At the United Nations, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon again condemned Israel's excessive use of force and called for an immediate cease-fire. Naturally, the U.N. Ambassador and the Secretary-General of th U.N. aren't calling for Hamas to use restraint in it's campaign of terror against Israel. Hamas started it.
