The Russian Hoax Returns! ~ Ep. 1186 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

It's back! Yes. The Russian hoax that the Demonicrats are trying one more time, because they just don't have any idea how to stop President Donald Trump from being reelected. Dan explains why they are doing that. It is to stop the DOJ, Barr and Durham, from being able to go any further into the investigations of the first Russia Hoax, let alone the current one.

Of course, we can't have an election year without Demonicrat disinformation, about how the current Trump economy is really because of Barack Hussein Obama's economic policies. Sorry, but that is the lamest of all the Demonicrat rhetoric, and all resurrected from the Saul Alinsky "Rules for Radicals" handbook. That is total "gaslighting" by repeating such totally false information over and over.

Oh, man, there will be people that would love to attack me for posting this latest video by Dan Bongino. Well, I probably have blocked them on Twitter and Facebook by now.

Well, yes, I am posting another video that I really would like you to see. There is so much to learn, and I know, it all takes so much time. But, today, could you give up playing one more game on your tablet this morning, and check this out? Let the kids play while you get some excellent info. Just an hour.

VIDEO: There is a good reason why Democrats don't want their help

And we thought that Joe Biden was the blooper king. It looks like Michelle Obama can give the Vice President a run for the money on faux pas leadership.

Reagan adviser gets 9-9-9 right ~ By Herman Cain

In his column this week, Herman Cain comes out, in his OWN words, and tells it like it is: "Excessive spending, not insufficiently high tax rates, was the problem then and it's still the problem today."

I think that the whole truth is, it isn't just the 9-9-9 plan that is keeping Herman rising in the polls. And he realizes that when you rise in the polls like he has, everyone - including Republicans, Democrats, and Obama - are going to try to beat him like a pinata. As far as his detractors know, Cain's support comes only from his 9-9-9 plan, and that it is the object of all of their negative focus That is to Herman's advantage. The adversaries are missing the real BIG picture of Herman, such as his belief in free enterprise, lowering government spending and power, and empowering individuals to succeed when they put their heart and mind into it.

But in the mean time, the 9-9-9 plan is not all that bad. Actually, I see good reasons, as does Art Laffer, to support it. It would truly be a stimulant to the economy. But that's just me... I think if you have some knowledge of economics, you'll find the same thing that I have when studying this plan. And I'm not as smart as Mr. Laffer, but I get it.

"It's nice to have someone with the credentials of Arthur Laffer affirm that it can, and will, work."

One of my favorite criticisms of my 9-9-9 tax-reform plan is the one where people indicate they would support the plan if only we could find a way to guarantee Congress could never change the rates in the future.

They must really like the plan to ask for that. Has any other presidential candidate ever been asked to guarantee that the tax rates he proposed could never be changed?

I realize, of course, that much of this owes to the introduction of a new federal tax – the consumption tax – as part of the equation. It makes people nervous because they figure politicians can't raise a tax that doesn't exist. So once the consumption tax is in place, they say, 9 percent will only be the starting point for politicians to raise it and the other taxes, and 9-9-9 quickly becomes 10-10-10, 11-11-11 and who knows what else?

That's why it's nice to have respected economist Arthur Laffer bring a little reality to the discussion in a piece he wrote last week for the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Laffer, you might remember, was the originator of the Laffer Curve, a notion in economics that demonstrates you get diminishing returns from higher marginal tax rates because they discourage investment and economic growth. Specifically, his Laffer Curve showed that you can collect the same amount of revenue from a lower marginal rate as you can from a higher marginal rate because of the impact the rates have on the economy.

Blame at the pump ~ By Herman Cain

This administration's propensity for moratoriums and prohibitions on oil and natural gas exploration right here at home is dramatically affecting the expectations about global supply and demand. It's that simple.

Announcing a study group to determine if oil speculators are manipulating the market to drive up gasoline prices is ill-informed. It is a diversion from the real problem, which is the lack of a real energy independence plan.

Herman Cain explains how simple it really is: "The problem is supply and demand, and expectations about the changes in those dynamics. That's what drives gasoline prices at the pump."

It turns out that the blame should not go to oil speculators or big oil companies, but to the government! Though it's really a "no-brainer," Herman explains the situation accurately, and hopefully, there will be many who will be enlightened - with common sense solutions. I'm just sayin' ...

President Obama recently said that the economic situation was worse than the administration expected when he took office. That's code for "blame Bush" again for Obama's failed economic policies, which have not stimulated the economy. He has chastised the business sector for sitting on more than $2 trillion in accumulated cash instead of hiring people they do not need. That's blaming the business sector for not making stupid decisions to prop up his failed policies. And now that people are feeling the pain at the pump, he blames oil speculators for high gas prices, which are now double what they were two years ago. Remember, that's about the time President Obama took office. And, he says there is nothing that can be done in the short term to ease the pain at the pump. With all due respect, Mr. President, there is something you could do to ease the pain at the pump. Namely, declare and implement a "drill here drill now" strategy. And remove the ridiculous restrictions on shale oil deposits available out West. The very speculators you are blaming for the run-up in gas prices would quickly retreat if they thought you were serious about an energy independence plan to maximize all of our existing natural resources. The problem is supply and demand, and expectations about the changes in those dynamics. That's what drives gasoline prices at the pump.
