Ties between Obama and ACORN are legion. However, now that ACORN's part in the sub-prime mortgage mess has been exposed and the group's voter registration programs have become an object of public scorn, the junior senator from Illinois is trying to throw ACORN overboard as he did his former pastor and a laundry list of other unseemly characters.
