Exposing the Democrat’s Plan to Destroy Us ~ Ep. 1400 ~ The Dan Bongino Show

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode in his Show Notes (a.k.a. Newsletter!):
In this episode, I discuss the Democrat’s destructive plan to crush the conservative movement long-term, and the battle plan to fight back.

There are so many times when I'm thinking right along Dan Bongino's line of thought.  This last weekend, not wanting to keep giving youtube.com any more views than necessary, because they make more money that way through advertising, I really wanted to start putting the embedded video here from Dan's Rumble.com account. I was looking at the "EMBED" options on his video.  I noticed something that I had overlooked before.  The second option down said, "Embed IFRAME URL."  I immediately thought to myself, "Hey, wait a minute, that looks like familiar tech-stuff for web and blog page coding, when I would use an IFRAME link for youtube embedding."  Sure enough, when I went back to look at the youtube code for embedding, all I had to do was use the "Embed IFRAME URL" that Rumble provided, insert the link that Rumble.com provides, where the iframe code says, src="...." - that I copied from the pages where I've embedded the youtube iframe code - and there I was!  Dan's Rumble.com video embedded, as you will see below!  No javascript code involved, thus keeping the blog posts more secure (I think).

I know, that was quite techy, and I wish I could have written it differently, but it was important information.  Not how I figured it out, but that it accomplished the purpose of moving away from youtube and to Rumble.com.  It is part of what Dan was saying in this episode.  If we are going to fight back against the censoring by Big Tech, we need to move to platforms where freedom of speech is honored.  Using Rumble.com for our videos, and Parler.com for our news information, is just the beginning.  And when Dan made the call, I followed along, not even realizing how right he was, that we needed to migrate to other venues.  It was the best decision ever!  If you haven't done that yet, you should sign up now, for both of those services!  Like Dan said, we need to build up a "parallel economy" in order to battle Big Tech and the mainstream Fake News media!

As Dan finally points out toward the end of this episode, around 56:00, ignorance is not always bliss.  Knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing.  You are certainly able to be knowledgeable and have no wisdom.  And when that is the case, you basically become what they called in the Soviet Union, "useful idiots."  Ignorance isn't bliss, when you find out that when Bite-me takes office, they come for your guns, and you.

Because I know that Dan Bongino would prefer that I embed the Rumble.com video here, I am now doing that! It finally came to me how to do it, and I am very pleased, because it doesn't require me to use the JavaScript code to do it! So, when you are watching, you will not be seeing it via youtube.com again. Nope, not here. Ever!  No more screwtube embedded video here! Forevs! So, it's RUMBLE all the way, now, Dan. Hijacking the tea party ~ By Joseph Farah

I sure hope a lot of people read and pay attention to what Joseph Farah had to say in this column. The election this November, the Midterm election, is the most important election that we may have ever experience. It could be our last chance. As Joseph says, it is "a pivotal vote that will determine whether the United States of America will continue to be the shining city on a hill, a beacon of freedom and justice throughout the world." It will be our time to let the politicians know that We the People are no longer going to be apathetic. We the People aren't going to continue to twiddle our thumbs, thinking that there isn't anything we can do about what our politicians are doing to us.

This is OUR time to take back America, and We the People do not have much time left if we want to stay free. We need to vote, not just in November, but very importantly, NOW, during the primaries. It is our chance to get rid of the politicians who have been treating us like useful idiots. Just like what some of us did during last Summer's Congressional recess, where we crowded town hall meetings and gave the Congressmen and Congresswomen a piece of our minds, it's now time for the smack-down in order to show the politicians that didn't listen to us and went ahead with passing ObamaCare that they can no longer get away with it. It's time to let them know that they represent us, and can no longer get away with ignoring the Will of We the People. Just sayin'....

Pray that God smiles on America this year.

Pray that God smiles on the tea-party movement and uses it mightily.

Pray that God confuses the minds of all those who would use this movement for their own self-aggrandizement.

Pray that the tea-party movement does not get hijacked by those who would turn it into a strictly materialistic endeavor devoid of God's real concerns for the nation.

Pray for unity and success for the tea-party movement.

The tea-party movement is only about two years old, but, because of its potency, there have already been many attempts to hijack it.

From politicians trying to resurrect their careers to media activists trying to establish careers, there is a temptation to think of the tea-party movement as cattle or sheep that can be herded in any direction with skillful manipulation.

I don't believe that's true.

I hope it's not true.

The tea-party movement is so important to the future of the country precisely because it is an amorphous, grass-roots uprising – called not by leadership but by national crisis and necessity.

It's not only political folly to attempt to get in front of this parade, it's probably bad career advice.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The tea-party movement is the broadest and potentially most powerful grass-roots political movement in my lifetime. But there is also a spiritual component to it that most of the hijackers either can't understand or don't want to understand.

This is not just a band of Americans angry about their dollar not going as far as it once did. This is not just a movement centered on materialistic concerns. This is not just a bunch of rubes in need of direction from more sophisticated minds.

I laugh when I hear seasoned conservative activists talking about how they intend to teach the tea partiers how to be winners.

With the exception of a momentary second wind in 1994, the conservative establishment has been moribund since Ronald Reagan's administration. Because it threw its lot in with the Republican Party, come hell or high water, the conservative movement allowed itself to be co-opted and taken for granted.

The great potential of the tea-party movement is that it will not allow that to happen.

All issues are 'social issues' ~ By Joseph Farah

Those on left are trying their hardest to divide the TEA Party movement. Joseph Farah writes about the "social issues" that unites the TEA Party and Conservative movements.
I know the heart and soul of the tea-party movement.
It is populated by people who think just like I do about these big issues. It is a movement of prayerful people, people who love God, people who go to church and synagogue. And it is a movement of people who revere the Constitution. It is not just a movement founded upon issues of materialism and economics.

Furthermore, I would submit to you that "all issues are social issues." The great economic plundering taking place by a rapacious government and the elite they serve is a "social issue." The victims are people. Private property rights is a "social issue." Equal protection under the law is a "social issue." The rule of law is a "social issue."

And, most of all, the will of the people is a "social issue."

Just as many Americans don't understand the left-right political spectrum extends from totalitarian government control on the left to anarchy on the right, there's much confusion over the phony divide between "economic issues" and "social issues."

A story in last week's edition of Politico attempts to stir up conflict between what it calls the "evangelical right" and the tea-party movement. I am certain it will be the first of many like it in media determined to see an end to both movements.

"A reeling economy and the massive bank bailout and stimulus plan were the triggers for a resurgence in support for the Republican Party and the rise of the tea-party movement," explains Politico's Ben Smith. "But they've also banished the social issues that are the focus of many evangelical Christians to the background."

The story goes on to say the tea-party groups "eschew social issues."

We have become conditioned to hearing that "social issues" are abortion and the gender-bending agenda. However, I would like to make the case that all political issues are, in fact, "social issues." And just as those entering the political fray as tea partiers should recognize this, so must the traditional "conservatives" who have focused their attention on abortion and gender-bending.

I have some familiarity with both camps.

The problem both have is not always seeing the forest for the trees.

America is not just in trouble because government no longer respects the sanctity of life.

America is not just in trouble because government no longer respects the sanctity of marriage.

America is not just in trouble because government is spending more money than it has.

America is not just in trouble because government is redistributing wealth.

America is in trouble because government is doing all of these things and more to exceed the strict limits of its constitutional authority.

And, America is in trouble because government has, to paraphrase Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, "forgotten God."

Is the “Conservative” Movement going to eat it’s own?

Early Monday morning, I stumbled on to a column that consumed a lot of my time.  The article told about both the TEA Party and Conservative Movements trying to distance themselves from the "conspiracy theorists" and anyone else that they consider to be an embarrassment to "the cause."

I thought that was just so wrong!  Bad idea!  In this column, I explain why I think that.  It will be well worth the read. Following is the beginning of the column, and you can click the link at the bottom of the column to read the whole thing.
By John Kubicek

An article I read this morning lead me to asking some serious questions today. I’m not at all happy that I now need to bring up some issues that are now surfacing. And perhaps I’m giving the freedom fighters’ opponent too much credit, as in being smart. Or maybe, “cagey” would be a better word. Or, perhaps “sly like a fox” would be a valid phrase to use.

Do you remember the mantra, “United we stand, divided we fall”? It seems that some on the left were actually intelligent enough to know the best way to vanquish the Tea Party movement, by trying to divide us. And sadly, the problem is, some of the conservative bloggers, journalists, and media pundits have fallen hook, line and sinker for the trap.

First, the left tried to marginalize the Tea Party movement as a bunch of right-wing extremist loonies. Nancy Pelosi tried to label the tea party and town hall crowds as a MOB. That didn’t work out too well. It riled up THE MOB, and the #iamthemob hashtag on twitter was born. So, the new plan by the left was born. Just attack the “fringes” of the Tea Party or Conservative movements! (Keep in mind that the small numbers of people that make up the “fringes” would reflect on everyone in the Tea Party movement.)

Are you still with me here? Good. Just making sure that you are still awake, because this next part gets a little dicey. I may step on some toes, but not for the intention of throwing anyone under the bus.

The unlimited potential of the tea party ~ By Joseph Farah

Joseph Farah clarifies the distinctions between the Tea Party Movement and the Conservative Movement. I've heard many of the talking heads, either liberals OR conservatives, that don't understand the different elements of the two movements. Hopefully, they will read Farah's piece today, along with us, so that they can get the story straight!
People ask me all the time what the tea party is all about.

I think I can summarize it very succinctly. And, if I'm wrong, may the complaints and corrections of millions of tea partiers descend upon me. The tea party is about the Constitution. It's about the rule of law, not the rule of men. It's about the will of the people, not the will of the Washington elite.

During the Conservative Political Action Conference here in Washington, I heard one speaker suggest that the conservative movement had much to offer the tea-party movement.

I respectfully disagree.

The speaker explained how the conservative movement has been around Washington for so long and learned so much that could be passed on to the tea partiers.

And that's exactly why I disagree.

The work of the tea-party movement is not in Washington. It's deep down in the grassroots in all 50 states – natural turf (not the Astro version) that has never been permeated or organized effectively by the conservative movement.

In fact, while the conservative movement has generally been a force for good in America for most of its 50 years, it has been largely a top-down effort inspired and led by just a handful of forceful political figures – the two most notable being Ronald Reagan and Rush Limbaugh.

Obviously, it had little real, tangible and lasting impact on the national scene until Ronald Reagan. Upon his retirement from office in 1989, Rush Limbaugh inherited the mantle of leadership as the king of talk radio.

Is there any doubt that without the sheer force of these two personalities that no one would even be talking about conservatism as a "movement" today?

Meanwhile, the tea-party movement sprang up just a year ago – with a handful of disparate leaders few of us can even name. It is truly a grassroots movement. As I have said before, it is the most promising such political movement to arise in my lifetime.

Who birthed this movement?

Barack Obama did – just as I predicted his election would back in 2008.

It's a reaction to Obama's efforts to remake the United States of America in his own image – socialist, utopian, globalist, secular, humanist.

The broad rejection of Obama's policies, and those of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, is the essence of what the tea-party movement is all about.

But there's more to it than defensiveness and rejection. At its core, the tea party is a recommitment by tens of millions of Americans to the Constitution of the United States and the vision of the founders.

While elements of the conservative movement have emphasized the Constitution, the rule of law and the will of the people, conservatives have traditionally lacked the fiery commitment to that document that I see among tea partiers.

And this is another reason why the tea-party movement has so much more potential for growth and sustainability than does the more conservative movement.

The basis of the tea-party movement is anger that Washington, including both Democrat and Republican politicians, has allowed the Constitution to be shredded. It has seldom been invoked to limit the authority and reach of Washington into the loves of American citizens and the 50 states.

Obama: A sudden catastrophe ~ By Ellis Washington

Commentary from WorldNetDaily
Ellis Washington By Ellis Washington Posted: December 26, 2009 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2009
If we abide by the principles taught in the Bible, our country will go on prospering and to prosper; but if we and our posterity neglect its instructions and authority, no man can tell how sudden a catastrophe may overwhelm us and bury all our glory in profound obscurity. ~ Daniel Webster
During this Christmas season, America should be reminded that President Barack Obama has perpetrated more vicious attacks against the Christian faith than any other president in the history of America. Therefore, I ask: Is Obama's ascendancy a sudden catastrophe? Even many of Obama's most ardent supporters agree that his first year in office has been a catastrophe:
  • Increasing the national debt from $10 trillion in eight years under GWB to over $14 trillion;
  • Nationalizing private corporations like GM, Chrysler, AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac;
  • Bowing before murderous dictator nations like Saudi Arabia and China;
  • Undeservedly receiving the Nobel Peace Prize after only two weeks in office, and;
  • Appointing the basest of men (and women) to Cabinet-level positions and as czars to propagate the most anti-constitutional and hurtful policies against America.
One of America's greatest statesmen, Daniel Webster, a congressman, a senator and the secretary of state under three different presidents, said almost 200 years ago, "If there is anything in my thoughts or style to commend, the credit is due to my parents for instilling in me an early love of the Scriptures." Webster warned us that a "sudden catastrophe may overwhelm us and bury all our glory in profound obscurity" if we didn't "abide by the principles taught in the Bible." Even America 150 years ago, during her most wicked and notorious period of slavery, does not compare with where we are today with abortion on demand, with the corpses of 50 million innocent babies we collectively killed, without even a tombstone memorial. How dare we send a charge to former generations for their sins of slavery, lynchings, de jure and de facto discrimination – with our hands stained with the blood of the innocents by our willful acquiesce to this savagery? Daniel Webster continued his prophetic warnings to this generation, saying:
There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence. … [T]hat in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing.
Is President Obama our "public servant" or are We the People his slaves? I believe that the Obama administration and his puppet masters, like billionaire George Soros, the unions, the Hollywood movie moguls, militant gay and feminist activists, as well as legal organizations like the ACLU and the American Trial Lawyers Association, have nothing but utter disdain for the Constitution and the inalienable rights of the people founded under Natural Law. How did we get here so fast? In 1980 candidate Reagan failed to pick a bona fide conservative as vice president, which led to Bush 41 becoming a one-term irrelevancy in 1992. This opened the door to the moral degenerate and demagogue Bill Clinton. Bush 43 won two terms faking as a Ronald Reagan conservative and spending like a drunken Democrat. READ FULL STORY >
