Unreal: Obama Skips National Security Team Meeting On Russian Invasion Of Ukraine ~ By Mike Miller

This is a quintessential example of why Obama is often ridiculed over foreign policy. The White House calendar showed he had no scheduled events on Saturday. Even Joe Biden joined the meeting via teleconference. Yet, the Leader of the Free World couldn’t find time to attend his own National Security Team meeting on the quickly deteriorating events in Ukraine, relying instead on being “briefed” by Susan Rice, of all people?

Along with Obama’s inability to distinguish between campaigning and governing is his inability to understand that sometimes perception is more important than fact. This was a meeting that he needed to not be reported as one he did not attend.
"What difference at this point does it make?" That seems to be the overall complacent attitude of the entire Obama administration when it comes to anything to do with national security. We saw it before on 9/11/12 when four Americans were killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi. Wouldn't you think that the President would attend a National Security briefing when Russia invaded Ukraine's sovereign territory in Crimea? And though this incident has staggering implications on America's lack of ability to deter aggression that violates international law, Obama would skip the meeting? And this weekend, where is Obama? On vacation in Florida. Oh, and meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden is in the Virgin Islands.
The White House brushed off concerns Friday that, with the crisis in Crimea intensifying, now might not be the best time for President Obama -- and his vice president -- to go on vacation.

The travel schedules of both the president and Vice President Biden have come under scrutiny, given the rapidly changing situation in Ukraine. Obama, already in Florida to talk about education, was planning to spend some family time this weekend in Key Largo, Fla., where he arrived late in the day. Biden, meanwhile, will be in the Virgin Islands.
That's right. Despite a crisis. Just sayin'...

30 Russian Nuclear Bombers Amass – Who Is Russia Preparing To Bomb? ~ By Susan Duclos

Things just went from hot to explosive folks and Putin does not appear to be blinking but instead is taking this to the next level, as the US slaps sanctions on “unspecified individuals responsible for “undermining” stability in Ukraine.”

Funny, that should mean Obama slapped sanctions on the US because the US spent over $5 billion to “undermine the stability of the Ukraine” by facilitating and supporting the ouster of the Ukraine elected president, which started this whole mess.

When you first see this story, it may result in a chill running up your back. It did that to me, too, but then I thought more about it. As it turns out, Russia is in the middle of a military exercise which was pre-announced.

The thirty bombers mentioned in this column may very well be part of this exercise. But then, that could certainly lead to new questions: Was Russian aggression on Ukraine planned before the military exercises were announced? Is it possible that the bombers noted in this story were a part of the exercise, and not actually armed with nukes, or were they? Surely, these questions are being asked in the National Security briefings that president is participating in (or not).

30 Russian Nuclear Bombers Amass – Who Is Russia Preparing To Bomb?
By Susan Duclos

Thursday, March 6, 2014

On Before It's News
According to Turner Radio Network, Russia has amassed 30 nuclear bombers at an airfield adjacent to Russia’s Borisoglebsk national level nuclear weapons storage facility and US satellites have seen “numerous transfers from the storage facility to the aircraft.”

Is this Russia’s way of visibly showing they will strike out with nuclear weapons if attacked? Are they preparing for a retaliatory attack or their own offensive attacks?

As of March 4, 2014, according to the satellite imagery, there were only two bombers parked at that airport and now there are 30, loaded up and ready to strike, as evidenced by Auxiliary Power Units (APU’s) attached.

Energy independence requires bold goals, leadership ~ By Herman Cain

A bold objective would be zero dependence on foreign oil!

We can do it if we maximize all of our own natural resources as I described in last week's commentary. We just need to streamline the government regulations that are holding us back.

I believe we can responsibly drill here now (oil), dig here now (coal) and develop safer and smaller nuclear facilities here now. In doing so, we can cut our energy dependence in half in 10 years on our way to energy independence.

A serious energy independence strategy would also curtail the rapidly escalating cost of gasoline and household energy costs, which are becoming a huge drain on consumers' discretionary income. The pain at the pump is just the beginning.
I will continue to stand by what I said last week in regard to Herman Cain's conceivable and achievable energy policy:
The brilliance of this article is in helping people to understand that when energy prices increase, it ripples through the economy. Energy prices are directly related to the prices you pay for groceries and the number of jobs that are available. So, isn't it just common sense to develop our own energy in America, create jobs, and avoid having to purchase energy resources from countries that don't like us?
Just before stopping at the grocery store yesterday morning, I noticed gas prices had gone up another nickle per gallon overnight. I was delighted that I had bought some gas the day before the latest price surge. But, my delight quickly fades as I go through the store to find that prices were going up, such as a pack of my favorite hotdogs that had increased from $3.99 to $4.49... Like Herman says, "The pain at the pump is just the beginning."

In this column, Herman Cain discusses Barack Obama's energy policy that was addressed last weekend in another teleprompter speech the President gave.  Herman points out the differences between what he had suggested last week in his column, and what the President is proposing, the point being that the President's plan can not do enough to lower our national security risk in a short enough time.

I am all for Herman Cain's suggestion for energy independence. It is imperative that we put bold energy policies in place as soon as possible.

But here is my real concern: Will it be soon enough? I'm just sayin'...

The president believes in energy security. I believe in energy independence. In case you missed the president's weekly radio address, here is what the White House released on energy security, so I will not be accused of not understanding what they meant. The title of the address was, "Energy Security Can Only Come If We Invest in Cleaner Fuels and Greater Efficiency."
WASHINGTON – In his weekly address, President Obama discussed his strategy to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and secure our nation's energy future. When the President was elected, America imported eleven million barrels of oil a day. This week he announced a bold, but achievable goal of cutting this number by one-third by 2025.

To achieve this goal we will increase responsible domestic oil and gas development in the short term, while also increasing efficiency and harnessing new technologies including biofuels, natural gas, and advanced batteries. …
Reducing our dependence on foreign oil in the foreseeable future is a key to bringing down energy costs and especially gasoline costs, the average price of which has doubled in the last two years. I think that's what he meant by secure our nation's energy future, but I am not sure. You really can't tell from the words he used, but they sounded good.

The president proposes to reduce our dependence by one-third in 14 years. That's not a bold goal using electric cars, alternative fuels, advanced batteries and all the wind and solar power we can muster. Remember, those batteries have to be recharged. That means traditional electricity, which is generated from coal and natural gas-fired power plants.

That's an anemic goal! In the early 1970s, we were nearly 25 percent dependent on foreign oil. Today we are nearly 70 percent dependent on foreign oil. Reducing our dependence by one-third would still mean we are nearly 50 percent dependent on foreign oil. That level still leaves oil dependency as a national security risk, especially with what's happening in the Middle East.

Real state of the union – by the numbers ~ By Herman Cain

Like the appliance repair man, we will continue to have some restless nights because of broken promises and failed policies by the administration. The House is starting to see the light, but this president isn't even aware of the heat.

Maybe he will become aware in 2012 when he joins the ranks of the unemployed.

You know, I still haven't watched Obama's latest State of the Union address yet. I really wouldn't need to ever watch it, either. I've been focused on watching Obama's actions over the last few years since I first became aware of him, long before he became President. There wouldn't have been much more that I could have learned about Obama by watching the speech. They're just his words (not that he actually wrote them, or anything). And of course, I was already aware that he can read a teleprompter. Obamessiah's actions have spoken much louder.

Herman Cain, in this column, tells it like it really is. Look at the numbers, man! Didn't Obama promise us that jobs were a priority when he wanted his stimulus plan two years ago? And did it work? Has anything Obama has done worked? Trying to make America accepted in the world again? How has that worked out? Say, didn't Obama give a speech over there in Egypt a while back? That's kind of weird, but I guess those folks there didn't take notes during his speech. And, Obama has no clue what to do about the protests. (Or does he? Maybe he considers the Muslim Brotherhood to be his friends. Just sayin'...)

If we are lucky, it will be Herman Cain in 2012 that shows Obama the way to the unemployment line. I happen to like both Herman's words and his actions.

Now that the mainstream media are hopefully done swooning over President Obama's State of the Union speech, some of us are more concerned about the real state of the union, by the numbers. It's not what he said or did not say, nor is it how he said it. It should be about our national security and our national economic health.

The day after the president's State of the Union speech, an appliance installation and repair man was installing some new appliances in our home. Unsolicited, he said he had a hard time sleeping last night after hearing the president's speech. When I asked why, he said he did not hear anything in the speech that made him feel that America is safer as a nation, nor did he hear anything that would really help grow the economy.

I told him I agreed with him, and that he expressed the feelings of probably most of us who are not intoxicated by the president's words and his delivery. Many people are, but most of us are not.

Maybe there are some provisions in the START treaty that regular folk like the repair man and I don't know about. But it appears as if the Russians got a better deal by limiting our ability to deploy missile-defense systems in other parts of the world, where a lot of our enemies are located. For example, cancellation of the missile-defense system being built in Turkey does not seem like a good idea. The world is not safer! And we have reduced our ability to help keep it safe.

Many of the most compelling facts about the real state of our economy were missing from the president's speech.

Washington is leaking oil ~ By Herman Cain

The oil light is on, and the Democrats still don't seem to have a clue.
As Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and others have stated, Washington still does not get it. The Democrats still do not get it. They did not hear the very loud message of the election results. Stop ignoring the people!
It was a good analogy by Herman Cain to explain how you can know that you have some severe problems to deal with, but yet, your priorities have nothing to do with taking care of the problems facing this country. It seems that the Democrats are only happy when they do things to try to satisfy their leftist base. That is not good for the rest of us.

Washington is leaking oil

My first car as a teenager was an old car with a lot of problems, but at least it was functional. It had an oil leak, and I could not afford to get the leak fixed. It was cheaper for me to add oil occasionally to prevent the engine from totally locking up, or worse yet, catching fire.

The president, his administration and Congress are functionally leaking oil, and the American people are nervous about a total government shutdown, or worse yet, economic collapse. We are not too big to fail as some people seem to believe, and Uncle Sam does not have a "sugar daddy" to bail us out.

Leaking of classified information by WikiLeaks has compromised our national security, and has put our military warriors in and out of uniform at risk. We have yet to see definitive action by the administration to address the issue, even though we have seen and heard a lot of news stories that make us uncertain that the situation is under control.

Economic uncertainty continues to thwart economic growth while Congress and the administration continue to bicker over extending the existing tax rates. Extending all of the tax rates is the right thing to do for the economy, instead of playing class warfare once again to try to gain a political victory.

If Congress and the president do not act, then we will all see tax increases on Jan. 1, 2011. This would be a devastating blow to our economy. A sense of urgency by Washington does not seem to be a priority, as if they have the option to extend the 2010 calendar year. Thankfully, they do not.

Military slams door on mystery missile questions

The fact that the military is refusing to answer questions about the "mystery missile" fired off the coast of California, has to make us wonder why the military isn't commenting about it. Wayne Madden, now an investigative journalist, is saying that the Pentagon is working "overtime with the media and on the Internet to cover up the latest debacle. However, even some reporters who cover the Pentagon full-time are beginning to question the Pentagon's version of events ... over the skies west of Los Angeles.""

Military slams door on mystery missile questions
Officials refuse to explain launch warning where contrail filmed

The Department of Defense is slamming the door on questions about the mysterious contrail filmed Nov. 8 by a KCBS television crew near Los Angeles after questions were raised about a warning from the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency that there could be missiles fired in that area at that time.

The official government position has been that the contrail, which appears to have been made by a single source, was from a jet passing by.

And the refusal to provide answers to specific questions suggests a cover-up of potential secret missile testing in the area – contrary to official jet contrail explanation.

For weeks, experts have examined the billowing plume and the single-source white-hot exhaust which they contend was from a missile, not a jet.

It was in Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin intelligence report where the story was broken that several experts who examined the video of the mysterious contrail confirmed it was not from a jet but a missile.

The experts who examined the video have had extensive experience working with missiles and computer security systems for various sensitive agencies of the U.S. government.

John Bolton
John Bolton, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, announced today he is considering a bid for U.S. president in 2012.

It was his first direct response to months of Internet speculation that he may join the next presidential race.

Bolton was speaking to WND senior reporter Aaron Klein on the latter's investigative radio show on WABC in New York.

"Yes, I am considering it," Bolton said when asked if he is considering a 2012 presidential run. "I am very concerned about the direction of national security policy."

Continued Bolton: "I am concerned that we hardly talk about it at national level debates in the mainstream media. The president, as they say, just seems to view national security issues as an irritation, as a distraction from what his real priorities are."

Ahmadinejad: 'Yep, I'm nuclear!' ~ By Ann Coulter

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
Even if you weren't aware that the U.S. has the worst intelligence in the world, and even if you didn't notice that the leak was timed perfectly to embarrass Bush, wouldn't any normal person be suspicious of a report concluding Ahmadinejad was behaving like a prince?

Not liberals. Our intelligence agencies concluded Iran had suspended its nuclear program in 2003, so Bush owed Ahmadinejad an apology.

Feb. 11, 2010: Ahmadinejad announces that Iran is now a nuclear power.
Ann Coulter
By Ann Coulter

Posted: February 17, 2010 ~ 6:02 pm Eastern

© 2010

The only man causing President Obama more headaches than Joe Biden these days is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (who, coincidentally, was right after Biden on Obama's short-list for VP).

Despite Obama's personal magnetism, the Iranian president persists in moving like gangbusters to build nuclear weapons, leading to Ahmadinejad's announcement last week that Iran is now a "nuclear state."

Gee, that's weird – because I remember being told in December 2007 that all 16 U.S. intelligence agencies had concluded that Iran had ceased nuclear-weapons development as of 2003.

At the time of that leak, many of us recalled that the U.S. has the worst intelligence-gathering operations in the world. The Czechs, the French, the Italians – even the Iraqis (who were trained by the Soviets) – all have better intelligence.

Burkina Faso has better intelligence – and their director of intelligence is a witch doctor. The marketing division of Wal-Mart has more reliable intel than the U.S. government does.

After Watergate, the off-the-charts left-wing Congress gleefully set about dismantling this nation's intelligence operations on the theory that Watergate never would have happened if only there had been no CIA.

Ron Dellums, a typical Democrat of the time, who – amazingly – was a member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence and chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, famously declared in 1975: "We should totally dismantle every intelligence agency in this country piece by piece, brick by brick, nail by nail."

And so they did.

So now, our "spies" are prohibited from spying. The only job of a CIA officer these days is to read foreign newspapers and leak classified information to the New York Times. It's like a secret society of newspaper readers. The reason no one at the CIA saw 9/11 coming was that there wasn't anything about it in the Islamabad Post.

We're all on Obama's enemies list ~ By Phil Elmore

"We all share the goal of capturing the terrorists and protecting national security," said a politician in 2008. The same man added that we as a nation "can do that without violating the privacy of the American people." He also invoked the name of then-President Bush – who was roundly vilified by civil-rights activists for his support of the Patriot Act and for warrantless domestic wiretaps used in anti-terror surveillance – in criticizing then-presidential candidate John McCain. "Like President Bush," the politician said, "Senator McCain is presenting the American people with a false choice – national security or civil liberties. We need a president who understands that we can have both. It's what our values and our Constitution demands."

You may have guessed in context that the politician speaking was none other than Joe Biden, now our vice president. He was referring to candidate Barack Hussein Obama's opposition to the Bush administration's domestic security policies. While it is laudable when a politician takes a stand for civil liberties and refuses to participate in the erosion of civil rights that seems always to run apace with efforts to combat terrorism, there's a problem. That problem is that the Obama administration has proven every bit as corrosive, and in fact much more so, to your civil liberties than moderate Republicans like George W. Bush ever thought of being.

As CNET's Declan McCullagh reported last week, the Obama administration "has argued that warrantless tracking is permitted because Americans enjoy no 'reasonable expectation of privacy'" where the GPS location data of their cell phones is concerned. "[A] customer's Fourth Amendment rights are not violated when the phone company reveals to the government its own records," McCullagh quotes the Justice Department's lawyers.

Obama was not even president when he first flip-flopped on the wiretap issue. His administration subsequently brought much more authority to the same "change of heart," arguing that because state secrets are involved, the service provider involved in the Bush administration's warrantless wiretapping case cannot be sued. This turnabout earned Obama a tongue-lashing from Democrat Russ Feingold in 2009. Wringing his hands and playing the civil libertarian as persuasively as a Democrat can, Feingold exhorted Obama to "formally and promptly renounce the assertions of executive authority made by the Bush administration with regard to warrantless wiretapping." The irate Feingold correctly pointed out that Obama, while (briefly) a United States senator, asserted that "the warrantless wiretapping program was illegal" and that Obama's attorney general "expressed the same view, both as a private citizen and at his confirmation hearing."

Shopping malls seen as potential terror targets

From WorldNetDaily
They are 'constantly packed with people, with uncontrolled entry' By Michael Carl Posted: January 28, 2010 ~ 8:05 pm Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily Al-Qaida is putting America's shopping malls and other soft targets in its bull's-eye, according to counter-terror experts. Bruce Hoffman, who authored a study at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, says in a report published in the Washington Post that al-Qaida continues to be a threat because of its networking ability. "For a terrorist movement supposedly on its last legs, al-Qaida late last month launched two separate attacks less than a week apart – one failed and one successful – triggering the most extensive review of U.S. national security policies since 2001. Al-Qaida's newfound vitality is the product of a fresh strategy that plays to its networking strength and compensates for its numerical weakness," the report said. Hoffman added that attrition is part of al-Qaida's strategy, which is where diversifying the targets comes into play. "Najibullah Zazi, the Afghan-born U.S. resident [was] arrested in New York last September and charged with plotting a 'Mumbai on the Hudson' suicide terrorist operation. But while al-Qaida is finding new ways to exploit our weaknesses, we are stuck in a pattern of belated responses, rather than anticipating its moves and developing preemptive strategies," the report said. Hoffman's work, and a study released by Harvard's Belfer Centre for Science and International Affairs regarding chemical and biological weapons and their use, are the reasons American Thinker editor J. R. Dunn believes malls may be the new targets of choice for terrorists. "We need only consider the darkest days of the Iraqi terror campaign of 2006-2007 to grasp how the jihadis view marketplaces. Scarcely a week went by without another Iraqi marketplace bombing, with casualties largely consisting of women and children, mounting from the dozens to the hundreds," Dunn wrote. "We need only add the fact that the mall in many ways symbolizes the United States to people across the world, acting as kind of American Horn of Plenty, to see the inevitability of the threat. Such attacks will come, and they will be ugly," Dunn said. Doug Hagmann of the Northeast Intelligence Network said reports that al-Qaida is seeking to diversify target selection and may even attack American malls are accurate. Information from the Joint Terrorism Task Force verifies terror networks operating in the U.S. believe malls are a legitimate terrorist target, he said. "Note that an attack on a mall would be an attack on our economy and could likely cause a downturn in shopping, etc.," Hagmann said. He said the most likely method would be through a biological weapon. "Anthrax or other aerosolized weapon in a HVAC, for example makes perfect sense," Hagmann said, adding, "The United States will likely see an increase in attacks in 2010." American Enterprise Institute terrorism analyst Michael Rubin uses Israel as a model to assert that a mall attack is the next logical step. "If you consider Israel the canary in the coal mine, it can show the progression of targets as security gets beefed up. Terrorists attacking Israel once targeted airplanes and airports but, not being successful, moved onto softer targets: shopping malls, restaurants, and buses," Rubin said. Rubin also said that in the terrorist mindset, malls are perfect targets. "What terrorists want is headlines. Dead women and children make headlines. Unfortunately, the report is probably right," Rubin said. However, CounterrrorismBlog.org's Aaron Mannes believes the threat is minimal. "Let us assume al-Qaida can smuggle a number of experienced operatives here (no small task – sure one got through on Christmas, but he wasn't a top operative and the more people in play the greater the possibility of detection.) do they want to use these guys attacking a shopping mall? A higher-profile target would seem in order," Mannes said. But that doesn't make a mall attack impossible. READ FULL STORY >

Ex-federal prosecutor launches probe of Holder

From WorldNetDaily
'It is time, before lasting damage is done to our national security' By Bob Unruh Posted: January 27, 2010 ~ 10:18 pm Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily Larry Klayman, former Federal prosecutorA former federal prosecutor and relentless litigator whose enemies in Washington include politicians on both sides of the aisle has announced he is launching an investigation of Attorney General Eric Holder. Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch USA, still is known in Washington as the biggest enemy of the city's elite, and his battles against corruption in the Clinton administration became so well known the "West Wing" character Harry Klaypool was based on his work. "Eric Holder is typical of the corrupt establishment crowd that voters rebelled against last Tuesday when they voted to elect as senator Scott Brown from Massachusetts," Klayman told WND. "In fact, the decision by the Obama administration to go soft on non-citizen terrorists was a key factor in this vote. Now, it is time to investigate and create the climate to get rid of Eric Holder, before lasting damage is done to our national security. "Independents, liberals and conservatives rose up in Massachusetts and now it's time for Freedom Watch to finish the job," he said. Klayman, a former Justice Department prosecutor and founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, said his new organization has launched an investigation of Holder. "The attorney general's refusal to prosecute admitted terrorists, like the Christmas Day bomber and the infamous Khalid Sheikh Mohammad (KSM), as so-called 'enemy combatants' has resulted in the hindrance of national security and law enforcement agencies," he said in a prepared statement. "This refusal by Holder not only resulted in Miranda rights being read to the Christmas Day bomber – preventing the FBI and other agencies from obtaining meaningful intelligence from him when his lawyer stopped the interrogation – but with regard to KSM, has also jeopardized the safety of New York City residents, due to the insistence of investigating an act of terror as if it were a common crime." Two days after the Massachusetts victory of Republican Scott Brown, Speaker Pelosi announced that she does not have the votes to push the Senate health-care bill through the House. A similar message is being delivered more quietly to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus: There will never be enough votes in 2010 to push the amnesty bill. To all but a few diehard zealots, the amnesty bill is dead. The nation can now move to an honest debate on true immigration reform. Of course, a few tone-deaf politicians are still laboring in back rooms of the Capitol to negotiate a "bipartisan compromise" that includes amnesty. Memo to Lindsay Graham and Chuck Schumer: The party's over. Move on. Thus in 2010, given that the liberals do not have the votes for a comprehensive amnesty bill, the Obama administration will use various stealth amnesty laws already on the books. For example, last week, Obama used current law to grant Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, to 200,000 illegal-alien Haitians. These are not earthquake victims, not orphans and not refugees, but now, they are future citizens. Those 200,000 Haitians are now future citizens because the 18-month time limit will be renewed again and again until they eventually attain permanent status. Who would want to go home to corruption-plagued Haiti after getting legal status in the United States? To be fair, the abuse of the TPS program didn't begin with Obama; it has been going on for years. It is one more example of the need for reform of current immigration laws. Stopping a new amnesty is not enough. We need a reform agenda that can bring some coherence and sanity to our immigration system and bring it into harmony with other national goals, including national-security imperatives. The war front is at home ~ By Star Parker

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
Star Parker By Star Parker Posted: December 26, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 Christmas 2009 – our nation is still at war. Afghanistan? Iraq? Yes, of course, brave young Americans are in those far off lands defending our country. God bless them. But the war's front is here at home – the war we are having with ourselves. After the horrendous attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, a few Christian pastors stepped up to say that the unprecedented violation of America's homeland was a sign of weakness within our nation. They weren't talking about how we gather intelligence or how we check travelers at the airport. The management best-seller from the 1960s, "The Peter Principle," points out that one sign of an organization or an individual at their "level of incompetence" is thinking that re-organizing alone solves problems. Drawing new organization charts or moving around furniture is a lot easier than getting to the heart of understanding what is causing failure. The weakness that led to our vulnerability on that infamous September day, said those pastors, was moral, not technical. For this, they were widely denounced. President Bush rallied the nation and talked about good and evil. But the evil he talked about was overseas. We deployed our troops and tried to understand what was wrong with "them" and how we could fix it. But little soul searching or introspection was done at home. What might be wrong with us? As we talked about advancing freedom in other societies, we bloated our own government and violated and abused the principles of freedom – private property and personal responsibility – on which our own society was founded and built. This week on TheREALjohnny2k - 9/20 to 9/26/09

By John Kubicek I'll have to take a little more of your time this week, as I was able to put up eight videos on youtube in the last seven days, all which are very informative. Not only that, but I also want you to see a couple of my "Favorites" that I came across since last Sunday. The very first video that you'll see below has set the general theme for this last week: We the People want to be heard, the government needs to listen to us, and we aren't going to take it too well when the government wants to silence us when we dissent. Just remember, WE ARE THE MOB! Now get to work, there's a lot to read and watch below! September 20, 2009 - Senator, you've been tweeted. Are you listening? This isn't like the old days, Senator. There is the internet, and now, the social media such as twitter, facebook, myspace, digg, blogs, and anywhere else the word gets out. You can no longer depend on the local newspapers to discern which stories actually make it to print. And, oh gosh, the newspapers aren't doing all that well, either. The "Sheople" are opening up to the internet, and they find out things that may not have been easy for them to find out before. It must have been a coincidence this morning. First, there was the story about the Senators that voted against defunding the corrupt ACORN. Next thing you know, here comes a story about you, Senator, thinking that using twitter would be a way to be able to communicate with your constituents. True, it is, if you were willing to use it that way. But, no, instead, it's a one-way communication; a monologue rather than a dialog. But I understand. Even with just over 500 followers on my twitter account, there is no way I can respond to ALL of them. However, Senator, it should not be all that difficult to learn that you can communicate with a few of us out here in the state that you represent, and that can make a difference. Do not allow yourself to be like the Senators mentioned in the video (I won't mention any names, but you know who you are). Just do some work as our representative, and use your resources to make sure that your constituents KNOW that you are thinking about them. Do you hear me now, Senator? And, by the way, if I could have your ear for a few moments, I'm sure that there are things that I can point out to you that you may want to know what the "sheople" want. And guess what, WE are the MOB, and we want to be heard. Do you hear us now? September 21, 2009 - I'll just call this "OBAMACORN" Unless you were born yesterday and fell off the turnip truck just this morning, you shouldn't need any additional commentary to see what is going on. This isn't even just the tip of the iceberg. The corruption in this administration is rampant. And ACORN is the proof in the pudding. Thank God for the O'Keefe & Giles expose. It opened up the story beyond all belief. It proved Glenn Beck to be correct in all that he had been talking about. Andrew Breitbart and biggovernment.com had a very big part in allowing the expose' to see the light of day. September 22, 2009 - Glenn Beck gives us some schooling about Socialism, Chavez Style When I'm unable to watch Glenn Beck's TV show live, I go to www.glennbeckclips.com and watch the videos which are here at youtube, at glennbeckdailyclips. However, now and then I get to see and record the show in real time. Today was one of those days I had that opportunity. The amount of information that I was able to consume was just out of this world, and I was so happy to be able to record it all. But there was this particular part of the first segment that really says it all. I had to bring this to you in the one chunk that explains what we are up against. I'm taking no chances. I needed you to see this part of "Professor" Beck's first segment. Pay very close attention to today's lessons, class! Hey, WAKE UP! PAY ATTENTION!! September 23, 2009 - Govt. to Humana: Shhhhh! You're not allowed to tell the old folks! A gag order from the U.S. Government, telling Humana that they will be fined if they continue to inform their mailing list of what is going on with ALL of the health care bills when it comes to their health care? As far as Obama's minions are concerned, the older people should not become aware of what their plans will do to Medicare, particularly Medicare Advantage... It is bad enough what is being done to those programs, and it is going to be a huge catastrophe to the health care of those that are no longer able to work. But the real shame is that discussion of the subject was silenced by the government. For obvious reasons, we must not tell others about this video, either. They may come down on us, too, should we openly talk about this subject here online... September 24, 2009 - More about the Humana gag order Peter Johnson, Jr. explains more about the government's gag order against Humana (besides it being against the 1st Amendment). September 24, 2009 - Michelle Malkin tells us about the kick backs and conflict of interest of AARP Yep, just another organization with ties to people in the Obama administration. You have to think that more expose's of AARP will be coming soon, thanks to Michelle Malkin for detailing this so far. September 25, 2009 - This is CHANGE that we HOPE he isn't wrong about Without the aid of high-tech special effects, I used some images that should get people to think. Does the change in the plans for the missiles in the Czech Republic and Poland make you just a little nervous? Are you aware that Obama went with what Russia was wanting us to do? Of course, that should not bother you, right? I'm just sayin' .... It was just announced that it was discovered that Iran had a nuclear processing plant that we were previously not aware of. Hey, no problem. If President Barack Obama said anything at the U.N. and the G-20 summit that made you nervous, just don't worry about it. We'll disarm anyway. Just don't worry. Our Dear Leader has it all under control! The One needs your support, especially if you are a grade-school class room. You must, and you will, trust the King... You will be taken care of if you play your cards right. Just write crazy stuff in text books and you can be a czar, too! September 26, 2009 - Huckabee talks about the Pittsburgh G20 protests - The Criminals vs Capitalism Here is how you connect the dots: The leftists go to protest against the G-20 because they want to defeat Capitalism. Every time you see these people protesting, it is usually violent. Mike Huckabee connected them to groups that actually pay "organizers" to show up at these protests; they are professional protesters. But in the meantime, the Democrats - those on the left - are calling the tea parties, town hall meeting attendees, and the 9/12 rally in Washington, D.C., "astroturf," a manufactured uprising. So, who is the real "astroturf"? So, who are the ones that are violent? And who are the ones that actually get any media coverage? Mike Huckabee and Clayton Morris have this one nailed. From my FAVORITES for the week: September 25, 2009 - G20 2009: Police Attack Students at University of Pittsburgh Video and description courtesy of snafupunk Police used teargas pepper spray and rubber bullets against University of Pittsburgh students during the Pittsburgh G20 Summit. Many of the students were not part of any demonstration but bystanders, curious to find a mass of armed riot police on their campus.
