Police Chief Tells Obama To Legalize Marijuana!
Above: Dr. Norm Stamper finished his 34-year police career as Chief of Police of Seattle, Washington. Stamper believes the drug war causes untold misery, undermines effective law enforcement, and does not begin to pass any sort of cost-benefit analysis.

Millions of people are incarcerated for the non-violent crime of possession of marijuana. And yet, cigarettes and alcohol remain legal. They found out that the prohibition of alcohol didn't work. So, what makes them think that prohibiting the use of cannibas would ever work? Or, is there another motive to keep it illegal?
