CNN Goes Bundy-Trolling on Racial Issues & Gets Retort from Black Bodyguard They Don’t Expect ~ By Kyle Becker

The question is: What does the guy’s character have to do with the principle in play, anyway? Bundy’s story was not picked for his character, it was picked because it was an abuse of the federal government’s power.

The fact that so many think his story is nullified by his personal opinions goes to show how many in the American public there are who are simply incapable of defending their own rights whenever a leftist yells that he finds something “offensive.”

I still have no qualms about mentioning that a lot of what Cliven Bundy said the other day sounded very racist to many people, and that it is very likely that his diatribe did a lot of damage to the Conservative and Tea Party movements. But in Cliven Bundy's defense, there is a strong likelihood that the way he said the things he did had a lot more to do with his age than his character.

If we determine what he said as racist, it is because the of the way he tried to explain his views, and it sounded racist to the younger generations with the progressive mindset. The older generations have different ways to express their viewpoints, and it may sound offensive, but from their perspective, it has nothing to do with the way they treat and love their fellow human beings, no matter what race. Their articulation of the issue usually has nothing to do with their character.

I think that this story by Kyle Becker, and surely countless others in the blogosphere, does exonerate Mr. Bundy from the recent claims that he is blatantly racist as reported by some in the media. However, the damage was done.  It would have been much better if Harry Reid's vicious statements about Cliven Bundy and his supporters being domestic terrorists, or Reid's problems with ethics, had stayed in the forefront of the news. Just sayin'...

VIDEO: Why do Liberals attack black Conservatives?

There is a real truth that people on the Left need to know, but they refuse to hear it or believe it. I pretty much made the point in a blog I just posted recently, called, "Seven Hard Truths Liberals Just Don’t Want To Hear ~ By Kurt Schlichter." It really fits well into the puzzle, one of the pieces that I will give you here. This is the part where the Liberals have one basic attack strategy: Attack those that make their cause known for whatever it is!

While this great country has drifted to the Left, there will soon be more and more people that will get it! The black Conservatives are showing that there is a great alternative to Lyndon Baynes Johnson's Great Society. Sticking to values and principles that many of us grew up with will help anyone that wants to take responsibility for our future, regardless of race! But, heck, if those on the Left think that they can hide the truth forever that not all black American's have fallen for the lie that America willingly keeps them from prospering, there will be people like me that will serve the Truth to them until somebody comes and pries my keyboard from under my cold, dead hands.

As Kevin Jackson of the Blacksphere explains it:

Even Bill Maher is getting it. Maher was discussing Paul Ryan’s comments about what’s happening in the inner cities, and Bell decided to ring the racism bell. W Kamau Bell, the host of a show called “Totally Biased” proved to be exactly that. At least he’s honest about his racism, though he still needs to come to grip with his ignorance.

The black community needs honesty. The black Conservatives will provide the honesty that they need, but it is going to be difficult to get people to find out about the truth with the bombardment of the disinformation from people like Jamilah Lemieux that spew out their anti-Conservative disparagement, even when the messenger is black. And, surely, when the messenger is white like me. Jamilah won't like this post, I can assure you of that! Just sayin'...

A Tea Party Express press conference to fight charges of racism in Tea Party Movement

Well, folks, so much for the Tea Party Movement being racist. I came across this outstanding video (really early) this morning that I enthusiastically encourage you to watch:

The above video was from a National Black Conservative press conference conducted by The Tea Party Express, one of the nation’s largest tea party organizations, regarding the unrelenting attacks on the tea party movement, including the NAACP resolution that accused millions of tea partying Americans of embracing racism. The press conference was held on August 4, 2010, at the Murrow Room of the National Press Club, in Washington D.C. The press conference was organized by Lloyd Marcus, who is a black Conservative, Tea Party Express spokesperson, and entertainer.

"From the very beginning when Rick Santelli’s famous on-air rant helped rally millions of Americans to the tea party movement, the establishment media and liberals across the country have tried to head off the growing citizen involvement in opposing the reckless spending in Washington and the growing intrusiveness of the federal government," said Lloyd Marcus, Tea Party Express spokesperson and leader.

"First, they called us all Astro-turf and not real, but the crowds kept getting bigger. Then they said we were being paid by the Republican Party, which became obviously false as we took on establishment Republicans as well as Democrats. Then they tried to say we were all a bunch of nuts, but when millions of people kept coming, they couldn’t claim everyone was a nut. Now, they are trying to say that we are racist, which is yet another desperate fabrication. We are going to stand up and call on the Left to start sticking to the issues, and stop the name calling," added Marcus.

"In light of the NAACP resolution accusing the millions of Americans who attend Tea Parties of embracing racists, the Tea Party Express is hosting a National Black Conservative Press Conference to speak out against all of the bogus, false and malicious charges leveled against the American people who have rallied to take their country back from the big spending and irresponsible and unconstitutional growth of the federal government. Apparently the NAACP and other groups are afraid to acknowledge the fact that the tea party welcomes people of all races, and is a much bigger and more diverse group than they’re willing to admit," stated Marcus.

Black conservative leaders, organization spokespersons, authors, entertainers and activists from across America will gather in Washington DC to introduce themselves and their individual roles in fighting the good fight promoting conservative principles, values and patriotism within the tea party movement.

The list of featured speakers at the conference was impressive. (You can see the complete list of the speakers at Lloyd's website just  below the quote above.) One of the people that wasn't listed, but that I noticed in the video above, was AlfonZo Rachel of PJTV's ZoNation. Others whom I recognized either in the above video or from the list included Kevin Jackson of TheBlackSphere, and several of WorldNetDaily's great columnists: Herman Cain, Star Parker, Mychal Massie, Ambassador Alan Keyes, and Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson.

(There are also several other black conservative columnists that I want to mention to you that weren't listed as featured speakers at the press conference. I would highly recommend that you read their columns: Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell, Walter E. Williams, and Ellis Washington.)

So, you see, the Tea Party Movement is not made up with just racist white people as many in the liberal left media would like you to believe. Anger toward Barack Obama is not because he is black. It is his Marxist leanings that many Tea Party people oppose, regardless of the color of their skin. If you happen to hear somebody say that the Tea Party Movement is nothing but a bunch of angry white racists, you might want to refer them to this post. Just sayin'...

I guess when your press conference on healthcare is a disaster, you look for any man-made disaster that offers deflection from your own. Reinforcng to me that Harvard degrees make good toilet paper, Professor Gates portrayed his ignorance and in the typical Harvard arrogance that has become all too familiar to America during the Era of Brown Underwear. If I were president of Harvard or of alumni association, I would start sending out communiques that say, “Everybody just shut up!” You can only run so long on the momentum of past excellence. Is civility on the curricula at Harvard? If it is, Gates skipped that lecture series. So when confronted at his home by an officer of the law there to protect Gates’ own property, Gates decided to exercise his right to be a pompous Harvard ass. Gates didn’t like that a lowly police officer—a white one at that—was attempting to question him in his own home, despite the fact that Gates was witnessed by neighbors “jimmying” his way in. Nothing suspicious about that! As for the confrontation, it likely went something like this: Cop: Sir, I’m going to need you to put your hands up. I’m responding to a possible break-in at this residence. Elitist: This is MY house, Cracker! Cop: Sir, I will need to see some ID. Elitist: I’m a PROFESSOR at HARVARD and a friend of the PRESIDENT. What, you don’t think a BLACK man can own a NICE home? Did I mention HARVARD?! Why are you YELLING at me, white boy?!! Cop: Sir, we can get this resolved quickly, if I can just see some ID, and… Elitist: I don’t have to show you anything in my own home, whitey! I teach at Harvard. You’re trespassing. I could make one phone call, and you will be on the streets, homeless! Do you know who you are f#$&ing with? A Harvard professor and last remaining friend of Obama!! So while Obama journeyed to Europe to announce the New World Order, North Korea launched a missile. Now we are being told that it is a satellite, and frankly I don't care what it was, as it doesn't matter. What does matter is that Obama showed the world that he is a bona fide punk. When confronted with this very real crisis, Obama chose to run to Papa. In case you don't know who Papa is, it's the United Nations.
