In this episode, I discuss the disastrous “stimulus” bill and the infuriating pork loaded into it.

Since I had to take last night off, I'll have my work cut out for me, to get caught up this weekend.  So, yes, this is Tuesday's episode, on December 22, 2020.  But don't worry, there wasn't any problem yesterday, I was just busy working on Christmas stuff.  By the time I was done last night, it was too late for me to watch the show, and then coherently write about it.  Oh, and by the way, I have been listening to my Christmas music playlist while writing, and it is so very enjoyable!  I have 259 songs on the playlist right now, and it goes through the list randomly (in shuffle mode).  Really delightful listening, and it is that season!

Dan is so right about the politicians and bureaucrats in Washington, and probably a lot of states, being very unintelligent about economics.  Okay, they are either really stupid, or the other option:  They are out to destroy this great country.  Well, yes, destroying the economy will lead to destroying our freedom!  And that is sad, but it's going to happen if we don't figure out how to get our politicians to quit coming up with ways to spend our money that we don't have.  Dan is so right when he talks about the economic affects of printing money and how that leads to inflation!  You'll definitely want to pay close attention to those segments.  There are video clips of Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and Dinesh D'Souza to support what Dan tells us.  Very important information, don't miss it!

The segment that will mean the most, and probably something you should, and will, remember the rest of your life, will be Dan's final words of the episode, just after Dinesh's clip about what Socialism is.  Starting at about 50:00 into the video, following the SimpliSafe spot, that you should keep in mind, just in case your kid comes home from college for the Christmas break, and starts spouting garbage about how great Socialism is that some professor fed them.  They will be misguided and confused about it.  You can help them out!  Yes, show them that last 20 minute segment that Dan does here, destroying any Communist propaganda that the kids come home with.  (Actually, that's already possibly the case with your kids that are still K-12 in the public schools!)

By the way, this may be my last issue until after Christmas Day, so that I can concentrate on the holiday, and family, to what ever extent I can.  So, have a very Merry Christmas!

In his op-ed, Bolton slammed Obama's "belated, narrow authorization" for targeted airstrikes earlier this month — saying that they do not "constitute a coherent response, let alone a comprehensive one.

"The president seems curiously inactive, even as American influence in the region collapses and, not coincidentally, his political approval ratings suffer," Bolton added. "From the outset of the Islamic State's campaign, his policies have been haphazard and confused, especially the halting, timid decision to intervene militarily.

"And, based on his record as president, there is no reason to believe a strategic vision of the Middle East's future will ultimately emerge from his administration."

"The president seems curiously inactive"? As things progress, I can only agree with John Bolton, there seems to be a lack of strategic thought going into one of the greatest threats to our national security we have faced. And that is before we even mention Putin invading Eastern Ukraine. But, I don't think it is that he is "curiously inactive." I am inclined to believe that Obama is purposefully inactive and ineffective. Ladies and Gentleman, my patriot friends, Barack Hussein Obama is our Manchurian President. I pray that those with some authority in our military and Congress follow their oath to protect and preserve our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Just sayin'...

John Bolton: US Must Destroy Islamic State

The United States must "destroy the Islamic State" (ISIS) in Iraq and must "prevent a new terrorist state from emerging in the Middle East," former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton said Thursday.

"It is simply not enough to block the group's threat to the Kurds or other vulnerable minorities in the region," Bolton, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, said in an op-ed piece in National Review. "The risks of even a relatively small 'state' … are chilling.

"Leaving the Islamic State in place and in control only of its current turf in Iraq and Syria … would make it viable economically and a fearsome refuge for terrorists of all sorts," he added. "Just as Afghanistan's Taliban gave al-Qaida a base of operations to launch terrorist attacks culminating in 9/11, a similar result could follow if the Islamic State successfully erased and then redrew existing boundaries."

Video: The Enemy of the Press.... Finally?

I'll need to set up this video for you. I'm sure this was not a front page story in your local newspaper. As Andrew Beaujon wrote in a column on Poynter.com:

Nope!  Definitely not in this newspaper!

New York Times reporter James Risen, who is fighting an order that he testify in the trial of Jeffrey Sterling, a former CIA officer accused of leaking information to him, opened the conference earlier by saying the Obama administration is “the greatest enemy of press freedom that we have encountered in at least a generation.” The administration wants to “narrow the field of national security reporting,” Risen said, to “create a path for accepted reporting.” Anyone journalist who exceeds those parameters, Risen said, “will be punished.”

Now, all you have to know, is that Obama has his ways to silence dissent.  But it doesn't just happen to Conservatives.  Maybe the liberals will finally get the idea that violations of the First and Fourth Amendments can affect them too.  You don't have to be a Conservative to be an enemy of the State or that Obama could be an enemy of the Press.  Just sayin'...

Ben Carson: Obama officials 'acting like Gestapo' ~ By Joseph Farah

Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., called the D’Souza indictment “100 percent” political.

“Of course it is,” she said. “It is payback from the DOJ. Plus, it sends a signal to anyone else for 2016 who may be thinking of producing a movie. It is up to the candidate to return the money. This should have been found when the FEC filing occurred. I don’t know the details, but this could cost Dinesh literally millions in legal defense fees, plus destroying his name and making him toxic to conservatives and Republicans. These are the goals of the political destruction machine at the DOJ.”

Likewise, Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, told WND, “Yes, I think it is political. It fits a pattern of abuse of power. As someone else said, President Obama is the president Nixon wanted to be.”

WASHINGTON – Dr. Ben Carson, the brain surgeon turned popular political analyst, told WND Obama administration officials are “acting like the Gestapo” with the Justice Department indictment of Dinesh D’Souza coupled with the Internal Revenue Service’s political targeting of the administration’s critics.

“I believe we are dealing with an extremely corrupt administration,” he said.

Dr. Carson himself became the subject of an IRS audit after criticizing Barack Obama’s policies at the annual National Prayer Breakfast in Washington last year.

“I’ve always been someone who has been very careful about my finances and the way I take care of my business,” said Dr. Carson. “I’ve never undergone this kind of scrutiny before, but then it comes after the prayer breakfast. They’re harassing my family. They’re harassing my colleagues. And they’re not finding anything – so that just makes them dig a little deeper.”

In a telephone interview today, Dr. Carson, who is talked about as a potential new brand of non-politician presidential candidate himself in 2016, said he was also disturbed by Obama’s comments in an interview with Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly before the Super Bowl game last week.

“What he said was that his administration was not guilty of any wrongdoing with regard to the IRS and he blamed Fox News for reporting it,” Dr. Carson said. “I don’t think he would be happy unless Fox News were shut down and there was no more criticism of his actions.”

WIFLI Briefing for Aug 30, 2012 - The story I was almost afraid to tell

Glenn Beck was saying on his radio show yesterday (Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012) that we don't need to be talking about all the negative things about Barack Obama, because we already know what and who he is. Instead, we should talk about the positive vision of the GOP and how it will bring about the survival and revival of this great country and bring about prosperity.

I do agree with Glenn to a point, especially when it concerns the candidates in particular. I want to see the GOP candidates sway away from the negative attacks, and concentrating on the positive message of what America can become with the right (as in "Right") people in office. However, for the New Media, it may need to be a different story.

There is no doubt in my mind that the positive message of what the Republican candidates Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have to offer must be told, and that we will do. However, if there is anything that President Obama and his administration are doing that will replace our freedom with Marxist tyranny, that information must also be told - by somebody!

You obviously know that when it comes to reporting on anything negative about the President, you won't hear it on the mainstream media, and sometimes, not even on Fox News. So, where are you going to find the information about Obama that just might be a slight bit disturbing to those of us that love America and prefer freedom?

There is a very large contrast - a chasm - between what the Democrats and Republicans stand for.  There is no doubt that in this election, it is extremely important to make sure that people are aware of the differences between the candidates.  Really, would all the positive things in the world that could be told about the GOP candidates Romney and Ryan make a difference in the election, if there is no awareness of what the alternative is?

Seriously, where would we be right now if not for the patriots amongst us having the courage to confront the terrifying agenda that the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave has in mind for this country?  Dinesh D'Souza just happens to be one of those brave souls that does so:

So, can anything be added to what Dinesh D'Souza has to say? How about something that is so terrifying, that to ignore the reality would be to seal our ultimate doom? All of the mainstream media will ignore this story. We know how people were treated that have doubted the eligibility of Obama, being labeled as "birthers."

However, the following story and video tells a truth about what may be the making of a tyrant, somebody that will do whatever it takes to stay in power. It may be an ugly truth that many of us will disregard, and mostly because the detractors will do their best to disparage the info warriors in order to discredit the story.

It's a piece of the puzzle that must be included, and there is no doubt that I was almost afraid to include the story that I want to share with you today. However, I'm just not in the mood to wimp out on bringing you this information. It is going to take the demise of this country and our freedom in order for a true globalist plot to succeed, and I'm wondering if President Obama is desperate enough to go this far. I'm just sayin'...

Glenn Beck fans doubt his take on eligibility: A flashback from Sep 2010

The issue of Obama's birth certificate is key to the multitude of questions that have been raised about whether he is eligible to occupy the Oval Office. The nation's founders, in the Constitution, imposed a special requirement for the person who is president, that of being a "natural born citizen."

Now, is this total irony?! I was perusing through WND's archive of eligibility stories.  In a flashback from September of 2010, we find out that some of Glenn Beck's biggest fans did not go along with Glenn's assessment of the Obama eligibility issue. Oh, did I mention that Rush Limbaugh has just recently faced criticism from his fan base for the same reason?

There has to be a reason why Donald Trump was bold enough to discuss the eligibility issue and seemed to stay popular, if not actually grow in popularity, while Beck and Limbaugh received guff from their own fans for NOT discussing the story! Could that be a clue that the American people actually want to see the proof of Obama's eligibility? You have to wonder. I'm just sayin'...

WASHINGTON – Glenn Beck may pooh-pooh the issue of Barack Obama's presidential eligibility, but some of his most loyal fans are emphatic in demanding, "Where's the Birth Certificate?"

On Beck's own website, a thread started today shows those concerned about Obama's unwillingness to document that he is a "natural-born" citizen, as the Constitution requires, running 9-to-1 over those who believe it's a nonissue.

At 2:11 p.m., a reader posted a comment on his website, The Blaze, about Democratic House Majority Whip James Clyburn's warning that, if the GOP takes control of Congress in January, it will issue subpoenas regarding Obama's eligibility.

The original post included a video clip of Beck and guest Dinesh D'Souza dismissing the eligibility issue.

But, within hours, more than 100 comments had been posted, and, according to WND's tally, 45 of those comments questioned Obama's eligibility, and only five supported Beck's position.

The remaining posts commented on Clyburn or other issues.
