2020 has been a year like no other. Everything we know, everything we trust, and everything we have come to rely on has changed. So why should we expect the US election to be any different?

Mainstream media are telling us the race is over, Biden won, time to move on, nothing to see here folks. But in your gut, you know something's just not right. From the strange patterns on election night, to the weeks of suspense, to the reports of fraud that evaporate faster than Biden's memory. It just doesn't add up.

In this episode, I'll show you just what's going on behind the scenes in this election, and why the greatest threat we're facing right now, is not an invisible enemy invading our bodies, but one that's invading our country and our minds.

These are the Times that Try Men’s Souls… Tyranny Like HELL… ~ By Jan Morgan

In 1776, Thomas Paine penned these words… In Valley Forge, George Washington shared them with his men.


You've probably seen the cycle of Freedom and Tyranny before. But, just in case you haven't, I found this at Templestream Blog to illustrate the point:

In the very year that the US became a sovereign country, 1776, a European historian named Alexander Fraser Tytler published "The Decline and Fall of the Athenian Republic." This book outlined the following:

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising them the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over a loss of fiscal responsibility, always followed by a dictatorship. The average of the world's great civilizations before they decline has been 200 years. These nations have progressed in this sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith,
From spiritual faith to great courage,
From courage to liberty,
From liberty to abundance,
From abundance to selfishness,
From selfishness to complacency,
From complacency to apathy,
From apathy to dependency,
From dependency back again to bondage."
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that we are facing the final phase of the cycle. It really isn't hard to see. You barely have to be paying any attention to see where we are heading. For this reason, I bring you this story that Jan Morgan posted. And what the historian Alexander Fraser Tytler published, "The Decline and Fall of the Athenian Republic," does not have to be our future. Just sayin'...

America as we know her, is in critical condition. The longer we allow the disease to spread, the struggle to save her becomes more intense, complicated, and bloody.

Now is the time when all Americans must make a choice. It is not a time for summer soldiers and sunshine Patriots. Liberty is under attack from every direction by multiple enemies. Citizens can no longer sit back and expect legislators to fix the damage. After all, those legislators are, for the most part, responsible for not fulfilling the responsibilities and mandates they promised.

WIFLI Briefing for May 27, 2012 - The "Flavor of Freedom"

I am dedicating the this WIFLI Briefing, "The 'Flavor of Freedom'," to possibly the bravest in the land of the brave and home of the free.

I am extremely honored and humbled by the inclusion of this column in an article written on The Christian Post by Alex Murashko on May 28, 2012, "Survey: Nearly Half of Americans Lost Relative or Friend to War".

I don't think that anyone could have said it any better. Fighting for our freedom takes a major toll on us. The flavor of freedom can be very bitter.

We honor, on Memorial Day, those that gave their lives in the defense of this country, and the freedom that it stands for. While those that gave their all are our heroes, I have this feeling that it is the loved ones of our fallen that are our true heroes, the ones that have to endure the sacrifice of one of their own. Our children, parents, grandparents, or friends, it is not easy to accept the loss when it happens.

No, the flavor of freedom can be very difficult to swallow. While there are many of us that have never had to taste the feeling of that loss, it is important to know that we can almost comprehend the sorrow. 


As an American who has served in the military, there is that feeling within me that I must continue to do what ever I can to keep the cause of freedom alive. I believe that I must do something today to help with the healing process for those that have lost somebody that was defending our liberty. It is my duty to keep the families and friends of those who gave it all for our freedom in my constant thoughts  and prayers. They are the ones that have to go on with life without a loved one in their immediate sight... for the time being.

You must be warned that what you will read and see in this post could possibly cause uncontrollable weeping. I apologize for the pain that you may encounter, but darn, the flavor of freedom isn't always that tasty. It's my hope that this assignment was a reminder that there are many that will endure the pain of a loss and we must help them endure a hole in their hearts, the best we can. I'm just sayin'...

Meet Sgt. James McIlvaine of Olney, Md. – a handsome 26-year-old U.S. Marine, devoted husband, loving father of two young children and dedicated man anyone would want the privilege of calling a friend.

McIlvaine, known for having a splendid sense of humor that could make a room full of people roar with laughter, served in the U.S. military for nearly eight years – including combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.

A natural leader, he knew a thing or two about loyalty, love of his country, service and sacrifice.

In fact, he sacrificed his own life for your freedom.

On April 30, 2009, his five-man explosive ordnance disposal team retrieved a roadside bomb beside an Iraqi police station in Al Anbar province, Iraq. A robot was used to disarm the device, but when the bomb was being transported to a safe location, it exploded without warning.

The blast killed Sgt. McIlvaine instantly.

Several Iraqi policemen and two other team members were killed as well: Staff Sgt. Tony Wojciechowski and Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Tyler Trahan.

Acting quickly, Staff Sgt. Dustin Velzeboer risked his own life to save the remaining crew as a trailer filled with explosives caught fire after the initial blast. The wounded Marine jumped into the truck and drove it away as quickly as possible. As soon as he was far enough away, Velzeboer ran for his life. A large explosion decimated the vehicle, but everyone, including Velzeboer, was shielded from the blast. The Marine Corps awarded Velzeboer a Bronze Star with “V” device for his courage that day in Iraq.

But the deaths of those Marines filled their families and friends with unbearable heartache practically unimaginable by those who haven’t experienced such profound loss.

Sgt. McIlvaine left behind his wife, Cheryl, and children, Michael and Alexa, who were just 7 and 3 at the time of their father’s death.

Occupied Nation ~ By Patrice Lewis

When one nation takes over another, that second nation is considered "occupied." That's currently the situation of We the People. We are occupied by the Government of America. An efficient parasite weakens and sucks blood from its host, but doesn't quite kill it. The Government of America has become a parasite on the body of the People of America.

And so this is why a thoughtful study of our founding documents is actively discouraged in government schools. Studying these documents puts students in opposition with the occupying force. The Declaration is considered inflammatory because students might recognize that the whole purpose of it was to put limitations on the Government, not to feed the beast.

Yet gullible parents continue to send their children into the lair of the beast. After all, "all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed."

As we enjoy barbecues and fireworks on this Independence Day, let us ask ourselves whether we remain worthy of the gift of freedom our founders gave us. We will never regain our once-great status as a nation until Occupied America is freed. To that end we must pledge "our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

Hi, it's just me, John Kubicek, otherwise known as johnny2k. There are a few things that we need to discuss regarding this outstanding article by Patrice Lewis.
 

Who could argue with what Patrice writes in this commentary? As one reader, Deb Ross Mueller, says in her comment (the first one written for this column), "There's really nothing to say. Patrice is absolutely, completely, totally right. Only an ignoramus, a fool or a liar would disagree with her." I have to say that I must agree with Deb, being that in the last 24 hours, it has been difficult to find a way to expound on this outstanding column.

Patrice hit it on the nose by telling us how the schools weren't teaching the kids about our Declaration of Independence, and why they aren't. As I was saying, I found it difficult to find something to expound on with this column. While taking some more time to mull it over, I decided to watch the rest of Glenn Beck's last Fox News broadcast that I had recorded. That is when it hit me. There is actually something else that is important to consider!

When you read this column by Patrice, you will find some compelling elements that will illustrate the government's diabolical plan to dumb down the people's knowledge of America's founding documents, and it has been succeeding. There is definitely evidence that supports the argument that the government has a motive. If We the People don't know about the principles that this country was founded on, we would be apathetic about the gradual decay of our freedom. I think Obama called it "transformation."

What Glenn Beck's closing statements on June 30, 2011 reminded me of is that solving the problem is going to have to be up to us, We the People. We are pretty much stuck with a public indoctrination - sorry, I mean school - system, for now. Not every one can homeschool or send their kids to private schools. It seems that it is going to be up to us to educate ourselves, our children, and each other, at least for now. So, I guess that will have to mean making some sacrifices, to take time past the work and school day to teach your children what you believe that they need to know. It is truly a burden that we must be willing to bare in order to keep our freedom. We must rely on ourselves and each other in order to make this happen.

And in the mean time, there was a Harvard study that says that parades and fireworks for the Independence Day celebrations is just a bunch of Republican propaganda! I can not make that up, folks! I could prove it with video evidence, but I have something even better to show you for now. This is just part of what we are doing, and the social networks like Facebook are great tools to share INFORMATION.

Really, we can have a good laugh about the Harvard scholars that feel our celebration of freedom is just another right-wing mind-control plot... So, here's some great right-wing propaganda for you! Please enjoy the following video, and know that I am appealing to your emotions, as in the Patriotic Spirit, and why we love our freedom. I'm just sayin'...

I have a confession to make. Until I was an adult – as in, until a few years ago – I never completely read the Declaration of Independence.

Oh sure, I was familiar with the basics. I knew what it said … sort of. But somehow I just never got around to reading it.

This isn't surprising. I am, after all, a public skool gradjuate. And public schools, as everyone knows, hardly go around emphasizing such things.

But now that I'm a homeschooling mom, I was darned if my kids were going to be as ignorant as I was. Our children have grown up knowing America is unique due to its God-given freedoms. But now that our girls are teens, it was time to launch them into a serious study of the founding documents so they can understand just what those documents mean – and what they cost.

About this time a gentleman named Bruce Gordon approached me about advertising his self-published book on my blog. We told him we would have to review it first. When the book arrived, I was astounded at its clear and thorough coverage of the roots of our country's foundation, as well as its excellent study aids. It was the civics guide I was looking for.

So our girls have embarked on a comprehensive study, starting with the Declaration of Independence. They are memorizing key portions so that they always have the wording at their fingertips. Unlike me, I don't want them growing up ignorant about the importance of this document.

And the words therein are almost as beautiful and magnificent as the words in the Bible.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. …

Doesn't this just send chills down your spine?

Over the past two months, we have analyzed the Declaration line by line, word by word. The power and majesty of its language ring as clear and strong today as it did 235 years ago.

And because of this – that the Declaration is still applicable today – it is held in contempt and roundly despised by those in power, because our government officials know damned good and well they have equaled or even exceeded the atrocities of George III.

This explains, of course, why I was never taught the founding documents as a student. Public schools are agents of the United States government. And that government is no longer recognizable as the limited entity it was meant to be.

Independence Day never meant more ~ By Joseph Farah

Independence Day has always been my favorite non-religious holiday. Though I love watching the fire works show, it is the meaning of the day that is important to me. It always has been, and always will be.

Yesterday morning, I happened to have captured some great video on Fox & Friends. Peter Johnson, Jr. gave a wonderful tribute to Independence Day that I would like to share with you today:

Happy Independence Day! A great tribute to the holiday many people just call the 4th of July, but it is about America's birthday and Independence.

On this holiday weekend, please do not forget about our veterans that have fought for our freedom. They are the ones that have for so long both given us freedom, and have fought to protect it, many who gave their lives to do so. And most of all, we must not allow their sacrifice to go to waste. This November 2 will be the day we can change things in Washington D.C., and even in our states and cities. It will truly be up to us if we want to keep our liberty now and in the future. Just sayin'...

So, relax tomorrow. Kick back and grill. Watch a ballgame. Shoot off the fireworks and wave Old Glory.

But, for heaven's sake, don't forget what this holiday is all about. It's about one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.

Tomorrow Americans will take the day off, watch ballgames, barbecue in the backyard, watch fireworks displays and fly the flag.

But I'm hoping they will do more than that this Independence Day.

Given the state of our nation this July 4, 2010, I recommend everyone sit down with their family and their friends and read the Declaration of Independence. It's a document that is as relevant today as it was when it was written 234 years ago.

You've got to read it like you were reading it for the first time – with a fresh perspective. It might help that Americans are in the embrace of a tyranny very familiar to the founders who wrote and signed this historic document.

Look what they wrote. It is both a list of grievances and a sweeping vision of a life previously unknown anywhere in the world.

What were their grievances?

As I write in my new book, "The Tea Party Manifesto: A Vision for an American Rebirth" – which I chose to launch tomorrow, even though the bookstores are mostly closed, because the symbolism was too powerful to ignore – we can relate well to the founders' complaints:
  • government was failing to perform the limited responsibilities the institution was required to perform;
  • government was exceeding its authority;
  • government was violating individual rights;
  • government was obstructing immigration laws;
  • government was obstructing justice;
  • government was turning the land into a police state;
  • government was superseding the established laws of the land.
Yes, indeed, I can relate.

In fact, as I wrote in a previous book, "Taking America Back," I actually believe the founders, despite their colonist status, lived in a society far freer than the one we know in America today.

In effect, we have allowed ourselves to be colonized once again, this time, not by a foreign power, but by our own domestic central government in Washington.

We may have more modern conveniences. We may have a more comfortable life than the colonists. Food and shelter and the basic necessities of life may be easier to come by than they were in the 18th century. But, can anyone truly suggest that we have more liberty than most of the colonists had? I think it would be very hard to make that case.

Yet, those men and women were willing to sacrifice everything they had – their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor – to make a heroic stand for liberty.

Often, throughout my life, I have wished I could live in a time and place like that. Could this be such a time and place?

I believe America is on the brink of major changes. This country is at a crossroads. And whether we choose the freedom path or the tyranny path will be decided in one of the most historic elections in American history Nov. 2.

But that won't be the end of the fight. That will be just the beginning.

The tea-party movement arose in response to the increase in tyranny Americans are facing. It's a vibrant and broad grass-roots movement. Yet, how long it lasts and how much impact it will have on the future of our nation is still to be determined.

Do you want to know what I learned today? I'm not alone. No, make that, WE'RE NOT ALONE!

Earlier today, I posted some profound commentaries by the likes of Pat Boone, Greg Laurie, and Chuck Norris on one of my other blogs. Believe me, if Pat, Greg and Chuck weren't on top of things and great writers to boot, they wouldn't be writing for WorldNetDaily.com. They are patriots, just like people such as Phil Elmore, Erik Rush, and Henry Lamb. We can learn from these folks that have such great talent to be able to tell us the story about what WE the people stand for.

Quite frankly, there are people out there that want to destroy America so that we have to lose our sovereignty... and that will lead to the loss of our freedom. It leads me to want to do what ever I can do to try to teach those that will actually listen to little-known people like me, or the great patriot whose video I am going to share with you.

I have to tell you, there's not a whole lot of difference between the guy that does the video I am sharing with you here, and our heroes like Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh. The message is the same, and it should mean as much to you as any of the best Beck or Limbaugh speeches. Just sayin'...

Is there anything worth dying for? ~ By Alan Keyes

Below, you will read some very excellent words of wisdom for Sen. Harry Reid and the Republicans In Name Only (RINOs), written by Alan Keyes. And then, following the excerpts from his column, you will find a very nice surprise. I have posted the video of Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA," along with the lyrics to the song (which Alan Keyes says that Dingy Harry should listen to on November 3, 2010, after he is defeated).

The day after the election this November, I advise Majority Leader Harry Reid to listen to the whole Lee Greenwood song. Maybe then he'll understand why he no longer holds that powerful job in Washington. Tea-party people are putting their legs and arms, their heart and courage to the words. They are writing the tune that heralds the day of his departure. Are there still people in the GOP who hear it as well? Will they stand up in time to reassure us that when Obama's anti-American socialists are tossed out, real, proud, God Bless Americans will replace them? If so, Alleluia! – and pass the hymns of praise. If not, I don't think the tea-party people will let it be. They'll just act out another Greenwood verse or two and see to it that Americans can again breathe free.

Does Sen. Harry Reid have a more accurate understanding of the tea-party movement than RNC Chairman Michael Steele? Commenting on the little tsunami of tea partiers who flooded his hometown of Searchlight, Nev., ("to demand an end to the Senate majority leader's term") he reportedly said "he was confused about what tea partiers mean when they cite the Constitution and call for liberty, freedom and limited federal government. 'The people who are really upset don't really know why they're upset. … What do they mean?'" The only aspect of the tea-party movement Reid professes to understand is the "anger at government and Washington during a recession."

This means, of course, that Mr. Majority Leader Reid has something in common with the RINOs of the GOP, including RNC leader Michael Steele. The difference is this: Reid sees the concern for liberty, while pretending not to understand what it's about. The GOP leaders pretend to understand the concern for liberty, while refusing to acknowledge that it's much on the hearts of tea-party participants. They prefer to promote the half-truth that it's all about debt and deficits.

For both Reid and the GOP leadership, the fulcrum of politics is money. They share, and want the American people to accept, a purely materialistic definition of political goods. The Democrats seek votes by promising to redistribute the goods they say the Republicans want to keep for the rich. The Republicans seek votes by promising better administration of the goods the Democrats squander with their destructive taxation and spending. That way there will be more goodies for everyone. Neither Obama faction Democrats or RINO Republicans are authentically concerned to preserve the democratic republican form of government or respect everyone's God-given rights.

My experience at the tea-party gatherings and with the tea-party organizers convinces me that these matters are of deep concern to participants in the movement. They seem to have little trust for the Democrats' government Santa Claus or the Republicans' green-eyeshade efficiency experts.
