Animals should be allowed to sue their owners. ~ Cass SunsteinBecause people ascribe a degree of respectability to academics, intellectuals, philosophers and scholars, they can disregard the rights of the people much easier than a naked tyrant. In fact, Rousseau, Darwin and Nietzsche can go places Hitler, Stalin, Chavez and Obama could never dream. As I have written many times, the Obama administration are the masters of misdirection and chaos theory; therefore, while the America people last week were transfixed on the resignation of "Green [Jobs] Czar" Van Jones, another even more dangerous fascist from the academy quietly slipped through the portals of power.Last Thursday Cass Sunstein, a former colleague and mentor of Obama's at the University of Chicago Law School, was confirmed by a Senate vote of 57-40 as the new director of regulatory affairs and information, an obscure but powerful agency within the Office of Management and Budget. Here is what the "regulatory czar" does: He regulates laws – past, present and future. Sunstein is a friendly fascist who only "nudges" people to bow to his will. TV host Glenn Beck says of Cass Sunstein that he is "the most powerful invisible man you'll ever see." [CLICK HERE TO READ MORE]

On The Farm: Nick`s Wheat
From KFYR-TV ~ Bismarck, N.D.With a summer like this, you can`t tell my Dad there`s global warming. "I think Al Gore and his group should be out here and tell us about this global warming stuff. I think he might have a change of mind. We`ve had a cool July,” says Orlan Dreyer, Willow City Farmer. July mornings aren`t supposed to be 50 degrees, but once again today, we`re seeing temperatures well below normal. With two inches of rain on my wheat crop in the last two weeks, we have plenty of moisture to carry us for awhile. "All in all we had a late start, but you have a lot of potential here,” says Dreyer. Dad got the crop sprayed but since we were a little late getting to it and the crop was more advanced, chemical cost were almost $17 an acre. But the spraying did the trick and the crop is flourishing under the cool, wet conditions, but has it been too cold? "This is a little extreme. You have to push the crop a little too to get it to mature. We`re running late and we could run into problems, I`ve seen frost in August. It hurt bad,” explains Dreyer. [CONTINUE READING]

Oprah's weight and Obama's foodorama - by Chuck Norris
According to a new USA Today/Gallup Poll, Obama is the man Americans admire most. And that fixation has focused recently upon his fitness, which some say contributed even to his victory in the election. Men's Fitness even deemed him twice (in 2005 and 2008) among the 25 fittest men in America."digg storyMany present Obama's diet as one more reason why he should be our nation's supreme leader, for, they say, even it points to his rags to regal road to the White House (In "Dreams from My Father, " Obama tells the story how he ate grasshopper, dog and snake while living in Indonesia as a child). Those who doubt Obama's pro-organic positions are referred to an array of nutritional news stories, blogs, photos and video streams of him eating, golfing, playing basketball, working out at the gym, etc. Last week one of the largest Internet searches was sneaking a peak of the hearty and shirtless president-elect on the beach at his $9 million dollar Hawaiian holiday getaway. There's even a website committed to every possible link between food, drinks and Obama – Obamafoodorama, including Barack's favorite trail mix and his beer of choice, the "audacity of hops."
