It's funny that what liberals hate most about Christians is proselytizing – yet they use every public opportunity to shove their agenda down our throats starting with gay pride parades, propaganda news, TV and movies, Oscars, Grammies ... and now football.

As if it isn't difficult enough to sway the masses toward the truth, we have RINOs! I just learned what that meant a year ago, about the time Meghan McCain came on the scene. RINO means Republican In Name Only. This week she dissed my favorite role model, Michele Bachmann.

Liberals are passionate proselytizers, but they have the wrong message. Conservatives have the right message, but need to proselytize more.

Victoria is trying to figure out why it is okay for liberals to proselytize at public events, so why can't Conservatives or Christians? Yes, Victoria, I think that many of us have a difficult time trying to figure that out! Rush Limbaugh was not allowed to buy a pro football team. Valedictorians can't mention God or Jesus in their commencement speeches. Athletes like Kurt Warner or Tim Tibo give all the credit to Jesus Christ after a big victory, and the person holding the microphone on the field rolls their eyes. A high school football player points to the sky after a touchdown and gets flagged for "unsportsmanship-like conduct". Go figure.

We left Kissammee, Fla., where Teenager's cheer squad came in third place to get home in time for our good friend's Super Bowl party. Watching men smash into each other isn't my favorite pastime, so I hung out with the teenagers. We went online and looked up what Angelina Jolie's tattoos meant. I googled "Bible Verse Tattoos" and suddenly naked private parts popped up on the screen. The teenagers screamed and fled. I quickly erased that and typed in "Is it a sin for a Christian to have a tattoo?" I showed the teenagers what Leviticus said and what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:12 that for a Christian, "all things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient," and that we shouldn't be a stumbling block. This is a gray area, like alcohol. I encouraged the teens not to get tattoos or drink alcohol, but if they must, to wait until age 50. That was my advice. The article had one pro-tattoo verse, "I have become all things to all men that I might win some," inferring that tattoos would be a good thing if your mission field is bikers and ex-cons. I guess my future is mapped out for me.

Trying to help me out, one teenager showed me this new product she had used to "cover up" a hickey that she didn't want her mom to see. Oh boy. TMI (too much information). Maybe I should be watching football with the grownups. The thick cream by Kat Von D completely "covers" tattoos.

[Side note: My preacher son-in-law, a big Packers fan, preached on Psalm 32 this weekend. "The great exchange" is that we bring God our sin and He 1) "covers" it, 2) takes the burden of guilt and makes it disappear, and 3) gives us forgiveness and righteousness, a clean slate.]

Finally, the Super Bowl halftime came. I can relate to the show biz part of the game. The Black Eyed Peas (the group that taught my daughter her first bad word) were wearing sparkly electricity outfits and shouting words I couldn't understand. I guess you call it "rap." It's definitely not music. There is no melody, unless they steal it, which is called "sampling." True story. I worked with a rap "artist" once and he didn't know what the chords C, G and F were! For real. So, I'm watching the halftime show when suddenly the Will.i.am guy says, "umba-clambo-darwiz-blahnik-Obamagiveuseducation-schlambo-romtick-wizzle. ..." I did a double take! Obama! Usually the only words I can decipher in rap are vulgar obscenities.

I "Bing-ed" it so I could see what he said.

"In America we need to get things straight / Obama let's get these kids educated / Create jobs so the country stays stimulated / This is dedicated to all the innovators," he sang.

What do politics have to do with football?

Do all the other Super Bowls have political messages inserted into their halftimes? Or is this the first year? I don't know. I never watch the Super Bowl. Is it equal air time? Sometimes conservative, sometimes liberal?

O'Reilly and O'Bama ~ By Chrissy Satterfield

My fingers are crossed for O'Reilly. I know he'll do a great job, but I thought that about my Chargers, too, and look what happened. People will remember this interview. And I hope it's when they are at the voting booth. My dose of honesty: Obama better get his ducks in a row come Sunday morning. It's game time, and he's kept us waiting far too long.

Chrissy Satterfield gives us her Super Bowl pregame analysis of the Bill O'Reilly vs. Barack O'Bama bout to be aired before the big game. Will O'Reilly be able to deal some big punches, or will he hold off so he isn't disrespectful of the President? Will O'Bama be more prepared for any sports-related questions? Will he have his defenses ready to handle what is thrown at him? Or are we just going to just see another soft-ball contest like O'Bama expects from any of the news networks, even Fox News?

All right, sports fans, get your cheese heads and your terrible towels ready. Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner, and since I can't stand the Steelers and my Chargers have been out of the running for quite some time, the most exciting thing I'm looking forward to is Bill O'Reilly's interview with the president during the Super Bowl pre-game show.

Finally, Obama will come down from his ivory tower and appear on the nation's No. 1 news network. That's right, No. 1. Fox News might be hated by some, but millions tune in every night. Put that in your pipe, CNN. Now, as most of you probably already know, this will be O'Reilly's second interview with Obama. He first appeared during the election campaign back in 2008. Apparently, when you're running for president it's OK to go on Fox, but after you've won you're too cool.

I'm anxious to see if either Obama or O'Reilly hold back. I know O'Reilly is "looking out for you," but I find it hard to believe that he would interrupt the president like he does most of his guests. I'm sure he'll be respectful, but I hope he puts Obama through the ringer just as he would any other wishy-washy guest. I'm also hopeful that O'Reilly makes Obama answer the questions directly and doesn't allow him to dance around them. The people deserve answers, and O'Reilly understands that.

I think we can rule out any sports questions since Obama's White Sox incident, where he couldn't name his favorite player. I'd blame the kerfuffle on nerves, but it was the easiest question in the book: "Who was your favorite player growing up?" Come on. He should have seen that coming. Hmm, I'm at a baseball game; they'll probably ask me a baseball question.

One question I'm crossing my fingers for is how Obama could say Fox News is "destructive." The president has bashed FNC on more than one occasion, always on the defensive. Obama has felt FNC is basically out to get him – and his little administration, too. First of all, this isn't "The Wizard of Oz," and FNC isn't the Wicked Witch of the West. No one is out to get the president, but if he and his administration screw up, someone should call them on it. He can't expect his mistakes to go unnoticed.

Drew Brees and The Saints! ~ By John Kubicek

Okay, I should be a Colts fan, and I am, just for great people on the team that played at Iowa, like for example, Dallas Clark and Bobby Sanders.

And of course, I was pulling for the Cardinals, with Kurt Warner, a native from my home town, who was raised in the area very near to my home.

But now, I am pulling for the Saints! Lots of reasons for that. Thirteen years ago yesterday (Feb 1) I was married to my wife, God rest her soul. She was my soul-mate. Well, the first destination we headed for on our honeymoon was New Orleans. We had such a great time there. It was 80 degrees the day we arrived there, on Feb. 3. There are some great stories I could tell you about that part of our trip, like how we came close to being robbed, and how about a dozen New Orleans cops stepped in and arrested the perp as it was in the process of going down… But I digress.

So, great memories are coming forth as I think about that day.

Until now, I wasn’t all that aware of just who are the “Saints”. I wasn’t aware, either, of who Drew Brees was. After what I saw, though, I know now, he is one of “us”.

As you know, many sports figures seem to make their way into the news, usually via the front page, by being villains. There was OJ… Michael Vick…. And now, Tiger. The newspapers love those kind of stories that make the front page, as long as they are negative enough.

But there is another side of the coin you may not hear about very often. The newspapers WON’T tell you about all the good things that some athletes do.

According to the press release of Focus on the Family, the Christian organization sponsoring the ad, University of Florida football star and Heisman Trophy winner Tebow and his mother, Pam, "will share a personal story centered on the theme of "Celebrate Family, Celebrate Life." The Tebows are devout Christians, and Pam gave birth to Tim despite advice from her doctor to abort because of illness during her pregnancy. Since the script is not publicly available, all we know is the family story and knowledge that the ad passed muster with CBS. We spoke with Focus on the Family spokesman Gary Schneeberger and asked if the ad in any way speaks to the politics of abortion. The answer was an emphatic "no." According to Schneeberger, it's "not selling, it is celebrating" and is about the "love between a mother and a son." So what's provoking the letter writing campaign of feminist groups to CBS to pull the ad? Why would the National Organization for Women call this "offensive to women" or would the Women's Media Center call it "divisive?" Sure, there's no question that Focus on the Family is pro-life and opposes legal and readily accessible abortion. But CBS wouldn't be running this ad if its focus was political advocacy. Kurt Warner, the Family Guy, Can Cement Legacy

Before coming here with the aim of avenging a defeat in the Super Bowl, Warner, the Cardinals’ quarterback, tried to even another score in the game room of his Arizona home. Though able to carry a tune almost as well as a team, he has not been able to unseat his daughter Jesse as the Warner household Wii “American Idol” champion. Warner’s choice, a Plain White T’s song about an anguished boy in love with an absent girl, stirs emotions in him that one would not expect from a married father of seven. “It’s awesome,” he said. “It’s about ‘Follow me and my dreams, and I’ll make it work.’” It’s a pitch-perfect message for Warner, whose football career has been an ode to dreamers. Sprawled on a loveseat on his patio the day after Arizona clinched its first Super Bowl berth, Warner sang: “Hey there Delilah, I know times are getting hard.
