALISM! I emphasize that point, because that is what this column is really about... for me. Sure, the actual theme of the column is that liberals can turn Conservative. Victoria and Andrew had once believed that they were liberals. They had at one time bought into the liberal lies... I mean ideologies. They became Conservatives. Don't forget, Ronald Reagan did the same thing.

Back to "citizen journalism." I was just about ready to write, "Discouraged with political activism and ready to quit..." - but Victoria beat me to it. No, she didn't quit. Not only is she persisting, in what seems like a never-ending battle, she inspired me - just today - to keep on keeping on. I was ready to quit. You see, after a few years of writing on the internet, Andrew Breitbart had not called me.

That's okay. Because of what Victoria happened to write, that I finally got to read and study - going to my Bible to read Psalm 26 - I'll just be satisfied in knowing that eventually God will give me vindication for even trying to be a "citizen journalist." Even if I only reach a few people... with a special message... "Don't Give Up!" I'm just sayin'...

When I first met Andrew in L.A., he told me that history would look back on me and smile, that I would be one of the influences that changed the landscape of Hollywood from 100 percent liberal to at least 50-50 … something to that effect. I puffed up with pride and pictured myself winning my third Oscar, shrugging my shoulders, thanking God and hearing whispers from the front row, "She's the reason I switched to conservative!" "Me, too!" "I just love President Palin!" "I just got born again!" At the Vanity Fair party, Sean Penn sidles up to me and purrs into my ear, "Conservative women are so much sexier," and then Susan Sarandon says, "I always knew you were smart!"

Well, I'm pretty much banned from Hollywood right now, so I don't know exactly when that dream will come true, but …

Andrew was a liberal and he switched. That's why his story is interesting to me.

It was funny that I ran into Andrew this week at the First Coast Tea Party in Jacksonville, Fla., because it was his book release day, and I was there the day Andrew thought of the title to his book! It was July 2, 2010. I looked very fat that day. It was Troopathon. I was doing handstands, tap dancing and making a fool of myself in an attempt to raise money for the soldiers, our heroes. Andrew was on his Blackberry as usual, clicking, reading, thinking and texting … saving the world.

On the way to my second tea-party speech, in '09, I asked Breitbart if it was philosophically correct if I called the president a communist. "People admit he's a Marxist, and Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto, so what's the difference?" After a long pause, Andrew said, "Victoria, say whatever you want to say." I took that as permission, so I started publicly discussing the state of our union in this simplest way I could, explaining our sudden government takeover and dying middle class. We smelled a new scent in the air – fear – a realization that our freedoms were disappearing and none of us knew how to explain it, let alone stop it.

U.N.'s Agenda 21 is in your community ~ By Henry Lamb

These plans should be rejected, not simply because they arise from the United Nations, but because they infringe personal freedom and private property rights. The implementation of these comprehensive land-use plans effectively transfers to government the right to dictate to individuals what kind of materials must be used in constructing their privately owned homes. The Auto-DR provision defined above actually gives government the right to dictate the temperature in your home, and the ability to enforce it.

This is madness! This is sustainable development! This is Agenda 21!

Local tea parties, 9/12 groups and property-rights organizations must learn about Agenda 21 and exactly what their local visioning statements and local comprehensive land-use plans contain. Many groups are forming study committees to analyze their local plans by section and then report back to the entire group. This way, not every individual has to read the entire plan.

If this rush to oblivion is going to be stopped, it is up to private citizens to get informed, get involved and help get into office only those people who truly respect the Constitution and the individual freedom it is supposed to guarantee.

You can always count on Henry Lamb to keep us informed about how the United Nations has their fingerprints all over many laws, regulations, and ordinances that are affecting our freedom in a negative way, and that are threatening the Constitution of the United States "and the individual freedom it is supposed to guarantee."

In this column, you will read about how the U.N.'s Agenda 21 seeps into our local communities, how to identify this insidious agenda, and finally, ways for you and I to eradicate this infectious globalist plot from our local stomping grounds.

Just in case you still aren't sure what the real danger is by having Agenda 21 showing up in your city's community development plans, keep in mind that the U.N.'s infiltration is done not as much clandestinely as it is openly, only because most people are not aware of the U.N.'s Agenda 21. Well, thanks to Henry, now you are, and it is up to you to make sure your friends, neighbors and colleagues are also made aware of the evil globalist intentions of the United Nations. I'm just sayin'...

U.N.'s Agenda 21 is in your community
By Henry Lamb

Editor's note: Listen to this column online.

Anyone who reads Chapter 7 of Agenda 21 and then reads his local comprehensive land-use plan will immediately recognize that most of the provisions of the local land-use plan come directly from Agenda 21. More often than not, the elected officials who adopt these plans have never read Agenda 21, and many have never even heard of the U.N. document, signed by President George H.W. Bush in 1992.

The facilitators and professional planners have heard about Agenda 21, but frequently claim that the plan they are working on has nothing to do with the U.N. or Agenda 21. Don't believe it for one minute.

Gary Lawrence, former director of the Center for Sustainable Communities at the University of Washington, and chief planner for the city of Seattle, told an audience in London:
In the case of the U.S., our local authorities are engaged in planning processes consistent with LA21 [Local Agenda 21], but there is little interest in using the LA21 brand. … So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.

In community after community, the same scenario is repeated. The federal government, through the EPA or the Department of Commerce or the Department of Interior, offers special grants to communities for the purpose of developing a vision for a greener future and a plan to convert the vision into reality.

Typically, the local government will find a private consultant to "facilitate" the process. The facilitator will identify a local "steering committee," carefully chosen from people who represent various segments of the community, all of whom are known in advance to be sympathetic to the goals of Agenda 21.

Screwing with the establishment ~ By Robert Ringer

Clearly, the tea-party people have their work cut out for them. Every member of the House and Senate should be faced with a tea-party challenger in 2012 unless they vote to make a balanced-budget amendment a condition for raising the debt ceiling. That should start with John Boehner and Eric Cantor, who are nothing more than enablers in a 100-year game of creeping socialism.

With Glenn Beck leaving the scene, it's all the more important that tea-party candidates in the Michele Bachmann-Allen West-Jim DeMint-Mike Lee mold overwhelm the House and Senate in 2012. Then, even if an establishment type compromiser like Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee wins the presidency, when he puts his finger in the wind, he's likely to back the tea-party agenda on all major issues.

I say it's time for tea-party electees to get serious about screwing with the establishment!

Oh, but the title that Robert Ringer chose for this piece was so delicious! Rich! And for sure, it is time for another tea party in 2012!

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said that the Tea Party Movement was fading away. Uh, sorry, Harry old chap, but it seems to be a bloody good thing that you are only fooling yourself about the decline of the Tea Party Movement.

But as Robert points out, Glenn Beck illustrated the results of "screwing with the establishment," in a good way! During the time Glenn was on Fox News, he was able to educate a lot of people. Somebody must have been nervous about the truth getting out! Getting Glenn Beck "out of the way" by ending his Fox News slot will have unintended consequences for the very Establishment that thought he could be silenced. That is because Robert Ringer wrote the following:
But what has happened with Glenn Beck is much bigger than just the superficial story that he and Fox News are parting ways. It's a harsh reminder to the rest of us not to step out of line and screw with the establishment.
Or, is it a stark reminder that right now is the right time to screw with the establishment? Yes, for both the people that the Tea Party Movement elected, and for the movement not to quit screwing with the establishment. I'm just sayin'...

When I first wrote about the likelihood that Glenn Beck would be departing Fox News in a two-part article back on May 27 and 28, 2010, a lot of readers were surprised. After all, Beck had the highest–rated cable-television show in history in the 5 p.m. time slot.

In Part 2 of that article ("Glenn Beck's departure from Fox News"), I suggested four possible events that might trigger his departure. One of those four events was what I referred to as "The Godfather option," wherein I said that Barack Obama was well aware that time was against him because so many liberal Democrats were losing in primaries and special elections. I suggested that Obama might just "send the boys over to have a little chat with Rupert Murdoch and make him an offer he can't refuse."

Obviously, I didn't mean those words literally, but I did believe that Fox was getting so much heat about Beck from so many directions – even from some of its own shameless commentators and contributors – that it might decide it would be pragmatic to get him out of the Fox kitchen.

I don't believe it was a coincidence that Beck's announced departure came shortly after the riots began in Wisconsin and Egypt. Early on, Beck predicted that the rioting would spread throughout the Arab world and, as usual, he turned out to be right. He also linked Muslim extremists, communists and labor unions together in the Middle East riots, and he was right again. Truths like these make the establishment feel very uncomfortable.

In addition, Republican presidential candidates were preparing to throw their hats in the ring for 2012. The two front-running establishment candidates in the polls right now are Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee.

Neither of them have ever appeared on Beck's show, nor would they have been invited to appear in the future, even if one of them had won the Republican nomination. Beck has far too much principle to allow establishment charlatans on his show, and that has not gone down well with – you guessed it – establishment charlatans.

While Fox commentators (Judge Napolitano excluded) repeated the same superficial talking points on the same superficial news stories day in and day out, Beck zeroed in on the behind-the scenes ugly truths that are bringing down America – truths that no one else even bothered to mention.

This made the establishment guys very uneasy, which is why they were increasingly marginalizing him as a nut case, conspiracy theorist and radical.

In my March 18, 2011, article "The war on Glenn Beck," I explained the essence of Beck's problem at Fox: "… jealousy and the establishment have a way of Palinizing those who have the courage to take the road less traveled. So it's not surprising that rumors are now flying about Glenn Beck's ratings decline, his loss of major advertisers and his possible end-of-year departure from Fox News. The word is that the powers that be at Fox supposedly want Beck to put a more positive spin on his commentaries." (Translation: Fox wanted Beck to put more inside-the-Beltway talking points into his commentaries and cut back a bit on the kind of truths that frighten viewers.)

The Donald: Doing the job the media won't do ~ By Larry Elder

No, the real story about Trump isn't Trump.

It's the pass given Obama by the media. Whether it's regarding Obama's birthplace, whether Obama personally heard Wright's racist and anti-Semitic sermons, or whether unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers wrote Obama's first book, Obama manages to avoid careful examination from the adoring media.

Trump would not be relevant – if the media had been.

What Larry Elder says about The Donald (Donald Trump) is important for Republicans to know about. Larry does not think that The Donald will try to run for President. There are just too many things that The Donald has in his past for him to even think about it. And as Rush Limbaugh said, Trump needs to be schooled on Conservatism

The good news regarding the ongoing Donald Trump saga is that he has shown that the American people have had a desire to know more about Obama, about his missing birth certificate, and more, and the media completely looked the other way when it came to digging in to Obama's past. And now, Americans are becoming aware of what the media never bothered to mention.

Donald Trump isn't going to run for president.

He is rich, enjoys himself, says bold and often stupid things, trades his wife in for a younger model every few years and calls Rosie O'Donnell a "big fat pig." What's not to like?

But President The Donald Trump? Really?!

He couldn't take the scrutiny. Given his swashbuckling life and the media's heightened scrutiny of things Republican, Trump would spend his entire campaign putting out fires. Whether it be shady-side-of-the-line business deals, "bimbo eruptions," tax shenanigans, enemies looking to get even, or Lord knows what else, he'd barely have time to round up enough B-listers to keep "Celebrity Apprentice" afloat.

Then there is the matter of his ideology – as in, what exactly is it? Trump has alternately called Jimmy Carter the worst president ever, then George W. Bush the worst president ever, and now Barack Obama the worst president ever. This nouveau "conservative Republican" supported "universal health care"; advocated a tax on the rich; stood pro-choice on abortion; supported Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; called George W. Bush "evil"; proposed a 25 percent tariff on Chinese imports; and has contributed more money to Democrats than to Republicans. Whew!

Like Ross Perot – an earlier rich, thin-skinned businessman-turned-presidential-aspirant – Trump barks out orders, says jump and expects people to do so. Doesn't work that way in politics. Try jabbing an index finger at an obnoxious New York Times reporter or a pesky rival Republican and saying, "You're fired!"

Nor will he run as an independent – as he once threatened and then un-threatened to do. An indie candidacy would siphon votes away from the Republican candidate, requiring Trump to spend the rest of his life deflecting the blame for Obama's re-election. No fun being the next Ralph Nader, who, after costing Al Gore Florida and the presidency in '00, can't get a table at Chuck E. Cheese's.

This brings us to the only reason to pay attention to The Donald. He's turning over rocks the media can't even locate with a guide dog and a treasure map.

Rocket to No. 1! Drudge ponders 'Obama's true identity'

Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND and WND Books, the publisher of the book, declared, "Potentially, I believe this book is the political endgame for Barack Obama."

"I don't see how he can be re-elected with hard questions and new evidence of his ineligibility raised by the book. It's a game-changer – and the news media blackout on this issue has now turned into a media feeding frenzy to cover their negligent rear ends."

At Alexa, the Internet information company, "Where's the Birth Certificate?" was rated today as the hottest product.

"Products that people are coveting right now ... 1. Where's the Birth Certificate?" the site said.

The site also listed at No. 2 among "Hot Pages," the Drudge reference to "Book to Reveal Obama's True Identity?"

Between now and May 17, when the book officially debuts, video ad spots are promoting "Where's the Birth Certificate?"

Just as I was reading this column this morning, Jerome Corsi came on Coast to Coast A.M. to talk to George Noory. The main topic was going to be about a big story concerning the abiotic oil theory, but because of this story about his book being featured on Drudge, and then the Rush Limbaugh mention, George and Jerome briefly discussed the Obama birth certificate story and how it has taken off since Donald Trump had brought it up.

We may as well just face it, the Obama birth certificate controversy is not going to die out like Obama and his mainstream media friends wanted it to. It is no longer going to stay buried.

As you read in the excerpt at the top of this page, Joseph Farah had stated, "I don't see how he can be re-elected with hard questions and new evidence of his ineligibility raised by the book." But I am wondering if re-election would be the only problem facing Obama after the book is released. As stated on the Drudge Report:
Will the book finally -- once and for all -- put an end to the growing controversy?

Or will it just ignite new ones!?
Could a new controversy be whether or not Barack Obama should resign from office if startling evidence is exposed, proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama is not eligible to be President? What would those in the mainstream media or the ladies on "The View" do if that was the case, after all this time of denigrating WND, Donald Trump, and anyone who asked, "Where is the Birth Certificate?" I'm just sayin'...

Rocket to No. 1! Drudge ponders 'Obama's true identity'
Definitive book on presidential eligibility hits top spot on Amazon

It only took a matter of hours, but once it was featured on the Drudge Report today, the definitive book on presidential eligibility, "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President" skyrocketed to the No. 1 spot among all books on

The top ranking comes weeks before the official release date of May 17 for the in-depth investigation by two-time No. 1 New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi.

The Drudge Report declared, "The street date is a LONG month away, and author Jerome Corsi, the man who torpedoed John Kerry's presidential dreams with SWIFT BOAT, has gone underground and is holding his new findings this close.

"'It's utterly devastating,' reveals a source close to the publisher. 'Obama may learn things he didn't even know about himself!'" Drudge said.

Drudge wondered whether the president's attorneys will "attempt to interfere with the book's distribution?" and whether the book will "finally – once and for all – put an end to the growing controversy?"

The image of the book was seen on Rush Limbaugh's personal computer today as he broadcast his top-rated radio program from his Florida studio.
Jerome Corsi's "Where's the Birth Certificate?" book can be partially seen featured on the Drudge Report on Rush Limbaugh's computer as he broadcast his radio show from South Florida Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

"The book results from three years of continuing research," Corsi said today. "I traveled to Kenya and to Hawaii. I have hired private investigators and had the help of inside sources in Kenya, Indonesia and Hawaii. The book will contain startling new information, and the release of the book will be orchestrated through WND with documents the public has never seen before."

Interest in the controversy has accelerated in recent months. There was Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie's famous pledge to find Barack Obama's birth certificate and make it public to shut up the so-called "birthers."

The governor's quest raised national interest in the issue – especially when he failed to produce the promised documentation. Members of Congress have raised similar questions about Obama's eligibility, and state lawmakers are considering plans to require documentation from presidential candidates.

Then came Trump out of the blue, asking questions WND's newsroom team has been asking for the last two and a half years, raising the national debate to furious new heights.

Now another shoe is ready to drop.

Economic common sense left D.C. long ago ~ By Herman Cain

President Obama's $1 trillion plan to stimulate the economy has not worked, even though he and the liberals are still in denial about that.

They are also in denial that raising taxes, and disguising it as "ending the Bush era tax cuts" will not work. Just look at history! The president and the liberals can't seem to get past blaming Bush for Obama's economic failures. The Bush-era tax rates have helped to stabilize the economy, along with the massive productivity blitz by the business sector.

Raising taxes will slow down our anemic economic growth even more.

Okay, so I am a little biased, I got to meet the man face to face, and shake his hand!

I think after reading this column, and actually hearing the same words from his mouth - not once, but TWICE! - today, without him having to use a teleprompter, it is time to mount a massive effort to get this man to run for the Republican nomination for President in 2012! And I believe very strongly that Herman Cain could be the one Republican candidate who could blow Obama out of the water in a debate.

What Herman has to say about economic common sense isn't just for our benefit. The one thing that I heard Herman Cain profess is his love for our children and their children. That's right, too, because if we just keep letting Congress and whoever occupies the Oval Office slide on things like Social Security and Medicare REFORM, it will be all over for our grandchildren! I'm just sayin' ..

While the budget drama in Washington, D.C., went back and forth last week over the federal fiscal year 2011 budget, lawmakers and the mainstream media missed the real opportunity. It's not whether President Obama or House Speaker John Boehner won on the deal, or the paltry savings they agreed on.

It's also not whether the real savings are $352 million, as scored by the Congressional Budget Office, or the $38 billion in savings claimed by Obama and Boehner, or the $100 billion expected by tea-party-minded people.

No! It's the $1,000 billion (that would be $1 trillion) they did not even talk about.

One trillion dollars in foreign profits is what could have come back into our economy if the tax on repatriated profits were zero. Multinational companies could have redeployed those dollars at no cost to anybody.

It makes no common sense to leave $1 trillion on the table!

War socialism ~ By Ellis Washington

Pay very close attention to this column. Read it carefully. I will be explaining why this is so important in a moment.
The more things change the more they stay the same. Look at the propaganda posters above promoting "change" through national socialism, Democratic socialism and Marxist socialism. Remember that progressives and Democratic socialists like Obama always campaigns as doves or sheep, but under the dove's feather lies a humanitarian hawk, and under the sheep's clothing lies a ravenous, warmongering wolf promoting war as an instrument for achieving their progressive, fascist values by any means necessary.

Hot wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya; war unionism in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey; international economic wars in Greece, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Britain, France, Germany; anarchy in the Middle East and genocide in Africa … It's all war socialism, and it's all purposefully planned to destroy the West, Christianity, Israel and capitalism by collapsing the system into totalitarian chaos, systemic atheism, and from the ashes to create a fascist New World Order.
He wrote, "She began to see war as an instrument for achieving her liberal, even radical, values." No, Ellis Washington didn't write that. That quote is from Tom Hayden. And who is Tom Hayden? From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
Thomas Emmet "Tom" Hayden (born December 11, 1939) is an American social and political activist and politician, known for his involvement in the animal rights, and the anti-war and civil rights movements of the 1960s. He is the former husband of actress Jane Fonda...
Really? If you read on in the Wikipedia page on Tom Hayden, you'll see that he was very involved in anti-war and civil rights activism during the Viet Nam years. So, of course, that explains what he wrote about Samantha Power... except maybe not in the way you were thinking. It is all part of the grand plot to create chaos.

Samantha Power knows about the civil unrest that occurred with the combination of the anti-war and civil rights movements during the Viet Nam War years. There were riots on the streets. Protest marches on college campuses ultimately resulted in violence; I won't forget the deaths of the four students at Kent State, at the hands of soldiers (National Guard). In the late 60's and early 70's, chaos and violence reigned.

But here is the dirty secret about the progressives and socialists that needs to be exposed: They (the Socialists) teamed up, using the good old "good cop, bad cop" ruse for one purpose only. Nothing like an unjust war in order to stir up the population, all the while, using the "Responsibility to Protect" ideology of George Soros and his minions (like Cass Sunstein and Samantha Power).

Okay, this is way too deep without writing a book about it. I'll leave that to Ellis Washington or Jonah Goldberg. And I know that Glenn Beck will continuously attempt to educate as many people as he can reach, even without being on the Fox News Channel, when that happens (soon). But now, do you understand why I started this post out with, "Pay very close attention to this column. Read it carefully."? I know, it is mind boggling. And it is so much like the game of chess. Pawns play a big part of the game.  Pawns are expendable once they can be used down the line in order to set a trap for the opponent. And in real life, the pawns are called "the useful idiots." I'm just sayin'...

Samantha Power,
wife of Regulatory Czar,
Cass Sunstein
[Samantha] Power generalized from her Balkans experience to become an advocate of American and NATO military intervention in humanitarian crises, a position which became known as being a "humanitarian hawk." She began to see war as an instrument for achieving her liberal, even radical, values.

~ Tom Hayden, 1960s socialist radical
What is war socialism? Conventional thinking says that liberals or Democratic socialists like Presidents Wilson, FDR, JFK, LBJ, Clinton and Obama hate war, while conservative warmongers like Theodore Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan, Bush-41 and Bush-43 can't wait to start another war. This conformist view holds that Democratic socialists only go to war when forced to – Wilson (World War I), FDR, Truman (World War II, Korea), Clinton (Bosnia), Obama (Libya), or to clean up unpopular wars started by their jingoistic GOP predecessors – JFK, LBJ (Vietnam), Obama (Iraq, Afghanistan).

However, this view conflicts with history. Although Wilson, FDR and Obama ran for president promising not to take the U.S. to war, these men and their "brain trusts" understood war as the tried and true method to most quickly and comprehensively achieve most of their progressive socialists goals like the League of Nations, United Nations, the Federal Reserve, Federal income tax, Social Security, the welfare state and Obamacare.

"War socialism under Wilson was an entirely progressive project," wrote Jonah Goldberg in his 2007 book "Liberal Fascism," and long after the war it remained the fast track to mandating progressive policies without assent from Congress or the courts. Goldberg continued, "To this day liberals instinctively and automatically see war as an excuse to expand governmental control of vast swaths of the economy. If we are to believe that classic fascism is first and foremost the elevation of martial values and the militarization of government and society under the banner of nationalism, it is very difficult to understand why the Progressive Era was not also the Fascist Era."

The progressive revolution was mainly a middle-class movement, a counter-revolution just as opposed to the industrial revolution and laissez-faire capitalism from above as it was to Marxist radicalism from below. Progressives, in their arrogant utopianism and idealism, believed they could forge a new synthesis, a new duality, what the fascists called the "Third Way" or what Richard Ely, an intellectual godfather to both Wilson and Roosevelt, termed the "golden mean" between laissez-faire individualism and Marxist socialism.

Progressives' obsession was to enforce a unifying, totalitarian ethical regime that stripped the individual of the freedom to pursue any happiness outside the omnipotent State. The progressive revolution, along with the fascists and Nazis, possessed a fanatical delusion to transcend class differences within the national community and create a new order. George Creel put it bluntly: "No dividing line between the rich and poor, and no class distinctions to breed mean envies."

George Soros, a radical socialist billionaire, is in the forefront of promoting war socialism on a global scale. Among his multi-tentacle organizations includes one called The Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect. This group is the world's leading champion of the military doctrine called Responsibility to Protect created by two of global group's advisory board members, Ramesh Thakur and Gareth Evans. Also on the commission board was the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, which was founded by White House aide Samantha Power, who is the wife of Cass Sunstein, Obama's regulatory czar.

1 size fits all (whether you like it or not) ~ By Patrice Lewis

If we follow the one-size-fits-all road of micromanagement to its logical conclusion, the result is slavery, not citizenship. This is, of course, precisely what the government wants. Remember what George Washington said: "Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." In exchange for (cough) security, we have given up our unalienable rights to a fearful master that has long since exceeded the lengthy list of abuses outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

This is why the State cannot tolerate any challenges to its authority. This is why homeschooling is so roundly damned. This is why housewives are classified as domestic terrorists. This is why Obamacare is so necessary to impose on this nation.

Children are, of course, the most critical pawns in this progressive game. Their brainwashing is essential. Parents are only grudgingly permitted to influence their kids. The government tells us how we must raise our children in almost every respect: what they should eat, what they should wear, what they should learn and what they should worship (hint: it's spherical and has continents). At what point do we just hand the baby over at birth? The old science-fiction horror stories about children being raised in state-run institutions in order to turn out clones bred for the State (think Nazi Germany) is closer than we imagine.

To conclude this outstanding column, Patrice quotes C. S. Lewis:

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
Patrice Lewis could not have chosen a better quote to make her point even more clear. "Omnipotent moral busybodies" defines the modern day progressives to perfection. And do you want to know what really galls me? The progressive "one-size-fits-all" vision applies to everyone... but "them" (the Elite).

And here's the thing. This isn't a bipartisan problem when it comes to the progressive elites tormenting us with their absolute belief that they know what is best for you and I. These people who are eroding our liberty can be (most) Democrats as well as (too many) Republicans.

Patrice may have started out this great column with the story about the Chicago elementary school that is going to ban kids from bringing their own lunches, but the deeper issue in the commentary is the fact that we had been allowing the State to get to where it is. It is way too big, way too powerful. And when I say, "the State," I mean any government entity from federal down to the most local.

We have to ask this pertinent question: Is it still going to be possible to reign in the amount of power the State has gained over us? Could it be too late? No, it isn't, fortunately. Patrice is still allowed to homeschool her children. We are still allowed to write our columns and blogs. Joseph Farah is still allowed to run WND without the government censoring the news and columns that he provides to us.

It is up to many of us that will take the time to educate ourselves and then pass what we learn on to our children, friends, and neighbors. But I can understand anyone who hesitates. It takes courage, because you are not always going to get a positive response from people. In fact, it doesn't take long before enemies start coming out of the woodwork, so to speak. But, decide what you are going to do now. Because there could be a time when it is too late. Just sayin'....

Doubtless you've heard about the elementary school in Chicago that implemented a draconian policy forbidding students from bringing their own lunches from home. Instead they must purchase lunches from the school cafeteria or go hungry.

The patronizing justification given by the administration focuses on the superior nutrition of the school lunches compared to the soda-and-candy-bar meals some of the students were bringing. But here's the thing: It's not the school's concern if students bring junk food for lunch. Stupid as the parents may be who provide their children with that kind of meal, it's not the school's business. Helloooo?

The government loves nothing more than to punish the many for the sins of the few. A few students bring junk food for lunch, and bang! Everyone is guilty. All the moms who take the time to pack healthy food are lumped with the same people who think Coke and Snickers provide optimal nutrition.

This is another small example of the trend over the last 50 years, a trend that illustrates the progressive's desire to dispense with the Constitution and Bill of Rights. After all, these troublesome documents insist upon limited government interference and maximum individual rights and responsibilities. Instead, the state prefers to impose one-size-fits-all policies on all citizens, forcing them to comply with draconian regulations. Please tell me by what authority the government can control what children eat? Progressives will cite the cost of childhood (and later adult) obesity levels. But obesity is only the concern of government if the government controls health care … and government-controlled health care is another profoundly unconstitutional power grab.

In our homeschool civics class, we are currently doing a thorough study of the Declaration of Independence with the aid of an excellent study guide. It is captivating to go through our founding documents line by line and discuss their meaning. It reminds us of the ideals these brilliant men installed in our nation – as well as how far we've fallen. The Founding Fathers put restraints on government because they were prescient enough to know "a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism …" which would result in such monstrosities as Obamacare and (in miniature) forced cafeteria food.

But here's the thing: We asked for it. We ask the government for security and then act surprised when it gives us tyranny. A friend wrote an excellent blog post outlining this.
