If a family has a financial crisis, they hunker down and keep their expenses low until the problems are resolved. The sensible family doesn't run up all their credit cards and borrow 3 or 4 times what they need. They figure out what kinds of sacrifices they will need to take. Well, it's too bad that Obama and Congress don't use the same tactics!
