It couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch. There they were: Obama, Michelle, Oprah Winfrey, Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod, Mayor Richard Daley – all from Chicago, by the way – plus media flacks, staffers, aides, security – and, for all we know, their own chef and food taster. I mean they offended people in the old "ugly American" way and no doubt, came across as pushy. Pushy? Barack? Michelle? Oh no! I loved the line I heard on Rush Limbaugh's program and saw on Drudge: "The ego has landed!" [CLICK HERE TO READ MORE]
