Still Resisting ~ Ep. 1389 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

In this episode, I discuss the shock claims emerging out of key states on possible election shenanigans. It’s ugly.

Being patient is a very difficult thing to do sometimes.  Three months ago today, I began my big lesson in learning how to be patient, AND remaining optimistic! The lesson taught me that being patient is when you believe and truly know that at some point, God will be straightening out the situation or difficult problem.  It is a "sooner or later" thing.  Yet, though we have to "wait for it" sometimes, it is so important to always be optimistic that hope and prayer will bring about the solution, in God's way.  

Yes, after the Iowa Derecho blew through (pun intended!) on August 10, 2020, with the wind steady at around 140 mph for over a half hour, my electricity was out for the next 13 days, and my cable and internet remained out for 36 days.  You see, that steady high wind destroyed about everything in it's path, including trees, "telephone" poles (they are mostly for electric and cable lines now!), and down lines, some houses, garages, businesses that lost their signs, or roofs... Well, it was an epic mess beyond the belief of anybody that has lived in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding area for many years.  I lived in Florida while in the Air Force for four years, and didn't see hurricane damage that was as extensive.

So, I know, I can really lay out a rant, can't I?  But for a very important reason, I believe.  Yes, first of all, with this election still being so up in the air, we're just going to have to "wait for it" and remain faithful that God will work it all out.  We have to be grateful, for all that Dan Bongino is doing with his show, and getting involved with Parler.com and Rumble.com.  For me, and I think I know the reason for this, I can really feel what Dan is saying these days is coming straight out of his heart!  And, I share his sentiments, not just about the election results that just don't seem quite right, but for that other thing:  His love for his listeners.  Quite a bit like Rush Limbaugh right now, with serious health issues, Dan is fighting his battle with lymphoma, and also fighting the battle between good and evil.

And, yes, that is exactly what this is!  I am pretty sure you all know which is the Good side, and which is the Evil side.  While this is going on, determining which candidate is the actual winner between Trump and Biden, we don't know how long this is going to take.  So, back to the theme of my rant today, and it isn't difficult:  We have to be patient and optimistic that God will find a great way for this to be resolved.  I'm not a prophet or anything, but you'll see!

Yes, one of the coolest episodes EVAH!  Sure, as always, it was very informative.  Probably the one story that most people had heard about by now was the F-16 flyover at the Trump rally in Arizona.  Except, it wasn't actually a flyover, as in providing the President with a great rally speech prop, firing out the signal flares overhead and the roar of the jet.  No, there was a reason for it, which you will hear about in this episode.

But, that's a great segue into the meat of this episode.  Yes, there are things that you will always hear about, or see in a tweet, Facebook post, or some various sources that won't be muted, censored and silenced.  Those are just the "unusual" kind of stories, that aren't so much about politics.  You know?  Well, then, there are those stories that the mainstream liberal media does NOT want you to know about.  

You know me, always hanging out at Twitter, Parler, and the assortment of my pals that share great stories, only, well, a lot of stories I find are ones that people that don't watch Fox News, or any Conservative sources, never seem to know about.  You know, like Tony Bobulinski doing his whistleblower thing on Tucker Carlson Tonight, on October 28, one you have surely heard about by now, where he goes rogue on the Biden Crime Family.  Ummm... Did you read about that in the Washington Post or New York Times? In your local newspaper?  On your favorite daytime whacko liberal shows on CNN or the legacy networks?  Why not?  Are they possibly in the tank for a candidate that could be a national security threat?

As Dan points out, very correctly, there seems to be an inverse correlation between a story that is true and damaging to somebody on the Left, and how much (or little!) coverage the mainstream fake news media gives it.  It would be much better, though, if you watch this episode and get that explanation in full context with Dan explaining it much better than I can.  And always remember what I say about the lies by the fake news:  It is gaslighting and lying by omission in most cases.  Silencing dissent is their job in the Leftist media and Demonicrat operatives give them the marching orders.

The Most Important Show I’ve Done in a While ~ Ep. 1304 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

Yep, I know, we're still behind by three episodes here.  You do not know how tempting it is for me to skip ahead and get caught up!  However, that wouldn't be a good thing, especially if any of us miss an episode that could contain valuable information.  And, from what I've learned, there is something for everyone in every episode.  That is kind of how I make my decisions on what parts to write about.  Were you aware of that?  If you have been following this blog, there is no doubt in my mind that you know that.  And you would know that there may be something in Dan's show that means more to you than to me, and vice versa.

With that being said, even after you read my posts, you should watch the whole show if you haven't already.  Heck, maybe it is even better to read what I'm thinking after you watch the whole show, whether you agree or not with what I take away from the episode.  As you probably know by now, Dan has a lot of information packed into each show, and they are broken up into segments that are easy to get to, should you have a link.  What I'm going to try doing from this point on, is give you the links to the segments that I discuss in this blog.  I know how to do that, it's really easy.  And it is even easier for you to click on the link that I provide and go right to that segment or point that I want to emphasize.  Sound cool?  There is only one thing, though, the video will continue to play from the starting point; there's no end point.  You get what I'm saying, right?  You just may watch much more of the episode (maybe again) than you had planned.  That's actually a good thing.

In this episode, there are several blocks that I want emphasize, but the big one is right at the beginning, regarding the three-year old girl that was shot.  Oh, which one?  Dan will tell you how he does a search, and gets multiple results of three year olds that have been shot.  That's right.  And then, the gangland-style shooting in broad daylight in Chicago.  And people (advisors?) were telling the President that he shouldn't send in Federal agents in to help clean up the messes that mayors and local governments have created, all on their own.  The erroneous advice is based on the "Pottery barn theory," which is, "you break it, you own it."  The trouble is, it doesn't apply here, as the cities are already broken.

Now, there's much more, really.  And this segment may be the key takeaway.  If you live in the suburbs and you are a wealthy liberal, here is what is coming your way.  Pay close attention.  What Joe Biden has planned for you may not be for your benefit.

I am really praying that you have seen this complete episode, beginning to end, or that you will.  It truly is an important show.

I am really happy to report that Dan was totally on his A-Game in this episode.  What a great hour or two I spent watching this episode.  If you haven't seen it yet, you really should!

Dan's normal exuberance was back, I tell ya!   I could really see his excitement level lifting off the charts when he started talking about what President Trump did on Monday, when he got done with the press statement, and then headed over to St. John's.  Yes, Dan was a Secret Service agent, assigned to the Presidential detail, and knew exactly what the thoughts were of the agents when President Trump headed over to the church.  That was kind of cool to see how Dan explained it, and tore the media up for their trash-talking about the incident.  You can see that in Dan's first block of this episode.

There happened to be a very interesting tweet that I saw today, before writing this.  The first part of the tweet asks, "If VERITAS can infiltrate Antifa, what do you think the DOJ has been doing?"  Well, if you haven't heard about Antifa being designated as a terrorist organization, then you've probably been watching too much mainstream news.  In fact, the MSM totally ignores the fact that Antifa is responsible for a lot of the rioting in the big cities.  They actually had all the supplies needed, staged around the cities, such as gasoline, bricks, and various objects that could do a lot of harm to people and property.  I guess if the liberal media doesn't pick up on this story, they're going to look awfully stupid.  When the DOJ/FBI starts rounding up those critters, what is the MSM going to say then?  And, by the way, Dan has a few things to say about members of Antifa that will delight you.  Those Antifa members?  Total wimps... chumps... and he had other things that he couldn't say because of keeping the show family friendly, but he really wanted to.

You may be wondering what the acronym "WIFLI" means. I started out by calling these issues the Time 2 Escape Daily, but that didn't work out very well. I quickly learned that putting these issues together on a daily basis was a task I was unable to accomplish. To replace "Daily" in the title, I borrowed the acronym WIFLI, which literally means "When I Feel Like It." Putting together a post on this blog WIFLI works much better for my schedule, and for the higher quality of each issue that is eventually published!

As I was growing up, I only knew one thing: America is a free country!!  I was never made aware that freedom could be so easily stolen from us.  For as long as I was taught to respect our freedom by saying the Pledge of Allegiance, taking my hat off and placing it over my heart during the National Anthem, and when it was still okay to mention God and Christian values during school and government functions, I would never have thought about America being anything but free.

Things have become much different over the years.  The people we would think that have the highest moral standards, just to do their job properly, let us down in Cartagena, Columbia. And shortly after, people from the same agency want to question a man, a person widely known for his patriotism, for speaking his mind at an NRA convention. And yet, in the mean time, Attorney General Eric Holder shies away from looking into violent rhetoric from those that want nothing less than taking America down from the way we know it and love it.

Some call it the Transformation of America.

It has become my purpose in life to make sure the man that stands for the Transformation of America is not re-elected as President in November 2012. No, not on my watch.

To be sure, I do not have much weaponry laying around, let alone armor or a shield to defend myself with. Not that I would have a chance against the men in black (sounds better than "storm troopers"). And we have learned pretty recently that having lethal weapons that can be used defensively carries a lot of responsibility. I believe that Phil Elmore hit it on the head this week when he wrote, "The gun you need to protect your castle":

Keeping a gun in the home is a great benefit in terms of self-defense, but it is also a weighty responsibility. Treat it accordingly … and make your decisions armed with this information.

Not until I read Ralph Marston this Saturday morning did I realize that I even had a weapon:

Achievement is in you. Let it flow out into your world.

Your dream is beautiful. Let it compel you to bring it to life.

You are highly skilled at making things happen. So choose to take the best things you can imagine, and to make them real.

This day will come and go, whether you do anything with it or not. So decide right now to do every good thing you can imagine with it while it is here.

My weapon is my dream of continuing freedom as I have known it. But I think that Ralph Marston also had it right when he states, "Don’t be ashamed that your dream is too big or too small or too quirky or too difficult to explain. That's all I am doing here. I have nothing else to fight with but the information I am able to share with you, and my only prayer and hope is knowing I'm not alone! You can take it anyway you want, but at least you know it can't cause lethal wounds. Well, at least that is what Ted Nugent thought.

Oh, wait, let me paraphrase myself: "My dream is my only weapon, the truth is my only ammo." I'm just sayin'...

Three Secret Service Agents ‘Forced Out’ Amid Prostitution Investigation

Secret Service agents are being forced out of their positions as officials investigate the alleged hiring of prostitutes and other questionable behavior during a presidential visit to Colombia.

"Although the Secret Service's investigation into allegations of misconduct by its employees in Cartagena, Colombia, is in its early stages, and is still ongoing, three of the individuals involved will separate or are in the process of separating from the agency," said Paul S. Morrissey, the assistant director of the U.S. Secret Service Office of Government and Public Affairs, in a written statement.

One supervisory employee was allowed to retire and another was "proposed for removal for cause," the statement said. In addition, a non-supervisory employee resigned.

The employee proposed for removal has been given notice and will be allowed to fight the move, the Secret Service said.

Eight other Secret Service employees remain on administrative leave with suspended security clearances.

Secret Service: 3 more resigning, scandal total now 6; Obama briefed by agency director

WASHINGTON — Three more Secret Service officers resigned Friday in the expanding prostitution scandal that has brought scorching criticism of agents’ behavior in Colombia just before President Barack Obama’s visit for a summit meeting last week. Agency Director Mark Sullivan came to the White House late Friday to personally brief Obama in the Oval Office.

The Secret Service announced the new resignations, bringing to six the number of agency officers who have lost their jobs so far because of events at their hotel in Cartagena.

Also late Friday, Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa urged a broader investigation, including checking hotel records for White House advance staff and communications personnel who were in Cartagena for the summit. In a letter to Sullivan and the inspector general at the Homeland Security Department, Grassley asked whether hotel records for the White House staffers had been pulled as part of the investigations.

On Chaney’s Facebook account, which was made inaccessible on Friday, Chaney joked about his work with former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin while he was protecting her in 2008. The AP published a photograph it took of Chaney working in Palin’s protective detail in October 2008 during a campaign rally in Carson, Calif.

“I was really checking her out, if you know what i mean?” Chaney wrote after a friend commented on the picture posted in January 2009 on Chaney’s Facebook account.

Speaking on Fox News late Thursday, Palin said the joke was on Chaney.

“Well, check this out, buddy — you’re fired!” Palin said. (Emphasis my own)

And speaking of the Secret Service, here they are again in another story which started getting legs just a few days ago... In the following column, there is quote that smacks of the liberals' double standards when it comes to devisive (and dangerous) speech:

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman, a Florida congresswoman, called on the Romney campaign to denounce Nugent's remarks, which she called "despicable, deplorable and completely beyond the pale."

So, Debbie, if you don't approve of what Ted Nugent said, why don't you also come down on the leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan, or the New Black Panthers?

The Secret Service said it will "follow up" on remarks by rocker Ted Nugent that he will be "dead or in jail" if U.S. President Barack Obama is re-elected.

The conservative rock guitarist and spokesman for the National Rifle Association -- in a video posted by the NRA on YouTube (see my comment about the NRA video below) -- said, "If Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year."

"We are aware of it, and we'll conduct an appropriate follow up," the Secret Service said in a statement, New York magazine reported Tuesday.

Nugent, who has endorsed Mitt Romney for president, said administration officials including Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder are "criminals." He said the government has been "wiping its ass with the Constitution" and called on voters to "ride into that battlefield and chop (Democrats') heads off in November," CNN reported.

By now, Blaze readers are likely familiar with the controversy surrounding rock legend Ted Nugent, who spoke out candidly against the administration during an appearance at the recent NRA conference. In particular, DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz bore the brunt of Nugent’s scorn, but he had some choice words for the administration as well. Needless to say, his remarks went over like a lead zeppelin with leftists, and as a result, the longtime rocker is now being investigated by the Secret Service — the same agency whose members were recently dismissed for allegedly engaging the services of Cartagenian prostitutes.

Glenn Beck, noting the irony, dedicated a portion of his Wednesday evening broadcast to defending someone who he considers an American patriot, a man of faith, a responsible steward of the land and simply, an over all “good, decent man.”

If Nugent is on the Secret Service’s radar, Beck asked if the agency also plans to interrogate members of Occupy Wall Street, Louis Farrakhan and the New Black Panthers, all of whom have overtly called for physical violence. Yet, as Beck pointed out, while Hezbollah “gets cozy” with Julian Assange on Russia Today, Warren Buffett’s corruption intensifies, and GSA’s lavish clown-filled team building exercise comes under fire, it is somehow more important to probe Ted Nugent.

Rather, Beck suggested the president send someone to investigate his own Secret Service in the wake of its scandal rather than interrogate The Motor City Madman (as Nugent is dubbed) famed for crooning such melodies as “Wang Dang Sweet Poontang” and “Cat Scratch Fever.”

Although the renewed activity of this group was brought on by the Trayvon Martin shooting, millions of Americans are aware that this incident did not merit the hue and cry that came up from black activists, including the NBPP. What follows is why it nevertheless did result in such.

While the pretext of the New Black War Kittens’ conference call was, as usual, that of fighting racial oppression, they were very up front about their desire to destroy capitalism. The common denominator of Marxist objectives across the activist groups rearing their decidedly ugly heads at present is something Beck has been stressing – as well as the fact that the advancing Marxist agenda is being not-so-subtly choreographed from Barack Obama’s White House.

GOP lawmaker says 75-plus Dems are communists

WASHINGTON (AP) - Republican Rep. Allen West said he believes 75-plus House Democrats are members of the Communist Party, a claim that echoed Joe McCarthy's unsubstantiated 1950s charges that communists had infiltrated the top ranks of the U.S. government.

Addressing a town-hall meeting Tuesday in Florida, the freshman lawmaker was asked how many members of the American legislature are "card-carrying Marxists." West said "there's about 78 to 81 members of the Democratic Party that are members of the Communist Party." He did not provide names.

West's office said Wednesday that the congressman stood by the comments and was referring to the 76 members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, the largest group within the House Democratic caucus. (Emphasis my own)

Rick Santorum called it quits on Tuesday after having surprised the entire country with his presidential campaign. From the guy on the outer edge of the debate stage... the one struggling to get any air time -- to the candidate who picked up 11 primary/caucus wins, Santorum became the focal point for conservatives and the alternative to Mitt Romney. However, the writing was on the wall for a number of reasons, and Santorum picked just the right time to step aside and help bring the GOP together.

And a little later, Bobby Eberle goes on to say:

Too bad that can't be said about Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul. As noted in the Fox News story, the two have "vowed to stay in the race." Come on, folks! Yes, in order to run for president, one probably has a big ego, but enough is enough. Spending money that could better be used to fight Barack Obama is just stupid.

Now is the time to come together and focus on the real target: Obama and his left wing agenda. We have the chance to right the course. It's time to do it.

Agents pay visits to those who question Obama's eligibility By Drew Zahn Posted: January 12, 2010 ~ 10:08 pm Eastern © 2010 WorldNetDaily In blogs, interviews and e-mails, "birthers" around the country are reporting surveillance and visits from the U.S. Secret Service, whose agents have questioned – or, as some report, intimidated – them over their insistence that Barack Obama prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president. As WND reported, Stephen Pidgeon, an attorney for Washington state plaintiffs challenging Obama's eligibility, grew suspicious in March when his wife and coworkers reported being shadowed by police and three, black SUVs. "We are definitely under surveillance and it's coordinated with Homeland Security," Pidgeon alleged. In November, Dale Laudenslager, a member of the American Grand Jury movement's attempt to have Obama indicted for fraud and even treason, reported on The JAG Hunter blog more direct confrontation: an unannounced home visit by a Pennsylvania state police officer and two Secret Service agents. "They came in regard to the criminal complaint I sent to the FBI and the fact that [Obama] is going to be in a town very close by," Laudenslager writes. "I told them I had no violent intentions, but we do intend to remove [Obama] from office through the court system. I handed them the AGJ presentments. I told them they have been mailed or hand delivered to courts and public officials all over this country. They seemed satisfied, took a copy of the presentments, left their cards and left." Orly Taitz, perhaps the best known of the attorneys challenging Obama's eligibility in several court cases around the country, told the news site Mother Jones, "A number of my supporters had visits from Secret Service, from different agencies, INS, Homeland Security. By Barbara Simpson Posted: November 30, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 Here's a plot for a book or script: Terrorists want to take out the top echelon of leaders of a major nation in hopes of weakening the resolve of the people and overthrowing the government. The terrorists want access to an event where the only goal is "mix and meet," political massaging and good PR. Media covering the event are primed for feel-good soft news. There's no visible threat and no expected trouble. Protocol is in place and all goes smoothly – until, it doesn't. The whole event is undone. Terrorists get in and do the evil deed. They wipe out those targeted people and many others as well. The media are stupefied because they believed the administration PR that there really isn't a war on terrorism. The fact is no one in authority is allowed to use the word "terrorism," which raises images of ostriches with their heads in the sand. People "believe" there are no terrorist enemies. But that isn't true, and the worst happens. Sounds like a blockbuster hit because it sounds like it could happen. Did it happen? Well, sort of. There were no terrorists, there was no attack, no one was injured and no one died. But, it was a high security event: the first state dinner hosted by Barack Obama, the new U.S. president. In attendance were all the top leaders of the country, the most powerful nation on Earth. The guest of honor was the prime minister of India and other officials and the rest of the guest list was upward of 300 top political, media and other figures. But – and it's a big but – the event was crashed by two people who got past what is supposed to be the best security in the world. They actually got into the White House! Michaele and Tareq Salahi sneaked into the dinner under false pretenses, getting past Secret Service security checks. They were not on the guest list yet were admitted. Though the Secret Service is taking the rap for the breach of protocol, the couple's attorney is affirming the White House had cleared the Salahis as guests at the Tuesday night event. A statement issued by Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan said the agency was "deeply concerned and embarrassed by the circumstances surrounding the State Dinner" and added that "the preliminary findings of our internal investigation have determined established protocols were not followed at an initial checkpoint, verifying that two individuals were on the guest list."
