It's fascism we need to guard against, to be vigilant about opposing, to recognize and fight at every turn if we want to preserve any vestige of freedom in our republic and around the world. One thing very important to understand – fascism is not a right-wing ideology; it is a left-wing ideology. It always has been and always will be.
