What would the Civil War president, Abe Lincoln, think about Barack Obama being sworn in as America's 44th president? They both believe in big-government solutions, regarding the Constitution as a living document, and imposing more taxes is the way to economic recovery. Despite freeing the slaves, Abe wouldn't have believed it could ever happen.
