Waterboarding for fun and profit ~ By Doug Powers
How bad is waterboarding? So bad that some people have actually volunteered to have it performed on them? (However, these stunt waterboardings are often performed improperly and in an unsafe manner, clouding the whole debate and even endangering the volunteer.) Make sure that you watch the Mancow waterboarding video (also below) before you decide if waterboarding is real torture.

Stop whining about Cheney ~ By David Limbaugh
Democratic strategists are free to dramatize their manufactured indignation over the charge of subordinating our national security for political gain, but their chickens are coming home to roost. Their inconsistent, untenable, reckless positions have been exposed, and they've tied themselves in knots... which explains a lot of things.

Obama avoids The Crocodile ~ By Pat Buchanan
If Obama has done anything right, it is in avoiding a fight with Dick Cheney over the "enhanced interrogation techniques" that Cheney approved. Obama does not want this fight, for he knows that it is highly probable that al-Qaida is going to conduct some spectacular attack on this country or its allies, and he would be blamed for it.

Lindsey Graham: If Waterboarding Was a Crime, Pelosi Was Part of It
Senator Lindsey Graham blasts Speaker Pelosi in an interview with Fox News’ Shep Smith, saying that if waterboarding “was a crime, she was part of it.” "She [Pelosi] wants it both ways: She wants to damn the Bush Administration, but she doesn’t want to take responsibility for what she was told.” [Continue reading]digg story ~ Submitted by MKlain
Donovantalk: Pelosi says she knew nothing about waterboarding
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi says she had NO IDEA we were waterboarding captured Al Qaeda terrorists. Whoops! It looks like the Speaker misspoke. It turns out her top aide was informed, in detail, in 2003. He then informed her. And now Democrat House majority leader Steny Hoyer thinks it's time to check out the facts.

The death of shame ~ By Hal Lindsey
Nancy Pelosi's press conference was all about pressing the attack against an already-vanquished enemy, (George Bush, not al-Qaida) in opposition to the best interests of both her party and her country – even to the point of accusing the CIA (under both the Bush and Obama administrations) of lying about her so that she "would look bad."

Shocked about waterboarding? ~ By Joseph Farah
Why do the politicians - those that want to prosecute former administration officials for allowing the waterboarding of terrorists - have nothing to say about the blatant abuse of tasers on U.S. citizens by civilian law enforcement officers? The death toll for people here, as of late last year, who had tasers used on them was 334! Shocking!

Watching MSNBC is torture ~ By Ann Coulter
By Ann Coulter The media wail about "torture," but are noticeably short on facts. Liberals try to disguise the utter wussification of our interrogation techniques by constantly prattling on about "the banality of evil." Um, no. In this case, it's actually the banality of the banal. Start with the fact that the average Gitmo detainee has gained 20 pounds in captivity. There's even a medical term for it now: "the Gitmo gut." Some prisoners have been heard whispering, "If you think Allah is great, you should try these dinner rolls." In terms of "torture," there was "the attention grasp," which you have seen in every department store you have ever been where a mother was trying to get her misbehaving child's attention. If "the attention grasp" doesn't work, the interrogators issue a stern warning: "Don't make me pull this car over." [Continue reading]digg story

Life imitates '24' ~ By Joseph Farah
If the FBI arrested some terrorists and determined they had information about a nuclear bomb smuggled into the United States and agents had reason to believe they had only hours to prevent a detonation in a major city, What Would Obama Do? You mean, he would allow millions of people to die in a mushroom cloud so that he can stick to his principles?

Phony, perverted 'compassion' ~ By Joseph Farah
Joseph writes, "You really have to wonder about people who, on the one hand, are morally outraged at the idea of coercive interrogations of enemy combatants to save the lives of innocent people and who, on the other hand, have no problem with plunging scissors into the brains of unborn babies."
