Obviously, Hillary Clinton’s private email server in the basement of her Chappaqua, New York, mansion was not secure from hacking or surveillance. Hillary’s emails often crossed international boundaries while she was traveling around the world. More than likely, Hillary was emailing to foreign countries and foreign businesses.

So I figure the NSA, CIA, like America’s enemies around the world, already have copies of Clinton’s insecure emails. The intelligence services of Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, for example, were freely reading Hillary’s mail. Our enemies knew our negotiating positions as soon as Hillary Clinton hit “send.” One wonders what opportunities those emails will provide for foreign countries to blackmail Hillary Clinton if she is elected president.

If the NSA and CIA refuse to look in their database of intercepted emails, we will have yet another opportunity to challenge in court the flawed reasoning and empty excuses being used to engage in this illegal surveillance in the first place. Heads I win, tails you lose is a useful strategy.

On the eve of the anointed one announcing her candidacy for President of the United States, I feel really bad that I'm going to spoil Hillary's celebrated grand announcement that she will be the first female U. S. President.  Umm, no.  Actually, I don't. 

I'm sorry for the lack of a spoiler alert, but in order to make a point, I need to have you see this last paragraph in Larry Klayman's column:

Bottom line: The long arm of the law is finally closing in on the Clintons! Forget Gowdy and Congress! Forget the mainstream media reporting the whole truth! We the People are taking matters into our own legal hands! It’s past time that Hillary, the “Wicked Witch of the Left,” be put behind bars, where she can do no further harm to our nation.

Surely, he jests. Does Larry really believe that Hillary will ever be put behind bars? Seeing former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell go down for similar acts does not mean the same fate waits for Hillary. The "long arm of the law" couldn't ever be stretched far enough to reign in the "Wicked Witch of the Left." (I thought that was Nancy Pelosi!)  Bill and Hillary have always been "above the law."

It can just about be guaranteed that while Obama is President, no action will be taken by the Justice Department concerning Mrs. Clinton's seemingly shady ethics. And why would that be? Well, one plausible scenario that we could consider might be that - and this isn't a big stretch - Hillary has something on Obama. However, that may not be that much of an enviable position to be in for the "anointed one" if things go down hill, and Obama decides to go into tyrant mode. Should that happen, people who can cause trouble for the dear leader, like Hillary, have a tendency to mysteriously disappear. Just sayin'...

Thursday, my organization, Freedom Watch, went where no congressional committee had the guts to go before: We took real action to get a federal court to immediately seize the hard drives of Hillary Clinton’s private email server. (See freedomwatchusa.org.)

I asked the court to appoint a forensic expert to inspect and recreate the missing email evidence from Clintons’ tenure as secretary of state. We did this without any of the power or funding of Congress and without the years of delay on Capitol Hill. Forget about Trey Gowdy and the Government Oversight and Reform Committee. Unlike Gowdy, who has accomplished little to nothing and indeed dithered as Hillary was busy destroying evidence, we are not pursuing Hillary for show, but to uncover her illegal dough!

Are we watching on a snow-covered mountain the first moments of an avalanche beginning to slide down hill? Following our early lead at Freedom Watch, mainstream journalists are now being forced to pursue the story that Hillary Clinton, as secretary of state, traded official U.S. Government favors in return for donations to the Clinton Foundation, often from foreign governments, companies, or interests. If it didn’t involve the Clintons, these journalists would not be shy to already call it bribery.

The Hill, a good conservative-leaning publication, is reporting the same story as WND, under the headline: “Clinton changed stance on trade deal after donations to foundation.” Hillary Clinton reversed her position as secretary of state on Colombia’s record of human rights abuses after a company and its owner donated heavily to the Clinton Foundation. That’s what former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife, Maureen, were recently sentenced to two years in prison for. At The Hill and International Business Times, the story is mainstream now. But the McDonnells were small-time in comparison.

House report traces IRS scandal to Obama ~ By Jerome Corsi

While the House Oversight Committee lacked documentation proving Lerner was given a direct order by the White House to discriminate against conservatives, the report demonstrated that Lerner, along with several other senior IRS officials, established in early 2011 a “multi-tier review” process that resulted in long delays for tax-exempt applications submitted by conservative organizations.

The report stressed Lerner’s goals in implementing procedures to delay or deny tax-exempt applications by conservative groups was to help Democrats to win elections.

“Even without her full testimony, and despite the fact that the IRS has still not turned over many of her e-mails, a political agenda to crack down on tax-exempt organizations comes into focus,” the report concluded. “Lerner believed the political participation of tax-exempt organizations harmed Democratic candidates, she believed something needed to be done, and she directed action from her unit at the IRS.”

Just like what Larry Klayman said in his column, "Anatomy of government cover-ups," nothing will come of the House Oversight Committee observations:

In so doing, President Barack Hussein Obama has used every dirty and lawless trick in the book to try to achieve his distorted and perverse mission, giving rise to what he has coined and dismisses as “phony scandals.” And to thus far cover up these scandals, he and his minions have used the traditional means of which I speak to keep truth and justice from the American people.

This is sad because, if Larry Klayman is correct, then how do we stop the obvious corruption? It is pretty suspicious after Lois Lerner's multiple uses of the Fifth Amendment that she has something to hide. At this point, what Lois Lerner is hiding is left up to speculation. However, when we look at the overwhelming evidence that the House Oversight Committee has found so far, you would think there would be a Special Prosecutor investigation and grand jury looking into what is going on.  I pray that Rep. Darrel Issa (R-CA) isn't going to stop here!  There needs to be a VERY PUBLIC call for a special prosecutor in this case!  I'm just sayin'...

NEW YORK – A House committee investigating the IRS scandal has found a link between President Obama’s criticism of the Citizens United Supreme Court decision and subsequent steps taken by IRS official Lois Lerner to discriminate against conservative groups.

Lerner was responding to political pressure in her efforts to clamp down on conservative organizations seeking tax-exempt status in the wake of the 2012 Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, concluded a 141-page report released last Tuesday by the Republican-majority staff of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Lerner twice has invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer questions in appearances before the committee.

The report clearly raised the question of whether or not the political pressure came from the White House.

“It’s not the job of the IRS to overrule the Supreme Court, and it’s not the job of the IRS to crush political movements its leaders dislike,” the report said. “Her deep involvement in this scheme raises even more questions about who else was involved – including at the White House.”

The report said Lerner “led efforts to scrutinize conservative groups while working to maintain a veneer of objective enforcement.”

Anatomy of government cover-ups ~ By Larry Klayman

And, as the Justice Department-run grand juries carry on – usually endlessly until after the administration in power leaves office – little to nothing happens in terms of law enforcement. If indeed a person or two wind up being indicted, they are almost always lower or middle level officials who take the fall for the higher ups, including but not limited to the president himself.

Why do these lower and middle level officials take the proverbial fall for their masters who put them in power? Assuming that they have not been bribed – which does happen – this is because if they do not play ball they will have no chance of being appointed to any future government position and could even risk, as in the Clinton years in particular, being killed. During these years, over 80 government witnesses and others capable of implicating the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics in major crimes simply vanished off the face of the earth like a Malaysian airliner. One can call my “observations” rank speculation and so-called conspiracy theory, but the law of averages would more than suggest that of the 80, at least a few were offed by the henchmen of Bill and Hill.

So many of us during the 1990's felt that both Bill and Hillary Clinton were monsters who were able to get away with murder. However, as Larry Klayman points out, the Clintons were just into the corruption for protection of their personal power. In contrast, President Barack Hussein Obama and his corrupt administration are trying to end American exceptionalism and trying to get and keep the Marxists in power.  The problem is that the corruption will keep going on, and there will never be justice, as Klayman points out in this column, unless "we ourselves have the courage, as the Founding Fathers did in 1776, to risk all to save the nation and by extension ourselves and loved ones."

Having been a U.S. Justice Department prosecutor and self-appointed crime fighter for many years, founding and running Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, I have come to learn the hard way how our so-called government attempts to cover up its deceit, fraud and corruption. Indeed, there is a formula that applies in almost every case. This helps explain why congressional committees have not been able to obtain even a scintilla of justice for the atrocities committed by President Barack Hussein Obama and his comrades in scandals ranging from Fast and Furious-gate to Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate, Extortion 17-gate and a host of other egregious violations of the public’s trust.

A textbook Washington scandal can usually begin with a whistleblower – that is, someone inside the government who has a conscience and “blows the whistle” over criminal activity – coming forward to the press. When this happens, the media seize on and frequently sensationalize the story to reach readers and, in the case of cable news, viewers. After the story takes hold and begins its journey to reach critical mass, congressmen and senators exploit it to further their political interests and goals, appearing on Fox News or MSNBC and CNN, depending on which proverbial ox is gored – left or right, Democrat or Republican.

So President Obama’s sham proposals are just that – a ruse to lull the American people to sleep as his NSA continues to rape and pillage our privacy rights and to act as a sword to keep us silenced as he socializes and Muslimizes the nation to his designs.

It thus falls on us to continue to litigate our cases to a successful conclusion against Obama and the NSA, as this one heroic judge, Richard J. Leon, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, is the primary hope to protect the citizenry from the tyranny of this administration and its enablers in Congress, short of non-violent revolution.

Obama's speech late this last week was given to hopefully quell the fears of the people, and silence those of us who don't feel very comfortable with the NSA spying on us. It was given to allow the mainstream media the ability to say, "There's no more story here. Move along, folks."

It isn't going to work, hopefully. There is the New Media, and this story won't go away as long as we're still here. But wait! That's the ironic twist to the story, though. If we're right, and the government is using unconstitutional spying techniques against us, not to mention using the IRS to target Obama's political enemies to stifle their freedom of speech, we're then going to be in for some major trouble.

What I am afraid of, deep down, is that the abilities of the spy agencies are so technologically advanced, that if they are ever used by a tyrannical government that wants to take away our freedom... And Obama's speech should not make anybody feel anymore confident that it couldn't happen. Just sayin'...

Earlier today, President Hussein Barack Obama addressed the nation regarding the unconstitutional actions of spying on over 300 million American citizens by his National Security Agency (NSA) in an attempt to deflect from his newest “phony scandal.” The president’s so-called recommendations for his NSA and other intelligence agencies are vague, ill-defined and not genuine in any event.

In the wake of a host of these scandals, which now includes the NSA revelations by Edward Snowden, which have captured the nation’s and the world’s attention, and our successful lawsuit that recently resulted in the NSA being enjoined from further violation of our Fourth Amendment constitutional rights, the “Mullah in Chief” was caught with his dirty hands in the proverbial cookie jar and now has to appear to make amends to the aggrieved American people.

The virtuous always pay a price ~ By Larry Klayman

So to be blunt, I do not believe that Glenn's departure from Fox News was consensual. Because of his clear and honest views, and the departure of mainstream advertising revenues, Glenn was obviously shown the door. He was in effect too hot for even Fox News to handle and, without the jingle of advertising coin, expendable – no matter how much good he was doing to cut Obama and his socialist comrades down to size.

Sure Glenn and Fox News have tried to put on a good face. There is nothing entirely wrong with that; Fox is trying to avoid a viewer backlash. But the lesson to be learned is that the virtuous always pay a price.

Glenn Beck does not need Fox News. He is by now a very rich multi-millionaire and has more talent than anyone there in prime time. But Glenn's virtue is that he – like only a few others in the conservative movement – does not bow down to the altar of money or suck up to the conservative media establishment. He is much better than that!

Back on March 20, I had posted a column by Robert Ringer, by the title of "The war on Glenn Beck." In that column, Robert Ringer had written, "Most Americans are not yet ready to accept the truths Beck teaches, so they find it easier to dismiss him as a doomsayer or conspiracy nut." And a few of those Americans that trashed Glenn Beck even went further in order to silence him, by boycotting advertisers on his Fox News show, and the pressure on the advertisers led to many of them dropping their sponsorship.

In that column Ringer wrote about a month ago, his feeling was that Glenn would leave the show on his own accord:

But if the powers that be ever did insist that he put a more positive spin on his show (i.e., that he lie to his viewers), I believe his sense of honor would compel him to leave Fox. Beck is on a mission, and I think purity in thought, speech and action are nonnegotiable with him.

But Larry Klayman does not see it that way. As you see in the excerpt at the top of the page, Larry doesn't believe that "Glenn's departure from Fox News was consensual." But since Glenn Beck didn't make it sound that way when he announced his departure from Fox News, you will need to read all of Klayman's column to see what makes him think that it was more of case of Fox News wanting to end Glenn Beck's show.

But Klayman and Ringer definitely agree on one thing: Glenn Beck's character, virtue and sense of honor would not allow him, as Klayman says, to "bow down to the altar of money or suck up to the conservative media establishment." Klayman goes on to say, "He is much better than that!" I think all of Glenn's fans and supporters would agree with both Ringer and Klayman, as do I, when it comes to speaking of Glenn's honor. I'm just sayin'...

Perhaps I take a special interest in writing about Glenn Beck, because I identify with his taking unpopular stands and actions and paying a price. Indeed, I have been credited with being the precursor to Glenn. In the July 31, 2010, edition of Red County, a generally conservative but nonpartisan Internet publication, Dr. Richard Swier, while reviewing my book "Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment," wrote: "Long before there was a tea party, Glenn Beck 912 movement, 13 Patriots and thousands of others, there was Larry Klayman. Larry believes that it is more important to be virtuous than liked."

So when it was announced by Fox News recently that Glenn was "leaving" the network, this came as no surprise. More than any other political commentator and analyst on television – and frankly, I can think of no one else – Glenn speaks intelligently from his heart and does not worry about the consequences of what he "teaches" the American people.

This is not a fluff column, and there is no ulterior motive for my observations about Glenn's departure from Fox News. But for those of you who watch Fox News, as I also do from time to time, there was a world of difference between Glenn's show and the other prime-time shows. He is a pure ideologue, in the best sense of the word. If he sometimes was perceived as going over the top, it was obvious that it was because he believes in his own words. And his words were unique among Fox News' hosts, and certainly even more so from other cable hosts on other networks.

Like me, Glenn believes not only that President Barack Hussein Obama is anti-white, anti-Christian and anti-Semitic, but that he is part of a broader conspiracy – the "great left-wing" conspiracy – to reduce our nation to ashes, only to refashion it and have it rise up as a great socialist state, which has ceded its sovereignty to the "New World Order." George Soros, the tycoon ultra-leftist philanthropist, is part of this conspiracy, which is evil in Glenn's and my estimations. Soros is a Jew, and he and his father did sell out their own people to the Nazis during World War II – and regrettably continue to do so with Israel. That Glenn would say this straight up is more than brave given the leftist Jewish domination and bent in the mainstream media; it is necessary to understand the mentality and goals of those who support Obama and leftist Democrats these days. Soros goes hand in hand with the other subversive ultra-leftists, domestic terrorists and black Muslims that Obama has associated with over the years, and with whom he still associates – people like Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Rev. Louis Farrakhan and Bill Ayers.

In short, Glenn honestly believes that Obama and his friends intend to destroy the United States of America as we know it! I do too!

Why violent revolt lies in our future ~ By Larry Klayman

Of course, when Larry Klayman's column is read, most people will undoubtedly say, "That can't happen here." With all of the things going on that Larry discusses in this column, will you still be able to say, "what is there to worry about?"

And, we all know the reaction that the progressives had about the Tea Party movement. Tea partiers were criticized and called derogatory names by the leftists, with claims that tea partiers were potential domestic terrorists. Why all the leftists' lies about the tea party movement? Could it be because they are concerned that the "tipping point" could be reached soon with all of their tyrannical and socialist agenda being passed, like ObamaCare? Of the various signs of dark times to come that you will read about in this column, do you know if any of them will push this country over the edge and spark a violent revolt? President Ronald Reagan used to say that the scariest words in the English language are: "Hi, I'm from the government and I'm here to help." Two hundred or so years earlier, our Founding Fathers had essentially the same thoughts when they declared independence from the British Crown based on its refusal to take into account the grievances of the colonies and its peoples, and instead attempted to beat them into submission.

Today, as we observe the holidays and ready ourselves for a Republican takeover of the House of Representatives in the New Year, in the face of continued control of the Senate and White House by the Democrats and President Barack Obama, these words and thoughts ring louder than ever. Never before in the history of our sacred nation has the "State of the Union" been worse and indeed more hostile to the needs of the American people. And both Democrats and Republicans are responsible!

I have written in earlier columns that I sincerely believe that we have entered a new revolutionary period in American history. With each passing day, I become more convinced of it. And, regrettably, I believe that we are only a year of so from violent revolt if things do not radically change "on a dime."

Here are the signs of the violent revolution to come:

First, the economy continues in a tailspin, with unemployment increasing. Families do not have the financial means, even assuming they are able to bring home a salary, to pay for their children's higher education, buy a new car, much less put good wholesome food on the dinner table. Couple this with glacial growth in the economy, our dependence on foreign capital to keep the nation afloat and the continued real-estate crisis and the picture is more than bleak. And God forbid we have another large terrorist attack or an oil field or two in the Middle East blows up – the entire world economy could easily go down for the count. People get real upset when they do not have money; plain and simple. Just ask any employer who has missed or is late on a pay period for his employees. He or she is lucky not to be lynched. Our government has not only missed several pay periods, it is taxing the populace into submission and wasting these revenues on projects and graft that return nothing but more hardship.

WikiLeaks sparks revolution ~ By Larry Klayman

Just in case you haven't yet, you need to read the two columns I have listed just below under RELATED COLUMNS. One of the things written by Klayman in the previous column, "WikiLeaks has done the world a service", is very relevant to this column and also the column by Diana West, which I will quote here:

And if Assange and WikiLeaks, who serve as media watchdogs in effect, are silenced by the "mullah in chief" Barack Hussein Obama, Czarina Hillary Clinton and the rest of their sympathetic establishment political hacks, who is next; Fox News?

And then, in this piece, Larry Klayman brings up the possibility that this is the beginning of something that chills me to the bone, given what Glenn Beck had discussed on his radio show yesterday (Dec. 10) morning:

While I prayed that it would not get to this, it is clear that we are already in the early stages of an eventual full-scale revolution. Will the government establishment pull back, start acting in the interests of ordinary Americans rather than just itself, and avert this potential disaster? While that is the question of the day, I am not hopeful from what I have seen recently from both political parties.

In watching Fox News in the last two days, I saw what Larry may have been seeing recently, which is a lot of what Glenn Beck had been discussing on that show I mentioned above. The following video is from several segments that was on Fox News on Thursday, Dec. 9:

This week marked a milestone in our nation's history – and the American people smell a rat. "Washington, D.C.," is not only rotten to the core, it is now clear to all that the government establishment wants to destroy us. The revolution has finally begun.

Last week's column was about Julian Assange and WikiLeaks, the media watchdogs who released on the Internet over 250,000 pages of allegedly classified State Department documents exposing the rank deceit, corruption and stupidity in our foreign-policy establishment. Despite condemnation of Assange by even political commentators on the right – one incredibly calling for his assassination – conservative, libertarians and all of the other readers of my column responded in unison, agreeing that I am "right"; WikiLeaks did the world a service, and government threats to prosecute Assange are not only just another example of the establishment not liking to be exposed in the light of day but are also abhorrent.

However, the threats by Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Barack Hussein Obama, himself, were just Round 1. This week, on what are likely to turn out to be trumped-up charges that Assange engaged in "unprotected sex" with two women who just happened to wander into his bed (no, this is regrettably not a Hollywood comedy), the Obama administration put Interpol up to arresting Assange in Great Britain – where he had been hiding – using Swedish law as the vehicle. He was taken into custody not because there was "probable cause" that he had committed any crime or even civil offense, but because he would not agree to questioning – which under American law, at least, he did not have to do thanks to our "Fifth Amendment" right against self incrimination. So the Obama administration put up British authorities to use Swedish law to arrest Assange using as a pretext his refusal to incriminate himself, since our legal system will not allow for this.

Watchdog: We'll seek Kagan's disbarment and impeachment

And now for a story you probably won't hear about anywhere else, except for possibly Fox News Channel. I'm not even sure if you will see the story there, either, judging by the way questions about Obama's Constitutional eligibility have been vanquished from the network. And as long as this story never makes it to any of the left-wing news networks or mainstream media, nobody will ever have any need to deal with it.

The question is this: If this story had come out before the vote yesterday, would Kagan have still been confirmed? Probably... She's a Progressive Democrat, and of course that would mean she's above the law. Just sayin'...

"It is bad enough when Bill Clinton lied under oath about Monica Lewisky, but Kagan's lying resulted in the deaths of human beings," Klayman told WND. "How much worse can it be?"

As WND reported, dozens of pro-life organizations previously asked the Senate to investigate Kagan's 1997 amendment to an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists report, which was then used by the Supreme Court as justification for overturning Nebraska's partial-birth abortion ban in 2000.

The perjury may have been committed when Kagan, during hearings in the Senate, said, "My only dealings with ACOG were about talking with them and how to ensure that their statement expressed their views."

A formal complaint has been submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court asking that Elena Kagan – the bench's newest occupant – be disbarred, and an attorney who submitted the request for a criminal investigation into her statements said the effort will be expanded also to seek her impeachment, following the Senate's 63-37 approval of her appointment today.

"On behalf of Freedom Watch and Declaration Alliance, and as a member of the U.S. Supreme Court bar, I hereby file a complaint to disbar Elena Kagan from practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and for referral to the U.S. Department of Justice for criminal investigation and for obstruction of justice," wrote Larry Klayman, president of Freedom Watch.

The letter was dispatched to Chief Justice John Roberts as well as Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Clarence Thomas, Ruth Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Samuel Alito.

"In addition to disbarment, this matter should respectfully be referred to the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for investigation of obstruction of justice and other related crimes," the letter said.

The letter said Kagan, while associate White House Counsel in the Clinton White House, "falsified a medical report of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG) in an intentional effort to mislead not just Congress and the White House concerning the efficacy and health risks of partial birth abortion, but also to mislead the various federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court which ultimately relied on this falsified medical report."

That came when the court struck down legislation restricting partial birth abortion, a gruesome procedure supported by Kagan that involves an abortionist partly delivery a live child, killing the child, and then finishing the delivery.

"This court relied in large part upon this falsified ACOG medical report to overturn Nebraska's partial birth abortion ban, which was then used as binding precedent among the circuits," Klayman wrote.

Klayman pointed out that the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct provide that "a lawyer who commits fraud in the conduct of business is subject to discipline for engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation."

"Clearly Elena Kagan's conduct in falsifying the ACOG report violates these Canons of the ABA code," Klayman said. "It was, at a minimum, reasonably foreseeable that her fraudulent changes to the ACOG report would ultimately be used by this court in its proceedings….

"This court must stand for the principle that 'no one is above the law.' If this is not the case, then 'We the People,' do not have a Supreme Court as envisioned and implemented by our founding fathers," Klayman's letter said. "Ms. Kagan cannot, and should not be treated differently than anyone else who deceives this court or any other court.

"She is thus unfit to remain a member of the court and should be disbarred from further representation before it. The issue of partial birth abortion, and the lives which it takes and affects, is too important than to allow a member of this court to pervert the medical findings of a body that is the expert in the field."

Declaration Alliance, Ambassador Alan Keyes' national pro-life organization, has joined in appealing for justice in the Kagan case. It noted the fact that Kagan altered a scientific analysis – inserting her own words – and then passed it off as a medical organization's analysis before the Supreme Court.

Klayman told WND today that the fact that Kagan now has been affirmed by the U.S. Senate means only that in addition to disbarment, the complaint will seek her impeachment.

On her current Middle East trip, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expressed worry that Iran is "moving toward" a military dictatorship, and an investigator who uncovered the "Chinagate" scandal when her husband was president now is wondering whether this careful wording is "ChinaGate, Part 2."

The original "Chinagate," documented on the Judicial Watch website, was uncovered by Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman. Technology companies allegedly made donations of millions of dollars to various Democratic Party entities, including President Bill Clinton's 1996 re-election campaign, in return for permission to sell high-tech secrets to China.

Bernard Schwartz and his Loral Space & Communication Ltd. later allegedly "helped China to identify the cause of [a rocket failure], thereby advancing China's missile program and threatening U.S. national security," according to records.

Now Klayman, who went on to found Freedom Watch USA, is interested in some answers that Hillary Clinton could provide.

"Why is Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration refusing to challenge the radical Islamic regime in Iran over its systematic imprisonment, torture and extermination of its own people?" Klayman asked today.

"Incredibly, Secretary of State Clinton was quoted as saying, 'We see that the government of Iran, the supreme leader, the president, the parliament, is being supplanted and that Iran is moving toward a military dictatorship?'" he said.

"Mrs. Clinton obviously knows that Islamic Iranian regime is already a Hitler-like dictatorship, comprised of neo-Nazis who imprison, torture and murder anyone who opposes them. That she would say the country is only moving in that direction is not naivete," Klayman said.

"Could it be that she is on the Iranian regime's payroll, just as was the case when she orchestrated the 'Chinagate' scandal from the Clinton White House?" he questioned.

A spokeswoman at the U.S. State Department told WND there would be no comment on the issue.
