It turns out that a constituent letter from Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Wash contained a statement that is totally and obviously false. Since the document posted by the Obama camp does not include the portion of the birth certificate that would establish the hospital of his birth in Hawaii, it offers no help with establishing constitutional eligibility.
