Uhbama's first judicial nominee, Judge David Hamilton, has been nominated to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. That same 7th Circuit overtuned Hamilton's infamous ruling in 2005 that ordered the speaker of the Indiana House to immediately stop the practice of 'sectarian prayers' at the opening of the legislative session.
