Because liberalism is a mental disorder ~ By Ellis Washington

From WorldNetDaily
Ellis Washington By Ellis Washington Posted: October 07, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009
I believe it's time for the heads of left-wing agitation groups [ACLU, National Lawyers Guild, and MoveOn.org] who are using the courts to impose their will on the sheeple to be prosecuted under the federal RICO statutes. ~ Michael Savage, "Liberalism is a Mental Disorder" (2005) The theme of this picture is whether men ought to be ruled by God's law or whether they are to be ruled by the whims of a dictator. ~ Cecil B. DeMille, on his 1956 movie, "The Ten Commandments"
Prologue to a mental disorder In 1615 the great scientist Galileo put his life on the line against the supreme political power in Italy and boldly told the Catholic Church that the earth was not the center of the universe (geocentrism), but that the earth and all the planets revolved around the sun (heliocentrism). Einstein tolled for years in obscurity as a lowly patent clerk while working on his experiments from 1895-1905. He was marginalized by his professors as a "dreamer" and a "C student," scorned by his fellow scientists as an oddity, yet his theory of relativity changed the world and ushered in the Nuclear Age. What did these men have in common? Both were intellectual giants who dwelt among the legions of mental midgets of their day, yet they ignored the cacophony of lesser men with duplicitous agendas and fulfilled the transcendent calling of their singular genius. Why blacklist Michael Savage? The great French philosopher Voltaire, one of the founding father's of classical liberalism, is credited with saying, I may not believe in what you say, but I will die for your right to do so – yet, where are these sentiments regarding the blacklisting of Michael Savage? Why has not one member of Congress, not one person in the Stalinist-controlled media complex, the ACLU, or free-speech activists of the academy willing to lay aside their own cowardice and indifference and defend this American patriot? Because liberalism is a mental disorder. On May 5, 2009, conservative intellectual and radio host Michael Savage was banned from entering Britain, his name blacklisted by a Western democracy for two reasons: 1) He was a Jew, and Britain, using egalitarianism (equality of results), wanted to balance their list of Muslim terrorists with other people who were not Muslim; and 2) For 15 years Michael Savage has been the most eloquent and vociferous voice in the media chronicling how liberalism has perverted America, Western Civilization and the world. Why would Britain (and America by de facto silence) stifle this man's freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of movement? Because liberalism is a mental disorder. A communist has profaned the presidency ~ By Erik Rush

From WorldNetDaily
By Erik Rush Posted: September 10, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 One of the most important things I learned years ago as a parent of young children is that you don't argue with them. You delineate boundaries, lay down the ground rules, then provide rewards and consequences. There are two reasons for this:
  1. You know better than they do.
  2. Their arguments are not rational.
The irrationality of progressives' doctrine also precludes beneficial argument or debate. When another's principles are based upon fallacy and devoid of reason, when logic is convoluted and infinitely mutable, and all rhetorical and perceptual roads lead to a foregone, preferential conclusion, it is folly to engage that individual. In such cases, the flawed pretext of granting our errant fellows their fair and evenhanded due is recklessness. While individuals in accord with my thinking might enjoy what I articulate, and the open-minded may gain clarity from it, nothing I nor anyone else asserts is going to sway the dedicated progressives, socialists and Marxists against whom our nation now struggles. That sort of fundamental transformation of mind can only have its genesis in trauma or revelatory experience of a magnitude beyond human design, such as that which occasionally reforms a lifelong criminal or substance abuser. The core beliefs of these individuals are so deeply irrational and their devotion to same so perverse that it is difficult not to ascribe them to either psychological pathology (as does radio talk-show host and author Michael Savage) or demonic influence. Add to that the cultish dedication of President Obama's supporters, which remains truly disturbing. I've spoken with people who couldn't have cared less about any given president throughout their adult lives, but who lose their minds when someone makes a claim they consider unseemly pertaining to this president. Michael Savage Declares His Retirement From Talk Radio - August 14, 2009

This is major news! Conservative radio talk show host Dr. Michael Savage made the announcement on August 14, 2009 during his show, that he was retiring from talk radio. The question is, when. Savage says it will be as soon as he gets off list of people not allowed in Great Britain and clears his name. He says it will be within a year, "by hook or by crook." I learned of this news while on twitter from one of my friends there, newsguy2005. on Dr. Michael Savage's radio show. He has been on the radio for 15 years. I've never had a chance to listen to Dr. Savage's shows, but I know who he is, and I would love to read his books someday. In the video below, Michael Savage will explain when and why he is leaving radio and what he'll do after his retirement.

Dr. Michael Savage: Prometheus in England ~ By Ellis Washington

By Ellis Washington Posted: June 13, 2009 1:00 am Eastern © 2009
Prometheus caused blind hopes to live in the hearts of men. ~ Aeschylus' "Prometheus" (fifth century B.C.)
The ancient Greek myth of Prometheus is the tragic and enduring narrative of a heroic figure who many publicly despised but secretly venerated, because he did feats of strength that others had neither the vision, intellect nor the heart to achieve. Prometheus, renown for his clever intelligence, became a champion of humanity when he stole fire from Zeus and gave it to mortals. For this crime Prometheus was bound to a rock by Zeus while a giant eagle ate his liver every day only to have it grow back to be eaten again the next day for eternity. In the earliest treatment of Prometheus found in the epic poet Hesiod's "Theogony" (700 B.C.), Prometheus is introduced as a lowly challenger to Zeus' omniscience and omnipotence. Likewise, 15 years ago Michael Savage began his unheralded radio career bound with the self-appointed mandate to return America, a once great republic, to her founding principles bequeathed to us by the Constitution's framers – Borders, Language and Culture. Prometheus challenged the awesome authority of Zeus by stealing fire from heaven, which gave warmth to the earth thus saving all humanity. Likewise, Savage has put his reputation on the line daily for 15 years as a Ph.D. trained scientist, autodidactic philosopher and historian, zealously defending America's national heritage and waging battle in the arena of ideas against the Zeuses of our time – like Jacqui Smith, the recently deposed home secretary of England who on May 5 libelously and slanderously placed Savage on a blacklist of 16 people banned from England, a list of infamy that included Muslim terrorists, homosexual hate-mongers, neo-Nazis and Russian mobsters. Who's hunting Savage? ~ By Joseph Farah

What would possess Home Secretary Jacqui Smith to single out Michael Savage on a short list of 16 people worldwide who would not be welcome? First of all, Savage was not asking to enter the U.K. Second of all, while Savage is a big fish in the U.S., his program is not widely known across the pond. Perhaps BO asked a political favor... read more | digg story

Bipartisan team stunned by DHS 'extremism' allegations ~ By Bob Unruh

'Veterans, families should not be viewed as a threat' By Bob Unruh © 2009 WorldNetDaily Members of both sides of the aisle in Congress are expressing outrage and seeking an investigation into a new Department of Homeland Security report on "extremism" that targets U.S. military veterans, opponents of abortion and supporters of other conservative causes. U.S. Rep Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich., was horrified at what he described as a "shoddy, unsubstantiated" document that was delivered to law enforcement across the nation. "I am concerned at what appears to be a shoddy, unsubstantiated, and potentially politicized work product that has been disseminated to the Intelligence Community, and law enforcement as a finished intelligence product," he wrote to DHS chief Janet Napolitano. "The report appears at best sloppy and unprofessional and at worst a representation of political bias being passed off as intelligence analysis by DHS." According to the Washington Times, Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., said he was "dumbfounded" that the report was, in fact, released. "This report appears to raise significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of many Americans – including war veterans," Thompson told Napolitano in a letter. "As I am certain you agree, freedom of association and freedom of speech are guaranteed to all Americans – whether a person's beliefs, whatever their political orientation, are 'extremist' or not," Thompson said. He said he was disappointed and surprised the report would be issued. And he demanded to know what types of further activities DHS had planned regarding the issue. The federal agency's report is called "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." It already has generated a lawsuit by talk radio host Michael Savage. [Continue reading]

Savage goes on offense in 'Fairness Doctrine' battle

Regulations 'nothing more than a desire to silence political opposition' Talk radio icon Michael Savage is joining forces with a Michigan-based civil rights advocacy organization to protect free speech by fighting the return of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine." "A regulation of speech motivated by nothing more than a desire to silence political opposition on controversial issues of public interest is the purest example of a law abridging the freedom of speech," said Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Thomas More Law Center. "Such action is the hallmark of totalitarian governments, not a free society," he said. [Continue reading]
