Barack Obama's missing year ~ By Jack Cashill

"Like a tourist, I watched the range of human possibility on display," writes Obama of those years, "trying to trace out my future in the lives of the people I saw, looking for some opening through which I could re-enter."

Re-enter what? This seems more the reflection of a soon to be ex-fugitive than that of a metro-sexual happily browsing the Met. Ayers, by the way, uses the phrase "human possibility" twice in his memoir, "Fugitive Days."

Not surprisingly, Boerner has chosen not to return my phone call. As I said on his voice mail, all I wanted to do was clarify whether Obama actually attended class his first year in New York.

You would think we would know this by now.
Now, it isn't like this column by Jack Cashill will prove or help to determine that Obama isn't constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States. But, be aware that you don't want to mistake a sign post for the destination. It's a case where discrepancies in Barack Obama's own testimony regarding his life in "Dreams From My Father" are coming to light, and the apparent inconsistencies, if you should really care, fuel the fires of interest.

In the video shown below in the column, it starts with a picture of Obama sitting with his grandparents in a park in New York. The author of the video contends that the picture was photoshopped (graphic editing) in order to show Obama with his grandparents, but that Obama was added in to a photo with just his grandparents. Some of the writers of comments for the youtube video, however, contend that the 2nd photo, with just the grandparents, was the not the original, and that Obama was photoshopped out of the scene. I can only say one of the photos has been photoshopped, and that is pretty obvious. But, does it really matter which is the original? When you do not know for sure if evidence is solid proof in a court of law, it does add reasonable doubt for either side of a case.

As I said, though, what Jack Cashill wrote about is only a sign post. Of course, the final destination is knowing whether or not the President should be constitutionally qualified to be President or not. And, please notice, I have not ever said that the President was born anywhere else that would disqualify him as a "natural born citizen." As a matter of fact, I've only done my best to provide the full chain of evidence to the best of my abilities, in order for YOU to be the jury, and really, the jury of We the People. I think it is important that you are aware that there is even a question, because that should not have ever happened in the first place if we want to preserve the Constitution of the United States.

It seems to be very wrong, that for whatever reason, the President continues to spend vast sums of money - in the millions - in order to BLOCK us from ever knowing incontrovertible truth. And I believe that anyone that has been trying to learn about, and then keep up with this issue, would have to wonder what the motive for withholding information that could have resolved this long ago. I think Donald Trump is saying the same thing. The real question should be, "Why?" I'm just sayin'...

In his definitive 2010 biography of Barack Obama, "The Bridge," New Yorker editor David Remnick features a photograph of a dapper young Barack Obama sitting between his grandparents on a Central Park bench.

The bench is real. The grandparents are real. The wall behind them is real. Barack Obama is not. He has been conspicuously photoshopped in. Who did this and why remains as much a mystery as Obama's extended stay in New York.

Video provided by Bigone5555J on Mar 29, 2011

In late October 2007, the New York Times ran a telling article on Barack Obama headlined, "Obama's Account of New York Years Often Differs From What Others Say."

Given that he was an announced candidate for president, and an underdog at that, the Times expected Obama to welcome the chance to reconcile his account in his memoir, "Dreams from My Father," with the accounts of those who knew him.

"Yet," lamented the newly neutered Times, "he declined repeated requests to talk about his New York years, release his Columbia transcript or identify even a single fellow student, co-worker, roommate or friend from those years."

A campaign spokesman, Ben LaBolt, offered a painfully lame explanation for Obama's reticence, "He doesn't remember the names of a lot of people in his life."

Lame or not, it worked, and it continues to work on a media that have spent more time in the dumpsters of Wasilla than they have investigating the preposterously unknown history of the world's best-known man.

When the media leave holes in a given narrative – in this case, the biography of a presidential candidate – bloggers individually, incrementally and indefatigably strive to fill them in, usually with mixed results.

One hole that remains strangely unfilled in that narrative is the academic year 1981-1982, a year Obama was reportedly a student at Columbia University.

The irrepressible researcher Orly Taitz secured a document through the National Student Clearinghouse on Obama's Columbia attendance.

The document confirms Obama's graduation from Columbia with a political science degree in 1983, but it places him there only in the 1982-1983 academic year.

"As there is no record of Obama residing anywhere else in the United States from September 1981-September 1982, or attending any other university," Taitz infers, "by way of simple deduction it becomes clear that his visit to Pakistan lasted not a month or two, as he claims, but over a year."

Obama's deceptions and studied opaqueness invite such speculation, but Taitz is likely unaware of competing evidence. How valid that evidence is remains to be seen.

Going back, Occidental friend John Drew confirms seeing Obama at a party in Los Angeles in June 1981. "At that time," says Drew, "the future president was a doctrinaire Marxist revolutionary, although perhaps – for the first time – considering conventional politics as a more practical road to socialism."

In "Dreams," Obama gives no account of the following summer. He moves from Los Angeles to New York in August and allegedly lands roughly. No one was present at his Spanish Harlem sublease when he arrives, and Obama sleeps in an alleyway.

Desperate, Obama calls "Sadik," a Pakistani and his one friend in the city, who just happens to be a coke-head and an illegal alien.

When Obama gives up his apartment because of a lack of heat, he and Sadik – in real life, Sohale Siddiqi – move in together, the date unspecified.

Given that "Dreams" proposes to tell the story of Obama's coming to grips with the world around him, his failure to mention a trip to Pakistan that summer raises eyebrows. Nor did Obama mention it in his 2006 book, "Audacity of Hope."

By contrast, Obama devotes considerable attention to an alleged trip to Europe a few years later, his flimsy account of which seems to have been pulled from a Michelin Guide.

In fact, it was not until April 2008 at a San Francisco fundraiser that Obama casually let it be known that he had traveled to Pakistan at all, an admission that took his own spokesman by surprise.

D.C. court case demands Obama explain eligibility

From WorldNetDaily
Contends president's allegiance is to Britain, Kenya, Indonesia By Bob Unruh Posted: January 29, 2010 ~ 12:20 am Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily Orly TaitzA prominent attorney who has shepherded a number of high-profile legal cases challenging Barack Obama'seligibility to be president has brought a "Quo Warranto" case to district court in Washington, D.C., alleging his allegiances have included Britain, Kenya and Indonesia. A Quo Warranto action, first recorded some 800 years ago, essentially is a demand to know by what authority a public figure is acting. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was assigned to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Taitz told WND that in a separate action she has filed a notice of appeal with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals of the dismissal of a case she brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes and dozens of other individuals in California challenging Obama's eligibility. She previously attempted Quo Warranto cases on behalf of government officials, without response. This time she filed the action directly with the court on her own behalf. "The case revolves around the federal question of eligibility of the president under Quo Warranto," she wrote. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto "affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents." John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, an organization founded by former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, previously told WND the demand was a legitimate course of action. Birthers, is Secret Service watching you?

From WorldNetDaily
Agents pay visits to those who question Obama's eligibility By Drew Zahn Posted: January 12, 2010 ~ 10:08 pm Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily In blogs, interviews and e-mails, "birthers" around the country are reporting surveillance and visits from the U.S. Secret Service, whose agents have questioned – or, as some report, intimidated – them over their insistence that Barack Obama prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president. As WND reported, Stephen Pidgeon, an attorney for Washington state plaintiffs challenging Obama's eligibility, grew suspicious in March when his wife and coworkers reported being shadowed by police and three, black SUVs. "We are definitely under surveillance and it's coordinated with Homeland Security," Pidgeon alleged. In November, Dale Laudenslager, a member of the American Grand Jury movement's attempt to have Obama indicted for fraud and even treason, reported on The JAG Hunter blog more direct confrontation: an unannounced home visit by a Pennsylvania state police officer and two Secret Service agents. "They came in regard to the criminal complaint I sent to the FBI and the fact that [Obama] is going to be in a town very close by," Laudenslager writes. "I told them I had no violent intentions, but we do intend to remove [Obama] from office through the court system. I handed them the AGJ presentments. I told them they have been mailed or hand delivered to courts and public officials all over this country. They seemed satisfied, took a copy of the presentments, left their cards and left." Orly Taitz, perhaps the best known of the attorneys challenging Obama's eligibility in several court cases around the country, told the news site Mother Jones, "A number of my supporters had visits from Secret Service, from different agencies, INS, Homeland Security. There are a whole number of people who got these visits to intimidate and harass them." READ FULL STORY >

Obama eligibility attorney charges case rife with fraud

From WorldNetDaily
Asks court for 'evidentiary hearing for possible criminal prosecution' By Bob Unruh Posted: January 08, 2010 ~ 8:05 pm Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily An attorney who has been involved in several cases alleging Barack Obama isn't qualified to be president because he is not a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution now is asking a California judge in investigate possible fraud against the court. Attorney Orly TaitzOrly Taitz, who has, among other cases, one pending at the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a member of the military wondering whether orders from Obama as commander-in-chief are valid, said the possibility of fraud is one of several concerns in the case. "There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and Social Security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution," she wrote in her latest arguments that also request the case be moved to Washington, D.C. She noted the respondent, Obama, "has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of this honorable court and can be brought to a separate evidentiary hearing to ascertain if fraud was perpetrated upon the court by assertion of false identity, even if the underlying case is not heard or closed for one reason or another." She also asked that the U.S. attorney's office, which has been representing Obama's interests in the case, be barred from participating "due to the obvious inherent conflict of interest." Taitz told WND a hearing is scheduled Jan. 25, and the outcome is up to Judge David Carter. The judge earlier dismissed the case in a ruling that noted the appropriate venue would be the District of Columbia, where Obama's political office is based. WND reported earlier when she argued to Carter that since the defendant's lawyers have admitted D.C. would be the proper jurisdiction, the case should be moved. READ FULL STORY >

Shocker! Judge orders trial on eligibility issue

From WorldNetDaily
Arguments planned Jan. 11 for major Obama challenge Posted: September 08, 2009 ~ 4:42 pm Eastern By Jerome R. Corsi © 2009 WorldNetDaily A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution. If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue. In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had. In a second ruling, Carter ordered that attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation can be added to the case to represent plaintiffs Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, who had been removed by an earlier court order. Drake, the vice presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, and Robinson, the party's chairman, also were restored to the case. But the judge did not immediately rule on Taitz' motion to be granted discovery – that is the right to see the president's still-concealed records. Nor did Carter rule immediately on a motion to dismiss the case, submitted by the U.S. government, following discussion over Taitz' challenge to the work of a magistrate in the case. The judge did comment that if there are legitimate constitutional questions regarding Obama's eligibility, they need to be addressed and resolved. Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery. If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later. The case would be the first time, according to Kreep, that the actual merits of the dispute will have been heard in open court. A multitude of such disputes have been rejected out of hand by various state and federal courts. Even the U.S. Supreme Court repeatedly has rejected urgent appeals to hear the evidence. The suit alleges Obama is actually a citizen of Indonesia and "possibly still citizen of Kenya, usurping the position of the president of the United States of America and the commander-in-chief." Court document swears Kenyan birth cert legit

From WorldNetDaily
Owner risks perjury in high-profile case to insist Barack Obama born in Africa Posted: September 06, 2009 ~ 7:20 pm Eastern By Drew Zahn © 2009 WorldNetDaily With a scheduled hearing date Tuesday, Lucas Smith, the man who tried to sell an alleged Barack Obama Kenyan birth certificate on eBay, has filed court papers in a high-profile eligibility case insisting – under threat of perjury – that the Obama birth certificate in his possession is the genuine article. Smith filed his affidavit through California attorney Orly Taitz, who has spearheaded several lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president, as part of a case that includes as plaintiff former presidential candidate Alan Keyes. Taitz posted on her blog Smith's declaration, which claims he obtained the alleged birth certificate from Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, and insists it's real. "The true and correct photocopy of the birth certificate obtained is attached to this affidavit as Exhibit A," the declaration reads. "I declare, certify, verify, state and affirm under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing statements of fact and descriptions of circumstances and events are true and correct." Smith's affidavit, which includes a copy of the certificate, has been filed with Judge David Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Carter is scheduled to preside over a hearing on the case on Sept. 8. Taitz told WND she believes the swiftly approaching court date prompted Smith into action: "He has been in touch with me for quite a while, and he emailed me the document with his signature," Taitz said. "I think he was trying to figure out the most expedient way to bring his message public, and maybe he felt that because I have a hearing coming, that would be the most expedient way." Taitz hopes the court will order expedited discovery, a ruling that would open many of Obama's currently sealed documents, including his college records and Hawaiian long-form birth certificate, to court scrutiny. "We'll see what happens on Tuesday. If Judge Carter has the guts, we may move very fast," Taitz told WND. "If expedited discovery is ordered, I'll be dashing to Occidental College and then be on a flight to Hawaii." [CLICK HERE TO READ ENTIRE STORY]

Is this really smoking gun of Obama's Kenyan birth?

Attorney files motion for authentication of alleged 1960s certificate from Africa Posted: August 02, 2009 11:55 am Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily WASHINGTON – California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication. This document purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth for Barack Obama, allegedly born in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1961 The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Document enlarged to show detail alleges Barack Obama was born at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa on Aug. 4, 1961 No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964. WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical. An enlarged view of the bottom of the documentLast week, a counterfeit document purporting to be Obama's Kenyan birth certificate made the rounds of the Internet, but was quickly determined to be fraudulent. The new document released by Taitz bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax. Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life." Taitz's motion, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. "I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate]. "I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond," she said. "Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims,'" Taitz explained. "Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures." Join the petition campaign to demand President Obama resolve the question by revealing his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate! Taitz's most celebrated case involved a military officer, Maj. Stefan Cook, whose order to deploy to Afghanistan was revoked when he challenged Obama's eligibility to hold office. That case has now been refiled in federal court in Florida, raising the specter of a class-action claim among members of the military that their orders aren't valid because of questions surrounding Obama's constitutional eligibility. Taitz told WND she plans to file additional paperwork with the Florida court tomorrow, adding the alleged Kenyan birth certificate to Maj. Cook's case. [CONTINUE READING]

Now you can watch eligibility story

Joseph Farah produces 1st feature documentary on Obama mystery Posted: July 24, 2009 12:00 am Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily WASHINGTON – WND Editor Joseph Farah has produced the first major DVD documentary on the critical issues surrounding the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as president – but it wasn't easy. In fact, during the course of shooting and editing "A Question of Eligibility," the award-winning filmmaking team, including veterans of many controversial movie projects, made the unusual request to keep its identity secret for fear of retribution from the administration. "That's how hot this topic is," said Farah. "That's how hot this movie is." "A Question of Eligibility" is expected to ship to customers on Aug. 4, the date Obama claims as his 48th birthday. Preorders are being accepted exclusively at the WND Superstore. "I guess you could say it's a special birthday surprise for Obama," said Farah. "But, honestly, I don't think he'll like it. In fact, I believe the facts revealed in this documentary keep Obama awake at night. This eligibility issue is the only issue that threatens not only the future of his presidency, but almost everything he thinks he has already accomplished as president." In "A Question of Eligibility," Farah chose four key presenters to bring the issue home – WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi, the No. 1 New York Times bestselling author of "The Obama Nation"; Orly Taitz, one of the most visible attorneys involved in filing lawsuits challenging Obama to produce proof of his qualifications for office; Alan Keyes, a participant in one of those lawsuits, a presidential candidate himself, and the Republican candidate who opposed Obama in his successful bid to become a U.S. senator, the job that brought him to national attention; and Janet Porter, an activist and pundit who writes a weekly column for WND. "What we have produced here is a compelling and shocking documentary that will appeal both to those already steeped in the details of the eligibility story and those who need a video introduction to the major issues," said Farah. Lib talker, Lou Dobbs now asking eligibility questions

Radio, television, newspapers taking note of long-running dispute Posted: July 16, 2009 11:05 pm Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily Radio talk shows, television programming, newspapers - even a liberal talk show host in New York and talk format icon Lou Dobbs - have begun taking note of the story long reported by WorldNetDaily over the doubts about and challenges to President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval office. Lynn Samuels, longtime New York radio talker, even accused Obama of lying about his birth certificate. WND has been reporting – many times in solo fashion – on the issues that have been raised by multiple lawsuits contending that Obama does not qualify under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born" citizen. But now word is spreading, prompted by the case brought this week by an Army major scheduled for deployment to Afghanistan. In that case, which was dismissed today by a judge in Georgia, a reserve officer explained he had a right to question his deployment orders and know that the commander-in-chief is legitimate, or he would be exposing himself and any soldiers under him to extreme danger in overseas combat situations. Maj. Stefan Cook's case was dismissed by the judge who noted the Pentagon had revoked the officer's deployment orders, apparently resolving the dispute. The officer's civilian employer also reported being pressured by the government to fire the officer. The story was reported on Sean Hannity's program on Fox News. Hannity said the challenge to the deployment orders came after Obama ordered a surge in troops to Afghanistan. A report on the same challenge also appeared in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. And Orly Taitz, the attorney for Maj. Stefan Cook, was on the Lou Dobbs radio program, along with former U.S. Ambassador Alan Keyes, who was a presidential candidate on the ballot in 2008. Dobbs said he and his staff have "been working hard to figure out what's going on." He said he's found the Federal Election Commission does "nothing to validate … a candidate." Nor do the states, he said. Keyes said it rests upon judges and members of Congress, who have sworn an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, to do their duty and investigate questions or discrepancies. Dobbs suggested that many Americans believe simply being born to a mother who is a U.S. citizen automatically makes the newborn a citizen, but both Taitz and Keyes explained that under the immigration law in effect in the 1960s when Obama was born, an American woman married to a foreign national man had to have lived in the U.S. 10 years, at least five of which were after the age of 14, to pass along U.S. citizenship. Taitz pointed out Obama's mother was too young to do that. In a video posted on YouTube by Radio Equalizer, liberal radio talker Lynn Samuels had her say: "We don't even know where he was born," she says. "I absolutely believe he was not born in this country." Challenged by a caller that Obama could not have hidden birth certificate issues from the U.S., she responded: "Yes you can. His birth certificate is locked and the story came out on WorldNetDaily the other day – they're really on this – he said originally he was born in like Queen Anne hospital in Hawaii. Then he sends a letter of congratulations on the anniversary of some other hospital in Hawaii, saying of course this is a great hospital, I was born here. He doesn't even know where the hell he was born because he's lying." Taitz told WND that after the Cook case hearing in Georgia today, there were multiple network reporters on the scene "There is a lot of publicity," she said. "The word spreads." WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." Bombshell: Orders revoked for soldier challenging prez

Major victory for Army warrior questioning Obama's birthplace! By Chelsea Schilling and Joe Kovacs Posted: July 14, 2009 9:53 pm Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. Attorney Orly TaitzHis attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked." A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, was scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m. "As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," he told WND only hours after the case was filed. "[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections," he said. The order for the hearing in the federal court for the Middle District of Georgia from U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land said the hearing on the request for a temporary restraining order would be held Thursday. Cook said without a legitimate president as commander-in-chief, members of the U.S. military in overseas actions could be determined to be "war criminals and subject to prosecution." He said the vast array of information about Obama that is not available to the public confirms to him "something is amiss." "That and the fact the individual who is occupying the White House has not been entirely truthful with anybody," he said. "Every time anyone has made an inquiry, it has been either cast aside, it has been maligned, it has been laughed at or just dismissed summarily without further investigation. "You know what. It would be so simple to solve. Just produce the long-form document, certificate of live birth," he said. Cook said he was scheduled to report for duty tomorrow, on July 15, to deploy to Afghanistan as part of President Obama's plan to increase pressure of insurgent forces there. He told WND he would be prepared for a backlash against him as a military officer, since members of the military swear to uphold and follow their orders. However, he noted that following an illegal order would be just as bad as failing to follow a legal order. Before news of the orders being revoked were reported, MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann tonight called Cook a "jackass" and Taitz a "conwoman," as he labeled both of them the "worst persons in the world." He flayed the soldier as "an embarrassment to all those who have served without cowardice." Named as defendants in the case are Col. Wanda Good, Col. Thomas Macdonald, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Obama, described as "de facto president of the United States." [CONTINUE READING!!]

Supremes asked to cooperate with FBI ~ By Bob Unruh

Attorney investigating Obama's eligibility reports cyber attacks

By Bob Unruh © 2009 WorldNetDaily A lawyer investigating the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to cooperate with an FBI investigation into alleged cyber crimes connected to her work. In a letter addressed yesterday to Chief Justice John Roberts, the associate justices, the Secret Service and others, California lawyer Orly Taitz, who is working on a number of eligibility cases through the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, wrote, "I hope that the Supreme Court will show proper cooperation in investigation of such crimes by the FBI and other agencies and I request a letter of cooperation to that extent." Taitz is just one of many attorneys across the country whose clients are raising questions about Obama's eligibility. WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time. Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born. Adding fuel to the fire is Obama's persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers. While his supporters cite an online version of a "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state. Taitz is one of several lawyers who have brought emergency motions to the U.S. Supreme Court over the cases, only to have them dropped without a hearing. While her effort was pending at the court, its references suddenly were scrubbed from the public website just two days before a conference among justices on the case was to be heard. She filed a complaint with the FBI, which promised a review, but the investigative agency noted that in that situation, technically the Supreme Court was the "victim" of having its website hacked, and officials there would need to cooperate for the effort to move forward. Chief justice publicly accepts Obama eligibility petition - By Drew Zahn

Attorney Orly Taitz talks to Roberts, who agrees to read Obama-birth docs California Attorney Dr. Orly TaitzBy Drew Zahn © 2009 WorldNetDaily March 14, 2009 A California attorney lobbying the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president confronted the chief justice yesterday with legal briefs and a WND petition bearing names of over 325,000 people asking the court to rule on whether or not the sitting president fulfills the Constitution's "natural-born citizen" clause. Chief Justice John RobertsAccording to Orly Taitz, the attorney who confronted Chief Justice John Roberts at a lecture at the University of Idaho, the judge promised before the gathered crowd that he would, indeed, read and review the briefs and petition. "I addressed him in front of 800 people in the audience," Taitz told WND, "including university officials, the president of the Idaho State Bar and the chief justice of the Supreme Court of Idaho, and in front of all them, [Roberts] promised to read my papers." Taitz said, "I told Scalia that I was an attorney that filed Lightfoot v. Bowen that Chief Justice Roberts distributed for conference on Jan. 23 and now I represent nine state reps and 120 military officers, many of them high ranked, and I want to know if they will hear Quo Warranto and if they would hear it on original jurisdiction, if I bring Hawaii as an additional defendant to unseal the records and ascertain Obama's legitimacy for presidency." The legal phrase Quo Warranto essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as president. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto "affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents." [Continue reading]
