Am I really worse than ISIS? ~ By Phil Elmore

Phil Elmore
Phil Elmore tells of Twitter vitriol sent his way after Paris attacks

They don't feel any remorse. Despite the cold-blooded murders in Paris, the problem is that there are Muslims that are whining about Americans who are supposedly "Islamophobic." Phil explains that in this column, and especially here:
It tells us something profound, in fact, given the sheer and breathtaking volume of Muslim terror attacks occurring throughout the world, that the first and most vehement reaction by supposedly “moderate” Muslims is to whine that we are unfairly painting their death cult with a broad brush. Instead of standing with the West, they condemn us for “Islamophobia.” Instead of looking to their own religion and asking why so many of Allah’s followers murder innocent people, they lecture the West on tolerance. Instead of adding their voices to those mourning the dead, they use social media to sneer defensively at the living.
No, I really couldn't say it any better than Phil did in the above quote. However, I do have something to say in addition to Phil's thoughts: To anyone that thinks AND says that the "filter" for allowing Syrians to come here should depend on the refugee's claimed religion, that is the biggest mistake a politician could make! First of all, that is so contrary to our Constitution of the United States, specifically, the First Amendment!

Wait, maybe we should back up a little here. We really want to be compassionate, but we might want to do all that is possible to be vetting ALL refugees before we allow possible terrorists into the country. But in the mean time, we know that anyone that values our safety and security will probably be facing the same kind of condemnation in the furious torrents of absolute hostility that Phil experienced. Just sayin'...

Am I really worse than ISIS?
An interesting thing happened Friday. Muslim terrorists, presumably with ISIS, attacked targets in Paris in a coordinated and bloody effort that left hundreds wounded and at least 129 dead. Like so many here in the United States, I took to Internet and social media to listen to the live news feed while crawling through various Paris…

VIDEO: Obama's Primetime ISIS strategy? Or more Kabuki Theater?

This is one of those segments that was quite stimulating. At the time I had seen the following segment, I was wondering what Obama was going to say in his primetime narrative to the nation on Wednesday (9/10/14) night

Time 2 Escape Daily for Saturday, Dec 31, 2011

In this exciting and excellent issue of Time 2 Escape Daily, you will read (assuming you actually click on the links and read the stories and commentaries!) some great stuff, including the profound words of Henry Lamb:
Freedom cannot exist in Obama's vision of a managed market and a managed society. Every citizen must decide whether this nation will yield to Obama's vision, or return to the framer's vision of a government that exists for the purpose of protecting every citizen's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness – as defined by every individual – not by the national government.
Hey, that's just a taste of what you will get to read today, or whenever you are up to it. I know, tonight is the last day of the year, typically called New Years Eve. So, when you're able to read text on your monitor without your headache becoming even more severe, you'll want to check this out.

I hope that your expectations weren't overly magnified by using the word "Daily" in the title of these latest posts. The truth is, in the case of this blog, "Daily" is not equivalent to "every day." I'm going to do my best to keep this blog active by posting as often as possible, but I guarantee that I'll be taking Sundays off, and maybe another day during the week. And then there will be those occasions when I'm not able to do any posting for an extended time for various reasons. I do not have a staff to fill in for me when I am "absent." But trust me, when I know that I'll not be able to do any posting, I'll announce it.

But I digress. I think that you will find what Patrice Lewis writes in her latest and last column of the year to be a bit of good advice for all of us to think about on this New Year's Eve:

As we head into the New Year, perhaps it's time to stop making unfulfillable resolutions and decide instead to take a simple course of action: Fill the year with good, sound choices and decisions.

Let's make our elders proud of us. Let's make ourselves proud as well. Happy New Year.
I'm just sayin' ...

The News Stories:

Obama aide blasts Romney's son for eligibility comment
Democrat campaign levels accusation of 'pandering to dead-enders'
From WND ~ December 31, 2011 ~ 12:30 am Eastern ~ By Bob Unruh

Matt Romney, whose father, Mitt, is vying for commitments from Iowa GOP caucus voters this weekend, said his dad would release his financial records when President Obama "releases his grades and birth certificate."

The younger Romney later insisted he was joking, but Barack Obama, in Hawaii now on a vacation estimated to set the taxpayers back some $4 million, saw it as an opportunity to cash in for his campaign. His 2012 fundraising machine immediately posted online: "The Birth Certificate Thing Again?"

"Matt Romney says his dad Mitt will release his tax returns 'as soon as' President Obama releases his birth certificate," the campaign fundraising pitch by "Grant," said today. "This is how the Romney campaign thinks it's going to win the Republican primary: by pandering to the dead-ender fringe of extremists who still question where the president was born."

Unindicted terror 'co-conspirator' gets blog closed down
Islam advocates call critic 'anti-Muslim hate site'
From WND ~ December 30, 2011 ~ 8:28 pm Eastern

The Council on America-Islamic Relations, which is considered by U.S. counterterrorism officials as a front group for the Egypt-based Muslim Brotherhood and was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror finance case, says it has succeeded in silencing a blog where some of the comments cited a desire for violence against Muslims.

According to a statement released by CAIR on PR Newswire, its complaints led WordPress.com to close down the BareNakedIslam.com blog.

In fact, site visitors today were presented with the message, "barenakedilsam.wordpress.com is no longer available. This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service."

Romney Brings in Christie in Iowa Final Push
From Newsmax.com ~ Friday, 30 Dec 2011 04:45 PM
DES MOINES, Iowa - White House hopeful Mitt Romney brought in help from New Jersey on Friday to bolster his prospects for a win in Iowa next week that would put him in the lead in the Republican presidential race.

Gov. Chris Christy (R-NJ)
Romney campaigned alongside tough-talking New Jersey Governor Chris Christie in a final frenzy of candidate appearances before Iowa launches the state-by-state contests to choose the Republican nominee who will face Democratic President Barack Obama in the November 2012 election.

Romney, buoyed by an NBC/Marist poll that showed him leading the field ahead of Tuesday's Iowa caucuses, was upbeat about his chances in the Midwestern state that jilted him for former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee in 2008.

"This feels wonderful," Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, told Reuters as he worked a ropeline of supporters outside a grocery store in West Des Moines. "I tell you, the crowds and the enthusiasm couldn't be more wonderful."

Columnists and Their Commentaries:

The defining moment in the future of America ~ By Henry Lamb
From WND - December 30, 2011 at 5:17 pm Eastern

HENRY LAMB
Jan. 1, 2012, is the first day of the last year of the first term of the most "transformative" president in the history of the United States. Before he became president, Barack Hussein Obama told America that "… we are five days away from fundamentally transforming America." During the first three years of his presidency, he has pushed his philosophy of governance further and further away from the philosophy of governance developed by the framers and enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. The defining moment in the future of the United States will come on Nov. 6, 2012, when each citizen casts – or fails to cast – a vote for the next president, and for the legislators who will guide the nation.

Advice from the elders ~ By Patrice Lewis
From WND - December 30, 2011 at 1:49 pm Eastern

PATRICE LEWIS
This week I saw an article entitled "Six Tips From Your Future Self" by Dr. Karl Pillemer. The premise was that if you could meet your older and (presumably) wiser self (say, 50 years from now) and ask for advice, what would it be? Since clearly such a scenario is impossible, Dr. Pillemer did the next best thing: He canvassed 1,200 older Americans (ranging from 60 to 108 years) and asked what advice they would give the younger generation. Specifically they were asked, "What mistakes should younger people avoid?" and what are people "most likely to regret when they get to the end of life?"

What I liked about this article was its logic and good sense. For heaven's sake, if anyone has been-there-done-that, it's the older generation. Yet in keeping with human nature, the younger people in our society continue to dismiss the older generation as a bunch of fuddy-duddies who can't possibly have any knowledge or insight about today's issues, problems and woes.

Right.

Get beyond regret ~ By Ralph Marston
From The Daily Motivator ~ Saturday, December 31, 2011

Regrets are painful echoes of the past. Fortunately, you are situated in the present, where you can take effective action that’s fully informed by your wisdom and experience.

Feel the regrets, and then quickly redirect their energy into meaningful and productive pursuits. Learn from your regrets, act on your knowledge, and soon you’ll have nothing at all to regret.

The Muslims next door ~ By Victoria Jackson

Lastly, Adul Gheit said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, where the U.S. president told him that he was still a Muslim, the son of a Muslim father, the stepson of Muslim stepfather, that his half brothers in Kenya are Muslims, and that he was sympathetic toward the Muslim agenda.

Now, whether or not that is true doesn't matter. Though "O" says "57 states" and bows to Arabs, and prays with them (to Allah) while nixing our National Day of Prayer (to God), and though "O" leaves out the words "by our Creator," etc., I personally think he's a secular humanist ... with a Muslim background.

But, that doesn't matter. The fact is we are in a war with no name, fighting an enemy that lives on our soil now, next door to us. Not only are they plotting our demise, but laughing at our stupidity, mocking our open arms and freedom, demanding rights above our own and soon the transformation of our churches and synagogues into mosques. President Obama is not helping us. He's helping them.

Wait a minute. Didn't Vicki just mention in her column last week that she was being spied on? Well, whether Victoria Jackson was a subject under surveillance or not, this column may just get her on a "watch list" of some kind! The problem is, just who will be watching her? The PC police? Janet Napolitano and her government goons? A Muslim hit squad? ... Wait a minute! Will I also be targeted for promoting Vicki's column? Hmmm...

But wait another minute! When you listen to Bim Bam Boodle, sung by the very talented Victoria, it shouldn't take long for you to catch what the song is about. Just ignoring the facts and waking up everyday in la-la land so you can always be happy is unfortunately what too many people do these days, despite the dangers facing us. Having a lack of concern for the things going on in the world is a perilous way to live.

And once again, wait a minute! Having a little apprehension of what may be lurking around the corner does not really make you Islamophobic. You are only told that it will so that you will ignore the facts. Don't let them "bim bam boodle" you into slumber!

Victoria Jackson sings Bim Bam Boodle:

Frankly, I'm afraid to say anything about Muslims. Why? Because they kill people.

Maybe that's why the liberals kiss up to them – fear. I can't wait to see Katie Couric do a story on the new Muslim women's magazine al-Qaida just put out!
Katie: Why, look at this! "Al Shamikha." It means "The Majestic Woman"! What a lovely magazine!

Veiled Woman (only eyes showing): Yes, this is our new magazine.

Katie: It's so beautiful! And glossy! And the articles are so relevant! Here's a beauty tip! Stay indoors and veiled at all times. Your skin will look like baby skin! Oh! I should try that! I have all these freckles!

Veiled Woman: Yes. Our ways should be everyone's ways.

Katie: Oh! And, look! How to raise a suicide bomber! I could use that! I've never thought of … well, too bad my girls are already grown! Maybe I can use this on my grandchildren! Thank you so much! You are so beautiful!

Veiled Woman: Allahu Akbar!

Katie: I've heard that before! Wasn't it Fort Hood?! Oh, we must go to a commercial! Be right back after this word from Coppertone Sunscreen, the skin care for pre-Muslims!

Why do liberals embrace Shariah law even though "beheading your wife" seems to go against the feminist movement's mantra? Why do liberals embrace Islam knowing it frowns on homosexuality?

Because they have the same goals. Progressives, communists, liberals, globalists and Muslims want to destroy America. When that goal is reached, they will fight for top billing. It will be bloody.

'Gopher' of 'Love Boat' victim of Islamic hate?

Mann-Grandy [Fred's wife] said the final insult came when the management informed Fred that she no longer was permitted on the show because of comments she had made about Islam.

Because Grandy still is under contract with WMAL, he could not speak on the record to WND. His wife, however, was a guest host and never an employee of WMAL. She gave WND an explanation.

"We were telling the truth about Islam and someone was telling them [the management] to shut up. My feeling is that CAIR did it. Maybe they didn't, but whatever happened, it rattled them so much that they were willing to tell my husband that I was no longer on the show. They didn't have a clue that he wouldn't have any other choice then but to leave," she said.
Here is another example of an organization that fears the pressure from the Islamic community. And it is even a better example of somebody that refuses to bow down to the pressure. I don't understand why a radio station would fear a backlash from the Muslims in their community. I am sure the Muslims do not make up a very large percentage of the station's listeners. I'd love to know what kind of pressure was put on the management to force them to take Mrs. Grandy off the air!

Be sure to read the full story and watch the video. (Sorry, the ability to embed the video was disabled by the youtube user.)

'Gopher' of 'Love Boat' victim of Islamic hate?
Radio station's 'tone down' dictate came after alarms in 'Muslim Mafia' discussed

By Frank York

FRED GRANDY
The wife of former four-term Iowa Congressman Fred Grandy says part of the reason her husband has dropped his radio program in Washington is the evidence from the book "Muslim Mafia," which is based on an audacious six-month undercover operation in which three investigators pretended to convert to Islam and then interned at the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Grandy resigned from his daily talk show, The Grandy Group, on station WMAL in Washington, D.C., days ago after the station management reportedly told his wife she no longer would be on the show.

Catherine Mann-Grandy had been working to expose the subversive Islamic movement in America, and she told WND she was alarmed after reading Mark Steyn's book "America Alone." She said she became even more concerned after reading Muslim Mafia, a WND Books release by P. David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry.

She had discussed Islam, the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR on air, and Fred Grandy began a daily two-minute feature called "Islam for Dhimmis" to expose the Islamic agenda in America.

A dhimmi is a second-class status assigned to non-Muslims in a Muslim-dominated culture.

But Grandy resigned after being informed by WMAL management that he and his wife had to "tone down" their comments about Islam, CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood on air.
