What divides Israel from Palestinians ~ By Star Parker

Art Linkletter had once said, "Things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out," and it perfectly sums up this outstanding Star Parker column.

I was checking out some videos about the Palestinians living in the Gaza strip last night, showing unbelievable violence - against each other. The violence was so graphic, I won't even include any of them here. Put it this way, it made South Central L.A. look like the Magic Kingdom at Disneyland. The best sentence of the column - besides what Art Linkletter says - was, "A culture of blame, entitlement and hate is a path to nowhere."

And meanwhile, as Star points out, the Israelis live in peace, except for those 10,000 rocket attacks lobbed at their schools and hospitals and cultural centers. And yet, Israel still thrives. They must have been watching Art Linkletter back in the day, and learned a few things from him... Just sayin'...

A culture of blame, entitlement and hate is a path to nowhere. This is as true in the Middle East as it is in America's inner cities, put on the government plantation years ago.

In 1957, Golda Meir, a future prime minister of Israel, spoke at the National Press Club in Washington. She said, unfortunately prophetically, "Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us."

The world is still waiting.

Television personality Art Linkletter, who recently passed away at age 97, had the secret for achieving peace in the Middle East.

Linkletter, who experienced many setbacks and tragedies in his life, observed, "Things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out."

Adherence to this simple bit of wisdom sums up why Israel has been a story of success and miracles and why the Palestinian Arabs languish.

Take the case of Gaza, which is getting so much attention now.

The Israelis decided to unilaterally pull their presence out of Gaza in 2005 and turned control for its administration over to the Palestinians. It presented an opportunity for the Palestinians to show the Israelis and the world that they could govern themselves and pave a path for prosperity and peace for their people.

Were circumstances ideal?

Certainly not. But that's the point. Circumstances are never ideal. Our only choice is always, as Art Linkletter said, to "make the best of the way things turn out."

But in a culture of blame and entitlement, your problems never get solved because they are always someone else's fault. You can never move forward because circumstances are never ideal.

As the Israelis readied to withdraw, the Palestinian Authority prime minister announced "We are telling the entire world, today Gaza and tomorrow Jerusalem."

Instead of focusing on starting to build on what they had, the focus was the ongoing political agenda against the Israelis.

Soon the Palestinians were embroiled in a civil war, killing each other, until the terrorist group Hamas gained the upper hand in Gaza. Next on the agenda was smuggling in arms and shooting missiles into Israel.

Meanwhile, as result of the Israeli political decision to withdraw from Gaza, 8,500 Israelis that were living there were evicted from their homes and forced to move and build new lives elsewhere.

A group of these families picked up and moved several miles inland into a barren patch of arid desert along the Gaza/Egyptian border. They used the funds the Israeli government paid them as compensation for their property to invest and build a new agricultural community in the middle of nowhere.

There are now 180 families living in Halutza (Hebrew for "pioneer"). They pipe in desalinated water from the Mediterranean coast, fertilize the sand, and grow produce. Today, five years after being evacuated from Gaza, they are exporting $50 million dollars a year of organic potatoes, carrots and peppers from their new community.

Art Linkletter would call this "making the best of the way things turn out."

Halutza is the history of Israel in microcosm. Taking difficult and unfortunate circumstances and building anew.

Flotilla Choir presents: We Con the World

These are the kinds of videos that amaze me. How the LatmaTV group put this together so soon after the tragic event is absolutely astounding. Obviously, this was done as a parody of how the whole event was a set-up to begin with, with the agenda being to make Israel look bad to the world. Unfortunately, it worked, even though Israel wasn't the one that started the violence, and even though there is video showing Israeli soldiers being beaten within inches of their lives, and was an obvious case of provocation.

I've heard that Fox News Channel was about the only news network that showed the video of the flotilla of "peace" violence. I feel that the one thing that we need to do is to make sure the actual truth gets out there. To learn more about the intentional provocation, see "Israel's Blockade and the Provocation." The truth will set you free, even if it makes you feel miserable at first, as James Garfield once said. Just sayin'...

the Gaza Flotilla participants explain how they can con the world

Full text (lyrics):

There comes a time
When we need to make a show
For the world, the Web and CNN
There's no people dying,
so the best that we can do
Is create the greatest bluff of all

We must go on pretending day by day
That in Gaza, there's crisis, hunger and plague
Coz the billion bucks in aid won't buy their basic needs
Like some cheese and missiles for the kids

We'll make the world
Abandon reason
We'll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
With guns and our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV

Ooooh, we'll stab them at heart
They are soldiers, no one cares
We are small, and we took some pictures with doves
As Allah showed us, for facts there's no demand
So we will always gain the upper hand

We'll make the world
Abandon reason
We'll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
we're waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV

If Islam and terror brighten up your mood
But you worry that it may not look so good
Well well well well don't you realize
You just gotta call yourself
An activist for peace and human aid

We'll make the world
Abandon reason
We'll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
We're waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV

We con the world
We con the people
We'll make them all believe the IDF is Jack the Ripper
We are peaceful travelers
We're waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV
We con the world (Bruce: we con the world...)
We con the people (Bruce: we con the people...)
We'll make them all believe the IDF is Jack the Ripper
We are peaceful travelers
We're waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV

All the blame falls on 'peace flotilla' ~ By Barry Farber

Barry Farber is absolutely correct about where to place the blame for the incident in the Mediterranean. However, not only should Israel not take the any of the blame, but it should also be mentioned that the entire "peace flotilla" was all a set-up to begin with. The "peace flotilla" was far from being anything peaceful. It was being run by a Islamic terrorist organization, the IHH, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood. Even though other countries that are blaming Israel have seen the videos, and should know that Israel was not to blame for the violence, they continue on with their excuse to blame Israel for it.

To think that the United States is supposedly staying "neutral," and not siding with Israel, is a blow to our greatest allie. As you will see in the video below, there are complicated reasons for the U.S. position. Does it have anything to do with Turkey by any chance? Were you aware that Turkey and Iran have signed a peace treaty? You'll find out the answers in the video below. Just sayin'...

June 2, 2010 - Israel's Blockade and the Provocation

Video provided by TheREALjohnny2k

All of us can admire brave activists defying armed force to get food and medicine into a country under foreign occupation. But are you aware the Israelis left Gaza in 2005? So, how "brave" are those who refuse Israel's invitation to deliver the aid peacefully and, instead, stage a wholly unnecessary defiance to send aid to a country that's not occupied, just pre-occupied with trying to destroy its helpful-if-hated neighbor. Israel, you see, delivers 15,000 tons of aid to Gaza every week.

Are you among those who wish our wars weren't as morally muddled as they've been lately? Do you long for the moral clarity of World War II – clear-cut good guys and bad guys? If so, congratulations. You've got it here and now in the waters off Gaza.

On one side you have darkness, dictatorship, torture, religious oppression, summary execution for brothers suspected of disloyalty, beheadings for courageous journalists who chase truth, honor killings for young daughters curious about the taste of lipstick, utter subjugation of women, a swath of territory the size of the moon with the word "Failure" writ large all over it, scripture that demands extermination of those who don't believe – there's more, but that's enough.

On the other side you've got a little country sinking under the weight of its Nobel Prizes, dazzling medical discoveries, life-lifting inventions, miraculous greenery that was desert a mere historical eye-blink ago, a country with a judicial system that punishes its own soldiers who wantonly harm enemy civilians, a country open to every race and religion, the only democracy between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pacific Ocean – there's more, but that's enough.

Israel has politely served notice on the world that, "We shall not be so inexpensively exterminated again."

The speed of light is impressive, but it's no match for the power of ignorance. Facts don't cease to be facts just because bad people hate them. Here's what major media worldwide want you to believe: "Israel has committed a murderous assault on a peaceful flotilla seeking nothing but the bringing of humanitarian aid to the embattled citizens of Gaza." And that, friends, is a commodity found in abundance wherever bulls congregate.

Paul Harvey, please come back! Never have we needed "the rest of the story" more urgently. In a way, Gaza is occupied – by Hamas! Hamas refused to recognize Israel and has lobbed 10,000 explosive reminders of that into Israeli villages.

Now then, what about this "humanitarian aid"? Are you aware that Israel warned loud and long against any attempt to break its well-justified blockade? That doesn't impress you! Very well, are you aware that Israel invited the flotilla to sail nonviolently into the southern Israeli port of Ashdod where the cargo would be inspected to weed out any weaponry that might have "accidentally" gotten mixed up with the humanitarian aid, whereupon the aid would have been shipped unmolested into Gaza?

That may trouble the blockade-busters a bit because that strips the true motivation of the flotilla down to very thin underwear. And, of course, that genuinely humanitarian gesture by Israel was rejected by the "peace activists," thereby offering courtroom-proof that the true motive of the expedition was precisely to provoke the confrontation with Israel that they achieved. Are you aware the "peace activists" had children aboard, knowing they were going to violate international maritime law against an Israel generous with its warnings? Sound familiar?

Nobody had to die. Nobody had to suffer a bent fingernail. But allowing the truly humanitarian portion of the cargo to enter through Israel would not have given the "peace activists" the heroic mantle of "defiance" for which they staged the whole diseased enterprise. The Israeli commandos were armed with paintball guns; you know, the kind the militia trainees play with in the woods of the Dakotas.

Christians, Jews, patriots: Arise, unite! ~ By Pat Boone

There is no doubt about it. People are starting to get it. Even some people that voted for our dear glorious leader, The One, are realizing that he isn't what they thought he would be! Now, they are wondering where we can go from here. As Pat says, we must arise and unite!

One way for us to arise and unite is by attending the Tea Party rallies. Increasing the numbers of people at the rallies may not sway the leaders in Washington, but it does give more people the courage to also attend.

And secondly, and most of all, just keep praying.

We who believe in God and His word still are a large majority in this country. Our best and only hope to recover what we're rapidly losing is to rally and unite under one banner, ONE NATION UNDER GOD.

"If My people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." – 2 Chronicles 7:14

"I'm so embarrassed, Pat. I'm ashamed. I believed in the man and thought he'd be good for the country. Sure, I'm a Democrat, somewhat liberal, and felt it was time for an able black leader to be president. So I voted for Obama. But now that I see what he's doing to the country, to the economy, taking over banks and car companies, appointing these unconstitutional 'czars' to run everything, reporting not to Congress but to him, I'm afraid of what's going to happen to us. He seems more and more like a psychopath, delusional, but determined to ram all this down our throats, whether we like it or not.

"And now, he's lording it over Israel, telling them what he wants them to do, siding with her enemies, and seeming more and more like the Muslim he was raised to be. I love Israel as much as I love America – and he really doesn't seem to love either one.

"And I voted for him! I can't believe I didn't see the signs, didn't find out more about him and his complete lack of any real qualifications!"

The man saying these things to me is our family doctor, a real friend and a devout Jew. Every time we talk, he and his wife seem to be almost in shock, as each new day brings another revelation about the president's agenda, his "executive orders" circumventing due process, the spiraling deficits and new fantastic commitments to more spending for all kinds of liberal programs and entitlements that the United States simply cannot afford.

"Look," he said last night, "we didn't care for George Bush. We thought he was way over his head and couldn't seem to put two good sentences together. He ran the budget through the roof, too, and he's a Republican. So when this Illinois senator, well-spoken and obviously intelligent, talked about 'change' and 'transforming America,' we bought into it. We had no idea. I mean, we didn't know that much about him. The media didn't divulge much … but we wanted something better than what we had. And now we've got worse! This man thinks he's an emperor, a dictator, and nothing can stop him. The Congress seems afraid of him, or they've been bought off somehow. What are we gonna do? What can we do?"

This question is being asked by a dramatically growing number of Jewish Americans. And many of these are leaders, very influential in their respective professions; they are speaking out loudly, publicly and angrily.

Former New York Mayor Ed Koch, a prominent Jewish leader who supported Obama's campaign, expressed his outrage April 12, when he wrote: "I weep today because my president, Barack Obama, in a few weeks has changed the relationship between the U.S. and Israel from that of closest of allies to one in which there is an absence of trust on both sides.

"Our closest ally, the one with the special relationship with the U.S., has been demeaned and slandered, held responsible by the administration for our problems in Afghanistan and Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle East. The plan, I suspect, is to so weaken the resolve of the Jewish state and its leaders that it will be much easier to impose on Israel an American plan to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, leaving Israel's needs for security and defensible borders in the lurch.

"I believe President Obama's policy is to create a whole new relationship with the Arab states of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt, and Iraq as a counter to Iran, the Tyrannosaurus Rex of the Muslim world, which we are now prepared to see in possession of a nuclear weapon.

"If throwing Israel under the bus is needed to accomplish this alliance, so be it."

A 2-state solution – for America ~ By Joseph Farah

I've had the same idea for quite a while, so I can easily say I agree with what Joseph writes about today. And, should this country ever decide to join the New World Order, that will be when the split would happen.
The problem, of course, is that statists know their country wouldn't last a month without all the productive people who make up non-statist America. Statism only works by bleeding people, preying on them, leeching off them, coercing them, taxing them and oppressing them. The statists know very well that non-statists have nowhere else to go – and that's the way the statists like it. That's the way they need it.

Still, unless we non-statists can take our country back in the near term, we may be forced to adopt my two-state solution without asking permission. After all, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are on our side on this matter. It's the statists who are breaking the rules.

All around the world we hear cries for a two-state solution to the crisis in the Middle East.

It's no secret that Muslims refuse to live in peace and harmony with their Jewish neighbors. Thus, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, most of the Democratic Party and, indeed, much of the rest of the world call for further dividing the nation of Israel to create a new "Palestinian" state – as kind of a reward for 50 years of terrorism and the self-destructive hatred instigated by Arab Muslims against the Jewish state.

It never made sense to me, a former correspondent in the region and a Christian of Arabic ancestry whose grandparents fled the Middle East because Muslims were equally inhospitable to them.

But this idea of a two-state solution is growing on me.

Not for the Middle East, mind you – but for the United States of America.

America has not been more divided and polarized by fundamentally conflicting worldviews since the War Between the States.

That's a fact.

Recently we witnessed the adherents to one worldview impose on the other a thoroughly illegal, immoral national health-care system that is doomed to total failure and bankruptcy.

Many Americans have had it. Dozens of states are lining up to challenge the legislation. Hundreds of thousands of citizens and organizations are likely to fight the coercive mandate in the courts.

It's just the latest and most striking example of what has been going on in this country for too long – all because of irreconcilable differences in worldview.

One worldview looks to government for solutions to every problem under the sun – including made-up, phony, fraudulent "crises" like "global warming."

The other worldview believes in self-government. It holds that government's power must be strictly limited if we are to preserve liberty.

Unless we can separate ourselves from each other, one of these two worldviews is going to lose out.

The Liberal-Muslim Axis, Part 2 ~ By Ellis Washington

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
Ellis Washington By Ellis Washington Posted: January 09, 2010 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2010 My recent article, "The Liberal-Muslim Axis," provoked such sycophantic ranting from the Alinsky left that I thought it prudent to write a follow-up article on the same subject. Ayers in Egypt Florida radio host Pam Geller wrote of President Obama's Chicago mentors who launched his political career in Chicago, Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, who recently took their Jew-hating rampage to the Middle East. The protests were led by Jodie Evans, co-founder of Code Pink, a far-left activist organization formed in 2002 to protest America's war in Iraq. Code Pink recently met with terrorist groups, Hamas and with leaders of the Taliban. Evans was also a fundraiser and financial bundler for Obama's presidential campaign. Ayers and Dohrn, 1960s radicals both, have the ear of the evangelical left. A number of mainline liberal churches have proposed boycotts and divestment from any company that does business with Israel, including the United Church of Christ, the denomination of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and President Obama. The protesters in Gaza are merely Islamic propagandists spewing taiqiya (lies to advance Islam). Thus, the Obama-Ayers-Wright Axis is congruent to the Liberal-Muslim Axis. 'Palestinian Christians' against the Jews Old South Church in Boston (United Church of Christ) has hosted conferences of an anti-Zionist organization that calls itself "Friends of Sabeel, Christians." In a landmark decision on Sept. 17, 2009, Britain's trade unions voted unanimously to participate in a mass boycott movement, disinvestment and sanctions not against Iran, Syria or Saudi Arabia, but against little Israel – demanding a negotiated settlement based on "justice" for Palestinians. Daniel Pearl's Father Speaks Out On The WAR ON TERROR (Video)

Video provided by AlreadyKnownAsX2 February 07, 2009 - Daniel Pearl's Father Speaks Out On The WAR ON TERROR From the video description provided by AlreadyKnownAsX2:
The 'white' house is reluctant to use the term WAR ON TERROR, legitimizing islamic terror is one of the many ways liberals are trying to destroy our great country. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123362422088941893.html
"No. Those around the world who mourned for Danny in 2002 genuinely hoped that Danny's murder would be a turning point in the history of man's inhumanity to man, and that the targeting of innocents to transmit political messages would quickly become, like slavery and human sacrifice, an embarrassing relic of a bygone era. But somehow, barbarism, often cloaked in the language of "resistance," has gained acceptance in the most elite circles of our society. The words "war on terror" cannot be uttered today without fear of offense. Civilized society, so it seems, is so numbed by violence that it has lost its gift to be disgusted by evil." "This mentality of surrender then worked its way through politicians like the former mayor of London, Ken Livingstone. In July 2005 he told Sky News that suicide bombing is almost man's second nature. "In an unfair balance, that's what people use," explained Mr. Livingstone. But the clearest endorsement of terror as a legitimate instrument of political bargaining came from former President Jimmy Carter. In his book "Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid," Mr. Carter appeals to the sponsors of suicide bombing. "It is imperative that the general Arab community and all significant Palestinian groups make it clear that they will end the suicide bombings and other acts of terrorism when international laws and the ultimate goals of the Road-map for Peace are accepted by Israel." Acts of terror, according to Mr. Carter, are no longer taboo, but effective tools for terrorists to address perceived injustices. Mr. Carter's logic has become the dominant paradigm in rationalizing terror. When asked what Israel should do to stop Hamas's rockets aimed at innocent civilians, the Syrian first lady, Asma Al-Assad, did not hesitate for a moment in her response: "They should end the occupation." In other words, terror must earn a dividend before it is stopped."
obama sucking up to islamic terrorists: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090131/ap_on_go_pr_wh/war_on_terror
"Obama has made it clear in his first days in office that he is courting the Muslim community and making what is at least a symbolic shift away from the previous administration's often more combative tone. He chose an Arab network for his first televised interview, declaring that "Americans are not your enemy." Before his first full week in office ended, he named former Sen. George J. Mitchell as his special envoy for the Middle East and sent him to the region for talks with leaders. According to the White House, Obama is intent on repairing America's image in the eyes of the Islamic world and addressing issues such as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, unrest in Pakistan and India, Arab-Israeli peace talks and tensions with Iran."

Security breakdown at White House ~ By Joseph Farah

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
Joseph Farah By Joseph Farah Posted: December 05, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 It figures that a White House unconcerned about national security would have little care about clear and present security threats directed at the presidential team – or, at least, be oblivious to the potential. Maybe that's the story behind the story of the recent "gate-crashing" of a state dinner. The Salahis and President Obama at state dinnerIt seems Tareq and Michaele Salahi, two wannabe celebrities, were able to gain entry to the event and even get their photos taken greeting Barack Obama in a receiving line. But that's hardly the end of the story. Far more interesting are the Salahis' ties to the extremes of anti-Israel Palestinianism. Rashid KhalidiTareq Salahi served on the board of the American Task Force for Palestine, where Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi served as vice president. The names of both Salahi and Khalidi have been meticulously scrubbed from the task force website, although Salahi's bio still comes up on a Google cache search of the site. The Task Force lobbies for a Palestinian state and demands the so-called right of return for Palestinian "refugees" – a formula Israeli officials across the political spectrum have warned could destroy Israel by population genocide, with the Jewish state forced to accept millions of Arabs, thus diluting its Jewish majority. Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel. He has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group. During documented speeches and public events, Khalidi has called Israel an "apartheid system in creation" and a destructive "racist" state. He has multiple times expressed support for Palestinian terror, calling suicide bombings a response to "Israeli aggression." READ FULL STORY >

L.A. Times still conceals Obama terror video

From WorldNetDaily
Reportedly includes glowing testimonial for prof who excuses violence Posted: September 30, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern By Aaron Klein © 2009 WorldNetDaily Rashid KhalidiJERUSALEM – The Los Angeles Times has no plan to ever release a video it stated it obtained of President Obama attending an anti-Israel event in which he delivered a glowing testimonial for Rashid Khalidi, a pro-Palestinian professor who excuses terrorism. At the 2003 event, poetry reportedly was read comparing Israelis to Osama bin Laden and accusing the Jewish state of terrorism. "The story ran in 2008 and we pretty much said everything we are going to say about that event," Peter Wallsten, the Times reporter who claimed to have obtained the video, told WND yesterday. Asked for details of the footage captured in the video, Wallsten replied, "I wrote an extensive article that described the event." Wallsten referred to a previous statement from the newspaper's editor, Russ Stanton, explaining, "The Los Angeles Times did not publish the videotape because it was provided to us by a confidential source who did so on the condition that we not release it." "The Times keeps its promises to sources," Stanton said. [CLICK HERE TO READ MORE]

Obama's 'Final Solution' for Israel ~ By Ellis Washington

From WorldNetDaily
Ellis Washington By Ellis Washington Posted: September 26, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009
President Obama gave the worst anti-Israel speech of any American president I can remember. ~ John Bolton, Former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. The speech was good and positive for Israel and for moving the peace process forward. ~ Benjamin Netanyahu, prime minister of Israel
How can Bolton and Netanyahu, two seemingly rational, educated and intellectual men hear President Obama's U.N. speech Wednesday and come to such diametrical opposite conclusions? Both men proudly claim that they are conservatives; both men claim that they believe in a strong, independent, defensible Israel with an indivisible capital at Jerusalem. Answer: One man is a statesman like Sir Winston Churchill; the other is a politician, an appeaser like Neville Chamberlain. Obama's speech was delivered with the dispassionate indifference of a man who was handed a speech others wrote for him and loaded into his teleprompter for him to read like a robot, yet the devil is always in the details. Here are some of the highlights of Obama's U.N. speech:
The time has come to relaunch negotiations – without preconditions – that address the permanent-status issues: security for Israelis and Palestinians; borders, refugees and Jerusalem. …
This paragraph could just as easily been written by Col. Moammar Gadhafi who ranted and raved for 100 minutes before the U.N. assembly and affectionately called President Obama "my brother." Obama's U.N. speech could have been written by a whole host of enemies of Israel – Mahmoud Abbas, the president of the Palestinians; Khaled Mashal, the Gaza leader of the terrorist organization Hamas; Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah terrorist group occupying Lebanon. What does Obama mean by "the time has come to relaunch negotiations"? This guy is such a narcissist that he thinks whenever he does something, like trying to broker a peace deal between the Israelis and the Palestinians, that he is the first leader to attempt it. Every U.S. president since Harry Truman in the late 1940s have in one way or another tried and failed to "relaunch" peace in the Middle East. [CLICK HERE TO READ MORE]

Obama tells Jews where they can live ~ By Joseph Farah

Posted: May 29, 2009 1:00 am Eastern By Joseph Farah © 2009 Barack Obama is taking what he and his administration refer to as "a more balanced approach to Middle East policy." Let me explain what that literally means in real terms. It means the U.S. government is now using its clout with Israel to insist Jews, not Israelis, mind you, but Jews, be disallowed from living in East Jerusalem and the historically Jewish lands of Judea and Samaria, often referred to as the West Bank. I want you to try to imagine the outrage, the horror, the outcry, the clamoring, the gnashing of teeth that would ensue if Arabs or Muslims were told they could no longer live in certain parts of Israel – let alone their own country. Of course, that would never happen with "a more balanced approach to the Middle East." It's the 1930s all over again. This time, it's the enlightened liberal voices of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama who are telling Jews where they can live, how they can live and how far they must bend if they want to live at all. I know you haven't heard it put like this before. I don't really understand why. There is simply no other accurate way to explain the machinations behind the latest demands on Israel from the West and the rest of the world. Israel is being reduced to "Auschwitz borders." Jews have already been told they can no longer live in the Gaza Strip. Now they are being told they can no longer choose to live in any of the areas being set aside by international elites for a future Palestinian state. Again, I ask, "Why would internationalists seek to create, by definition, a racist, anti-Jewish state that doesn't even tolerate the mere presence of Jews?" Can anyone answer that question for me? Obama and Clinton – and, thus, by definition, you and me, the taxpayers of the United States – have determined they will yield to the racist, bigoted, anti-Semitic demands of the Palestinian Authority that no Jews be allowed to live in their new state. A fearful thing, betraying Israel - By Hal Lindsey

By Hal Lindsey One can really tell that the International Herald Tribune is the sister publication of the New York Times. Like the New York Times, the IHT never saw a liberal it didn't love or a conservative it didn't hate – or a fact its editors couldn't spin. The Times generally uses the IHT as its international hit man, reserving its own pages to advance the policies of the Democrat Party. The IHT ran a story entitled "Is Global Rebranding What Israel Needs?" The piece opened by recognizing Israel as the world's pariah state:
Its sports teams have met hostility and violent protests in Sweden, Spain and Turkey. Mauritania has closed the Israeli Embassy. Relations with Turkey, an important Muslim ally, have suffered severely. A group of top international judges and human rights investigators recently called for an investigation into Israel's actions in Gaza. "Israel Apartheid Week" drew participants in 54 cities around the world this month, twice the number of last year, according to its organizers. And even in the American Jewish community, albeit in its liberal wing, there is a chill.
Having established that everybody hates Israel (even liberal Jews), the columnist, Ethan Bronner, went on to build his case that Israel deserves it:
Of course, for Israel's critics, including those who firmly support the existence of a Jewish state, the problem is not one of image but of policy. They say that four decades of occupation, the settling of half a million Israeli Jews on land captured in 1967, the economic strangling of Gaza for the past few years and the society's growing indifference toward a Palestinian state are all reasons Israel has lost favor abroad, and that no amount of image buffing will change that.
Does anybody remember how Israel ended up "occupying" the land it "captured" in 1967? Israel captured it after beating back the combined forces of the Arab world that had launched a war of annihilation against Israel. And this wasn't the first pan-Arab war aimed at annihilating the Jews – it was the third.

Netanyahu secretly warns Hamas

Threatens to wipe out leadership in Syria, Gaza if rockets continue By Aaron Klein © 2009 WorldNetDaily TEL AVIV, Israel – Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu – leading by a wide margin ahead of next week's prime ministerial elections – has secretly issued a stern warning to Hamas that if its rocket campaign continues once he's in power, he will not hesitate to eliminate the terror group's leadership in both the Gaza Strip and Syria, WND has learned. The warning is particularly strong, since Hamas' leadership in Syria is protected by the Damascus regime. Israel traditionally shies away from threatening attacks on Syrian soil. The Jewish state took great care during its 2006 war against Hezbollah in Lebanon to not strike targets too close to the Syrian border for fear of bringing Damascus into the conflict. One year later, though, Israel targeted a nascent Syrian nuclear reactor being built with aid from North Korea. According to both Israeli and Palestinian sources intimately familiar with the threats, Netanyahu this week conveyed a secret message to Hamas through a third Arab party in which he stated he will undoubtedly be Israel's prime minister next week. Netanyahu's message warned if Hamas' terrorist attacks continue from Gaza, he could target its top leaders in both Gaza and Syria even if such actions would result in a confrontation with Syria. Zero hour approaches - By Hal Lindsey

Iran's nuclear ambitions are no longer even remotely unclear. The same Spirit that inspired the incredible accuracy of the prophets to this point is not likely to suddenly have a misstep. So what does that mean? The Lord of the Universe is getting ready to judge the world. But before that, He will come for His own. Make sure you are one of them. read more | digg story

Palestinian Group Admits to Victimizing Kids at a Christian Concert - By Holly Borei

Pro-Palestinian Group Admits To Victimizing Attendees At Christian Concert By Holly Borei After a little research, it appears that I may have found the toads responsible for attacking the children trying to attend the Christian concert in Charlotte on January 11, 2008. Click here to see the original report. I had a feeling that the group responsible was a little too proud of themselves to keep it quiet and it appears that I was right. Here is an excerpt from the blog article titled "Jan. 11 Free Palestine Protesters Shut Down Pro-U.S./Israeli War Rally," by David Dixon of the "Charlotte Free Gaza Movement" as published on "Action Center for Justice." U.N. outrage – but only when it's safe -- by Hal Lindsey

U.N. General Secy. Ban Ki-moon expressed his outrage regarding Israel firing on a U.N. compound, a U.N. marked vehicle, and a hospital. What was left out by the press was that Israeli forces were fired upon and returned fire. So, where is the outrage when it comes to Hamas terrorists using human shields and rocket attacks on non-milirary targets?
