Who is Really Behind This Chaos? ~ Ep. 1285 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode on youtube.com/Bongino or in his Show Notes:
In this episode, I discuss the catastrophe ahead if we lose the 2020 election. I also discuss the four things the media is hiding about “Black Lives Matter.”
Dan definitely explained the situation very well in his first segment. Ladies and gentlemen, we can not afford to be complacent. Making the assumption that it will be a landslide victory for President Donald J. Trump will be at your peril. Our peril... the country's peril. The Demonicrats can do a lot of things, a whole lot of damage as we have seen, with no morals at all, and their lying fake news media cohorts will let it all slide.

Yeah, like Dan says, the Leftist media will use the "Republican pounce story" when ever Demonicrats are caught between a rock and a hard place, and look very bad.  You know, like the things that the cancel culture says are bad, like wearing the black face, or a Klan robe.  The media will then put out a story about how Republicans pounce on the the stories that look bad for the Demonicrats, in order to make Conservatives look bad for pointing out the Demonicrats did such and such, and the Conservatives are now the bad guys.  Look, shiny red object!

Just listen closely to what Dan tells you that the Demonicrats want to do, and how they will get legislation through if they win back the White House, get the majority in the U. S. Senate, and keep their majority in the House.  It is seriously going to be a dire situation for Conservative Americans, and it could last for generations.  Do you not think the Demonicrats would go to such extremes?  Yes, and look at the way they've been, and it keeps getting worse.  Spygate?  ObamaGate?  Their push for Socialism?  Ending the Electoral College?  Adding Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as States?  Eliminating the filibuster?  Adding more Justices to the Supreme Court?  Eliminating the 2nd Amendment?

Dan Bongino nails it in this episode.  There is so much more information that he is providing here that you need to see.  I really hope that you'll watch this whole episode.

Do you REALLY love America? This is the TEST: A Tale of Two Countries ~ Video by JJ McNown on Fortis Media

From JJ's description of this video:
You’ll often hear it said that both Conservatives and Leftists love America, but they have different ideas of what direction we are to go.

This is not true.

Conservatives and Leftists DO love America, but they love two very DIFFERENT America’s.

Each party is seeking to pull the country in directions that are diametrically opposite from each other.

Which one is Right?

JJ

While this video was uploaded to youtube last November (2019), it is so relevant to what has been going on in this country, even now, post-impeachment. This is an important one to watch. JJ McNown explains the differences between liberty and freedom. I pray that many people will see this video, and understand the importance of the election in November of 2020! We must limit the number of Demonicrats (my justified word for "Democrats") who are elected to go to Washington, or run your state.

We saw what happened in 2018 when voter apathy among the Conservative voters, who failed to see the harm in not voting, or what the Left would do to the President, specifically, when they took back the U. S. House of Representatives. The Progressives must be voted out of office this year, even if it is a primary that takes out the incumbent and replaced by a LESS Progressive Demonicrat.

So, do your part, now, by watching the entire video, and make sure you get this Fortis Media video shared as often as possible.

No Place for Dissent in Andrew Cuomo's New York ~ By Michael Filozof

The idea that a sitting governor of the fourth-largest state in the nation can tell people he disagrees with politically that they have "no place" in the state he governs is breathtakingly frightening. I cannot recall any American governor anywhere essentially telling American citizens to shut up or get out of his state. What about the constitutional rights to free speech, free association, and freedom of the press? What ever happened to the Madisonian idea that the rights of political minorities are to be protected from the tyranny of the majority? Whatever happened to all the incessant leftist rhetoric about "diversity" and "multiculturalism"? I guess "diversity" doesn't apply to conservatives, does it?
~~ Michael Filozof
My good friend Phil Elmore shared this blog post from American Thinker on his Facebook timeline. In his description for the timeline update, Phil writes, "Remember when Hillary Clinton famously shrieked that 'We are Americans, and we have a RIGHT to debate and disagree with ANY administration!' Well, Democrats only believe in dissent when they are not in control."

What makes Gov. Cuomo's statements even more shocking is that in recent months, as Thomas Lifson adds, "New York State is currently running a national ad campaign urging companies to move to New York and open new businesses there, in order to receive a ten year tax holiday." Thomas then states the obvious, that: "These television commercials (seen regularly on Fox News Channel among others) need to be amended to indicate that no businesses owned by or employing people who believe in the Second Amendment or in the sanctity of unborn life are welcome in the state."

There are a few things that should be considered when reading this blog post. First, despite the 10 year "Tax Holiday" being advertised, knowing what Cuomo has said, would you want to move your business to New York? Would you trust Gov. Cuomo to not regulate your business into oblivion if he didn't agree with you?  Wouldn't you finally say, "Gov. Cuomo, you've lost me..."?  No state, local, or national government that comes out so blatantly saying that diverse beliefs are not welcome, deserves to prosper.

What I think is really "breathtakingly frightening," is that what Cuomo actually said publicly is probably what most of those on the far left would like to say. But the truth is, they don't have to say anything at all. They hate freedom and free enterprise.  They want Marxism, not capitalism.  Their actions speak louder than words. Just sayin'...

No Place for Dissent in Andrew Cuomo's New York

On American Thinker
In a media interview Friday, Gov. Andrew Cuomo tagged his opponents as "extreme conservatives" and said that they "have no place in New York."

Who are these "extreme conservatives?" Opponents of gun control, abortion, and homosexual marriage, that's who:

http://alltherightsnark.org/
"The Republican Party candidates are running against the SAFE Act... Their problem is not me and the Democrats; their problem is themselves. Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that's who they are and they're the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the State of New York, because that's not who New Yorkers are."

Let's deconstruct this for a moment. New York's ultra-draconian "SAFE Act" permanently outlawed all military rifles developed in the past sixty years. It created State Police surveillance of all ammunition sales, and a required that the State Police keep a database of all ammunition purchases. It criminalized the possession of firearm magazines that were legally purchased decades ago without compensating the owners. It was passed at 2 A.M. with no committee hearings and no debate. Legislators were given 15 minutes' notice to vote on a 39 page bill -- not enough time to read it. And Cuomo waived a legal requirement that a three-day waiting period for public input occur before the legislation took effect.

And if you think that violates the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution... you "have no place in the State of New York."

12-Aug-2011, Part 2: Hysterical leftist rhetoric? Thank Marx ~ By Erik Rush

Finally, if Americans remain unaware of how fragile civilized society actually can be, they will be caught unawares when civil unrest rears its ugly head in their neighborhoods – which is exactly where the left want us. So, between the press and this administration, which uses every means of diversion to draw our eyes away from their dark designs, there are really no bombshells here.

It's evil, and it's scary – but it shouldn't be surprising.

Leftist power players did not expect Americans to fight for their liberty; it is no wonder at all that the voice of desperation is shrill and deceitful. Like the movie villain, finally cornered and unarmed, he begs for mercy, yet his shifty eyes dart about, seeking a way that he might still sucker the hero, turn the tables and undo him without mercy.

So let's not be suckered. This ain't the movies.
I should probably mention that much of my inspiration for this part of this series today came from watching a great movie earlier this morning. I just happened to see, "The Book of Eli," with Denzel Washington. You should watch it, if you haven't already; it will probably help you understand what I'm trying to say today.
I honestly believe this is what happens to societies that try to bribe the disenchanted with "entitlements" and welfare. It doesn't lead to a more peaceful society. It leads to a more expectant and demanding underclass.

~ Joseph Farah, on 9-AUG-11: You want to see face of 'terrorism'?
Speaking of movies, Erik Rush reminded me that I've watched enough films in the last few days that I think I now understand what leads to societal decay: 1) Greed (i.e., covetousness: wanting to have what other people have, even if it means ripping off their stuff from them); And, 2) The lust for power, so as to have the ability to take other people's stuff (in a way to make it seem right... Social justice, anyone?).

That's Marxism, folks! Plain and simple. Erik Rush's column provides another huge piece of the puzzle that I'm trying to put together today. Well, okay, I already get it, but I'm just trying to make sure that you do, too... Especially if you are prone to vote Democrat. (Some of my best friends do that, but I still love them.)

And on a side bar, allow me to say: No, I wouldn't ever suggest to friends that that they should go blindly pulling a lever for all Republicans on the ballot in November of 2012! That is NOT a good idea! Actually, what I would suggest is that we do our best to nominate the best of the tea party candidates in the GOP primaries and caucuses.

A good friend of mine, who happens to be a despondent non-voter, made a statement to me last night that caught my attention. Paraphrased: "All politicians are crooks, it doesn't matter what party they are in." I hope that I will someday have the opportunity to explain to my friend why that generality is not completely accurate. I will first need to understand how my friend defines, "crooks."

Sure, if he is saying that politicians that want to stay in office do everything that they must do to "try to bribe the disenchanted with 'entitlements' and welfare," that would be correct because that is criminal. And then I'll tell my friend, "That's Marxism!!" I'm just sayin'...

Let us not be surprised that the rhetoric of Democratic politicians, the establishment press, union bosses, career civil-rights activists, actors, rappers and assorted liberal miscreants has taken a foray into the realm of the truly bizarre. Yes, it is stupefying that some of these individuals have the temerity to say what they've been saying in public lately, let alone with a straight face. Let us neither be surprised that a segment of our population is either so intellectually indolent or thoroughly indoctrinated that they receive these words without laughing themselves into a hernia.

In recent weeks, liberals have charged that Republicans and conservatives want to destroy America, burn and blow things up, starve old people and children, and lay waste to our economy. The tea-party movement has been blamed for the downgrade in America's credit rating by Democratic leaders at the highest levels, a most absurd calumny since the machinations behind said downgrade were in progress long before the tea party came to be.

While liberal charges against conservatives have always been on the inane side, lately they've been right off of a preschool playground. Calling American patriots Hitlerites, comparing them to history's worst tyrants and mass murderers (I wouldn't be surprised if Sen. Kerry's "Jenjis Khan" made an appearance sometime soon) – it's the shock value that's calculated to drive people into a frenzy of irrational fear. Just examine how socialist factions have historically demonized the opposition in order to harden citizens to the final solutions these regimes eventually come up with; you will easily see the parallel to what is occurring in America.

Managed economy or free markets? ~ By Henry Lamb

America has almost forgotten what a free market really is. Government's insidious expansion of control over business activity, while denying that its control is implementation of Marxist/communist/socialist/progressive principles, is steadily killing free-market capitalism in America.

It will continue under Barack Obama and a Democratic majority in Congress. If free-market capitalism is not restored in the next election, it may vanish from the earth.

When you finish reading Henry's column, I'm sure that you will know where Henry Lamb stands on capitalism and a free market economy. And by the time you read what I have to say, you'll definitely be aware of where I stand when it comes to not just free market economics and true capitalism, but also on the importance of free enterprise based on the entrepreneurial spirit of Americans that made this country great!

At my age, some events of my life are no longer coming back to me with absolute clarity. However, there was one event that changed my perspective forever, and I can actually recall enough of that time with enough accuracy to make a point. It was 30 years ago, so I shouldn't be expected to remember every detail perfectly, but I remember enough to get my point across, I hope.

I was in the USAF (U.S. Air Force). Just prior to going on leave, I had learned that I was going to be promoted to Staff Sergeant, which rarely happened with just under four years in service. It happened that I was good at taking tests, and did well in the test for my promotion. Well, that's part of the background to this story, because my transformation happened when my family and I returned back to Iowa for some well deserved R & R.

During my time back in Iowa, I took a day to hang out with my two best friends, Phil and Dave. We went up to the Mississippi river at Phil's parent's cabin. Dave, Phil and I had fun fishing, but I didn't do so well in catching anything. Well, not until I caught the entrepreneurial bug, as we talked about various business ventures to start. Well, you see, we were young and dumb, and we thought that we could actually live our dreams by someday starting our own business! We just couldn't unanimously agree on what would work for us. It didn't matter, I was infected with the desire to DREAM, to work for myself. I just didn't know what I'd do for a business.

That all changed when I returned after leave to my duty station at Eglin AFB. My boss had been out of town for several days. I found out where he went when he returned. He had just attended a huge convention of fired up people up in Washington D.C. (of all places!). He was excited to tell me about what he was doing there, and I was even more ready and excited to hear what he could tell me. Well, SMSgt Wagner found out how easy it was to recruit people when he talked to somebody like me, that was looking for an opportunity!

Yes, I joined Jim and Yolanda in the business venture, in the summer of '81. Nearly 30 years ago, I began learning about free enterprise. And I got to meet a great American patriot and entrepreneur by the name of Bill Britt, a very successful Amway distributor from North Carolina, and my upline Double-Diamond... It was his words, which I heard both at conventions and on tape, that taught me about the benefits of capitalism and the loss of freedom with socialism.

When I finished up with my commitment with the USAF, I returned with my family to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I was fired up! The country was still trying to recover from the four years of Jimmy Carter. The economy here in Iowa was hurting. I just knew that I'd be highly successful after showing all my friends and relatives "the business." I already had my two friends that talked about getting a business going, at least in my mind. But, while I was out of town serving my country, they got busy in their lives. Dave got a job with a jewelry store and Phil became a firefighter. Okay, so I got two immediate "no's"! Hey, that's okay. But, the story became really sad after that.

After failing at convincing so many of my friends and relatives that there's a better way to live - with a dream - I became an expert at sharing the business with cold contacts, people that I met anywhere, anytime. Despite my lack of credibility, I forced myself to discuss the business opportunity with all kinds of successful professionals: Doctors, lawyers, realtors, insurance executives, and even a former Iowa Governor that was living in Cedar Rapids! They were all kind to me, but said, "no thanks." That was when I decided to try to help people that had not been so successful in life. And that is when I found out that socialist propaganda had already infected society. That was thirty years ago!

When the successful professionals I had talked to said, "not interested," in many cases it turned out to be a time issue. Yes, I knew all of the responses to that "excuse," and they all failed to convince anyone, but it was okay. They were succeeding, and by far, exceeded anything I've been able to do with my life. But none of those people put me down for having a dream. It was a different story when I discussed the business with people that were not professionals. Of course, some of them were in unions. They had things taken care of. And believe me, many of them that I still know aren't doing too bad (except for the ones that were working in manufacturing jobs that were moved overseas). Their lifelong careers at manufacturing plants, with great union benefits, have really paid off. Many are my age, and they are comfortably retired.

And the ones I contacted that were living in mobile home parks and apartments? Do I really need to say what their response was? Probably not, but I will tell you anyway, just so I can make the point clearer: I was told that 1) They deserved a better income in their jobs, and didn't feel obligated to have to work any harder than they were already, 2) They didn't think it was right that the owners of the companies they worked for made at least 100 times what they made (though, now it is thousands of times in many cases), and 3) If they made any more money, they'd lose their government benefits or pay more taxes!

Now, let's get back to what Henry Lamb tells us in his column. The government's managed economy system is all about confirming those afflicted with class envy. That's simply what is called Marxism. Really, had it been that I would rather have free health care rather than eventually flying in my own private jet, I would have stayed in the Air Force. Free or subsidized housing? Yep, that could have been taken care of too. Oh, but no, I had to go and start believing in free enterprise and Ronald Reagan economics... and true freedom - economic freedom. That seems to be long gone. I'm just sayin'... or dreamin'....

Editor's note: Listen to this column online.

America was once the envy of the world. Even the poorest people in America had far more than most of the rest of the people in the world. Throughout the first two centuries of her existence, America welcomed people from everywhere and supported their efforts to invent, to build, to create and to produce wealth from whatever enterprise struck their fancy. Labor unions and government regulations have put an end to that era.

For at least the last 50 years, government has continually tightened its grip on the economy by imposing ever-tighter controls over the activities of all businesses. Whether to promote safety or to protect the environment, government has made it nearly impossible for American business to compete with the rest of the world. In addition to this burden, labor unions, especially public employee labor unions, have fed Democrat candidates a healthy diet of campaign contributions in exchange for contracts that a free market would never tolerate.

The housing market crumbled because of government intervention. The Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 and subsequent revisions imposed government management of the housing industry by forcing banks to issue loans to credit risks a free market would never tolerate. To entice banks to make these unjustified loans, the government guaranteed repayment. When some of the people couldn't, or wouldn't, repay their mortgages, the government took your tax money to make good the guarantee. This is the single most important cause of the current economic disaster, and the responsibility rests upon progressive Democrats who firmly believe that government must control and manage human activity.

Environmental regulations and government-mandated comprehensive land use plans have destroyed the concept of private property rights and elevated government to be the singular authority that controls the use of all land – regardless of who owns it. There are countless horror stories in which government destroyed the lives of enterprising Americans by preventing them from using their own land and resources. Ocie Mills and his son spent nearly two years in a federal prison for dumping 19 loads of building sand on his own property. Bob Brace fought through the courts for 12 years to win the right to convert his own pasture to a cabbage field; he lost. Wendy Birnbaum has been fighting for 12 years to use her 112 Washington acres as a campground. She still has to pay monstrous taxes on her land, but cannot use it to produce revenue. There are literally thousands and thousands of these cases in which government rolled over its citizens with no thought of being limited by their consent.

Marxists/communists/socialists/progressive Democrats are absolutely convinced that if left uncontrolled by government, people will destroy the planet, kill their neighbors with faulty products and force people to work for slave wages. Capitalists know that the conditions the progressives fear most are the inevitable consequences of the very policies they advocate. The former USSR and Cuba are but two very good examples to document this fact.

I'm holding back the progression of mankind! ~ By Patrice Lewis

The depressing part is socialism spreads because people like their freebies. They like being dependent. They will passionately vote for the candidate, party and agenda that keeps those freebies flowing. If anyone objects, they are called racist, intolerant and – oh yeah – "holding back the progression of mankind."

Free people are responsible people. They have to be. And the more responsible the people, the fewer laws are needed. But when we stop acting responsibly and start relying on the government for everything, we become a nation of whining victims where nothing is ever our fault and the government assumes the responsibility that should have been ours.

Government interference and the enthusiastic redistribution of wealth will bring this nation to its knees. And it's hard to progress anywhere when you're crawling on your knees.

But socialists will never agree. They simply do not grasp that the advancement of 5,000 years will never PROgress under their form of government. Instead, it will REgress.

So to those who honestly think that socialism results in the progression of mankind, I offer the best intellectual reply I can muster:

Bwahahahahahahaha.

I was a college grad, in the Air Force, and trying to decide how to spend the rest of my life and career after I finished my 4 year commitment (which I extended for another 8 months). And then, in 1980, along came Ronald Reagan, who inspired me to understand why freedom is so important. I began to comprehend why America was the shining city on the hill. The United States was the beacon of freedom, where we had the opportunity to use our God given abilities to get ahead. Well, that was how I thought it was supposed to be. At the same time, I actually started learning about free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and capitalism, and in the same year, I joined Amway.

In the attempt to succeed at Amway, I learned about commitment. I found out that a lot of commitment was needed to succeed, no matter what vehicle you were going to use. I did all that I could to "share the plan by drawing the circles" to as many people as possible! In the process, I learned about failure despite our best efforts. Was it because I wasn't competent enough to teach people how to do the business? No. Was it because I just didn't have the charisma to lead an organization or to inspire people to do what it takes? Maybe.

But, before I explain what I think led to my failure in "the business," I need to assure you that I am not blaming anyone but myself. I'm only telling you about that experience because it fits perfectly with what Patrice explains in this column.

You see, my belief was in the American entrepreneurial spirit, and the precept that everyone has a dream, and if offered an opportunity, would do what ever it took. That was how I was raised. When I was a kid, if I wanted something bad enough, I'd mow a lawn. I did whatever it took. I had the impression that everybody knew that! So, I did my best to try to recruit (sponsor) people that didn't seem to have a way to get ahead. I knew that a lack of education or social status didn't mean that it was impossible to change our financial status if we wanted to bad enough. I believed that there were many people that just needed something that they could do (and I knew how "easy" Amway actually was!), and I was more than willing to help and teach and love them despite their current position in life, despite financial status, skin color or religion.

But when I learned how many people were thinking, it shattered my faith in the American spirit. It was disturbing how many people had lost their dream, and were "dead from the neck up." This was when I found out that if somebody was able to collect on some government entitlements, they weren't willing to even consider committing any effort toward bettering their lives. I found that their dreams were either never there, or had already been extinguished.

So, when you read this terrific column by Patrice, would you please keep in mind that if it was that way over 30 years ago, just how "progressive" are things now? Has "class envy" replaced the work ethic? Yes. And yes, it is really sad that somebody even tried to explain to Patrice why she is "holding back the progression of mankind."

So, how are we supposed to turn around a general societal attitude like that? Maybe there just needs to be a lot more Amway distributors out there, teaching a few people - or even ONE! - at a time about the differences between capitalism and socialism, and that we have to eventually choose between freedom or slavery. And that the truth is, freedom or slavery IS a choice! Nobody (yet) is holding a gun to anyone's head to make that choice. It's just about attitude and hanging out with people that will give you a hand up, rather than a hand out. I'm just sayin'...

I'm holding back the progression of mankind!
PATRICE LEWIS

I got the funniest email this week. It seems someone found an older column of mine entitled "What is a socialist?" (I'll pause if you care to read it.) Then he sent the following:

You're [sic] excerpt on socialism … is disgusting. Way to bend every little fact you can find to your bias. All you're doing is holding back the progression of mankind.

The sad part is the sender apparently believes what he wrote. Putting aside the amusing presumption that a north Idaho housewife is somehow responsible for arresting the development of the civilized world, I laughed heartily at his last statement.

If an aversion to socialism is holding back the progression of mankind, the corollary is that socialism will advance the progression of mankind. If this is the case, we need only to look at socialist countries, past and present, to gauge the success of how mankind is progressing under that form of government.

Let's see, there's the (former) USSR. North Korea. Venezuela. Cuba. Charming places, all of them. I can hardly wait to arrange my next vacation.

Then there are the (cough) "successful" socialist countries in Europe, which are slowly imploding because (to paraphrase Margaret Thatcher) they finally ran out of other peoples' money.

The usual progressive argument is, "Well, this time it will be different." Um, no. It can never be different because human nature never changes. Those in power will always wish to grow stronger and more in control. Those without power will, sooner or later, lose all incentive and motivation if the fruits of their labor are routinely taken from them. And those who are dependent on government entitlements will do everything they can to stay dependent, and demand more.

Ah, entitlements. That is the crux of the whole ugly scenario. Entitlements, as any sane person knows, means forcibly removing and redistributing personal wealth at the point of a gun. Far too many progressives are delighted to remove other peoples' money and pass it around. They cannot and will not admit that redistribution of wealth is a lose-lose scenario. The earner loses incentive to work harder because it only means more of his money is taken; and the receiver loses the incentive to earn his own because he is supplied with free money. Pretty obvious, right?

It's time for frankness, not civility ~ By Erik Rush

Before you begin reading Erik's column and my commentary, please understand that I had planned to post this column on Friday morning. However, I had an unexpected delay. There was a slight little problem. It wasn't just because it was Friday the 13th... (was it?) No, it was part of the downtime that Blogger experienced that began with service issues following their maintenance project on Thursday, May 12.

To put it simply, the ability to start or edit blog posts was not available during that time. I was unable to start working on this post for my entire work day on Friday because of the downtime. And then when everything started working again - finally - I had too many other distractions that prevented me from getting this post done.

Well, here it is, at last. Are you ready for this?

The clear and present danger, as it were, is the one represented by those who have been wholly taken in by the con men, rather than the power players themselves: Union members, certain minority groups, as well as a few fringe special interests. Like the Russian, Chinese and Cuban workers, these believe that their kind, wise benefactors will usher in a new "worker's paradise."

Well, I don't think that the majority of Americans will suffer such fools gladly, not in the long term. Nor is there anything in our Constitution that says they have to.

Back in March, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan warned the president that "America will be bathed in blood" if Obama does not check his course, "because the American people are rising against their own government." And indeed, the civil war with which this administration is flirting would be far uglier than the last, because the battle lines will be drawn demographically, rather than geographically.

Yes, I am very aware that embedding a video like that above is very wrong. However, I only did it for symbolic purposes, to illustrate a point: Whatever conservatives say about President Barack Hussein Obama will be DEMONIZED!

For those of us that are going to follow Erik's advice, we're aware of what we'll be faced with. In the last column that I posted, Robert Ringer talked about the "normalcy bias." In my commentary on that column, I explained that when we tell people that Obama is Marxist, "I can see the facial expressions loudly portraying that they want to smack me in the head to get me back to reality. Eyebrows go up, eyes roll back."

Really? That's all that will happen? It really isn't. I failed to mention that to be up front with people, and let them know about Obama's evil agenda for this country, there could be detrimental affects on your social life, your career, and possibly even for you and your family's safety. It didn't really hit me until after I read this column by Erik the day after Robert's column came out. The pressure to keep you silent won't just come from government goons coming after you. They have other ways to "encourage" you to keep your mouth shut.

And then there is Mike Huckabee, who just announced that he won't be running for President. I think Mike understood that to win the election in 2012 would necessarily involve exposing Obama's evil socialist agenda. It wasn't in his heart. I'm just sayin'...

On May Day, Marxist-socialist pukes the world over held festivities commemorating International Workers' Day, the bastardization of what used to be a generic Spring holiday in many cultures, this being the first day of May. It may surprise the reader to know that the usurped version is celebrated in more than 80 countries at present.

Then again, it may not. …

This May 1, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) co-sponsored a rally in Los Angeles, one many interpreted as part of the ongoing effort on the part of radicals to normalize communism and Marxist thought in America. Even well-intentioned, politically active liberals and independent voters still giggle at the inference of a communist infiltration in America – let alone one that has installed a Marxist government and affiliated organizations into power.

Yet, there is so much evidence in confirmation of this that I haven't the space to enumerate it here.

Over the last few days, conservative pundits have been up in arms over the sociopathic rapper Common being invited to the White House by first lady Michelle Obama for a so-called celebration of American poetry. While this ought not be surprising (since the Obamas are, ideologically, part of the gang that celebrated the foul-mouthed "poet" and 9/11 truther Amiri Baraka being named Poet Laureate of the state of New Jersey in 2002, forever neutralizing the significance of that honor), it is indicative of the first couple's willingness to sully every feature of the White House, physical and symbolic. It also illustrates the extent to which political correctness and leftist intimidation have come to influence nearly all Americans.

What I mean by this is that public outrage over any number of offenses committed by this administration engender whispers of discontent, when they should elicit roars of derision. One Fox News commentator habitually refers to the president as a "far-left guy," while another asks his guests if they think Barack Obama "might be" a socialist.

With what is at stake in this nation, we simply cannot afford the civility and decorum we would like to practice. This tendency of ours has been capitalized upon by the left, and it is but one more of the virtues they are turning against us. I have no problem whatever in stating that Common is a brainless, ghetto idiot, this being in part a pathetic affectation itself, since he was raised by professional, educated people.

It's not too late to save America! ~ By Henry Lamb

The rise of Marxism in the mid 19th century that evolved into progressivism in America in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, found that competing political powers were an obstacle to progressive objectives. The Senate, chosen by state legislatures, could block any measure proposed by the House or by the president. Of course, this is precisely what the founders had in mind.

Randolph Hearst unleashed his media empire to publish stories bashing the Senate as a den of thieves chosen by corrupt politicians in cahoots with big industry. Today, George Soros funds Media Matters to publish stories in hopes of destroying all things inconsistent with progressive objectives.

The progressives in Hearst's day won the battle. Woodrow Wilson won the presidency in 1912; and his band of progressive politicians gave us the Federal Reserve, the income tax and the 17th Amendment, which removed the states from any representation in the federal government. The 17th Amendment required senators to be elected by the public, rather than by state legislatures.

The competition between political powers was gone. There was no competing political power to check or balance the power of the Washington government. From the day the 17th Amendment was declared to be ratified, the government in Washington has continued to expand its power, its size and its budget with no voice or power of opposition from the states.

I hope that Henry Lamb is right! It was the fact that Henry included "it's not too late" in the title that should get your attention. It got mine.

Being that I only write one of these posts daily, and I have many great columns to choose from, it isn't easy to decide which columns that I want to discuss. But, this is one of those great commentaries that jumped out at me. I was going to get to this one posted last Sunday night, but that turned out to be the day that Osama bin Laden allegedly went to room temperature. (Just a quick thought: Had the President been a Republican, it would have changed the very BOLD headlines to:
"OSAMA DIED, OR OBAMA LIED!!") The fact that I even have any doubts about the version(s) we have been told since last Sunday night, it is beginning to cast a very dark shadow over how I feel about Henry's "it's not too late" statement.

Just the notion that the Progressives have had a century to drill their propaganda into the minds of the youths, and Henry says that we can turn that around.... how? I tried to do my part by posting educational and uplifting videos... up until I was silenced! I hit the proverbial brick wall. (You may want to consider not getting this blog to go viral, or we may find it go the way of my former video venue.)

But, then again... There could be hope. There might be a way. Maybe it is not too late! You only need to know one thing: IT IS ABOUT SAVING AMERICA! What other motivation do you need, other than wanting to preserve freedom for our grandchildren? I'm just sayin'........

Editor's note: Listen to this column online.

On April 18, Standard & Poor's issued the following notice:
Because the U.S. has, relative to its "AAA" peers, what we consider to be very large budget deficits and rising government indebtedness and the path to addressing these is not clear to us, we have revised our outlook on the long-term rating to negative from stable.

On April 26, Market Watch reported:
According to the latest IMF official forecasts, China's economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 – just five years from now.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke says that unless Congress raises the debt limit:
" ... the United States would be forced into a position of defaulting on its debt. And the implications of that on our financial system, our fiscal policy and our economy would be catastrophic."
It certainly sounds as if the United States of America needs to be saved from certain bankruptcy resulting from crushing debt, from an economically aggressive China that has taken all our jobs and from a world that no longer believes the United States is the leader of nations.

It's not too late to save America, but it will take a massive revival and rededication to the principles that made America great in the first place. America is on the brink of oblivion because those principles have been replaced by a modified form of Marxism, popularly known as "progressivism." Progressivism is the philosophy advanced by the Democratic Party – which routinely ignores first principles in its quest to seize control of political power.

We're all communists now ~ By Ellis Washington

The official Soviet party newspaper was called "Pravda" (truth), but printed only lies and communist propaganda. The Soviets mastered absolute control of all media so that the people remained ignorant, fearful and suspicious of the U.S. America's media has long championed socialist propaganda. Thank God for WND!

Since about 1937 when FDR's "New Deal" programs were ruled constitutional, America has gradually devolved into a socialist nation which if Obama gets re-elected in 2012 will push our nation totally into communism. Lenin boasted, Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted. America's only hope is to ally with independent-minded people like the tea party, deconstruct every brick of the communist welfare state via the electoral process while purging the GOP of RINOs, take back the courts and reestablish a political discourse rooted firmly on the foundations of God, natural law, fair capitalism and the original intent of the framers of the Constitution.

See "What is Communism?" at 1:04 mark:

Video provided by PIMannix on May 24, 2007

In a very important column written by Ellis Washington, he explains how "socialism" is just a euphemism for "communism." To make it more clear what he meant, I looked up euphemism to find out that it means "the substitution of a mild, indirect, or vague expression for one thought to be offensive, harsh, or blunt."

I salute Ellis for making this point. I know, it is really difficult to accept that the word "socialism" could ever be considered to be "mild." Yet, millions of Americans apparently think that there is no problem with socialism. It is a word that no longer seems to be offensive. And how could that possibly happen? You'll find out when you read this column, from beginning to end. Watch the video presented above, from beginning to end.

Now, one more thought I had after reading this column. I got down to the part where Ellis began with, "America's only hope...", and there were a lot of things that would need to get done. How, Ellis?

Ellis, are you really saying that obscure individuals like me can make a difference, and accomplish the tasks that you spelled out in that paragraph?

Let's be honest. "Fighting City Hall" is not an easy task. Even if you find a way to touch a lot of people, you can find your venue quickly erased. Ask Glenn Beck. Or just ask me, someone who was formerly on youtube that had 4.3 million total views of my 1300+ videos, only to be simply and swiftly terminated. ... Never mind.

While I'm happy to tell you that I absolutely agree with what Ellis tells us that needs to be done, there should be no doubt that some of us will end up paying a price. I'm not even sure how big of a price will need to be paid. There are some like Michael Murphy that were willing to pay the ultimate price. And then there are some like Victoria Jackson, and many more like her, that would give up potentially lucrative Hollywood careers to tell it like it is.

So, to stop the disease of socialism - soon to devolve into communism - that is infecting America, what price are you willing to pay? Are you willing to speak up after calculating the possible consequences? Would you be willing to share what you learn? I know many people that do, and they are my heroes. But, are there enough of us without your help? I'm just sayin'....

Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.

– Sir Winston Churchill

Communism in America was exposed in a 1958 book by conservative writer Cleon Skousen, "Naked Communist." State-controlled capitalism, Federal Reserve, federal taxes, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, unionism, welfare statism (subsidies) and pension plans, are examples of the thousands of treasonous Ponzi schemes and slush funds politicians have used since the 1850s to dumb down society, buy votes and broker power.

Examine this simple syllogism below from the own mouths of the forefathers of communism:
  • Marx: Democracy is the road to socialism;
  • Lenin: Democracy is indispensable to socialism. The goal of socialism is communism;
  • Marx: The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism.

The logic is both diabolical and totalizing. Socialism is merely a euphemism for communism. Ergo, we're all communists now.

Skousen's book cited 45 communist strategies used to systematically deconstruct American institutions – Christianity, economics, education, capitalism, science, politics, the courts, natural law, etc., by purposely collapsing the system via the Cloward-Piven Strategy – top down, bottom up, inside out, and from the ashes erect a glorious new society based on Marxist atheism and the god of the state. Let's examine whether Skousen's predictions have come to fruition:

Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

Disarming the U.S. didn't start during the anti-war protests of the hippies, anarchists and socialists of the 1960s. Homegrown traitors of America have disarmed America by giving military secrets to our enemies. Julius and Ethel Rosenberg and physicist's Robert Oppenheimer and Klaus Fuchs are just the most conspicuous. We have disarmed our military by promoting appeasement generals, putting women in combat positions and allowing homosexuals to serve openly.

Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.

Wilson's League of Nations (1919) became the United Nations under FDR at the San Francisco Conference in April, 1945, just 13 days after he died in office after serving four terms tirelessly deconstructing American society brick by brick and turning it into a servile welfare state. NATO is the U.N.'s de facto military presently fighting in Libya under the George Soros responsibility to protect doctrine. Many more U.N. wars will follow.

America's most oppressed minority ~ By Robert Ringer

Now, however, the gossip around our little Beltway-protected village is that Obama has gotten the election message and appears to be taking a page from the playbook of Hope, Arkansas' second-slickest politician, Bill Clinton. Could the stealth Marxist that the American-hating left has been counting on really be letting them down? Not a chance.

What few in the media understand is that in Obama's world, it matters not if gays are allowed in the military or if they're put in concentration camps. Likewise, he has very little interest in what happens in Iraq, Iran, North Korea, or with those pesky oil spills, the START treaty, or any other item that excites media pundits.

No, the thought that consumes all else in Obama's mind is his late father's statement that 100 percent taxation is justified. And why not? Barack Obama Sr. was a proud communist, and communism is 100 percent taxation.

It's important to understand that this is not a financial issue with Obama. He made that clear during one of the primary debates when Charlie Gibson, of all people, asked him – five times! – to explain why he would raise the capital-gains tax when the historical evidence proves that higher capital gains taxes actually lower government revenues.

Trapped by the facts, Obama finally said, "It's a matter of fairness." That's right – even if raising taxes doesn't help the poor, it's justified so long as it punishes "the rich." And there is little doubt in my mind that the Emperor of Envy who now occupies the White House remains committed to preaching the age-old, wealth-is-evil message of left-wing revolutionaries.

Which is why conservatives had better start manning up and challenging the premise that the wealthiest among us are fair game and start defending them on a moral basis. They have to understand that if you enter into an argument based on a false premise, you've already lost the argument.

When the Republican presidential candidates begin to step forward in the next few months, I'll be watching closely to see which ones, if any, have the courage to defend America's most oppressed minority, the wealthy. Will any of them be willing to explain that the wealthiest among us have the same natural rights as every other citizen?

The fact is, America needs more wealthy people, not less, because they are a sign of a healthy economy and, more important, a truly free nation.

The altar of indoctrination ~ By Patrice Lewis

Schools are merely brainwashing centers. And I, for one, refuse to sacrifice my children on the altar of government indoctrination.
It took me a couple of days to think about this column by Patrice Lewis. I absolutely agree with Patrice in regard to homeschooling. For now, it is the only way to make sure that your kids learn the values you believe in.

However, there is a problem. For many of us, we can not take the time off to homeschool our children. Seriously, many of us can not even take the time off from work for meetings at school with our kids' teachers.

When I was a kid, parents were involved in our education. The PTA (Parents and Teachers Association) was a local organization that was involved in our education. It really did make a difference in how we were taught and what we learned.

Things changed over the last 50 years since I was in public schools. Yes, I believe Patrice is right. Kids are being indoctrinated! But can we stop it? Should public schools be abolished? Should we all be responsible for our kids' education, quit our jobs, and homeschool them all? No, and you and I know that can not happen.

I have a better idea.

We need to shift the reigns of education from a Federal program to a more local plan. Parents need to take more control in education. And as parents, homeschool your kids while they are going to the public schools. Parents, teach your kids when you get home from work. Have dinner together, as a family... We can be teaching our kids the values that you see lacking in the public schools. We can be teaching our kids ANYTHING that we feel the public schools are not doing.

That's right. It is up to the parents, not the schools. Just sayin'...

However, there is something that gives me hope with regards to greater parental control over our children's education. That something – oddly – is the Internet.

Prior to the Internet, most people were only exposed to information through mainstream sources such as newspapers, magazines and television. I hardly need to point out that these mainstream sources are biased toward the liberal/progressive agenda. People were spoon-fed only what the government-approved media wanted them to hear. As my husband points out, it was never the "information" age, it was the "propaganda" age.

But the Internet has changed all that. We are now truly in the "information" age because parents who once thought they were lone voices crying in the wilderness found out they weren't alone. (A common divide-and-conquer tactic for a parent concerned about his child's school agenda is to be told he's the only one to complain.)

As a result of entering the real Information Age, the progressives are furious and helpless to stop the tide of true and honest information flooding Real America.

I got a troll on my blog this week. Although allegedly a "conservative Christian" (though I have my doubts), he indulged in a spate of name-calling about my "barely coherent little articles" and "ridiculous" content (not to mention my horrible "grammer" [sic]) without actually pointing out specific examples of what he found offensive in my writing.

But in one thing he was clear: He took exception to my self-description as a "gun-toting homeschooling" mom by saying I "know little about American history" and that "violence is a part of [my] DNA." He then went on to laud public education. "One of the greatest accomplishments of American [sic] was to create a public school system that enabled all children – all GOD's children – to attend school and to learn from each other – i.e., children from all backgrounds." (Read the entire snark here.)

Actually, I flatter myself that I do have some familiarity with American history, certainly enough to know that a) the Second Amendment was included in the Bill of Rights for a reason, and it wasn't because we all have "violence as part of our DNA"; and b) public education was not included in the Bill of Rights because the education of children was presumed to be a private affair or at most a state issue, not a federal matter.

But times have changed, and thanks to the influence of such (cough) luminaries as John Dewey (the father of our modern educational system), we now view education as strongly – some would argue strictly – a government matter.

I thought Dewey's Marxist leanings were common knowledge, but I guess there are still many people who don't realize Dewey's obsession for public education stemmed from his desire to "socialize" children into state-controlled compliance. "What is important under the Dewey system is not adherence to some universal and absolute standard of the true and the good," notes Gennady Stolyarov in a fascinating essay, "but rather conformity to whatever social standard has been established within a given age group – which is virtually always the dismal lowest common denominator."

The realization that schools are merely indoctrination centers is becoming more obvious as the years go by. Consider the words of Rep. John Sarbanes, D-Md., who said that environmental education in schools can "promote the agenda" of climate change and population growth through the influence it has on children.

Rep. John Sarbanes (D-Md.) Calls For Schools To ‘Promote The Agenda’ Of Climate Change, Population Limitation

I'm sorry, but you're not going to convince me that public schools are anything but the seat of brainwashing.

Critics accuse me of trying to push my notions of morality on others; but what about when they push their loathsome notions of morality on us? Or more specifically, our children? Why are they surprised when we object?

Homeschooling parents are understandably leery of government involvement in their children's education. In a recent article by MSNBC, reporters concluded that one of the reasons the exact number of homeschoolers in this country is so hard to pinpoint is because of homeschoolers' desire to avoid government involvement – "a sentiment echoed by several researchers and homeschoolers who spoke to TODAYshow.com." No duh.

In a superb article called "Get the State Out of Education," David Warren writes, "The state has no business in the minds of the nation." He also writes:
  • "The notion that 'education is too important to be left to chance' is so universally accepted, that the public at large is capable of overlooking universal failure. Our state schools, which were (contrary to myth) never all that good, have degenerated into dysfunctional propaganda mills."
  • "We easily accept the associated notion that 'in a democracy, public schooling is necessary to assure minimum standards for citizenship.' That schools should provide the machinery for the indoctrination of the masses follows naturally from this. … And remember … all 'progressive' educational proposals require political compulsion." [Emphasis added]
  • "We could hardly do worse, than achieve this state in which a child homeschooled in the most derelict family may emerge into adulthood in better moral and intellectual condition than the child criminalized by his peers in the perpetual day care."

The notion that public education should be eliminated in favor of parent-chosen educational options is too radical to be done easily. The government propaganda machine is too strong and the notion is routinely ridiculed, since progressives refuse to recognize the depth to which public "education" has sunk. But if a bunch of uneducated yokels called parents can produce a homeschooled crop of children that routinely beat the pants off public school kids in all standardized tests, then perhaps it's a notion whose time has come.

At-all-costs Marxists ~ By Henry Lamb

Before I even read this column, I was having some questions. At some time I hope to write about those questions, but not now, not here.

Ummm.... okay, I lied. There is one question I had that needs to be written about here as it does relate directly to this column by Henry Lamb. I was wondering if I should really be worrying about the radical left? The reason I asked that question is because I wondering to myself (until just now), "If the radicals on the left - bluntly, the Marxists - were to be in actual control of this country, would We the People be able to take back the United States of America?"

So, are my fears justified? They probably are. And I feel good because I do know that I am not alone, I know that many people comprehend the grave danger facing this country and that jeopardizes our liberty.

I am encouraged to know that there are people like Henry Lamb, and many others, that have the courage to keep informing us. It helps to know that I do not stand alone. I know that there is a storm coming, but I am not afraid to face it. No, make that, WE are not afraid to face it! Just sayin'....

Proud Socialists March at Left-Wing Protest in DC

Video provided by AforP

Marxists influenced the direction of government excessively during the Wilson administration, the Roosevelt administration and since the Clinton administration. Obama and his cadre of Marxists czars, along with the Democratic majority in Congress, have turned up the heat on advancing his Marxist agenda. The Democrats and the Marxist organizations gathered at the Lincoln Memorial last week will do whatever is necessary to prevail in every election they can, and then enact every Marxist scheme they can during the lame-duck session of Congress.

Never have the Marxists been this close to completely "transforming the United States of America," as Obama so proudly predicted. Never has it been so important to turn out the Democrats in Congress and replace them with candidates who honor and respect the U.S. Constitution, free markets, private property and individual freedom.
At-all-costs Marxists
By Henry Lamb

Editor's note: Listen to this column online.

The recent gathering at the Lincoln Memorial was nothing less than an enormous, nationally televised coming-out party for closet Marxists. Washington watchers have long known about the love affair between the Marxists in America and other major political forces. Here are a few of the organizations that are marching, lock-step, in support of the Democratic majority that is advancing a Marxist agenda:
  • Communist Party USA (CPUSA)
  • Democratic Socialists of America
  • Committee of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism
  • Sierra Club
  • National Wildlife Federation
  • Friends of the Earth
  • Center for Biological Diversity
  • NAACP
  • Rainbow PUSH Coalition
  • AFL-CIO
  • UAW, International Union
  • SEIU: Service Employees International Union
  • American Federation of Teachers
  • American Association of University Professors
  • AFGE: American Federation of Government Employees
  • (And more than 300 other organizations)

The Democrats and their coalition of Marxist organizations say the Reid-Pelosi Marxist majority must be returned to Congress because the Republicans will return to the "failed policies of the past" and run the "economy into the ditch" again.

Any honest analysis of why the economy ran into the ditch has to begin with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, promoted by the Carter administration and many of the organizations that "came out" last weekend. The purpose of the law was to make it easier for low-income families to get mortgages.

Marxists, of course, believe that adequate housing is a right, and that government has the responsibility to see that every person has adequate housing. The Clinton administration, goaded on by many of the organizations that "came out" last weekend, lowered the credit requirements to the point that NINJNAs (No Job, No Income, No Assets) were buying upscale houses all over the country with what were called "subprime" mortgages. To his credit, George W. Bush tried in vain to tighten the regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but Democrats Charles Schumer and Barney Frank led the charge to defeat tighter controls.

Video provided by ProudToBeCanadian

It was clearly the failed policies of the Democrats and their Marxist buddies who ran the economy into the ditch, not eight years of the Bush administration.

Speaker after speaker last week railed against corporations that out-sourced jobs to foreign countries. They fail to recognize that it is their failed policies that force corporations to find less expensive production costs.

Environmental organizations such as the Sierra Club, the Center for Biological Diversity and hundreds of others constantly force production costs upwards by lobbying for ever-stronger environmental regulations that virtually stop land use and require reams of scientific and technical reviews to meet Environmental Impact Statement requirements. These regulatory costs rarely improve the environment, and since they are not required in other countries, corporations are drawn away from America.

Labor unions drive wage and benefit costs up year after year, without concern for the financial impacts or whether there are sufficient sales to cover the costs. This is what killed the U.S. auto industry. This, along with excessive environmental and social regulatory costs, is what has killed the entire American manufacturing industry. These are the failed policies that are dragging the American economy into the ditch, not eight years of the Bush administration. This ever-increasing cost of production doesn't exist in other countries; these Marxist policies force industry to leave the U.S.

Marxists claim they believe in non-discrimination, equality for everyone. That is, everyone but the rich.

Marxists believe in discrimination against the rich. Marxists believe that the rich should be penalized and forced to pay a higher tax rate than everyone else.
