Enough Already! Can We Get A Straight Answer About This Swing State? ~ Ep. 1415 ~ The Dan Bongino Show

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode in his Show Notes (a.k.a. Newsletter!):
In this episode, I discuss the stunning allegations about Election Day troubles in this key swing state, as revealed in a new court finding. I also discuss the latest in a long list of examples of Trump defying media expectations.

It was a difficult night for me.  Is it because I'm "conceding" that the President lost his re-election bid?  I am still not sure about that.  Well, wait, let me say that a little differently.  It is looking more and more like "officially," Joe Biden won.  They had the Electoral College vote yesterday, and Sleepy Joe and his Commie cohort, Commie Harris, apparently won, and they are now the President-elect and Vice President-elect now.  Pending some miracle from God, that is going to be it.

I don't like it at all.  Knowing what I know, seeing the massive Trump rallies, despite the dangers of being super-spreader events of the Covid pandemic, while Joe Biden sat in his basement, with relatively few events that had a difficult time drawing 50 people, I just don't get it.  If that had been the exact opposite, even with all the great things that President Trump did for us, I would probably have to accept it, but I really can't knowing what I know now.  You know, the Chinese influence on Joe Biden with bribes laundered by Hunter.

Earlier this evening, I was going through Parler feeds, and I happened to find a couple really good videos.  I put them into a blog post, in the order I saw the two videos.  It absolutely stunned me.  Please go take a look at that post in that link.  And then, come and watch this episode, if you haven't already.  In that blog, in the first video, you see all of President Trumps startling triumphs.  And you see why the opponents - Demonicrats and Deep State globalists with Chinese backing - are doing all they can to take down the President.  And then you come here to this episode of Dan's show, and you see what the Deep State and the MSM media is doing to mess with the election.  And then, you go back and watch the 2nd video in that blog, where many of the President's great "impossible" accomplishments are shown.

So, if you have a little time when you can see both of these blogs, I really hope you will, you'll get what I'm saying here.   There is a strong parallel between this episode and what Dan says here, and what you'll see in that previous blog.  And believe me, I did not have dry eyes tonight.  It was hard to take.  I'll leave it at that.

Because I know that Dan Bongino would prefer that I embed the Rumble.com video here, I am now doing that! It finally came to me how to do it, and I am very pleased, because it doesn't require me to use the JavaScript code to do it! So, when you are watching, you will not be seeing it via youtube.com again. Nope, not here. Ever!  No more screwtube embedded video here! Forevs! So, it's now RUMBLE all the way, Dan.  For Dan's show page on Rumble.com, click here.

I’m Daring YouTube To Kick Me Off YouTube For This ~ Ep. 1411 ~ The Dan Bongino Show

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode in his Show Notes (a.k.a. Newsletter!):
In this episode, I dare the tyrants at YouTube to kick me off their platform for covering alleged election fraud. I also cover the stunning lawsuit out of Texas which could upend the 2020 election. Finally, I discuss the pending collapse of this major American city and the obvious reason why.

The takeaways from this episode are huge, but very simple to understand.  Dan charged right out of the chute today, with commentary about youtube.com, or as Dan's listeners know, he calls it "ScrewTube."  Turns out that ScrewTube, just today, announced a policy that said, as reported by CNBC, that "More than a month after the election, YouTube decides to crack down on misinformation on results."  Dan's attitude about that is stunning; daring, and practically begging, that ScrewTube ban him.  As you would assume, that would hurt ScrewTube, and bring many more people to Dan's Rumble.com account.

Yes, Dan definitely gets it.  There is definitely a free speech issue. ScrewTube likes to decide what you can't post, or what you can't watch.  Like the good old Soviet Union, and it has been heading that way for quite awhile.  Yes, I was banned from youtube about a decade ago.  It kind of lead to a problem for my blogs here.  Many of the videos I had embedded were no longer able to be viewed, and many of them were embedded in my blogs.  Ouch.  And, of course, I've posted many of Dan's episodes in this blog page, as embedded videos.  Yep, you guessed it, those embedded videos show as unavailable when somebody is banned, or leaves youtube.  Whether or not Dan and his crew repost all of those episodes from youtube over to Rumble.com, I do not know, but I do know what the enormous effort that it would take, for them, and also for me to edit my posts to use the Rumble videos if they become available for the older episodes.  But, Dan or Paula, if you are reading this post, I will stand with you however it goes with ScrewTube.

One thing, I know, is that there was nothing that Dan Bongino said today about the election results that could be determined to be misinformation.  None of Dan's episodes since November 4, 2020, could be said to be misinformation about the election results.  In fact, the Fake News media was the actual perpetrator of the misinformation campaign, all for the benefit of the Demonicrat opponents to President Trump.

Like today, when Dan gave his remarks about the Texas lawsuit against several other states, that has to go to the Supreme Court.  And now, a bunch of other states have joined in that lawsuit with Texas.  What are you going to do, Screwtube, say that the lawsuit must have been filed in another universe?  Hmm, I wonder.  Because, that is a fact, and Dan stated nothing in the way of misinformation about that lawsuit.  In a big way, that is so much more honest information that Dan gave, in contrast to the lying mainstream Fake News media, who has been lying by omission since the election, or since Arizona was called by the once-lovable Fox News.

It would be a great disservice to Dan for me to say any more about this episode, as he has such a wonderful way of explaining things.  He has a definite knack for knowing how to provide information while keeping it interesting, and very humorous at times.  I like that.  And it is a quality that is somewhat rare, at times... Very rare when it is a liberal that is speaking.  Huh!  Explains why so many of my college professors were so boring to listen to!

Enjoy the episode!

PS: I'm really glad that I finally got to where I could use the Rumble embedding code for Dan's episodes, and keep ScrewTube off of this page!

Because I know that Dan Bongino would prefer that I embed the Rumble.com video here, I am now doing that! This One Issue Could Change Everything in 2020 ~ Ep. 1288 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the catastrophic decision by this big city Mayor which could change everything. I also address what happened in the Supreme Court and how it will change the 2020 election.
Now that I've been doing this blogging about the Dan Bongino show on a daily basis, since February 1, 2020, and yes that was the first and most feeble one, it has become my "JUST ONE JOB," and I better not ever screw it up.  (Just kidding, actually.  I just like that line, "you had just one job.")  It has evolved quite a bit since that first one I posted five months ago.  I now have a format that I always use, and that makes it much easier to do.  It took quite a bit of experimentation to get it to where it is now.

Yes, I'm officially retired, and I don't do this for money.  No, Dan doesn't put a stack of cash in a garbage can for me to pick up, though he probably saw that happen back in the days at the 75th Precinct where he worked when he was with the NYPD.  No, there's no compensation.  Nor would I even expect it.  He probably doesn't even know I exist.  This project for me is not financially driven.  It is MISSION driven!  What do I mean by that?

In the very first segment (after he does the ad spots) in this episode, Dan talks about the 911 call that he had discussed in yesterday's show.  Little did Dan know it, but he gave me the rah-rah speech that kept me going today.  It was about not giving up the fight, because the Left wasn't going to, and they would continue to pummel our cabooses into oblivion, even if we tried to quit.  For us to quit, and give up, is just what the Left wants us to do.  We can't.  I can't, even though sometimes I get that feeling that I'm barely reaching anybody with my blogs and social media.  But then, I remember this one important thing:  It may be that one person I reach that does go make a difference.  Or it could be somebody that always votes Democrat that realizes the Demonicrats running large urban areas really don't care about our safety.  Like now, in New York City, where Mayor Bill DeBlasio is going to cut a billion dollars from the public safety budget.  What a clown!  If you don't think that matters, you haven't been watching Dan's show.

But, that's right, it may be just that one person that my blog reaches, that starts fighting back.  Somebody that has some influence.  It could be like the guy dancing in the park, and one guy joins him, which is all it took to bring everyone into the dancing!

So, I just have one job.  Well, actually two:  Encourage somebody to get into the fight, and annoy liberals.

Dan, just put the cash in a paper bag on top of the recycle cannister behind my house.

Another Fake News Bombshell Collapses ~ Ep. 1287 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the explosive fake news bombshell planted in The NY Times this weekend. I discuss the tech tyrants outrageous suspension of this conservative superstar. I also address the stellar response to the riots in Oklahoma, contrasted with the explosion of violence and chaos elsewhere.
Of course, I want you to see the whole show, but definitely, you really must watch the first 18 minutes.  Dan lays it out very well, about the danger that this country is in.  What he talks about in this first segment is pretty mind blowing.  These Black Lives Matters protests are a lot different than the good old days, when President Obama was President, and we had plenty of very peaceful Tea Party rallies.  And at that time, the Fake News Media was gaslighting the American public, to believe that tea partiers were racist, because they disagreed with President Obama's policies.  Obviously, that wasn't true.  We were just a rag tag army of gun-toting, bible carrying Walmart deplorables, mostly in flyover country, that didn't care much for Socialism.  But peaceful.  And despite being lied about in the public relations war.

Those times have changed, now.  The Black Lives Matter and Antifa crowds have nothing to lose.  They have resorted to violence.  They destroy property and take lives, if not gravely injuring people, including law enforcement officers.  How long will it be before somebody decides to defend themselves and protect their property, and tragically have to take somebody's life?  Keep in mind that the protestors that are incited into terrorism (because that is what it is), are shot and killed while trying to do harm to private citizens?  Or a cop?

All the while, many police departments in Blue states and cities are told to stand down, or threatened with defunding.  Communist NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio has already began to neuter the NYPD.  And the number of retirements from the PD force are astronomical.  So, without the police around, who are you going to call when there is a life threatening situation?  911?  Well, apparently not in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  But yes, give somebody at city hall a call (if you survive).

I surely hope that people listen to Dan, both with his warning, and what the solutions are. Also, be sure to see the bonus video I'm including below. Tucker Carlson adds some additional details and insight to the situation with the McCloskeys down in St. Louis, defending their property. I assure you, when you see the reaction from politicians, it will bake your bagels.

The Hard Truth About Use of Force in Policing ~ Ep. 1277 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the latest outrageous attack by the tech tyrants on conservative websites and content. I also address the Trump Executive Order on police reform and what it really means for our police departments. I also explain the difference between chokeholds and neck restraints.
Do you wonder what the conversations are like among law enforcement officers, sipping on a few adult beverages after their shifts?  Sitting around a table, amongst themselves, would they be wondering if the other guys would have their backs, or would they be a witness against you, to save their own caboose?

That's always been an issue, but most officers will back each other up.  However, these are strange times.  There is now political pressure to take criminal action against any white officer that is caught up in a life and death situation with a black subject, where the officer uses deadly force, and takes a life.  As Dan will explain in this episode, better training of the officers could prevent many deadly force situations.  Why is that is important?  Well, like Dan says, like in athletics, "train the way you play, and then play the way you train." If an officer is trained in the correct way, when they get in a bad situation like the two officers in Atlanta with Rashard Brooks, they are less likely to panic, and will do the right thing(s) when in those situations, and be able to end the situation without the loss of a life.

Though Dan's segment on the training aspects of the use of nondeadly force was lengthy, there was a lot information embedded in that segment, that hopefully those officers having an off duty conversation over a brew or two would want to consider, and get their various police unions to help put into affect.

The rest of this episode is definitely going to fill you in on the ongoing topics of the tech tyrants, and General Mike Flynn possibly being the target of wiretapping, and it's going to bake your bagels.

Along with this episode, I've included some bonus videos for you to see about the police shooting incident at the Wendy's in Atlanta.  You need to be informed about the incident to the best of your abilities, in a fair and balanced way, and not just see edited clips on the Fake News networks.  There is probably more to it than most people are aware of.  I just wanted to make absolutely sure that you are fully informed.

A Big Announcement About The Fight Ahead ~ Ep. 1276 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the media’s disgusting misinformation campaign regarding the Atlanta police incident. I also address the tech tyrant's latest efforts to crush the Trump campaign and what I plan to do about it. Finally, I discuss the latest disastrous decision by NYPD management, which will cost lives.
So, let me tell you a little about what plainclothes anti-crime units, like what Police Commissioner Dermot Shea is disbanding in New York City, can do, from a personal perspective, as the intended target and victim of a crime. This goes right along with what Dan is talking about in his second segment, right after the Omaha Steaks spot that made my mouth water.  I can testify as to what the plainclothes officers did to prevent a crime against me and my newlywed bride on our honeymoon, in New Orleans.

On February 3, 1997, we were on our 2nd day of our honeymoon.  It was a gorgeous 85 degrees, sunny, and after driving down from Iowa, that sure felt good.  Here we were, enjoying our time and bar hopping, and getting to hear outrageously good jazz bands.  As we're walking down the street, a kid in his late teens comes up to us and says to me, "I bet you five dollars I can tell you where and when you got your shoes."  Obviously, I was the easy mark.  It didn't take long for me to take the bet, being there was no way he could tell me that.  But he says, "Look, here's my five, and I'm honest, if you promise to be honest if I'm right."  Did I or my bride have a clue what he was up to?  Umm, not so much.  I wasn't too street wise, if you know what I mean.  So, the kid tells me, "You got your shoes right here, right now."  Technically, he was correct.

So, being honest, as I promised, I was reaching in my pocket to retrieve my wallet.  As I was pulling it out, here comes this unmarked Crown Vic, with two guys in plainclothes, but with badges, and seconds later three squad cars show up.  They made an arrest on the perp.  As Dan tells you in this segment, it was a "Self-observed criminal arrest."  Because of them, the police, I still had my wallet, the honeymoon could go on as planned, and I didn't even have to show up in a court in order to testify.  As it turned out, it was a really lucky day for Connie and I.  The police were doing a sweep to rid the streets of the criminals prior to Mardi Gras that was beginning that weekend!  Yes, they had the perfect stakeout, and were ready when that kid made the mark go to hand over the five.  But, there is the fact that one of the officers, who easily guessed we were from out of town, told us that once I pulled out the wallet, the kid would grab it and run.  That was the M.O. for that type of scam.  Before I had a chance to thank the officers, they had the kid locked up in the back of the squad car, on his way to jail.

That story above is true.  It is exactly why I know that every word that Dan says in that segment, and through every segment of this episode and all others, is accurate information.  The politicization by the Commissioner of the NYPD, by eliminating the anti-crime units, is so absurd.  It is beyond absurd, in my humble opinion.  And it's dangerous to the public safety of not just the citizens of New York City, but also visitors to the city (from Iowa?).  Only, not just from thieves that want to take your wallet the easy way, but that probably wouldn't hesitate to rob and kill you.

Hey, I know, I didn't go into a lot of details about this episode, like about his move to have a stake in Parler.com.  But, this is what I do.  I give you his episodes, because the information that Dan Bongino provides us with is valuable, and then try to write about the information that verifies the way I think.  It is very troubling when people like Geraldo Rivera try to tell you things that are just not true.  This episode provides the evidence that there are people like Geraldo everywhere... It's sad to see!

I hope that you are watching every one of Dan's episodes, like I do!

We’re Reaching the Point Of No Return ~ Ep. 1275 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode I address the controversy surrounding the police use of force incident in Atlanta, and the subsequent unrest. I clear up the misinformation coming from the media about the incident.
Yes, about that use of force incident in Atlanta, I was so glad when I watched this episode, yesterday and again today, that Dan covered it as well as he did. The good news is that when I saw the coverage on Saturday, I could tell right away that it was definitely a proper use of deadly force. And, I was never a law enforcement officer, and I could still tell.  I was watching coverage on Fox News, and they were being mostly fair, until I heard the Fox News host that was doing the coverage say that an unarmed (wrong!) black man was shot and killed by the police. It wasn't one of the regulars, but probably some weekend host working extra on a late Saturday night. I wish I remembered who it was. Maybe the Fox News guy didn't realize that a taser could be used as a weapon.  So can a steak knife.  However, that doesn't excuse him, and I believe it was purposeful, and meant to gaslight us a little more, and accept the anger of the protestors that just torched the Wendy's where it happened.

Though I understood the situation, it was really good to see Dan defending the officer - who was immediately fired - and the police chief in Atlanta resigned, you have to wonder how many people only saw the events through the eyes of the left-wing lying fake news media, where many of the pertinent details were left out, and were inspired to go out and riot some more? Wouldn't you think that the MSM people would having feelings of deep guilt and regret for encouraging people to go do damage that only hurts other Americans? Did the left-wing gaslighting media folks think about the black kid that's trying to pay for his or her first car and take college courses by working at that Wendy's? Of course not.  Let's just create more chaos, and gain fuel to dismantle police departments and/or defund them... That IS their purpose, and I'll tell you why.

A day or two ago, I saw tweet that asked why the Left is trying to eliminate local police departments. That IS a great question. Who would ever think that not having police coming to the rescue in an emergency is a good idea? Just because there are a handful of bad cops out there? We're not talking about departments being saturated with bad law enforcement officers.   I mentioned that I had a theory, and somebody asked for the link to my theory, which I didn't find. I probably had told somebody about it verbally, so, now I will be able to point to this post. My theory is that the Demonicrats want absolute chaos, and without police to contain it. And then, should the Demonicrats win back the White House and the U. S. Senate, and keep the House of Representatives, they would call it a major crisis (which it would be), and institute a national police force. I really believe that is a very plausible theory, being that the national police force would eventually be managed by the global government that the Left is striving for.  One of my clues was when I learned about the drones made in China.  Go ahead, just google "DJI".  It's just the beginning.

Please forgive me for straying off the subject there.  Oh, wait, no, I'm right on subject.  When Dan talks about the problem "coming to your front door," that may have been an even more dire warning than he had considered. Our problems are going to become real for many of us, on a personal level. No, we won't become violent and destroy our economy like the Left likes to do, and wants people to do, but as Dan is telling us, we are going to have to fight back. We can no longer remain silent.

So watch this episode, and please pay close attention. And beware.  Don't answer the front door if you see that drone hovering there.  Just sayin'...

This Fight is Coming to Your Front Door ~ Ep. 1273 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the growing pressure for Americans to subjugate themselves to destructive liberal narratives. Please, this is the time for strength.
There was a need for me to take a night off yesterday. Not sure exactly what it was that made me want to take take the night off. Perhaps it was the fact that my Coronavirus test came back negative, which I found out Saturday morning in an email. I just got the testing done with the deep, uncomfortable, nasal swab on Friday afternoon, and was told it would take 3 business days to get the results.  So, it was a rather happy moment when I got that email the next day! So, there was some celebration to be done Saturday night. Turned out to be a perfect night for doing a campfire in the good old firepit I built last Summer. No bugs, and a cool front that moved through, so it wasn't hot or muggy. Perfect, except for that brief rain shower that ended the campfire.  But, that may not have been the only reason that I wasn't writing this blog post yesterday.

Though it was Friday night when I saw this episode for the first time, the first segment was emotional for Dan to do, and it was emotional for me to see and hear.  I could tell that he was rather torn up inside with the events that took place, on a personal level, for Dan, his wife Paula, and his children.  He didn't say a lot about whatever it was, other than being pressured to give his allegiance to Black Lives Matter.  You and I know that will never, ever happen.    But that is where the title to this episode came from.  The fight came to Dan's front door.  You will have to watch the segment for yourself, and come to your own thoughts about it.  When I saw the episode, I decided not to come to any conclusions, but just to pray for Dan and the Bongino family.

What really stuck out to me was Dan's monologue in that first segment regarding police officers that lose their lives in the line of duty.  The Black Lives Matter protest chants about "frying them like bacon," and I can't even quote the rest of it, definitely does not sit well with Dan Bongino, or me, or any of us that believe that Blue Lives Matter.  It bothers me very much that when an officer is killed in the line of duty, and there aren't protests, and they barely, if not rarely, even get reported by the legacy mainstream media. Yet, the death of a law enforcement officer also affects many people.  Their children, spouses, family, work associates, and friends, also feel terrible amounts of sorrow. All lives matter.  That is the bottom line that I come to.

There is a lot more to this episode than just that monologue, and I pray that you will watch it all.

The Democrats Want You Silenced ~ Ep. 1272 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the fireworks up on Capitol Hill yesterday over defunding the police. I also address the radical leftist’s takeover of a part of Seattle. Finally, I address the continued meltdown of liberal cancel culture.
One of the problems we have with having a rough day is that we don't always realize it is just training so that you can have a better day sometime in the future.  For me, that happened yesterday.  It turned out to be training day yesterday, like a dry run, so that when I went in to be tested for Coronavirus today, it was a piece of cake.  Although, getting the deep nasal swab sounds pretty easy, it was a little uncomfortable.  In my left nostril, especially, there was a spot where they were swabbing that made my whole nose tingle like with an electric shock.  Tears were running out of my eyes.  (I have no doubt that was where the aliens implanted the RFID chip...)  The important thing is, I got the test taken, and it will be interesting to find out the results sometime next week.  It is important for my state, and the CDC, to get the data it needs to make good decisions, if that's the true purpose.

There is a lot to this episode as you will see when you watch it.  For one, Dan's testimony at the Congressional Judicial Committee hearing is something that we can all be proud of him for.  And especially for what he told them.  Dan makes the point, very well, that the hypocrisy of the Left is obvious.  While they are stereotyping all of the police as being bad, they criticize the police for stereotyping (profiling).  Only the Left says that when the police are stereotyping suspects, it's racial profiling.  Yes, they always need to play the race card, don't they.  It's very sad, because a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch.  Cops are people, too, and a few of the bad ones slip through the system for too long.  There are all kinds of reasons why that happens; our goal is to fix those problems.  Not by defunding the police, or making their jobs so unbearable, that we lose them to attrition at a rate too high to have affective police forces.  I covered this a few days ago; feel free to go here to see that post.  We need to Defend the Police, not Defund the Police.

Obviously, that Antifa take-over of part of Seattle, in an area called Capital Hill, now known as the Capital Hill Autonomous Zone (Chaz), makes the present chaos in America appear to be all the more dangerous to this country and our freedom.  I think that Dan would agree, we really need to do something about that, stat, and it will probably take the Federal Government, probably FBI, and some of us would throw in Special Operators, as in SEALS or Delta Force.  Those guys that took over the area are armed, and out-of-their-minds looney tunes.  But, we know, it's an election year, and you'd hear the Leftist media say it was like Waco all over again, but way worse, because it was President Trump that took action.  I get that.  Sadly, that is kind of how politics go now a days.  My advice would be to do it very stealthily, without casualties.  But, I can still see it now, where the SEALS or FBI SWAT teams are blamed for using some kind of sleeper (choke) hold on heavily armed guards.

Yes, things are getting kind of kinky out there, as Dan explains.  The Left wants you to believe that 2+2=5.  You must comply.  Resistance is futile.  It's okay to protest and riot regarding George Floyd's death, but church gatherings of over 10 people will cause a new wave of the pandemic.  They can't keep their story straight, to be honest.  But, don't disagree with them.  Not even if you are on their side, because they will eat their own.  That's what they do on the Left.  That's a little taste of what you'll be hearing Dan discuss in this great episode you can watch this weekend.

Stand up for the Truth ~ Ep. 1270 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I address the Democrats‘ latest outrageous attack on the police and I debunk the myths they’re promoting to advance their cause. I also address the protests, the riots, and the debate over the Second Amendment. Finally, I address the latest efforts by the government to hide this key Spygate witness.
It looks like a really good night for me to take a slight breather from all my writing in the past week.  Not that I mind it at all, it's actually just what I need to help get through the "shelter-in-place" thing.  It puts my mind to work.

It seems that Dan is still very focused on the calls by Liberal politicians to "Defund the police," and we can understand that, being what he did in the past as an officer with the NYPD and then as an agent for the Secret Service.  But, it should be a very important issue for all of us, assuming that none of us want to be living in a extremely unsafe world, where rule of law no longer exists!

When you are voting for people this election in November, a few short months from now, please pay very close attention to what the candidates running for office are saying.  First of all, you need to watch this episode, it will help you determine if that politician is anti-law enforcement.  Sometimes, it isn't easy to tell when they have these nice "word salad" talking points and say things that may sound really imaginative, but really offer absolutely a big goose egg in actual solutions.  And, oh boy, the gigantic myths about the police "problems" that Dan easily debunks - with actual facts - are the other things to be aware of and considered before you vote.  If the candidate is for banning "assault rifles" and for "defunding the police," you will know for sure not to vote for that candidate.  Be careful, though, they can be really good at hiding their true beliefs, too.  Politicians can be tricky.  That's why you need to be sure you know about four of the top myths about police, which Dan gets to in his last segment.

Yes, I know, in the show description above, it mentions a Spygate story and the debate over the Second Amendment.  I'm very sorry that I have to disappoint you, but Dan doesn't ever get to either of those topics in this episode.  But that is perfectly fine, as the show content today is meant to counter the call for defunding the police and all of the other BS that Liberals are talking about.  I call it, Defending the Police, which is something that we need people like Dan to do, especially with his experience and perspectives.  And, it is all worth it, when he shows the President of the Minneapolis City Council, Lisa Bender, totally making a fool of herself by doubling down on her proposal to dismantle the Minneapolis police force.  It seems absolutely absurd to even suggest getting rid of law enforcement, and one of these days, I'll tell you my theory about why Liberals are suggesting this.

That's all I've got today, folks, but if you haven't seen today's show yet, this Episode 1270 is great, and you need to see it.

The Battle Lines Have Been Drawn ~ Ep. 1269 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode I address the insane “defund the police movement” and I debunk liberal myths about policing which are being used to fuel rage. I also address the inside story of the NYPD chaos and the Secret Service’s political fights.
So, there is this little piece of advice that Dan Bongino has for those out there that want to defund the police.  This is being discussed in liberal cities, like in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.  And it isn't just stopping at defunding the police. In Minneapolis, they actually voted to dismantle the police force.  I really think that they should reconsider that proposal.  Doing away with the police force is not going to lead to any great civilization with no crime.  Actually, it would have the exact opposite affect.  Yep, just my personal opinion, based on what I know is true.  There are still unbelievably evil sociopathic people out there, and without any type of law enforcement, it would be total chaos and anarchy.

There are three big reasons for having plenty of very well trained law enforcement officers:  The police are there to possibly prevent crimes when possible, stop crimes while they are occurring, and investigating crimes that have already occurred.   In this post, I want to focus on explaining and exploring each of those elements, which should help people understand why defunding the police is a really horrible idea.

In the case of crime prevention, there's a thing called deterrence.  I'm sorry, but anybody that thinks that the criminal thinks about what happens if they get caught, prosecuted and found guilty, and incarcerated, is a deterrent, I would have to say they are wrong.  I know that seems hard to believe.  I couldn't even fathom the thought of being locked up in a cell, for any amount of time.  Of course, now, people are being let OUT of jail because of the Wuhan Coronavirus, so even the thought of incarceration isn't going to deter many of the hardened criminals.  The REAL deterrent to keep a crime from occurring is a police presence.   Police patrols in the squad cars, plainly marked and obvious to the criminals, and even the walking beat patrols, DO deter crime.  Defunding the police would greatly reduce the manpower needed for this element of fighting crime:  Prevention by deterrence.

The next element is very critical to your safety in this world.  Being able to call 911 when a crime is being committed, and having officers arrive soon enough to possibly save your life, would be very beneficial for your health and safety.  Of course, they can't always get to you in time, but they will try their hardest:  Lights, sirens and the whole nine yards.  But throw in a huge manpower shortage, and large gaps in coverage, and you're going to have a very serious problem.  Sadly, there are areas that would see much less coverage than is needed, and that would be in the rougher neighborhoods.  They would suffer the most.   Like Dan talks about in this episode, the police come to emergencies sometimes just to protect the fire fighters and/or the EMTs.  And who is going to direct traffic in the case of accidents on the freeway, to keep everybody safe, including you?

Finally, there is the third element for the need for plenty of funding for the police.  It always seems to be a problem when a crime has been committed, and that hopefully somebody will investigate it.  That could be you, someday:  Wanting justice for a crime that hurts you or a loved one.  Now think about it, if police departments are defunded, and they don't have the personnel to investigate, you'll be left in the dark, with no recourse (except for being a real life Charles Bronson "Death Wish" vigilantes, which you DON'T want!).   Of course, with a lack of funding, and many officers leaving the police departments, you then lose the experienced officers you would want as investigators.  There is only so much they can do.  And yet, you will still want the crime solved, and not become a cold crime.  But no, your police department was defunded, and all the good investigators went elsewhere.

Now, when I was watching this episode, I heard Dan say that when a crime is being committed, "Who are you going to call, Ghost Busters?"  That hit me on two different levels.  First of all, that is the perfect description of the ignorance of the Liberals, and tells you how little they have thought through their suggestion that the police can be defunded or eliminated.  But the second level, one that I care about, and might mean nothing to you, is my question in the back of my mind:  Is Dan Bongino reading my blogs or tweets?  Just wondering.  I'd be honored if he was.

Please watch this episode if you haven't already.  Let me know if you think I am right, which you can do by sharing the link and tweet(s) I do to promote this wonderful episode.  Thank you, Dan Bongino, for all that you do, and have done in law enforcement.
