Dr. Ben Carson talks to Neil Cavuto about what John McCain says in an interview with Neil. McCain claims that Conservative and Tea Party Republicans have an "if you aren't with us 100%, you are against us" attitude, and that they are unwilling to work with other Republicans or across the aisle.
