Eugenics has been promoted not just as a philosophy, but as a system of state control, where reproduction must be guided by the 'wiser' of mankind - the academic and ruling elites in the name of saving the planet, or saving mankind - such as top scientist. Dr. Eric Pianka, who gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. His chilling comments received an enthusiastic reception from the audience!
These ought to give a jolt ...
