No surrender. We must not concede a darn thing until every legal vote is counted. I give you the necessary battle-plan going forward in this episode.

As I write this, it is a bad day for freedom loving Americans.  Yes, Dan gives us good advice on where we can go from here, but quite understandably, not many people are going to be feeling very optimistic about what we will be facing for the next four years, or in to perpetuity...

How do we get through the idea that apparent President- and Vice President-elect are on stage delivering a bunch of BS to the American people tonight?  Even if there is a way for the legal proceedings to get to where we can at least know for sure who won, based on LEGAL ballots being counted, it doesn't assure us that President Trump will be able to be overcome all of the corruption and fraud, and be victorious.

Dan is telling us something in this episode, and it is serious, and needs to be closely listened to.  Yes, many of us are severely depressed this weekend.  For the American patriots out here that have kept up with the news, and Dan's episodes, we shake our heads, and wonder how this could have happened.  It's kind of happening, and it's depressing, and pretty scary.

You know what, though, the media will be bashing us like they did the Tea Party patriots, only on steroids, should we even attempt to hold on to hope.  It will be more like demonizing us, and anybody that loved and supported the President for the last five or six years.  You can lay down and cry when you go to bed tonight, but please do all of us a favor:  Do not go out and cry and scream in public!  (I'm not saying that peaceful protests are bad, though!)  I don't think it is wise to disrespect the President, no matter what, nor would we want to make any threats.  We need to be civil and respectful, and yet, while trying to forge ahead from this, we have to somehow balance that with being forceful and demanding, just as the Demonicrats have been doing.   

We'll soon see if Joe Biden can get through the electoral legal actions, but he probably will, because the Demonicrats, courts, and the media will do all they can to discredit anything that threatens the election.  We'll also know in our hearts that it is most likely that we got robbed.  Well, the President did, actually, and by robbing him, they robbed the Americans of hope of prosperity and freedom, and that could destroy this country forever.  Yes, I'm torn up.  But I will continue to fight, the political street fight, but maybe for our next battles two and four years away, if we are allowed.  You unfortunately know what I'm saying.  But I will continue to keep fighting for freedom, and for now, it will be with the First Amendment behind me.  I pray it never comes to needing the Second Amendment.

I have to honestly admit that I was not privy of the term, "Honey Badger," which is a fearless animal, until I saw this episode of Michael Knowles' show. I found plenty of hashtags for it on Twitter.  So, I learned something new today, and that's good.  AG Barr said some very important things during the interview.  One of his comments struck me with absolute clarity, as he was comparing the AG job from the last time he did it with what he faces now.  The world goes much faster now, with the internet and cell phones, but the Justice Department seems to move at a slower pace than before, because many of the laws are much more complicated, and of course politics enters the equation much more now. (I'm paraphrasing, just so you know, that isn't a quote.)

I think we really need for the honey badger AG to do stuff now while President Trump is in office.  Many of us want AG Barr to go after that bunch of Demonicrats, that because of their status and position of power think they are above the law, and he truly would need to be totally fearless like a honey badger.  Just like one John Durham that I favor so much doing the investigations.  And that may be why Demonicrats are so terrified and willing to do anything to stop President Trump, and William Barr, from exposing the major corruption.  They can not allow the President to win another election.

I would like to also suggest a change that President Trump needs to make:  Replace FBI Director Christopher Wray immediately, with former Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker.  That guy is another honey badger, believe me.  Just a thought...

The Democrats Want You Silenced ~ Ep. 1272 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

In this episode, I address the fireworks up on Capitol Hill yesterday over defunding the police. I also address the radical leftist’s takeover of a part of Seattle. Finally, I address the continued meltdown of liberal cancel culture.

One of the problems we have with having a rough day is that we don't always realize it is just training so that you can have a better day sometime in the future.  For me, that happened yesterday.  It turned out to be training day yesterday, like a dry run, so that when I went in to be tested for Coronavirus today, it was a piece of cake.  Although, getting the deep nasal swab sounds pretty easy, it was a little uncomfortable.  In my left nostril, especially, there was a spot where they were swabbing that made my whole nose tingle like with an electric shock.  Tears were running out of my eyes.  (I have no doubt that was where the aliens implanted the RFID chip...)  The important thing is, I got the test taken, and it will be interesting to find out the results sometime next week.  It is important for my state, and the CDC, to get the data it needs to make good decisions, if that's the true purpose.

There is a lot to this episode as you will see when you watch it.  For one, Dan's testimony at the Congressional Judicial Committee hearing is something that we can all be proud of him for.  And especially for what he told them.  Dan makes the point, very well, that the hypocrisy of the Left is obvious.  While they are stereotyping all of the police as being bad, they criticize the police for stereotyping (profiling).  Only the Left says that when the police are stereotyping suspects, it's racial profiling.  Yes, they always need to play the race card, don't they.  It's very sad, because a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch.  Cops are people, too, and a few of the bad ones slip through the system for too long.  There are all kinds of reasons why that happens; our goal is to fix those problems.  Not by defunding the police, or making their jobs so unbearable, that we lose them to attrition at a rate too high to have affective police forces.  I covered this a few days ago; feel free to go here to see that post.  We need to Defend the Police, not Defund the Police.

Obviously, that Antifa take-over of part of Seattle, in an area called Capital Hill, now known as the Capital Hill Autonomous Zone (Chaz), makes the present chaos in America appear to be all the more dangerous to this country and our freedom.  I think that Dan would agree, we really need to do something about that, stat, and it will probably take the Federal Government, probably FBI, and some of us would throw in Special Operators, as in SEALS or Delta Force.  Those guys that took over the area are armed, and out-of-their-minds looney tunes.  But, we know, it's an election year, and you'd hear the Leftist media say it was like Waco all over again, but way worse, because it was President Trump that took action.  I get that.  Sadly, that is kind of how politics go now a days.  My advice would be to do it very stealthily, without casualties.  But, I can still see it now, where the SEALS or FBI SWAT teams are blamed for using some kind of sleeper (choke) hold on heavily armed guards.

Yes, things are getting kind of kinky out there, as Dan explains.  The Left wants you to believe that 2+2=5.  You must comply.  Resistance is futile.  It's okay to protest and riot regarding George Floyd's death, but church gatherings of over 10 people will cause a new wave of the pandemic.  They can't keep their story straight, to be honest.  But, don't disagree with them.  Not even if you are on their side, because they will eat their own.  That's what they do on the Left.  That's a little taste of what you'll be hearing Dan discuss in this great episode you can watch this weekend.

Flynn have been legally unmasked? Or, was there a FISA warrant on Gen. Mike Flynn?  If they had unmasked Gen. Flynn, and then leaked his name to the media, that's a felony.

Another segment that is a "must see," is about Senator Tom Cotton's conversation with Maria Bartiromo of FoxBusiness, about cell phone data that indicates that China blocked roads around Wuhan in mid-October 2019.  It seems that China knew about the dangerous virus and how contagious it was, restricted travel IN China, but didn't stop travel to foreign countries, and then lied to the world about the Wuhan Virus.  Pretty darn evil.

Speaking of evil... It seems that Facebook wants to limit free speech on their platform.  Well, if it it's deemed Conservative, I guess.    Be sure to see the segment, "Tech Tyranny Is Back" at about 44:55.  And read the Breitbart column in the Show Notes.  You'll just love who is on Facebook’s new “oversight board”! Tucker Carlson of Fox News starts out with an amazing commentary on the disappearance of our First Amendment rights on the internet, such as in the big tech platforms like youtube.com, Facebook, and Twitter. Joining Tucker after his commentary was Dave Rubin, author of "Don't Burn This Book."

After you see the following video, I'm pretty sure you'll understand why I'm not adding any of my own commentary to this post! The only take-away that I can assure you of, and that I wish I could tell you about, may be way more than I'm now allowed to say out loud (if you know what I mean). That is pretty darn sad. I'm praying that posting this video here, and then tweeting it, won't get me in trouble with my accounts!

The Left is using the Coronavirus Pandemic Shutdown for their advantage, where ever they have a chance. They were able to close gun stores, and churches, and the right to congregate. You have to wonder, would the press be taking this so well, if they were being shut down for whatever excuse the government could come up with? I mean, really, couldn't their 24/7 hysteria cause panic? Or, will it just be the Conservative pro-Trump bloggers that they go after? The left wing mainstream media wouldn't have any problem with that, I'm sure!

But, with all that being said, Laura is a lot like me right now. When we get back to "normal," we certainly hope that it isn't a "new normal" like Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) has been talking about, with a "GREEN new normal," a "transformation of America." Wait, hold it right there. Shutting down the country to save us from the Covid-19 Pandemic isn't supposed to "kill the patient," that being our Constitutional rights.

And, maybe one of the biggest dangers to yet face us is.... Well, the election that is supposed to happen this year. While everyone seems pretty confident that President Trump will be re-elected, it would not surprise us to see a lot of Demonicrat shenanigans going on. Keep your eye on that, folks!

They don't feel any remorse. Despite the cold-blooded murders in Paris, the problem is that there are Muslims that are whining about Americans who are supposedly "Islamophobic." Phil explains that in this column, and especially here:

It tells us something profound, in fact, given the sheer and breathtaking volume of Muslim terror attacks occurring throughout the world, that the first and most vehement reaction by supposedly “moderate” Muslims is to whine that we are unfairly painting their death cult with a broad brush. Instead of standing with the West, they condemn us for “Islamophobia.” Instead of looking to their own religion and asking why so many of Allah’s followers murder innocent people, they lecture the West on tolerance. Instead of adding their voices to those mourning the dead, they use social media to sneer defensively at the living.

No, I really couldn't say it any better than Phil did in the above quote. However, I do have something to say in addition to Phil's thoughts: To anyone that thinks AND says that the "filter" for allowing Syrians to come here should depend on the refugee's claimed religion, that is the biggest mistake a politician could make! First of all, that is so contrary to our Constitution of the United States, specifically, the First Amendment!

Wait, maybe we should back up a little here. We really want to be compassionate, but we might want to do all that is possible to be vetting ALL refugees before we allow possible terrorists into the country. But in the mean time, we know that anyone that values our safety and security will probably be facing the same kind of condemnation in the furious torrents of absolute hostility that Phil experienced. Just sayin'...

Needless to say, that broke up the meeting, which, by the way, had broken no laws and had disturbed no peace. No one was cited, but the meeting was effectively ended.

I knew that I'd see it happen someday, but it happened much sooner than I thought it would. It's starting. Dissent is being silenced with sheer force.

It's starting with the small little groups, which gives me the greatest concern. Why? It is because the small little groups do not have the power of the press (not even Breitbart... remember what happened to Andrew?) or mainstream politicians to be defended, regardless of the most egregious treatment, by force, when they try to exercise their Constitutional rights of free speech. This article by Devvy Kidd is a good one for people to read that are not aware of JADE HELM 15. If you aren't yet familiar with JADE HELM 15, don't feel bad, it isn't something that is discussed on any of the mainstream news sources, not even on Fox News Channel (that I've seen, and I watch a lot of Fox News!).  However, you can find a treasure-trove of information on the alternative news sources and talk radio.

The Internet has been raging like an inferno over this large special ops joint exercise to be held July 15 - September 15, 2015. I've read dozens and news items about Jade Helm. Web sites and radio hosts whipping people into a frenzy. On April 30, 2015, Dave Hodges, posted this: Closed Walmarts To Be Guerilla Warfare Staging Areas in Response to Invasion

My words of caution is that you need to be sure you aren't whipped into a frenzy just so some entrepreneur out there can sell more survival gear to you.

Thankfully, we do have that First Amendment, that pesky clause of the document that the Elites of the Shadow Government and New World Order would rather we didn't have. Jade Helm Will Be In My Town Next Week

I live in Big Spring (West) Texas between Midland and Lubbock. Much to the shock of many in our small town, in April we found out Big Spring will be a 'Jade Helm 15' exercise location.

In early May military helicopters started flying over my house here and there for about a week. I speculated they were looking at the terrain for training spots. Although, I guess according to this article I'm supposed to be terrorized:

Jade Helm Personnel Are Terrorizing Small Texas Communities: "Residents of Big Spring, Texas are reporting the “scary” sight of helicopters and tanks arriving in advance of Jade Helm, a military exercise that has prompted concerns amongst some that U.S. troops are preparing for civil unrest in America."

I have not seen any tanks. Yet. Texans scared of a few helicopters flying over? It does happen every once in a while. About 90 miles south of here is San Angelo where Goodfellow AFB is located and 120 miles east of here is Abeline where Dyess AFB is located. We don't swoon over a few helicopters.

We were not told about this 'event' until it was a done deal. While I wouldn't say there was a revolt, some are upset and vocal about it; hard to guess how many. Our idiot mayor told the local rag newspaper military officials had negotiated contracts with local landowners to conduct Jade Helm 15 exercises. No landowners are being forced to have training on their property. Any training on public land was worked out with regional authorities. A couple of landowners were quoted in the newspaper saying they would refuse to allow any military exercises on their land - not even for money. Hard to say how many also took that position.

It’s a norm that is reinforced and exported abroad by dozens of trade agreements that carry provisions that mirror, and further entrench, restrictive interpretations of the DMCA. The South Korea-U.S. free trade agreement (aka KORUS) and the Australia-U.S. free trade agreement (aka AUSFTA) are just two examples. The language in those agreements was actually a lot like the DMCA. But the negotiators abstracted the language just enough so that U.S. law could still be compliant with it, while the other countries could be pressured to enact even harsher domestic restrictions. Following their trade agreements with the U.S., South Korea enacted a three-strikes takedown regime, and Australia was pushed into enacting policies requiring intermediaries to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Now we’re seeing a disturbing trend where governments and state-friendly agencies are abusing DMCA takedowns to silence political criticism. Here are the cases we know about where governments have misused U.S. copyright law to censor the Internet [read column].

Nobody is suggesting that the DMCA is not needed to protect the owners of copyright-protected materials, such as movies, music, books, articles, etc. If somebody is uploading pirated movies or music to their website, they deserve to be taken down. But in this column, we find out that the DMCA law is providing an opportunity for governments around the world to limit free speech, including our own. Here is an example that Maira Sutton included in her column:

• United States: The Department of Homeland Security reportedly issued copyright takedowns to YouTube over some conspiracy theory videos, when federal agencies themselves cannot own copyrights — unless it has been assigned to them, which seems unlikely in this case. (August 2012)

Keeping in mind that the internet takedowns are done without due process, you could probably hire lawyers to assist in getting an account reactivated, but that could require a lot of money and time. Those that are actually innocent of breaking any copyright laws, who saw their website taken down or a youtube account terminated, are very unlikely to have the resources to fight their case. You can't defeat the leviathan governments or corporations, let alone fight city hall. They've got you right where they want you: Powerless to protect your rights.

The worst thing about this censorship tool is the knowledge that our own United States government can limit free speech if it is critical of politicians, ObamaCare, or the President and his allies. Isn't that why we have the First Amendment to that "piece of paper" we call the Constitution of the United States of America?

If our government can write laws and create regulations that seem to have a noble purpose to protect us from crooks, destroyers of the environment, and enemies of America, and then use those same laws and regulations to erode our freedom, what has gone wrong? Are our politicians and bureaucrats just too incompetent to be enacting those laws or writing regulations? Or, are they a bunch of control freaks who purposely use vague language in those laws and regulations so that a President can just use his pen and phone to circumvent himself around the laws to do the bidding of his supporters?

What this is about is the ability for governments around the world, including our own, to develop methods to keep their establishments in power, and keep the citizens from being able be able to revolt, let alone, protect our freedom.  Our ability to stay free is being eroded, and our ability to spread the word about the "takedown" of our freedom is being silenced.  Just sayin'...

When state officials seek to censor online speech, they’re going to use the quickest and easiest method available. For many, copyright takedown notices do the trick. After years of lobbying and increasing pressure from content industries on policymakers and tech companies, sending copyright notices to take media offline is easier than ever.

The copyright law that state actors most often invoke is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The DMCA was the first major digital copyright law passed in the United States, creating strict procedural rules for how and when a copyright holder can claim that uploaded content infringes on their copyright. U.S.-based tech companies that receive these infringement notices must comply with these rules to receive their safe harbor — the protection they have from being liable for hosting unlawful user content.

The DMCA has become a global tool for censorship, precisely because it was designed to facilitate the removal of online media. The law carries provisions on intermediary liability, among many other strict copyright enforcement rules, which induce websites, Internet service providers and other such “intermediaries” to remove content that is alleged to be a copyright infringement.

Remember that Mozilla’s CEO lost his job because he once held an opinion that is considered by liberals to be politically incorrect. His position had nothing to do with his job and, more significantly, the company for which he worked took no position, donated no funds, for or against gay marriage. This is a slippery slope because liberals already feel quite free to threaten conservatives with death. They particularly enjoy threatening conservative women with rape. And now that there are liberal voices calling for the imprisonment of those who “deny” man-made climate change, does it really take a leap of logic to see where this leads society? If the demonization, marginalization and persecution of conservative opinion does not stop, we’re one short chute away from a world in which liberals might actually screw up the courage to murder the conservatives they hate so much.

I know that Phil is absolutely right on the money with this commentary. I mean, it's still pretty sad, but it certainly does - unfortunately - reflect the culture we live in. The changes in accepted moral standards have been drastically "scummed down" during my lifetime. Literally having had my mouth washed out with soap as a youngster for the slightest of offensive curse words should tell you something! (Okay, it may also tell you that I'm getting old, but please ignore that.)

In the earlier days of my online blogging experience, it wasn't long before I became aware of the existence of the liberal trolls. At first, it really bothered me, because they didn't just attack what I was writing about; it was the personal attacks that I had to deal with! They seemed to know the right button to push that would hurt the most. I kept having to ask myself, "Who ARE these people? What do they have against me?" Though I eventually learned the answers to those questions on my own a long time ago, Phil's column is confirming that I was correctly realizing that it wasn't about me specifically, but the Conservative ideals that I believe in.

That being said, there was a deeper and darker part of this column that we need to pay close attention to.  I'm pretty sure that the thought of being loaded on to freight trains is frightening, but seems to be implausible... we would hope! But the implications of the violent rhetoric from the Left these days does not allow me to just ignore what Phil is saying. And it isn't just the liberal trolls saying Conservatives should be dead or raped that is disturbing, either. No, it is the liberal academia, liberal mainstream media, and even liberals that became bureaucrats and politicians that should worry us.  There are those that would like to silence us for saying what we believe.  When you read Phil's column, and this post, I think you will understand what I mean.  I'm just sayin'...

There’s a reason popular culture matters. It’s because it is not what politicians say that changes minds. The opinions of your fellow human beings are formed through their interactions with technology. From the moment you first get your news from Twitter to the hours you while away looking at shared opinions and entertainment on Facebook, from the stories that are carefully selected for your television news to the radio commercials you listen to, from the pop-up “surveys” you see on your monitor to the lyrics in the pop songs you play on Pandora, your default opinions are formed in this background noise, this wash of attitudes and presumptions that comprise your laundry list of assumptions about life.

The left understands just how powerful is this technological lever when moving society’s opinion. To this end, the libs, the leftists, the “progressives,” employ – figuratively if not literally – an army of trolls. Their mission is to scream more loudly, to squawk more belligerently, to rail more vociferously against any voice they dislike. Any statement of conservative or libertarian opinion must be shouted down through online comments and rebuttal, because to permit conservatives free speech is to concede that there might be two sides to an argument. It is to admit that a right-wing voice might be as legitimate, as socially acceptable, as a left-wing voice.

Video: The Enemy of the Press.... Finally?

I'll need to set up this video for you. I'm sure this was not a front page story in your local newspaper. As Andrew Beaujon wrote in a column on Poynter.com:

Nope!  Definitely not in this newspaper!

New York Times reporter James Risen, who is fighting an order that he testify in the trial of Jeffrey Sterling, a former CIA officer accused of leaking information to him, opened the conference earlier by saying the Obama administration is “the greatest enemy of press freedom that we have encountered in at least a generation.” The administration wants to “narrow the field of national security reporting,” Risen said, to “create a path for accepted reporting.” Anyone journalist who exceeds those parameters, Risen said, “will be punished.”

Now, all you have to know, is that Obama has his ways to silence dissent.  But it doesn't just happen to Conservatives.  Maybe the liberals will finally get the idea that violations of the First and Fourth Amendments can affect them too.  You don't have to be a Conservative to be an enemy of the State or that Obama could be an enemy of the Press.  Just sayin'...

At least one right-leaning group called on lawmakers to intervene.

“Congress needs to prevent the Obama administration from giving away U.S. control over the Internet to any international body,” Americans for Limited Government said in a statement. “Perhaps this latest egregious action by the Obama administration in their quest to deconstruct the United States will finally wake Congress up to their power of the purse responsibility as a co-equal partner in government.”

And GOP FCC Commissioner Michael O’Rielly shared concern “that NTIA’s announcement could set the stage for foreign governments and quasi-governmental entities to try to gain control of the Internet.”

“If this goes forward, the real work will be to ensure that ICANN satisfies the conditions outlined and that these principles cannot and will not be undermined in the future,” he said. “The only acceptable Internet governance structure, other than the current one, is a multi-stakeholder model completely free from foreign government intrusion.”

It was good that I didn't allow the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 to occupy 100% of my time. This is a story that needed to get out. What is happening may be a lot on the insidious side. There may be a reason why this story wasn't at the top of the news, and came out on a Saturday. The old thing that we hear the government tell us: "Nothing to see here, folks, just move along, and watch some March Madness men's hoops..."

This is a much bigger story than the lamestream media will ever tell you about. It is all part of the pattern. Well, their plot will fail. There will be a lot of talk about this on Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh, and of course, here. There will be a MAJOR backlash!

And doesn't it annoy the heck out of you that the campaign that said "Yes We Can" is now saying NO! to ICANN? Just sayin'...

The Obama administration’s decision to relinquish oversight over the group that manages the Internet’s architecture has raised an early red flag with Republicans, who blast the move as a threat to free speech.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers has managed the Web’s domain-name system under contract with the U.S. government for more than a decade — but the Los Angeles-based nonprofit has worked to transform itself into a global organization free of U.S. ties. European Union officials backed the globalization effort, which intensified with Edward Snowden’s leaks about the NSA’s sprawling surveillance programs.

The United States has always played a leading role in overseeing the management of .com and other domain names, but the administration announced Friday night that it will give up its oversight when the current contract expires in fall 2015. The European Commission, the EU’s executive arm, last month proposed establishing “a clear timeline” for globalizing ICANN and the duties it performs under the U.S. contract.

It's another great Alfonzo Rachel video that needs to be seen. "Zo" is absolutely correct. What is it going to hurt to have Bibles in the hotel rooms?

I just wonder if that hotel at Iowa State University has a cable system coming into the rooms that contains porn? Whether or not it does, a lot of hotels do. But if any of us were offended? The same people that want Bibles banned from rooms because they say it is a violation of "the separation of church and state" would say that allowing porn on TV is freedom of speech. How is it right that those on the Left are offended by the Bible can be offended, but Christians can't stop the garbage on TV because we are offended? And if the state run university in Iowa bans Bibles in the hotel rooms, isn't THAT a violation of the First Amendment by the government saying Christian literature isn't allowed?

Annie Laurie Gaylor, of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, is on a mission to do away with Christianity.  It's a step by step process, and one of those steps is centered around a hotel at Iowa State University.  Atheists of course will not be satisfied with forcing their beliefs in the classrooms.  They'll keep going until Christianity is no longer tolerated, while forgetting that Christianity is at the foundation of what made this the most tolerant, charitable, and prosperous nation in the world.
