The Democrats’ Disturbing Plan Revealed ~ Ep. 1306 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the deeply troubling new information surfacing about the connections between the Spygate plot to take down Trump, and the impeachment hoax. I also discuss the media’s sorry efforts to cover up the spread of the coronavirus in areas where rioting is occurring.
Dan Bongino has one jam-packed episode for you to see today!  There is nothing like having a multitude of topics to choose from in this episode to expound on.  And then add on the news that our friend and fellow Conservative warrior, Herman Cain, passed away due to complications from the Chinese Coronavirus, which of course is not part of this episode.  All the more reason that we need to be praying for President Donald Trump and all in his family.  And I must emphasize that when you see this entire episode, you will be all the more inspired to pray for the President, and keep the Demonicrats away from any kind of power, especially the White House.  Our country and our freedom are at stake, more now than ever.

In one of the last segments, Dan talks about what the Demonicrats want to do, and it is a very disturbing plan.  It is called AFFH, which is the acronym for Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing.  It just happened that on Sunday evening, the day before this episode, Stanley Kurtz was on "Life, Liberty, and Levin," a Fox News Channel show with Mark Levin as the host.  I still have it on my DVR, and I am going to have to watch it!  When you hear Dan Bongino talking about it, even that is enough to frighten me, and hopefully convince you that if Joe Biden and the Demonicrats were to win the Election of 2020, this country, and our freedom, are over.

Of course, I realize that I didn't explain at all why the AFFH discussion will trigger you, but it will.  Trust me.  It is the Demonicrat plan to destroy the suburbs in ways that will pretty much obliterate a lot of any wealth you have worked hard for in your life.  Oh, and if you don't want to believe me, watch this episode.  And if this information doesn't terrify you, and you go ahead and vote for Biden and Demonicrats down ballot, you'll get everything that they promised you if they win.

Agenda 21 In One Easy Lesson ~ By Tom DeWeese

Hide Agenda 21’s UN roots from the people

Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy- fixated groups and individuals in our society… This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21. So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.” - J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development.
A few days ago, I mentioned Agenda 21 to somebody, and was told, "Well, yes, I've heard of that, but I really don't know what it is."  Not long after, I came across this column.  That's one of those coincidences that make you say, "Hmmmm."

The time is right for me to bring this story back up.  It has been nearly five years now since this was published, and yet, despite Tom DeWeese's effort to help us to make this information widely available, well... Guess what?  People are still unaware.  I'm afraid that we could say that most people are clueless, really.  That gives me a very uneasy feeling, especially considering the quote above that I pulled from this story.  Really, believe me, "they" do NOT want you to know the roots of Agenda 21, let alone, the intended goals.

I emphasized "they" above for one simple reason:  To know WHO is to know WHY!  The good news is that I've kept my archive of posts open to the public for years.  There are so many posts on this blog where Agenda 21 has been discussed, you would learn a lot from those related posts.  In this column, Tom DeWeese provides you with many of the key words that can assist you in learning more just by doing a Google search.  But even before you get to doing that, check out what I've included over the years.  You can do a search on the label Agenda 21, but I found a treasure of information by searching this blog for Agenda 21

Be assured that whatever happens in November 2016 will either be influenced by those that want to continue with their desire to globalize their authority, or by those of us that want to keep our national sovereignty and our FREEDOM.  Just remember that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!  My work is done here.  Just sayin'...

Agenda 21 In One Easy Lesson

© 2011 Tom DeWeese - All Rights Reserved

Awareness of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development is racing across the nation as citizens in community after community are learning what their city planners are actually up to. As awareness grows, I am receiving more and more calls for tools to help activists fight back. Many complain that elected officials just won't read detailed reports or watch long videos. "Can you give us something that is quick, and easy to read that we can hand out," I'm asked.

So here it is. A one page, quick description of Agenda 21 that fits on one page. I've also included for the back side of your hand out a list of quotes for the perpetrators of Agenda 21 that should back up my brief descriptions.

A word of caution, use this as a started kit, but do not allow it to be your only knowledge of this very complex subject. To kill it you have to know the facts. Research, know your details; discover the NGO players in your community; identify who is victimized by the policies and recruit them to your fight; and then kill Agenda 21. That's how it must be done. The information below is only your first step. Happy hunting.

What is Sustainable Development?

According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.

Social Equity (Social Justice)

Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice. Universal health care is a social justice. All part of Agenda 21 policy.

The theocracy of climate change ~ By Carl Jackson

Carl Jackson sees Obama 'forcing his redistributionist values on Americans'

Carl Jackson
When minor “setbacks” like the ISIS attack in Paris, France, or the Islamic terrorist attack in San Bernardino occur, he has no problem minimizing their relevancy. Not just because they don’t fit his political narrative, but because they don’t promulgate his moral one – that America is an immoral nation and the cause of much suffering worldwide.

In other words, in President Obama’s eyes, ISIS is a byproduct of American dominance around the world. It doesn’t matter to him whether or not “man-made” climate change is real; what matters to him is that it can be exploited to right his perceived wrong of America stealing the world’s resources. To Obama, addressing climate change is rectifying a greater evil – even greater than ISIS. That’s why it should come as no surprise to us that Obama spoke just a few miles from the site of the Nov. 13 terrorist attack in the French capital and called for urgent action against a challenge he suggested was greater even than the scourge of terrorism.
Don't worry. If you've had a thing for man-made global warming or climate change, we'll forgive you. It had to be difficult to resist the indoctrination you may have received since you were in preschool, courtesy of the leftists that took over all of the public institutions. Oh, and Hollywood? They made sure that most entertainment was produced with the narrative that man-cause climate change because of CO2 was a generally accepted fact.

But then, we had the politicians jumping into the game, which at one time seemed to span over the entire political spectrum. Well, that is until many on the Right were finally able to discern the fraud of global warming caused by man for what it was. Unfortunately, some who claimed to be Conservative gave themselves away, when they continued to be supportive of the big lie about human activity (in capitalist nations) leading to the ultimate destruction of this planet we call Earth.

When I checked out Carl Jackson's Facebook page, I found a link to a very interesting video that explains the truth about that "terrible threat" of "lethal" CO2 gas that is the basis of the AGW (Anthropogenic Global Warming) delusional garbage... and which is actually essential for life on this planet to continue to exist.  See the video below:

There is one important point that needs your attention in Carl's column. It will really help you make sense out of the stupid things that Obama said in Paris, about terrorists being poor downtrodden victims (because of industrial CO2 emissions, of course) of the imperial capitalist West. I think he also injected that belief into his speech from the Oval Office Sunday night; he blamed that 2nd Amendment thing, rather than the radical Islamic terrorists and their goal of global supremacy. It's just his agenda. When you understand that, everything makes sense. Just sayin'...

The theocracy of climate change

Leftists count on man-made law to feel moral. Conservatives count on the God that created man to become moral. Webster's dictionary defines a theocracy as a government by officials regarded as divinely inspired. In a theocracy, the individual doesn't have a say in who will run his country or what laws shall be passed. In America…

To the Tantrum Generation: Forget college ~ By Patrice Lewis

Patrice Lewis suggests School of Hard Knocks for real education

When I read this column, there wasn't a thing that I could disagree with. Patrice has it exactly right, and I like her thinking. The timing of this column could not have better, either, with Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders running around promising free tuition or a government pay-off of all student loans.
So to all you college cupcakes, if you really want to make yourself employable, skip the social justice warrior route and instead spend your time cultivating the intangible but valuable skills all employers seek: a strong work ethic, discipline, self-control, a dedication to your commitments, the ability to arrive on time, to perform a task without complaint and (after training) without supervision, the ability to write coherently instead of like a texting monkey, the ability to speak clearly without saying “like” or use an expletive every fourth word, and other indefinable skills that raise you head and shoulders above the crowd.
After you read this column, you will see the fallacy of the Democrats' vision of free college education. For those students that have worked hard and sacrificed to get through college, it would be the ultimate stab in the back for the nanny state to make it possible to saturate the job market with a much higher supply than there is a demand for college graduates. All that will do is lower everybody's wages when they go into the work force.

And believe me, having a college education doesn't guarantee a good paying job. But, even more compelling is that Patrice pointed out the fact that many people can get into the trades and make a great income, and a military stint can greatly increase the skills of the kids along with helping to pay for further education.

The social justice whiners just don't get it! Do they really think that ANYONE voting next November will vote for a candidate with a plan to educate even more kids with a major in whining for a living? Not a chance. Just sayin'...

To the Tantrum Generation: Forget college

I'll admit my college days are long behind me. I was an undergrad from 1980-1984 and a graduate student from 1993-1995. What do I know of modern campus concerns? So call me an old fuddy-duddy, but it sure seems college students are becoming dumber and dumber. First there's the serious issue of studying utterly useless subjects.…

Crybullies -- in Missouri and online ~ By Phil Elmore

Phil Elmore
Phil Elmore asserts, 'simply being white is enough to be branded a racist'

It is readily apparent that Phil Elmore came loaded for bear in this article. What happened at the University of Missouri was as follows:
The social justice agitators, fresh from successfully ousting their school’s leadership over the alleged, unproven and false claim of “racism,” have vowed that this is just the beginning. It seems a single black student heard a single epithet shouted at someone, by someone, under circumstances that can neither be proven nor specified. This was, in and of itself, enough to push the president and chancellor from their posts. This happens because the outrage voiced and amplified online becomes too great for its victims to bear.
The Social Justice Whiners, or SJW, being one and the same as "Crybullies," are not going to stop their screaming at the U. of Mo.  Nope, don't hand them a pacifier, as we are now finding that it doesn't stop their whining as they move on to other targets.  In fact, their bullying has spread across the country at many other universities.  Phil explains the paradoxical twist here:
To some, these SJW monsters are the creatures of the left’s own creation. Many have said that the liberal denizens of our nation’s ivory towers deserve what they get. They fed these monsters a steady diet of participation trophies, speech codes and yes-means-yes sexual assent contracts; how do they now object when their twisted children begin eating them? But as the universities fall, so do other American institutions. The monsters have the Internet, and it is the Internet that lets them propagate their hate and their fascism.
Everyone but the low-info useful idiots knew this would happen. I have to wonder how liberal academia is feeling right now. They filled the young minds with mush that ends up being turned against them, and it seemed to take them by surprise! Just sayin'...

Crybullies -- in Missouri and online

To "connect the dots" is to draw conclusions – previously unmade conclusions – from available data. There are times, however, when connecting the dots produces a disturbing conclusion. This alarm is nothing short of a clarion call for change. It is the dead canary in the mine shaft. It is the collision alarm at the helm.…

Occupy Wall Street and Madame Guillotine ~ By Phil Elmore

Phil Elmore writes about the great contrasts in what the "Occupy Wallstreet" movement groups want. The contrast is that the very people that all of this social upheaval is focused on are the ones that provide not just the jobs, but the very technology that the revolutionaries depend on. So, lop off their heads, you revolutionary mobs, and then watch not just the Blackberries, but the IPhones and everything else quit working.

What we have to worry about, I guess, is that Phil is right. Notice I didn't say, "IF he is right." And can I throw in one more point? Anyone that think it is the rich that are greedy is sadly mistaken. It is those that aren't willing to actually work to get ahead, that want more in return than they are worth, or willing to give, that are greedy. That pretty much defines most of those that want to disrupt life for the rest of us. It's just about greed.

Occupy Wall Street and Madame Guillotine
PHIL ELMORE

As the Internet and social media help increasingly well organized Marxist protesters bring their "Occupy Wall Street" mobs to cities across America, the sense that history is repeating could not be more keen. Not since French peasants dragged nobles to the guillotines have so many been so excited about emptying the pockets of so few.

In Glorious Leader Obama's America, this is not a fad, and it is not a passing trend. This is, instead, a cultural shift that sees whining entitlement, peevish jealousy and naked covetousness become the public norm for the liberal left and the Democratic Party in America.

A hilarious image posted online sums up the hypocrisy of the protesters, who snarl and growl about "evil corporations" while clothed in, decorated by, transmitted across and connected through the products of the capitalist industries they mindlessly condemn. Amusing as this may be, there is nothing funny about the proliferation of "occupy" protests. These demonstrations are blooming like fungus throughout our beleaguered nation. They are a threat to every productive citizen.

Obama's Islamic tilt in Egypt ~ By Tom Tancredo

Both by constitutional separation of powers and by tradition, the president has wide latitude in conducting foreign policy. George Bush waged a war to achieve "regime change" in Iraq and was widely criticized for it. Obama clearly has a different vision of regime change, one that includes anti-American radicals dedicated to the destruction of Western democracy.

What we need most is regime change in Washington, D.C.

The more we learn about Obama's foreign policy, the more we see all of the pieces of the puzzle coming together. This column by Tom Tancredo brings an important point to light. How else does one explain the administration's willingness to include the Muslim Brotherhood in the changing of the regime in Egypt? It can't be ignorance of what the Muslim Brotherhood desires for Egypt. All you would have to do is look on the Muslim Brotherhood's Official English Website:
Founded in 1928, the Muslim Brotherhood is the longest continuous contemporary Islamist group. It was initially established, not as a political party, but as a da'wa (religious outreach) association that aimed to cultivate pious and committed Muslims through preaching, social services, and spreading religious commitment and integrity by example. It called on Egyptians to unite to confront imperialism and pursue economic development and social justice.
Huh.... Social justice. Where have I heard that before?

Obama's Islamic tilt in Egypt
TOM TANCREDO

The difference between Jimmy Carter's mistakes in handling the 1979 revolution in Iran and Obama's handling of the 2011 revolution in Egypt is that Carter's team made mistakes out of ignorance and naiveté. Thirty-one years later, Obama's diplomatic team cannot claim naiveté in dealing with the Muslim Brotherhood and the radical Islamists. Obama is consciously supporting the Islamists in Egypt and facilitating their rise to power.

How else can one explain the extraordinary statements of James Clapper, Obama's director of national intelligence, in his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, that the Muslim Brotherhood is a "secular organization" that has "eschewed violence"? They operate hospitals in Egypt, so they must be peace-loving humanitarians? Hamas operates charities in the Gaza territory, so they are not really dedicated to the destruction of Israel?

We might forgive some American citizens for being confused about the character and goals of some Islamic organizations disguised as charities, but don't we expect more from our "intelligence community"? As one wit has already observed following Clapper's testimony, we might as well abolish Clapper's agency and save the taxpayers $40 billion if this is the quality of "intelligence" our policymakers are getting from that bureaucracy.

Clapper's statements, made this past week at the height of the Egyptian crisis, might be excused or explained away if they were an isolated incident. But his statements are part of a pattern of mischaracterizing and underestimating the threat from radical Islam. Clapper's testimony can only be viewed as part of the Obama administration's persistent efforts to "humanize" the Muslim Brotherhood and prepare the ground for a new Islamist-run Egyptian government.

Are 'black hats' genetically defective? ~ By Henry Lamb

In this column, Henry Lamb explains the liberal/progressive ideology. But the question then becomes: What could possibly cause people to be liberals or progressives? Is it a genetic defect?
"Black hats" may not be bad people; they may just have a genetic defect that prevents them from understanding that they are no better than the "white hats." They may be incapable of understanding that their ideas could be wrong. They may not have the ability to weigh the pros and cons of a proposal. They seem to possess only the desire to prevail, whatever the cost, regardless of how stupid the proposal may be.

The world has always had "black hats" and always will. The nation should, as a collective New Year's resolution, resolve to pity the "black hats," and by all means, to keep them out of government.

Are 'black hats' genetically defective?
HENRY LAMB

Some people believe they have a right to take what another has earned. Another distinguishing characteristic of this group is their eagerness to dictate the behavior of others. These people are called progressives, socialists, communists, dictators, kings and sometimes gangsters. We'll refer to these people as "black hats."

The rest of the world knows inherently that it is morally wrong to take anything from another without their permission. They also know that they have no right to direct the affairs of other people. Their unspoken motto is: "Any right that I claim for myself, I will gladly grant to all others." We'll refer to these people as "white hats."

Washington is full of both, but since they rarely wear a hat, it is hard to identify them until they open their mouth, or vote.

Consider this scenario: A man is born into this world with nothing. He works hard and becomes a gazillionaire, paying a healthy tax on every penny he earns all his life. Then he dies. One group says his estate must pay 35 percent to the government; another group says, no, his estate must pay 55 percent. These are the "black hats," regardless of the political party they profess.

Another group says: His estate should pay nothing. There is no moral reason why the estate owes the government another dime. Taxes were paid at the time the person earned his fortune. Why do the "black hats" believe they have a right to take what another has earned?

What now, Glenn Beck? ~ By Robert Ringer

I believe Beck when he says he will never give up. I believe him when he says if he is forced off television, he will find another platform that is even bigger. I believe him when he says he is willing to die if that's the consequence for speaking the truth.
Those are Robert Ringer's words found in this column, and I agree completely with those thoughts. In fact, I found myself enthusiastically nodding in total agreement with Robert all the way through the column.
What is sad is that the only people who will ever know just how historic the event was are those who were in attendance, because, as I said at the outset, the media coverage was shameful.
Oh wait, Robert, there ARE some people that understand the historic significance of the Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor Rally that weren't there. I was there in spirit, as I am sure many were. Which reminds me, it was more than historical significance that was involved. There was also a very strong spiritual significance that was very easy for me to understand, see, and feel. I was able to watch the entire event on my computer through the live Ustream video feed that Beck had set up on Facebook. I also recorded the C-SPAN video feed on to my TiVo which I used to make the videos that you will see below.

As Robert mentions, he was there. And I watched it all, and there in spirit. However, I would be willing to bet that Al Sharpton or anyone in the press who was critical of the event haven't seen ten minutes of the Restoring Honor rally. And if you have only read about it in the mainstream liberal press, then I have something for you to see, even though it is only the tip of the iceberg. However, the nearly 30 minutes of video that you can watch below will at least show you that there was more meaning to it than Al Sharpton or the liberal press would tell you. In other words, hold your criticism until you see the whole picture! (HINT: Click on the C-SPAN link above to see the whole picture!)

Hold your criticism until you see the whole picture - Part 1

Hold your criticism until you see the whole picture - Part 2

Hold your criticism until you see the whole picture - Part 3

The above videos provided by TheREALjohnny2k

The question that Robert asks, "What now, Glenn Beck?" is an important one, and neither Robert nor I can answer that. We're not sure that Glenn even knows. But, we do know who does know: God! And I am pretty sure that Glenn Beck will be playing a very big part in a spiritual war, "a showdown between good and evil." Just sayin'...

I pray that Glenn Beck will not lose his eyesight, but if it should happen, I believe he will become more powerful than ever and thus an even a greater force for good. If this tragic circumstance should occur, I believe he will see it as a Jobian moment – a Divine test of his belief. It could, in fact, be the very thing that spurs him to run for president, despite the fact that he has clearly stated he has "zero interest in the job."

Anyone interested in human nature cannot help but find it fascinating that many of the greatest men and women throughout history have been vilified and hated by a large percentage of the population. And whenever that be the case, you can count on an equally large segment of the population adoring that same person. It's a scenario that fits Glenn Beck to a T.

The details of how the Beck saga unfolds from this point forward are unknown, but one thing is certain: His journey will continue to be an historic one. Something is happening in this country that has never happened before – at least in my lifetime. It almost tempts one to say that it's a showdown between good and evil.

What now, Glenn Beck?

The way the media covered Glenn Beck's 8/28 Restoring Honor rally at the Lincoln Memorial is shameful, but not unexpected. That said, as clueless as Geraldo Rivera is, I'll give him credit for covering the event extensively.

But never underestimate Geraldo's ability to come up with absurdities. In this case, the absurdity was to have Al Sharpton as a guest on his show Saturday night – for the full hour! – to comment on the Beck rally and compare it to his own "Reclaim the Dream" rally on the same day.

I found it highly insulting to have the format of the show be a comparison between Beck's historic gathering and Sharpton's anemic attempt to recreate a 1960s-style civil-rights march. What made it even more pathetic was that every time Sharpton spoke on Geraldo's show, he had something negative to say about Beck or the Restoring Honor event. He came across as an angry, unknowledgeable child desperately in search of a scapegoat for his own lack of accomplishments.

Quite obviously, I was not at the Sharpton rally, but numerous reports from creditable sources place attendance in the 2,000-3,000 range. By contrast, the Beck event – which I did attend – drew a minimum of 500,000 people. (Trust me, minimum.) What is sad is that the only people who will ever know just how historic the event was are those who were in attendance, because, as I said at the outset, the media coverage was shameful.

The entire three hours of the Restoring Honor rally was filled with a spirit of goodwill and inclusiveness, with a focus on God as the answer to restoring the greatness that once signified America. By contrast, Sharpton's pitiful attempt to counter the Beck rally was (according to news reports) filled with the same old angry rhetoric that smacks of black liberation theology. (You know, "You must give back that which you have taken.")

Global currency around the corner? ~ By Henry Lamb

Before you read Henry's column about a coming global currency, it's educational movie time. Please be sure to watch both videos:

John Maynard Keynes and Economic Fascism (by MDJarv )

From the description for this video:

To quote something Keynes said back in 1920:
"There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."
What is stated above is both an incredibly alarming and important statement from a very dangerous psychopath, as it highlights the elite agenda almost perfectly. This agenda entails the destruction of national currencies to usher in a totalitarian police state and a completely managed global economy, with a one world currency and central bank (something Keynes was advocating back in the 1920s and 30s).

Video provided by rozovo

The World Bank (WB) & The International Monetary Fund (IMF)

Video provided by Darganot

Some of the readers that come to this space on occasion have probably noticed that I have posted many of Henry Lamb's columns here. Many of his columns discuss global governance, and the loss of the sovereignty of the United States. This column explains something very important about the desire to have a one world government. The goal is something that people have been working toward for nearly a hundred years, if not longer. It has been an incremental process, orchestrated by small groups of elites in positions of power, many that have been involved in banking and government. And I am sure that many people still take this lightly, as if they don't believe it will or can ever happen.

It is my feeling that what is taking place since Obama became President is a signal to us that their goal is closer than ever. It is like they are now down to the one yard line, and another financial crisis could punch the ball over the goal line. New World Order, here we come (kicking and screaming). Just sayin'...

Those who advocate global governance have changed their tactics, but not their goal. They have made great strides through a variety of treaties, and particularly through the implementation of Agenda 21 and the concept of sustainable development. The erosion of freedom that is inevitable under any system of global governance has been painted green, packaged in a bundle labeled "social justice" and sold to a generation of Americans eager to make the world a better place.

The global currency proposed by the IMF is just the latest step toward that ultimate utopian vision pursued for so long by so many. The freedom that powered America's rise to greatness cannot exist in a system of global governance. Individual freedom, granted by the Creator and guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution is at best diminished by global governance, and at worst completely denied.

Global governance in any form must be rejected.

If the International Monetary Fund gets its way, the U.S. dollar will be replaced by the "bancor" as the world's reserve currency. According to a report published April 13, the IMF would like to adopt a plan of action that would expand the use of SDRs (Special Drawing Rights) to replace the U.S. dollar as the storehouse of value and eventually create a global currency called the "bancor."

"Bancor" is the name suggested by John Maynard Keynes, the British economist who headed the World Banking Commission that created the IMF during the Breton Woods negotiations, which preceded the United Nations.

The new global currency would be issued by a new global central bank that would have the authority to levy taxes for various infractions. The bank would have to be, according to the report writers, "accountable to member nations, but remain independent." This statement sounds much like the defenders of the Federal Reserve, which was created by Congress and is supposed to be accountable to Congress, but refuses to allow Congress to audit its activities or even to answer congressional questions about to whom it lends U.S. dollars.

A global central bank has long been a goal of those who advocate global governance. America's school system has failed to teach students about the century-long conflict between those who want a global governing authority and those who do not. Schools barely teach that Woodrow Wilson and his colleagues created the League of Nations, or why this institution failed. Schools never explain that many of the same people who promoted the League of Nations continued their efforts through non-government organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations until Franklin Roosevelt was elected president.

Schools do credit Roosevelt with helping to create the United Nations, but they never explain that Roosevelt brought into his administration dozens of people from the Council on Foreign Relations to draft his "New Deal," as well as plans for the United Nations.

Schools do not teach that President Kennedy planned to turn over U.S. military power to the United Nations to give the emerging global government the power to enforce its policies. People who refuse to accept this statement are encouraged to read "Freedom from War: the United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World," Department of State Publication 7277, released September 1961.

The people who believe the world should be governed by a global authority have been working toward this goal for more than a century. They are relentless; they are driven; they are convinced that they know best how people should live. They believe that all nations and all societies should be controlled by an elite, benevolent intelligentsia that can ensure social justice by enforcing what has now become known as sustainable development. These people are closer to achieving their goal than at any previous time in history.

Woodrow Wilson assumed his political power would be sufficient to impose the League of Nations. He underestimated the determination of freedom-lovers such as Henry Cabot Lodge and other senators who refused to ratify the treaty that created the League. Roosevelt assumed that the devastation of World War II would be sufficient to usher in the era of world government under the authority of the United Nations – and he was right, until political reality crushed his utopian socialist dream of a global community.

RINOs beware ~ By Robert Ringer

In a column Robert Ringer wrote in May, 2010, he said:

The fact that so many people reading this article will find my comments to be extreme speaks only to how far down the road toward socialism we have traveled. We no longer respect property rights, especially when the property is a business. Generations have been brainwashed into believing that abstract notions such as "the good of society" and "social justice" are more important than private ownership.
This column by Ringer expands on the theme of property rights, and is a warning to Republicans that if they regain a majority in the House and Senate, they better not even think about going soft when progressives try to intimidate them into "backing off their true beliefs." Just sayin'...
I have great empathy for Rand Paul in this situation, because I know how difficult it can be when you're put on the spot on national television. But my concern is that too many conservatives and libertarian-centered conservatives are still allowing the left to intimidate them into backing off their true beliefs.

This is what concerns me if Republicans do actually take control of the House and Senate in November. What the tea parties signify more than anything else is that half or more of Americans are finally ready to hear the truth. And if Republicans are still not ready to give it to them, with boldness and without fear, they will be reviled long after our final liberties are lost.

When MSNBC's Rachel Maddow asked Rand Paul in an interview back in May if he believed that a private business should have the right to refuse to serve African-Americans, he correctly answered, "Yes." But he went on to say, "I'm not in favor of discrimination of any form."

With Republicans on the verge of taking congressional power away from the far left, we need to keep issues like this front and center so RINOs aren't given the opportunity to get back into a business-as-usual mode.

To a person who has progressive pudding jammed between his ears, Rand Paul's one-word answer and his follow-up comment contradict one another. You see, a pudding-filled brain cavity makes life simple. If someone believes a business owner has a right to refuse service to an African-American, that means he (the person who harbors such a belief) favors discrimination.

For the person addicted to a life of nonstop sports, junk TV and Outback Steakhouse, there is little time to intellectualize a serious issue like this. After all, that would require him to reject knee-jerk statements and think through the moral ramifications of the issue.

The real problem is that Maddow asked Paul the wrong question. It was what is commonly referred to as a loaded question. If you're going to be a serious supporter of liberty, you cannot allow yourself to be intimidated into answering loaded questions – i.e., questions based on a false premise or an implied false premise.

Here, the false premise was implied: If a business owner has the right to refuse service to someone, it automatically follows that that someone would be an African-American. It is, of course, an absurd assumption.

What if the owner of the business is an African-American? Like a white owner, a black owner has a right to do whatever he wishes with his business. The reason he possesses such a right is that his business is his property. The same is true when it comes to deciding whom he does and does not wish to service.

Skin color is irrelevant to those who believe in liberty. But to the far left, the so-called race card is like oxygen. For decades, progressives have suffered withdrawal symptoms as race has become less and less of an issue in the U.S. (Ironically, it is a brown man in the White House who has managed to rekindle racial tensions in America through his shameful, nonstop, racially charged rhetoric.)

If you want to discuss the subject of black progress in America, fine. We have millions of blacks who are doctors, dentists, lawyers, engineers, professors, military officers, politicians – even the president of the United States is an African-American! So let's all give ourselves – both whites and blacks – a big pat on the back for bringing about a post-racial era in America. End of discussion on that topic.

But if you want to discuss another topic – the sanctity of private property – I repeat what I said in my May 21 article about unionization: If one believes in the concept of private property – which all sane people of goodwill do – he is obliged to concede that an owner has a right to do anything he wishes with his own property.

As Thomas Sowell has so often pointed out, if an employer refuses to hire or serve people purely on a discriminatory basis, he does so at his own peril, because the marketplace will punish him. For example, speaking for myself, I would never give my business to a company or restaurant that refused to serve people of any specific race or ethnicity, and I think I can safely say that I'm in the majority on that one.

Are the homeless noble? ~ By Phil Elmore

It is possible that at first, as you begin reading this, you may think that Phil is a pompous, heartless jerk that hates homeless people. Of course, that would be far from the truth about Phil. Okay, liberals may still be thinking that, but that is what is wrong with them. They just don't understand reality... OR truth! Phil isn't saying that he doesn't feel sorry for the homeless, or that he doesn't care about them. All he wants you to understand is that 1) much of homelessness is NOT due to unequal social justice, 2) Homeless people can be dangerous to society due to crime, drugs, and disease, and 3) The liberal media has propagated the myth about the nobility of the homeless (kind of like the "hobos are heroes" kind of thing in movies where they are glorified.)

So, if Phil is heartless and uncaring, then so am I. But that isn't truly the case with either of us. Just sayin'...

There, I'm saying it: Most people who are homeless are homeless because there is something very wrong with them. They may be survivors, but they aren't copers. They may adapt to adversity, but they don't overcome it. They simply have learned how to tread water no matter how deep or tragic the sea.

Reality is different. You are not homeless … because you refuse to be. Acknowledging this does not make you a bad person, any more than seeing the homeless for the threat they represent makes you a hateful, uncaring, arrogant hypocrite.

Quite the contrary; understanding these facts simply makes you a realist.

One of the realities of our technologically saturated world is that technology is used to shape popular-culture attitudes. The prevailing sentiment, the frequently politically left-leaning default outlook, is quite often the product, in our society, of popular media in print, online, on the radio and on our televisions. It is generated by countless liberal talking heads propagating their bias and their worldview through the far-reaching, technologically enabled pulpits of their dumbed-down news and "infotainment" outlets.

One of the worst pieces of cultural misinformation perpetrated by popular media has been the myth of "homeless nobility" – this notion that simply being homeless confers on someone the status of victim. What's more, popular culture tries very hard, hammering away at you incessantly through the web of technologically facilitated media outlets that surround you, to persuade you that you could be homeless at any moment. The idea that you would work hard to prevent this is an alien concept to popular culture. Popular culture preaches that you are a paycheck away from the streets.

What's more, homelessness is rarely news when conservatives are not in power. You will not see the word "homeless" in the news nearly as often with Barack Hussein Obama in the White House as you did when Bush was in office. As famed conservative talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh has said, "1.2 million households lost to recession – as friends and families double up, 'overcrowding' is up fivefold. What recovery? This is basically 1.2 million people who are homeless. You realize homelessness never even exists usually during a Democrat regime. Homelessness is exclusively a Republican presidential problem, but they can't even hide this."

Unfortunately, the myth that the homeless are, first and foremost, victims – that they are all members of an underclass we can call the Noble Poor – causes us to fail to see just how dangerous are the homeless. The average homeless person is a grave and personal danger to you and your family. If we refuse to characterize the homeless as anything but the danger they are out of our quite natural but misplaced sense of compassion, we run the risk of endangering ourselves.

We put ourselves, and all society, in a position of potential harm by failing to acknowledge the danger. We stupidly sit at intersections with our windows down, holding out dollar bills to people who could choose to pull a razor blade and attempt to rob us. We graciously offer our pity to potentially deranged men and women who just might choose to stab us or our children with used hypodermic needles. These are not hysterical attempts to make you afraid; these are facts. People who live on the streets are dangerous, often unpredictably violent predators, and they will hurt you or victimize you no matter how much you pity them.

Even homeless advocacy groups readily admit to the problems within the street-person population. For example, the Treatment Advocacy Center estimates, in its fact sheet on the homeless, that one-third of the 600,000 homeless persons (as estimated by the Department of Health and Human Services) are schizophrenics or manic depressives. "Healing Hands," a publication of the HCH Clinicians' Network, estimates that 38 perecent of homeless adults have mental-health problems, while fully 46 percent of homeless men report alcohol problems (and 30 percent of them report drug problems).

The Treatment Advocacy Center's Fact Sheet cites a 1993 study of HIV among homeless men in a New York City shelter, in which 19 percent of those living in the shelter tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS. According to a later study (April, 2002) in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology ("Viral Hepatitis and Other Infectious Diseases in a Homeless Population"), "Chronic hepatitis C and co-infections are common among the homeless population." Still another study, "Ectoparasitism and Vector-Borne Diseases in 930 Homeless People From Marseilles," published in the journal Medicine in January 2005, concludes grimly, "Homeless people are particularly exposed to ectoparasites. … Over four years, 930 homeless people were enrolled. Lice were found in 22 percent and were associated with hypereosinophilia. ... Twenty-seven patients (3 percent) with scabies were treated. ... The uncontrolled louse infestation of this population should alert the community to the possibility of severe re-emerging louse-borne infections."

This is not your future. You will not become homeless because you will act. This is not a sense of superiority; this is a sense of control. Those of us who do not believe we are "a paycheck away from homelessness" have an internal locus of control. We understand that, barring catastrophic illness, we will never not work. We will never not act to prevent our being homeless. We will never not fight to keep the wolf from the door. We also know that our failings, our tragedies, are the results of our own mistakes. They are our responsibility.

The gap between the rich and the poor ~ By Robert Ringer

Robert Ringer is quickly becoming one of my favorite commentators. I am sure part of the reason for that is that I am now aware that he is a huge fan of Glenn Beck. That certainly helps! But, it is really more than that. He is easy to read, and he has a lot of common sense about things. This column reflects that fact.

I had to laugh while reading the part you will come across here where he has the confrontation with the progressive at a social gathering, and the hostess came along and told them that talking about politics was forbidden in her house (and probably preventing a homicide!). I've been there and have done that (no, not the homicide part), and I rarely go to social functions because when I hear progressives saying stupid things, or if they sound like Al Gore, I have a difficult time staying off my soapbox. I can't help it; Marxists drive me nuts! But then, rarely can you even come close to altering their mind-numbing thought process of envy and jealousy anyway, so why bother? Well, hopefully it so that the innocent bystanders may learn something from the conservative/libertarian/free-market point of view.

And then, there was another thought I had while reading Robert's column. Free-market Capitalism is the best system, and it works. However, there is Crony Capitalism that may be the reason why so many people get the wrong idea about what true capitalism is. Crony capitalism is where government entities somehow tilt the playing field for the benefit of some people and the detriment of others. Oh, wait, that could take a whole book to discuss thoroughly, so I'll leave it at that for now so that you can get reading Robert's excellent column! Just sayin'...

The progressive is, of course, free to think whatever suits him. But he steps over a moral line when he tries to force others to give up their freedom to accommodate his twisted notion regarding one of the most abstract ideas known to man: fairness – which is right up there with "social justice."

Right now, it is that twisted notion that has the United States about a furlong away from joining Greece as a third-world country on the verge of collapse. The only social justice that makes any sense is for everyone to keep what he earns in a free market.

The main reason I'm against giving handouts to countries like Greece is that it sends the wrong message. We should not lie to Europe's socialist misfits about capitalism. The greatest gift we can offer is to help them understand that freedom is not about security or equality; it's about insecurity and inequality.

We should also teach them that those who think otherwise are responsible for our $12 trillion national debt and a federal budget deficit that is projected to be in the area of $2 trillion as far as the eye can see. Economic security is not a right, but it sure is a formula for disaster.

Unfortunately, progressives right here in our own country do not seem to understand this. This is especially true of so-called limousine liberals. I was reminded of this a couple of weeks ago when a casual acquaintance invited me to a social gathering at his home. After being assured that no members of the Weather Underground, the Communist Party USA, or the White House would be in attendance, I agreed to drop by.

I tend to be a target at limousine-liberal gatherings, and, sure enough, a middle-aged gentleman of means came up to me and, from out of the blue, blurted, "Capitalism is the most evil system ever invented."

Displaying my finest George Will deadpan expression, I asked how an intelligent, successful gentleman like him had managed to arrive at such a fascinating conclusion. To which he groused, "Under capitalism, the poor are exploited by the rich." Yikes – it was the ghost of Vladimir Lenin!

Masochist that I am, I asked him to define the terms "rich" and "poor" for me, but he simply waived aside my question as though it were frivolous. My acquaintance's wife then intervened and admonished us that political discussions were forbidden in her house, thus preventing a Sunday afternoon homicide.

Darn. I didn't even get a chance to see the expression on his face had I been able to lay this one on him: The gap between the rich and the poor is supposed to increase under capitalism! It's built into the system.

But also built into the system is the fact that almost everyone is better off under capitalism. Why? Because trickle-down economics really does work.

The U.S. government's own Census Bureau's statistics confirm this truth. Average-income figures clearly show that during the Reagan years, almost everyone's income rose significantly, while during the Carter years, most people got poorer. Does anyone seriously believe that voters kicked Carter out of office and gave Reagan two landslide victories because they were better off under Carter and worse off under Reagan?

In the Reagan years, what was in play was the so-called invisible hand of the marketplace. When people realize they can reap financial rewards by providing better goods and services to others, they work harder and longer hours to do so. As a result, the economy prospers and everyone is better off.

On the other hand, the more government interferes with this natural process, the worse off everyone is. How far mankind has advanced is not a reflection of his true potential; it is his true potential minus government interference. Those who believe that a strong central government is needed to manage a nation's economy simply do not understand the awesome power of the invisible hand of the marketplace.

Which takes me back to the growing disparity between the rich and the poor (setting aside, for now, the important question of who has the omniscience and moral authority to decide who should be slotted into these two categories in the first place).

In a mythical, totally free society, if everyone were to start with nothing, some people would become "rich" while others would become "poor." Now, stop and think about that fact for a moment. Wouldn't natural forces assure that the most successful people would become even more successful over time and thus increase the gap between themselves and those who have not been as successful? After all, they would be using the same talents, efforts and self-discipline that made them more successful in the first place.

Please, let's set aside childish notions. Of course the gap between the rich and the poor will always increase under capitalism. But that, of and by itself, does not harm anyone. The only problem is the one caused by envious progressive thinkers who have unilaterally decided that such a gap isn't "fair." Which, of course, is merely their subjective opinion.

Obama’s Faith-Based Programs Pushing Global Warming, Climate Change, Green Issues

I just started hearing about this in the last few days this week. It is very disturbing. Obama is now talking a lot about "environmental justice" to go along with "social justice," and he is attempting to expand this very secular religion by injecting it into churches. This article talks a little about that strategy, and how hypocritical the left is when it comes to the "faith based initiative."
So, Obama wants to use federal subsidies offered through he EPA and his faith-based outreach to get churches to promulgate the green faith.

Of course, it’s hard to see Obama’s use of faith-based initiatives to push his environmental message and spending millions of tax dollars to do so differs in any material way when measured by the left’s anti-Bush yard stick when they criticized his policies. The left universally cried that Bush was cynically using religion to further his political policies. No one can look at Obama’s current policies and see any reason to excuse him from being smeared with the same brush the left used to tar Bush.
By Warner Todd Huston

May 16, 2010

Widely reviled by the left, Bush’s faith-based initiatives were claimed to be evidence that Bush was a “religious zealot” trying to destroy America with evil Christianity. Now, two years into the Obama administration, we are seeing what Obama intends to do with his continuation of Bush’s faith-based offices: he wants to use them to push the religion of Greenicanism on America’s churches.

This month Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships issued its final report of recommendations and the result is nothing short of astonishing. (download .pdf file)

The question that immediately comes to mind, of course, is if the left will explode in excoriation of Obama’s faith-based policies as it did with Bush’s?

The left was out of its mind over Bush’s ideas. In 2004, for instance, the website TheocracyWatch.org hyperbolically said, “Under the Bush administration, our country is experiencing a major transformation from a secular to a religious government. The President’s faith-based initiative is central to this transformation and raises serious questions about church-state separation.” This was the left-wing talking points du jour on Bush’s faith-based programs.

It wasn’t just the left, but even from the libertarian side Bush’s ideas were attacked. Alex Epstein of the Ayn Rand Institute said that the faith-based initiative was a “direct violation” of the Constitution.

And the media universally hated the idea. Lew Daly of Boston Review magazine tried to color Bush’s program as a “seismic change in American politics,” and for The New York Times Ron Suskind breathlessly burbled that Bush had, “created the faith-based presidency.” And those were what passed for the civil proclamations, others were more nutty by claiming that Bush was a religious zealot that was destroying the country through that evil Christianity stuff.

Candidate Obama was widely expected to dispense with the faith-based office. But in 2008 when the AP reported that Obama intended to leave the Bush faith-based programs in place, the left was apoplectic. Rev. Barry Lynn, executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State criticized Obama over it. “I am disappointed that any presidential candidate would want to continue a failed policy of the Bush administration,” Lynn said. “It ought to be shut down, not continued.”

After the AP’s report candidate Obama himself spun reports as a distortion. In July of 2008, Obama addressed the issue in a speech in Zanesville, Ohio.
“Now, make no mistake, as someone who used to teach constitutional law, I believe deeply in the separation of church and state, but I don’t believe this partnership will endanger that idea – so long as we follow a few basic principles. First, if you get a federal grant, you can’t use that grant money to proselytize to the people you help and you can’t discriminate against them – or against the people you hire – on the basis of their religion. Second, federal dollars that go directly to churches, temples, and mosques can only be used on secular programs. And we’ll also ensure that taxpayer dollars only go to those programs that actually work.”
As with most things that Obama says, this claim that was then. While Obama is following the left-wing penchant to eschew actual religiosity, Obama has apparently decided that his own special brand of religion would be what is promulgated with his continuation of Bush’s faith-based policies. The money he’s spending to “proselytize” his green ideas apparently doesn’t strike him as a violation of his 2008 proclamations.
