Pamela Geller recalls early reports of '3 white men in military fatigues'

I was watching Fox News, with the lead anchor Shep Smith, as the "very fluid" situation continued to play out. And I DO remember, vividly, that the talk was about three suspects until a few hours after the two suspects were found in their dark SUV - a Ford, not a Chevy or GM as one of the witnesses seemed to be sure of - the TWO ALLEGED terrorists who were shot dead, and there continued to be talk of a third suspect running down the street.

Scott Pelley of CBS Evening News interviewed one eyewitness, Sara Abdelmageed. She said: “I heard shots fired and it was from – you know – an automatic weapon. … As we looked out the window, a second set of shots goes off … and we saw a man fall to the floor. Then we just looked and we saw three men dressed in all black, military attire, with vests on. They were holding assault rifles. As soon as they opened up the doors to building three, one of them started to shoot into the room.”

Abdelmageed added that she "couldn’t see a face, he had a black hat on – black cargo pants, the kind with the big puffy pockets on the side, long sleeve shirt, gloves, huge assault rifle six magazines I just saw three dressed exactly the same."

While this story raises concerns, I still have issues with one of the supposed "witnesses". She said, "couldn't see a face" and "long sleeve shirt, gloves" ... And she knew exactly how many clips they were carrying... So, how could this witness, Sara Abdelmageed, have known they were "white men"? Was she able to see the color of their eyes? I want to re-examine this witness. You see, there are problems with some of these witness' statements. But on the other side of the coin, there tends to be a few problems with the police procedures that afternoon and in the following days. As Pamela points out, it seemed very odd that the suspects' apartment was allowed to be contaminated soon after the FBI left the crime scene.

Alright, then, supposing the latest conspiracy theory is true and the now deceased suspects were NOT the mass killers, what would be the reason for such an operation? Can there be a "greater good" that could have been accomplished? There are two extremely important questions that I have no answers for: Who and Why. There is no way that you will know "Why?" without knowing "Who?" and vice versa. Neither one of those questions can be answered by itself.

I'm sure there will be plenty of theories. It will be discussed that the New World Order, lead by the Illuminati, had it done in order to give an excuse for Obama to declare a ban on guns by Executive Order, and to divide the Republican voters on the immigration of Muslim refugees. As far as I'm concerned, the very same outcome could be achieved by promoting a conspiracy that really didn't happen. Lies will always have more bad affects than Truth. And now, we just don't know which is which; I am so confused! Just sayin'...

I'm beginning to think that the media is just as clueless as the rest of us are about what happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, despite all of their "experts" they bring in to discuss all of the possibilities. While new information seems to be pouring in on a daily - or hourly - basis, most of the theories that may have once seemed to be plausible quickly get disassembled.

There are two definite camps competing for the way to find Flight MH370. One side believes in a mechanical failure in the plane, and ultimate crash somewhere, probably in the Indian Ocean, while the other theorists are saying that it was a deliberate human act and the plane was hijacked to somewhere - either deep-sixed somewhere in the ocean, or possibly landed safely. Among the hijack conspiracy theorists, there is a strong inclination at this time to think it was terrorist-related, and the plane would be used at a later time for an attack.

We must remember what Donald Rumsfeld once stated:

Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns; that is to say, there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns – there are things we do not know we don't know.

And I believe the biggest unknown unknown is what WE the PEOPLE don't know! If the missing aircraft is the only really big news that has to be covered wall-to-wall, then okay. But, what if it is this story that takes our attention off of other world events that may be far more important? The Russians take over of Crimea? The civil war in Syria? The role of ObamaCare and the special election in Florida 13 and the 2014 Midterm election? Yes, I can see the possibility of a diversion here. Just sayin'...

Like millions of other Americans, he saw the liberal bias in the media, but what made him different is that he had the financial wherewithal to do something about it. In 1996, Murdoch, through his flagship company [N]ews Corporation, started Fox News as an alternative to CNN's addictive liberal coating of the news. And, in what has proven to be a stroke of genius, he hired Roger Ailes as the man to run his new enterprise. Ailes is staunchly conservative, daring and one of those guys who seems to have been born with the Midas touch. While you're at it, you can add him to my list of the greatest American living heroes. Once Fox News was launched, it didn't take the world long to realize a heretofore well-hidden fact: Most Americans have conservative values. Fox was a dagger in the hearts of left-wing anchormen who had long ago become used to creating their own news stories by leaving out pertinent facts and adding in knowingly false information – and, often, simply ignoring news items altogether that didn't fit in with their liberal agenda. The CNN-Fox News war was over within a couple of years, and today it's become a virtual bloodbath. Without government intervention – like that proposed by FCC "Chief Diversity Officer" Mark Lloyd – it's hard to imagine how CNN, CNBC and MSNBC can continue in business indefinitely. Even the three major networks are getting financially clobbered, yet they stubbornly cling to their left-wing agendas, choosing – like Congress and Obama – to ignore the desires of a majority of American viewers and voters. So far, so good. But a few years ago, I dared to ask the question, "What happens when Rupert Murdoch (who will be 79 in March) dies?" Ditto when Roger Ailes passes on or retires. "Could it be," I wondered, "that progressivism, one of the most highly contagious diseases known to mankind, will find a way to creep into Fox News and metastasize?" During his interview with Heidi Beirich of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Smith said: "There are these crazies out there who want to pretend [Obama's] not a citizen of the United States, who want to pretend that his religion is something they see as in some way troublesome to them and all of us. And there is a group perpetuating this thought, and there is a culture to which you can attach yourself very easily through the Internet. ... We know it's absolutely – there is no truth whatsoever – zero – to any of those ideas, yet they live within the computer and they fester in people's minds." Beirich agreed completely with Smith's remarks, as she responded: "You're hitting the nail on the head about these kinds of crazed conspiracies whether they're about the president, or we're hearing things like FEMA setting up camps to round up Americans and put them in. I'm getting bad sort of deja-vu from the 1990s when anti-government militias were on the rise, when Tim McVeigh committed that [bombing] in Oklahoma City and I really am hoping that we're not going through a repeat of that."
