WIFLI Briefing for Jun 8, 2012 - Vetting Barry, Pt 1: The Socialist

I was pretty sure that by now, I'd be a martyr. Not that I intended to be, but I figured that a few of the WIFLI Briefings that I've published this year would get me on some kind of enemies list that the current
White House administration may be compiling. Surprisingly, at least to me, my efforts haven't yet shown up on the radar screen.

It would certainly be beneficial to my purpose if only I were to be disparaged by a leftist writer or organized effort to silence me. But, so far, nothing...

I can only surmise that I just haven't been loud enough. I need a bullhorn, I guess. Or perhaps I should just stay persistent, and try to do my best to expose what the President is all about. America needs to be aware that he is a Socialist and a Globalist, and we really haven't yet seen how far he would go to stay in power. That is what should scare us. That is what should tell you why I'm not afraid to post what I have so far.

Synopsis: Every age seeks visionaries to leave, in the wake of their genius, a changed world - but rarely are they found without a few strikeout also-rans getting a crack first. In 2008, millions of Americans thought they had found the real thing.

The Socialist

Video provided by benhoweblog on Oct 5, 2010
Honestly? I have to warn you, do not attempt this at home. It can be pretty darn disconcerting when we realize that our opponents have the financial and political power to silence us at any time... Well, US, as in the citizen journalists writing in favor of We the People and freedom. If any of us hit the wrong nerve, believe me, we could be snuffed out at a moment's notice. That's reality talking there, not sheer paranoia.

It was once I knew what the stakes were that I became a little nervous. If perhaps Barack Hussein Obama has his sites set on leading a global government, who knows what will be done to stop me, or anyone else, from informing the public. Who really knows WHAT could be done to anyone that is in the way of Obama's objectives.

No, I'm afraid that I'll not fear what needs to be said. Fear is not an emotion that I want to ever bow down to if I am going to help wake up some more patriots.

The concept of fear has to be overcome, and the only way to do so is to band together as We the People.

Our best chance of survival as a Free people will be to hang in there together. There is safety in numbers.  I'm just sayin'...

UPDATE: JUNE 9, 2012
Don't you get so annoyed when you discover that something you have written or said could be taken differently from how you intended?  When I mentioned "hang in there together" above, the following video wasn't what I was thinking of.  However, if the scene you will see below becomes our fate, then let me fight for freedom - feet first - rather than being a slave on my knees. Yo ho, haul together, Hoist the colours high.   I'm just sayin'...

Welcome to this edition of Time 2 Escape WIFLI Briefing!

What is WIFLI?
You may be wondering what the acronym "WIFLI" means. I started out by calling these issues the Time 2 Escape Daily, but that didn't work out very well. I quickly learned that putting these issues together on a daily basis was a task I was unable to accomplish. To replace "Daily" in the title, I borrowed the acronym WIFLI, which literally means "When I Feel Like It." Putting together a post on this blog WIFLI works much better for my schedule, and for the higher quality of each issue that is eventually published!

The Fox & Friends Video News Corp. Doesn't Want You To See
From Before It's News ~ By Arlen Williams ~ June 3, 2012, 12:18 pm

Fox and Friends took it this far and what was broadcast was quickly taken down from their Web site. They didn’t even get to the intentional saboteur for globalist Marxofascists part.

And of course, they didn’t get to the fact that many of the very same people who promoted Barack Obama (or Hillary Clinton) have been putting their money and encouraging words behind Mitt Romney – and are once again, getting their way...

Of course, the Obama minions are well trained with the Saul Alinsky techniques as described in "Rules For Radicals." Here is one of the Liberal columnists that I suspect is desperately attempting to explain why President Obama is NOT a Socialist, and discredit those of us that have exposed Obama's connections to Socialism that seem to be found on a very regular basis.

Obama a socialist? Many scoff, but claim persists
Via BEFORE IT'S NEWS ~ From Charlotte Observer ~ By David Crary, AP Nat'l Writer ~ Posted: Monday, Jun. 04, 2012

NEW YORK When President Barack Obama's re-election campaign unveiled its new slogan, some conservative critics were quick to pounce.

"Forward," they asserted, is a word long associated with Europe's radical left. Its choice reaffirmed their contention that Obama is, to some degree or other, a socialist - a claim that surfaced early in the 2008 campaign and has persisted ever since, fueling a lively industry of bumper stickers and books..

"New Obama slogan has long ties to Marxism, socialism," read a headline in The Washington Times. A column by Russian immigrant Svetlana Kunin, for Investor's Business Daily, said Obama seeks to move America forward to "total government involvement in people's lives."

This is far from a new phenomenon - the use of "socialist" as a political epithet in the U.S. dates back to pre-Civil War days when abolitionist newspaper editor Horace Greeley was branded a socialist by some pro-slavery adversaries. In the 20th century, many elements of Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal - including Social Security - were denounced as socialist. So was Medicare when it was created in the 1960s.

But to many historians and political scientists - and to actual socialists as well - the persistent claim that Obama is a socialist lacks credence.

Four Heroes Countering Agenda 21′s Ecofascist Warfare
From GULAG BOUND ~ By Arlen Williams ~ Published May 13, 2012, 11:30 am

In America, when it comes to opposing the ground war against our sovereignty, freedom, livelihoods and lives known as Agenda 21, we gratefully follow along with Three Musketeers and one d’Artagnan. Of course there are others also worthy of mention; some we have and will again.

Conveniently, all four have Web sites and since they do, rather than expound we will show you videos featuring each. We Citizens should know their work well and continue to follow them. Here they are, listed in a suggested order of those videos.

Henry Lamb – Chairman of Sovereignty International, and founder of the Environmental Conservation Organization (ECO) and Freedom21, Inc. (sovereignty.net, freedom.org, and freedom21.org, respectively). We publish Henry’s articles.

Sadly, one of the great heroes discussed above has passed on.

His legacy, as you have been made aware of by now, is his valiant battle against the anti-freedom movement of globalism. Henry Lamb was a patriot that we need to honor for his courage. His columns were greatly appreciated by those of us that want to maintain our freedom. He made sure that I was very aware of the dangers of globalism. Part 2 of Vetting Barry will be dedicated to Henry Lamb, with the discussion of the Marxist-based globalist ideologies.

Henry Lamb (1938-2012) Led vs. Global Socialism, Silenced by American Media?

From GULAG BOUND ~ By Arlen Williams ~ Published May 28, 2012, 5:30 pm

We all have an innate need to find one person and call him leader. As the story many of us know goes, we are made for an intimately dependent relationship with God Himself our Father; but mankind failed to live up to its part and that need became tragically unfulfilled. While God in turn made a Great Sacrifice to meet our need, much of one’s sense of its fulfillment is yet a prospect awaiting its future.

That prospect and Henry Lamb came face to face last Wednesday morning, May 23rd. Now, those compatriots who knew him or at least knew of him must suppress all the more, such desires for an earthly king, or a captain of our vessel. More than ever, all of America’s Sovereigns must each learn to take on his accountable role, to lead our nation securely into its own sovereign future.

Many more than I will say he was preeminent in the work to keep our free and independent nation from returning to its former status of colonization by tyrannical global empire. His chief work was to alert us against the usurpation of our rank and rights via the monstrously insidious “think globally, act locally” strategy of U.N. Agenda 21 and sustainable development.

Several years ago, I made a decision to do my best to educate more people about what is going on with America. Our freedom is threatened. This video explains my attitude that I will keep doing what I can to help more Americans "cross the finish line" - to maintain their liberty - even if it meant that I would be sacrificing any career advancement. As far as I'm concerned, that is the attitude of a true winner!

Glenn Beck's departure from Fox News, Part 2 ~ By Robert Ringer

When I posted Part 1 of Robert Ringer's column about Glenn Beck yesterday, I had no idea that there would be two great surprises waiting for me. First, I had the largest number of page views on this blog for a single day, and of course, mostly for Robert Ringer's column. Second, I had assumed that Ringer would come out with Part 2 next week. Surprise! Here it is already! Hooo-RAH!

When I wrote my introduction yesterday for Part 1, I said the following:

Though I am greatly looking forward to the next part of Robert's series about Glenn, I am afraid I have thought of some possibilities already why he could be departing Fox News. It could be very ugly. I'm always afraid - very afraid - that somebody may not want Glenn to be talking about certain crimes and misdemeanors... And Glenn's current Crime Inc and Global Governance series may be more than some people want the "sheeple" to know. Please join me in praying for Glenn, his family, and his staff, for their safety.
As you read this installment Robert's column about Beck, you will see that I had hit at least one of his thoughts on the head. And again, please keep Glenn, his family and his staff in your prayers.

And before you get started reading this outstanding Robert Ringer piece, I will leave you with another video segment from the Glenn Beck show, this time from May 11, 2010. This video will also show you, as did the one I included yesterday, why Glenn is such a danger to the Obama agenda:

May 11, 2010 - Glenn Beck: Something's not right (May 11, 2010) Part 3 of 3

Video provided by TheREALjohnny2k

Do you see now why what Ringer writes - especially today - is so ominous? But yet, Robert has one other point to make, too, which may surprise you the most. Just sayin'...

Much like the Founding Fathers, I believe Beck has committed himself to using his fame, his fortune and his enormous talents to help defeat the poisonous progressive movement that is fundamentally transforming the United States into a destitute socialist nation.

So, the $64 question is: Will Glenn Beck ultimately conclude that he has no choice but to run for president?

And the $128 question is: Would enough Americans be willing to open their minds to the truths he would expose to elect him president?

In Part 1 of this article, I expressed my concern that Glenn Beck might not be around for the long term at Fox News. As I watch him strip BHO and other members of Crime Inc. down to their dirty underwear every day at 5 p.m., I ponder what the Obamaviks will do to try to stop him from destroying their efforts to transform the U.S. into a collectivist paradise.

In that regard, I can envision four possibilities for Beck's exit:

Assassination. On more than one occasion, Beck has alluded to cement boots and his ending up at the bottom of the East River. He has also assured his audience that he has no inclination to jump off a tall building, and if something like that would ever happen to him, it would not be accidental.

Even more ominous is that Beck continually tells his audience that this isn't about him, that each and every one of them must stand up and carry on the fight. When he says this, it sparks memories of Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous words at a Memphis rally the night before he was murdered: "I may not get there with you, but I want you to know tonight that we as a people will get to the promised land."

Anyone reasonably knowledgeable about political history knows that those on the far left unabashedly believe that their morally superior objectives justify the use of violence. The problem they have with Beck is that using violence to eliminate him is problematic, given that he has already warned the public to be on the lookout for his untimely demise.

So, let's assume – and hope – that no harm befalls Glenn Beck. What else, then, might cause him to leave Fox?

Roger Ailes retires or passes on. Roger Ailes has almost single-handedly propped up the free press in this country, being so good at his job that Fox News has been able to render its left-wing media competition almost irrelevant. When Ailes, who recently turned 70, leaves Fox, there is no assurance that Rupert Murdoch will pick a replacement with equally strong conservative beliefs.

If Roger Ailes is replaced by a "moderate," the new president of Fox would undoubtedly either terminate Beck or place restrictions on what he could and could not say. And if the latter occurred, you can be sure Beck would depart Fox – with his honor intact, as promised.

Rupert Murdoch passes on. Rupert Murdoch is still going strong, but the reality is that he's 79 years old. And Murdoch's children are liberals who have long complained that Fox News is too conservative. With Murdoch gone, there would surely be a major shakeup, and both Roger Ailes and Glenn Beck would quickly be out the door.

The Godfather option. Barack Obama knows that time is against him. With liberal Democrats dropping like flies in primaries and special elections, he can't afford to wait too long for Roger Ailes to retire or Rupert Murdoch to die.

Solution? Just send "the boys" over to have a little chat with Murdoch and make him "an offer he can't refuse." In keeping with diversity czar Mark Lloyd's stated objective to force "some people to step down to make room for others," the offer might be as straightforward as: If you get rid of Glenn Beck, Fox News can stay on the air. Otherwise …

Kind of the Obamafia's version of putting a bloody horse's head in someone's bed to improve his perception of reality.

So where does Beck go if he departs Fox News? On at last one occasion, he said that even if the bad guys succeed in forcing him off radio and television, he will come back with a louder voice and larger platform than ever. I found that to be a tantalizing statement, one that caused me to speculate on what such a platform might be.

Of course, the biggest platform of all would be president of the United States. Beck says he would never run for president, because he wouldn't want to risk losing his soul, the implication being that a person can't run for president and keep his honor intact.

I thought about this recently when Beck did an in-depth show on George Washington. He emphasized that what made Washington unique was that he did not want to be president. He accepted the office only out of a sense of duty, and refused to stay in office longer than two terms.

I believe Beck sees himself in much the same way. I think he feels a sense of duty to do whatever he can to save America. He knows George Washington did not want to be president, and says that "Americans are looking for someone like George Washington."

To leftists, dissent equals hate ~ By Phil Elmore

Phil exposes the truth about the progressives, and what they are saying about the tea party movement. Dissent is mistaken for something violent that really isn't happening.
Look beyond the hypocrisy and the lies of the "progressives" and you will see a simple truth. To "hate" a socialist, all you must do is disagree with him. To argue with him is to "threaten" him. To the leftist, dissent is an act of violence. He sees every opposing opinion as a brick through his window.

"In case anyone thought this was about [health-care reform]," sneered a popular progressive novelist on his Twitter page. He was "retweeting" – sending again to his own followers on this popular social networking site – the assertion that tea-party protesters (speaking out against the inexorable, impending doom that is Obama's nationalizing of a breathtaking percentage of the American economy) had shouted racist and sexual epithets at lawmakers.

The implication is, of course, that the protests weren't against socialized medicine and government power-grabs at all. No, according to the hand-wringing, wide-eyed, incredulous progressives, standing on the sidelines with their bottom lips trembling, the protests were an orgy of racist hatred, a tsunami of barely contained rage washing over the poor, innocent masses working earnestly toward a re-imagination of government second only to the civil-rights movement itself. Why, what manner of blackguard, what kind of monster, could possibly oppose free health care for all? Such a person must surely be motivated by a desire to choke the breath from those he irrationally despises, if only from the sheer meanness that popular culture teaches us motivates the shriveled hearts of Republicans, conservatives and libertarians. Why, these naysayers would have the less fortunate lying dead and dying in the streets if they had their way – even as these same villains struggle to shunt the black ichor they call blood through bodies shrunken and desiccated by miserly pettiness and greed.

Have you had enough of this tripe yet?

Far worse than the technology of libel is the technology of marginalization. It is a latter-day scarlet letter designed to make dissenters unpersons. Because it is a function of emotion, this brand is immune to reason. Because it is unsubstantiated, it cannot be refuted. Because it is invective hurled at the whim of the "victim," it is a rhetorical ploy that becomes "real" only insofar as it is believed. In our media-driven, multimedia-saturated, technologically drenched culture, it is believed because it is repeated, ad nauseam and without critical analysis, by legions of pop-culture drones who lean left only because they lack the intelligence, the willpower or the independence of thought to examine their beliefs against even the flimsiest of logical standards.

The scarlet letter of which I speak is the branding of all dissent, all opposition to Barack Hussein Obama and his progressives, as racism or, worse, as the raving of violent killers who must be stopped before they hurt someone. These are classic techniques of marginalization – the redefining of one's political enemies as something less than legitimate. If the progressives, if the liberals, if the leftists, if the socialists succeed in painting their ideological opponents as irrational, the reasoned arguments (not to mention the points of constitutional law) brought up by conservatives and libertarians need not even be considered. They can be dismissed outright – and if the socialists further succeed in redefining their enemies as violent criminals, all opposition to Barack Hussein Obama can be effectively silenced as illegal and as a danger to the public.

The technological branding of Republicans, conservatives and libertarians as violent racists began with the crocodile tears forced from the surgically paralyzed, bug-eyed mask worn by Nancy Pelosi. Meanwhile, progressives were desperately trying to claim, however disingenuously, that "socialist" was the new "n-word." The drumbeat of dissent-equals-dangerous-racism has continued throughout the long, grinding months of argument over Obamacare, as Obama tried multiple times to declare, autocratically and unilaterally, that the time for debate was over and that the proles had best fall into line behind his bright, shiny new future of hope and change.

Dissent From Day One

I found this on the COVERTRESS blog today. I had to share it on this blog. I remember when I saw this scene at the theatre. I was very spooked by it. This part of the movie gave me nightmares. Thanks to covertress, now I know why!

Video provided by ChrisNahrgang on Jan 29, 2008

Hoist the Colours

Yo, ho, haul together, hoist the colours high.
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die.
The king and his men stole the queen from her bed
and bound her in her bones.
The seas be ours and by the powers where we will we'll roam.
Yo, ho, all hands, hoist the colours high.
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die.
Some men have died and some are alive
and others sail on the sea with the keys to the cage...
and the Devil to pay we lay to Fiddler's Green!
The bell has been raised from it's watery grave...
Do you hear it's sepulchral tone? We are a call to all,
pay head the squall and turn your sail toward home!
Yo, ho, haul together, hoist the colours high.
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die.
There is something you can do. Share this "story" with people, as many as you can. It is time to wake up, America! I have to wonder if this scene was part of the movie for a reason, beyond just making it a very spookie sequel of Pirates of the Carribean. I just wonder how many other parts of this movie also point to things that we need to be aware of, you know, like subliminal messages. I just have to hand it to covertress for pointing us to this short segment. There is more to this particular blog, so be sure to click on the appropriate link below. And then, if you are a digg user, be sure to click on that link below, too! We need to spread this around like wildfire.
Right now. Let's roll.
