Lying Adam Schiff Is Exposed And He’s Panicking ~ Ep. 1245 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the explosive new documents, which have sleazy Adam Schiff in a full panic. I also address the latest reason the Democrats are giving for bankrupting America and keeping it closed.
So, I'm sitting here in my office just after watching Episode 1245, wondering which of the topics that Dan discussed would be fitting for this post.  I really loved the segment on freeing Shelley Luther, the woman that was sent to jail by an activist judge that wanted her to apologize for her "selfish act" of going back to work so that she could feed her kids and pay her rent.  Well, I just got done covering the story of her release from jail Thursday afternoon, and Ted Cruz getting a haircut from her. Just see my Twitter profile feed at @johnny2k.  Multiple stories.  So I'll leave it at that.  However, Shelley's story may set something in motion.  Did you see in my post yesterday, where I found the guy dancing alone in the park video that Dan often mentions?

Yep, and I think it will be Shelley Luther who was dancing alone, but now more and more people will be joining her, like Jax Myers, and guess what, Demonicrats?  The economy is going to come back, despite the Demonicrats attempt to keep moving the goal post to open things up again.

Yes, now that's my big take away story from this episode.  The Dems are now claiming that we have to do massive testing and tracing before we open the economy back up... with rampant unemployment and all... so that they can then retcon the story that they were way off in the beginning, when they claimed that the flu was much more dangerous than the Wuhan Covid-19 Coronavirus.  Now their narrative is, and will be, President Trump didn't act quickly enough, and before we end up losing many more lives to the horrible virus, let's make sure that we quarantine everyone that could continue to spread the disease.  Oh, and let's also get the vaccine for Covid-19 developed, too, another movement of their goal post.  And they're thinking (well, maybe not, people on the left really aren't capable of actual thinking), "Gosh, if we could just keep the economy down up until the election, and then get sociopath liars out there, such as lying Adam Schiff or Nancy Pelosi, along with our pals in the fake news mainstream media, we can say that it's all Trump's fault."

But, they keep forgetting one important little fact:  President Donald Trump is by far more intelligent than they are, and he knows how to lead, and he will be depending on WE the PEOPLE to start dancing in the park with those like Shelley Luther and Jax Myers in the country.  He knows us. He knows the American people are not going to allow ourselves to "shelter in place," while we all go bankrupt.  Not going to happen. We will find the safest ways to open the businesses back up.  We will continue to be the free people that know how to solve problems and get through our challenges.

Now, it's time for you to click on the video below, and start watching.

House report traces IRS scandal to Obama ~ By Jerome Corsi

While the House Oversight Committee lacked documentation proving Lerner was given a direct order by the White House to discriminate against conservatives, the report demonstrated that Lerner, along with several other senior IRS officials, established in early 2011 a “multi-tier review” process that resulted in long delays for tax-exempt applications submitted by conservative organizations.

The report stressed Lerner’s goals in implementing procedures to delay or deny tax-exempt applications by conservative groups was to help Democrats to win elections.

“Even without her full testimony, and despite the fact that the IRS has still not turned over many of her e-mails, a political agenda to crack down on tax-exempt organizations comes into focus,” the report concluded. “Lerner believed the political participation of tax-exempt organizations harmed Democratic candidates, she believed something needed to be done, and she directed action from her unit at the IRS.”
Just like what Larry Klayman said in his column, "Anatomy of government cover-ups," nothing will come of the House Oversight Committee observations:
In so doing, President Barack Hussein Obama has used every dirty and lawless trick in the book to try to achieve his distorted and perverse mission, giving rise to what he has coined and dismisses as “phony scandals.” And to thus far cover up these scandals, he and his minions have used the traditional means of which I speak to keep truth and justice from the American people.
This is sad because, if Larry Klayman is correct, then how do we stop the obvious corruption? It is pretty suspicious after Lois Lerner's multiple uses of the Fifth Amendment that she has something to hide. At this point, what Lois Lerner is hiding is left up to speculation. However, when we look at the overwhelming evidence that the House Oversight Committee has found so far, you would think there would be a Special Prosecutor investigation and grand jury looking into what is going on.  I pray that Rep. Darrel Issa (R-CA) isn't going to stop here!  There needs to be a VERY PUBLIC call for a special prosecutor in this case!  I'm just sayin'...

House report traces IRS scandal to Obama
Produces evidence Lois Lerner followed White House lead
Jerome Corsi

On WND.com

NEW YORK – A House committee investigating the IRS scandal has found a link between President Obama’s criticism of the Citizens United Supreme Court decision and subsequent steps taken by IRS official Lois Lerner to discriminate against conservative groups.

Lerner was responding to political pressure in her efforts to clamp down on conservative organizations seeking tax-exempt status in the wake of the 2012 Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, concluded a 141-page report released last Tuesday by the Republican-majority staff of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Lerner twice has invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer questions in appearances before the committee.

The report clearly raised the question of whether or not the political pressure came from the White House.

“It’s not the job of the IRS to overrule the Supreme Court, and it’s not the job of the IRS to crush political movements its leaders dislike,” the report said. “Her deep involvement in this scheme raises even more questions about who else was involved – including at the White House.”

The report said Lerner “led efforts to scrutinize conservative groups while working to maintain a veneer of objective enforcement.”

Winning the battle for freedom ~ By Henry Lamb

Henry tells us how a group of citizens are taking on a county government in Minnesota that was abusing or violating their Fifth Amendment property rights and eminent domain laws.
This group has been working for more than four years to protect their property rights from the insidious, freedom-eroding, comprehensive plans promoted in the name of sustainable development. They have gone about their task in an orderly, non-confrontational manner, and they are gaining the upper hand. They have become a beacon of leadership for countless other groups across the country fighting the same fight.

This is how freedom will survive: person by person, community by community, state by state, and nation by nation. The battle begins at home.

The people of Houston County, Minn., have found the way to protect themselves and their property from the abuses of government-run-amok in pursuit of sustainable development.

The county adopted a comprehensive plan consistent with the goals of sustainable development, but which completely ignored the U.S. Constitution and the principles of freedom. A local citizens group tried to work with the county commissioners in the development of the county's comprehensive plan two years ago, but opposing views and a petition signed by more than 700 landowners was not considered by the plan makers.

The citizens group has now presented the county with a notice of intent to sue, based on three complaints: 1) the plan violates Minnesota's state Constitution and the U.S. Constitution; 2) the county's implementation of the plan exceeds the authority given to counties by state law; and 3) the county's actions in pursuit of the plan violate the Minnesota Constitution and the U.S. Constitution.

The notice of intent cites Dolan v. the city of Tigard, which says if the Fifth Amendment is to have any meaning, "It must include the right to prevent the government from gaining an ownership interest in one's property outside the procedures of the Takings Clause."

The document describes multiple examples of how the county exercised ownership interest in deciding how privately owned property could be used. At least 27 times, the county prevented a landowner from building a second home on privately owned parcels of less than 40 acres. In other examples, the county forced landowners to build in a location other than where the owner wanted to build.

In another example of the county's exercise of ownership interest, a landowner wanted to replace an old mobile home with a new one, on the same site where a well and septic tank were already in place. The county said no and forced the landowner to locate the new mobile home across the road on land used for crops, where a new well and septic tank had to be installed.

The 36-page notice is filled with similar examples of how the county plan violates the Constitution, the law and common sense. The county has 30 days to respond.

The landowners have extended an olive branch to the commissioners. In a separate letter to the county, the landowners' group said they would appoint a small committee to work with the commissioners to correct the defects in the plan, providing that the county would officially adopt, as the basis for the county comprehensive plan, the same resolution signed by 700 local landowners.

They're still after your water ~ By Henry Lamb

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
"The expanding power of the federal government must be reined in; the only power on earth that can do it are the people who choose the representatives who go to Congress."
Henry LambBy Henry Lamb Posted: November 21, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 The Fourth Amendment is quite clear: An American citizen's right to be secure in his property against search and seizure without a warrant – shall not be violated. The Fifth Amendment underscores this right: "… nor shall private property be taken without just compensation." This is the clear, unmistakable language of the highest law of the land: the U.S. Constitution. Congress is about to pass another law that completely ignores the Constitution, the Clean Water Restoration Act (S. 787) (See video at the bottom of this page). For the first 100 years, the states set water policy. The feds got into the business in 1886 with the River and Harbor Act, and expanded their interest in 1948 with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. From the outset, the federal government was interested only in "navigable" waters that affected interstate and foreign commerce, consistent with federal powers authorized in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. The federal government dipped its hand deeper with the 1972 Clean Water Act, in which the first goal was to "to attain a 'zero discharge of pollutants' into navigable waters by 1985." It is significant that the word "wetland" did not appear in law. Almost immediately, green advocacy groups began filing lawsuits claiming that the Clean Water Act required the protection of wetlands, as well as "navigable" waters. Interestingly, many of the lawsuits were settled out of court through a consent decree. This means that the green advocacy group and the federal agency got their heads together and wrote a definition of wetlands that far exceeded the congressional language and intent. When the judge approved the agreement, his "decree" became the law. Between 1973 and 1977, the federal government's representative involved in writing the consent agreements with the green advocacy groups was Russell E. Train, EPA administrator. Before assuming this position, Train headed the Conservation Foundation. When he left the EPA, he became president of the National Wildlife Foundation. For all practical purposes, these green advocacy groups wrote the definition and the rules of implementation that allowed the federal government to seize control over any land that it designated as a wetland. Federal agencies had a field day prosecuting people for polluting the navigable waters of the United States. The Sierra Club created its Swamp Watch Committee of volunteers who rode the back roads to find bulldozers at work so the feds could descend on the worksite to inspect for wetlands. The definition of "navigable" waters expanded to the point that the Corps of Engineers adopted its "Migratory Bird Rule," also known as the "Glancing Goose Rule." [CLICK HERE TO READ MORE]
