In this episode, I address the stunning release of troubling documents in the Jeffrey Epstein case. A lot of powerful people are sweating today. I also discuss the vicious fight coming to your front door that you’ll no longer be able to avoid.

The main take away from the episode is very simple.  It was very easy to pick up on during several of the segments.  Those on the Left are evil, sick, and pathetic ghouls.  I know, Dan wasn't talking about ALL Democrats, the people that actually vote for those losers on the Left, and that even watch and listen to their sick and twisted garbage that they put out on the mainstream media.  Why they continue to vote for the Leftist, evil Demonicrats, I just don't understand.  So, if you are one of those that can't get yourself to vote for Republicans, can I ask you some questions?

First of all, just why do you continue to watch the mainstream media news stations like CNN, MSDNC (known as MSNBC), ABC, CBS and NBC?  Does it not bring you to despair, to hear thoughtless and ghoulish things regarding Herman Cain, just after he had passed?  Even though there is not  a shred of evidence, that is proof beyond a shadow of a doubt, to say that he probably caught the Coronavirus at a Trump rally, people like Chris Cuomo on CNN bring it up just so they could bash President Trump for holding the rally.  And the Young Turd, Cenk, who mocked Herman Cain's spiritual beliefs?  Yep, you'll see it all in the video.  I hope that even Democrats that see this are appalled by their behavior, even while Herman's family was just starting the grieving process.  That is just sick.

But then, we also hear in this episode, how certain people like Bill Clinton ended up on Jeffrey Epstein's plane and island.  And that there were "young" girls involved, probably in their early teens.  Oh, don't worry, I already know that you will tell me that the mainstream media never reported on these bombshell stories, so it must not have happened.  Now, if it was a highly known Conservative that was spotted hanging out with Epstein and Maxwell, it would have been front page news, and would be for eternity.  And that could happen, but it would not look good for the Fake News mainstream media to report on a Conservative and not a Leftist Liberal.  Or, Democrat voters, would you ever notice that?

This would probably be a good time for me to just plug Dan's video of Ep. 1310.  You will learn a lot from this one.  I assure you, it may be more than you'd want to know.  But if you are left there wondering, if the FBI and Justice Department knew about the Epstein cases, why weren't they investigating with great fervor?   I had to ask that one, and hopefully you know, it was Obama's Justice Department.  Obama and his Demonicrat Administration were doing all they could to defeat President Trump, and then try to end his Presidency, and could it be that they were afraid this would all come out?  That has been my feeling all along!  Ghouls and evil entities live in the Dark, and Truth lives in the light.  Think about that before voting this November, please.

Trump’s Secret Weapon ~ Ep. 1176 ~ The Dan Bongino Show ~ Video

After watching this episode, there was no question that it was the best episode of the Dan Bongino Show that I've seen yet. There was one really excellent idea that I took from it, pretty much right off the bat. President Donald Trump has obviously been fighting back against all of the attacks against him since he was elected. You really would have to be blind to not know that since the day the President was elected on that beautiful day in November of 2016, there were cries (literally, in the streets) from the Democrats (I call them #Demonicrats on Twitter!) to "Impeach the Mmmmm..r...f...er." Well, at least one of the newly elected "Squad" in the House said that. But, Maxine Waters, Al Green, Adam Schiff, and Jerry Nadler were all screaming for it. Anyway, back to the point. The President is fighting back, and that has spread to the many of us out here that support him, and even many of the Republicans in Congress (House and Senate) are actually fighting back.

Okay, why is that so important? I'll tell you why, even though Bongino will explain, but in my own words.  And the President's.  What it means is that we're not going to take the BS any more, and we're going to let the public know about these things that the evil coup conspirators were (are) up to, and we're going to put so much evidence out there on the social media, or we'll just talk to our friends, neighbors, and even relatives, that the public will eventually see that equal justice will need to be served, AND the President will be reelected.

Hey, whether it is ME (the REAL johnny2k), or any other citizen journalist and Twitter warrior, or the prominent warriors in the alternate media and the talk radio show hosts, we do surround them. Okay? Do you see that?  I'm doing all I can to share the Bongino posts, for example. That is my simple part.

But, it really depends on ALL of us participating, and sharing information and informed thought, that will keep this movement moving forward into many generations in the future. I can't say that with enough emphasis. Okay, yes, I'm retired, so I do have a lot more time than most people that are still slaving away. For those folks with families, the time is even shorter. But that is where you have to try to set aside some time, not to watch sitcoms (like CNN?) or the major network news, but to find truly like minded people, and find the information so many of us want to share freely with you, so you will be informed. (Oh, by the way, this is not like the days where we just wanted to see Obama's birth certificate, college records, immigration records, etc.)  That was yesterday, and that is not who we are today and tomorrow!

Her nomination and eventual presidency has been a set up from the get-go. Anyone who doesn’t see it has to be blind, and the sad thing is that it doesn’t look like anything can be done about it. The fix has been in for years, and that’s why the Democratic Party has no viable candidate running except her. Jim Webb knows it, Chaffee knows it (both of whom have dropped out of the race), even Bernie Sanders knows that he is just there as a sham candidate. The media will continue its fake reporting, gushing over how wonderfully presidential she is and pretending that this is an actual election. As such, it’s obvious that there is nothing to stop this inevitable victory except an act of God.

I have to feel sorry for Democrats. For, in the 2016 Election, who do they have to choose from? Bernie Sanders, an admitted Socialist, far to the left of all other candidates? Or, the predetermined nominee of the Democrat Party for the coming 2016 election, with a mainstream media that sees Mrs. Clinton with the nomination already in the bag?

There are many in the Leftstream media that also believe Hillary's coronation is in the bag, not only as the Democrat nominee, but also the clear winner in the 2016 election. Unfortunately for Republicans, it brings up a problem just the opposite of what the Democrats are going through with no OTHER choice besides Hillary. The Republicans have a lot of choices remaining even after several candidates have dropped out of the nomination process, or will soon. In a column from two days ago, Mychal Massie had to go and remind the Republicans that the right Conservative candidate needs to be nominated, or it will just be one more election where we have to choose between two evils. The Republican voters are very wary of "establishment" candidates, and if one gets the nomination, we know who will win, because many Republicans will just stay home and not bother to vote.

Meanwhile, the Democrats have figured out a way to get their base out to vote no matter who they nominate to run. Yes, even if it's Hillary. (That tactic could backfire if it also gets the Libertarian voters out to vote.)

And the sad point of Morgan's column and what I have to say here is that despite all that is known and unknown about the Clintons, Hillary in particular, that there is a danger that she could be sitting in the Oval Office and making our lives even more miserable than we are now.  You know what I'm sayin'...

Mrs. Clinton's speech to the Women in the World Summit, where she spoke on how religious beliefs have to be changed, was significant for several reasons. The event was sponsored by Tina Brown, who launched The Daily Beast and later became editor-in-chief of Newsweek. The event was conducted in association with The New York Times, and included actress Meryl Streep and comedian Jon Stewart. These were the elites of the progressive media and Hollywood.

Typically, Mrs. Clinton talked about families at the event. "We know that when women are strong, families are strong," she said. "When families are strong, countries are strong." It's important to understand this comment in light of her own failed marriage, which she has held together for political purposes, and how she has adopted the entire progressive agenda regarding how traditional families have to be changed to accommodate new sexual rights and new "family" structures. Olson's book is still important in order to understand what Mrs. Clinton means by families, and how Marxists use family-friendly jargon to confuse and mislead. Kengor's book is absolutely essential to understand how the progressive agenda would continue to transform the nation under a President Hillary Clinton.

I would tell you that I give Cliff Kincaid a lot of credit for being courageous enough to write and publish this piece, but then, I'd be patting myself on the back for having the courage to tell you about this article. The problem is, I shudder at the thought that I'm doing this. You see, I'm thinking the Progressives may have already won the cultural war. It is no longer "politically correct" to say that non-traditional families are destroying the foundation of this country, so, what are we to do, say, or write, that won't get NON-progressives fired from our jobs or blacklisted somewhere (like in the mainstream media or Hollyweird)? The "public" (or trolls living in mommy's basement?) is now programmed to scream and holler if anyone sounds one little bit intolerant of the non-traditional families.

As Cliff points out in this column, "the gay rights movement has now morphed into rights for so-called transgenders, as we see in the relentless media propaganda that is designed to convince the public that men can, and perhaps should, become women."

Okay, here is the deal:  I am sure that Cliff wrote this column for the benefit of promoting Paul Kengor's book.  I have no problem with that.  Cliff is just the messenger, and I'm just the guy galloping across the fruited plains via the internet super-highway to deliver the message:

Paul Kengor’s new book, Takedown: From Communists to Progressives, How the Left Has Sabotaged Family and Marriage, provides a detailed explanation of why, according to a new Gallup poll, “Americans are more likely now than in the early 2000s to find a variety of behaviors morally acceptable, including gay and lesbian relations, having a baby outside of marriage and sex between an unmarried man and woman.” Gallup notes, “Moral acceptability of many of these issues is now at a record-high level.”

What we are witnessing is a “shift to the left” that has been carefully orchestrated and planned over the course of decades. It is a phenomenon known as “cultural Marxism,” the application of Marxism to culture rather than the economic sphere. Kengor’s book, published by an arm of WorldNetDaily, outlines how this movement has operated, naming the names of the individuals and organizations that have been part of it, and how they have reached their zenith under the presidency of Barack Obama and the Democratic Party.

Significantly, he writes, Obama’s “most enduring legacy may be on American culture,” not in economics or foreign policy.

What makes me feel the worst is that we can be aware of cultural Marxism, and possibly believe that the Left has already won that battle, but do we have even a clue how to promote the desire to bring back the traditional family as the norm in this society?  Those of us that love the traditional family are the ones that would never believe in using force or tyranny to change things back to the way it was.

It took the Progressives a little over 100 years to transform America, and they're not done!  There is more evil that is ready to come in the form of Hillary Rodham Clinton, who has said, "deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed." Whoa, that is a lot more specific than just the old "hope and change" slogan! Just sayin'...

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush's speech that launched his presidential campaign on Monday noted that Hillary Clinton's "progressive agenda" includes the admonition that traditional religious beliefs "have to be changed." Mrs. Clinton's entire quote, in talking about opposition to her version of feminism and demands for abortion, was that "deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed."

Bush also said of the Democrats, "They have offered a progressive agenda that includes everything but progress."

But it's never been the case that the progressive agenda offers real progress, as ordinary people understand the term. Instead, the "progressives" offer what Professor Paul Kengor calls cultural Marxism. This is the planned disintegration of the traditional family structure that has been the basis of Western civilization. Kengor, author of the new book, Takedown: From Communists to Progressives, How the Left Has Sabotaged Family and Marriage, told me in an interview that the progressives are guided by the belief that "new rights are coming all the time and that everything is in a state of evolution." He added, "There are no absolutes for them." Hence, the gay rights movement has now morphed into rights for so-called transgenders, as we see in the relentless media propaganda that is designed to convince the public that men can, and perhaps should, become women. Kengor says the next step is for "progress" or "evolution" to a new level that includes such concepts and arrangements as multiple wives, group marriages, sibling marriages, fathers and stepfathers marrying daughters and stepdaughters, and uncles marrying nieces.

It's no secret that Bill and Hillary Clinton's family structure exists in name only. Bill, the disgraced former president impeached by the House, betrayed Hillary and had sex with a White House intern. He is a serial adulterer. But the Clintons have stayed together for political reasons, so that Hillary can pursue her political career. Together, along with daughter Chelsea, this arrangement has generated nearly $2 billion in donations to a family foundation that now finds itself embroiled in financial scandals over where the money went, and what it paid for.

DNC chair: 'We're going to hold the Senate'

Noting close poll numbers in crucial states, she said the Democratic Party's advantages are "superior to the ones that Republicans have."

"When we keep races this close, Democrats win," said Wasserman Schultz.

The upbeat assessment stood in stark contrast to the conclusions drawn by Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus during the same segment.

"Our ground game is whipping their ground game," Priebus said, adding later, "We're going to have a great night."

As written by Conservative Intel on November 3, 2014, "Democrat National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz apparently has no problem waxing quixotic in public pronouncements."

Sure, it is totally okay to denigrate Debbie, she seems to earn the Crazy Lady In the Attic Award for her extremely absurd statement. What was she thinking? Is she not paying attention to any of the polls?  Is she getting desperate because she's trying to save her job?

However, in Conservative Intel, where I first heard about this story, the people that commented on the story have a different theory.  It seems quite cynical in their thinking that there's something sinister going on.

Democrats will win if the electronic voting machines are allowed! Lie, Cheat, and Steal has always been the Democratic motto! It worked in 2012, with votes being change from R to D on machines in several states. Now it has already showed up in early voting! Why is it these calibration errors only changes Republican vote to Democrat, never the other way around?
Why do you think Obama was taunting the American public about any vote for a Democrat was a vote for his policies? They know it's rigged, and there is nothing that will be done about it!

I am a just a little bit skeptical about the theory that the Democrats will steal the election. Wouldn't that be rather obvious if it actually happened? The polls and pundits seem to indicate a large landslide for the Republicans in this midterm election.

Well... whatever.   But if Debbie Whatshername ends up being right, and all of the close races do end up going in the Democrat direction, there will be a great amount of suspicion, if not downright anger across the country. That wouldn't be why DHS beefed up security at federal facilities last week, would it? Just sayin'...

Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) predicted Sunday that her party would hold the Senate in Tuesday's midterm elections, thanks to its "superior" ground games in critical states.

"I think we're going to hold the Senate," Wasserman Schultz said during an interview with ABC's "This Week." "We have a ground game that I know [the GOP] would take over theirs any day of the week."

Wassermann Schultz also cited the high-level surrogates working with Democratic candidates on the campaign trail, including former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Biden.

VIDEO: It could amount to giving up our freedom of internet access!

This segment raised many more questions than it answered. I know the Mystery of the Missing Flight MH370 is still the big news, but this story must not be dismissed. Our freedom is at stake.

Of course, we should definitely take action, like maybe yell and scream about it, because Obama's plan to shed our control of the internet is a very bad idea. And this is not just one of those plans with noble intentions that lead to unintended consequences. This is much more like an evil intention with consequences that are very much intended.

What I haven't come close to figuring out is why Bill Clinton is against the internet transition plan. Look up the definition of "Globalist" and Bill Clinton's picture will appear. Is Bill Clinton just trying to protect his legacy of having the Vice-President that invented the internet?  I really don't know.

And, as the Justice Department-run grand juries carry on – usually endlessly until after the administration in power leaves office – little to nothing happens in terms of law enforcement. If indeed a person or two wind up being indicted, they are almost always lower or middle level officials who take the fall for the higher ups, including but not limited to the president himself.

Why do these lower and middle level officials take the proverbial fall for their masters who put them in power? Assuming that they have not been bribed – which does happen – this is because if they do not play ball they will have no chance of being appointed to any future government position and could even risk, as in the Clinton years in particular, being killed. During these years, over 80 government witnesses and others capable of implicating the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics in major crimes simply vanished off the face of the earth like a Malaysian airliner. One can call my “observations” rank speculation and so-called conspiracy theory, but the law of averages would more than suggest that of the 80, at least a few were offed by the henchmen of Bill and Hill.

So many of us during the 1990's felt that both Bill and Hillary Clinton were monsters who were able to get away with murder. However, as Larry Klayman points out, the Clintons were just into the corruption for protection of their personal power. In contrast, President Barack Hussein Obama and his corrupt administration are trying to end American exceptionalism and trying to get and keep the Marxists in power.  The problem is that the corruption will keep going on, and there will never be justice, as Klayman points out in this column, unless "we ourselves have the courage, as the Founding Fathers did in 1776, to risk all to save the nation and by extension ourselves and loved ones."

Having been a U.S. Justice Department prosecutor and self-appointed crime fighter for many years, founding and running Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, I have come to learn the hard way how our so-called government attempts to cover up its deceit, fraud and corruption. Indeed, there is a formula that applies in almost every case. This helps explain why congressional committees have not been able to obtain even a scintilla of justice for the atrocities committed by President Barack Hussein Obama and his comrades in scandals ranging from Fast and Furious-gate to Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate, Extortion 17-gate and a host of other egregious violations of the public’s trust.

A textbook Washington scandal can usually begin with a whistleblower – that is, someone inside the government who has a conscience and “blows the whistle” over criminal activity – coming forward to the press. When this happens, the media seize on and frequently sensationalize the story to reach readers and, in the case of cable news, viewers. After the story takes hold and begins its journey to reach critical mass, congressmen and senators exploit it to further their political interests and goals, appearing on Fox News or MSNBC and CNN, depending on which proverbial ox is gored – left or right, Democrat or Republican.

Toward the end of the column, Henry asks this question:

With a deficit of $1.65 trillion dollars, growing by billions of dollars every day, why are HUD, DOT and the EPA trying so hard to spend money the nation does not have, on a program that the nation does not need, that will impose government-mandated restrictions on behavior that the people do not want?

The quote above, along with this great column, should be enough to get a few people woken up to the fact that federal mandates are influenced by the U.N., and it is taking funds that we don't have in order to get states and local jurisdictions to bow down to globalists that we do not even elect.

Local governments have two fundamental responsibilities: 1) protect the rights of the citizens; and 2) provide the services the citizens authorize. To meet these responsibilities, local elected officials must look to the future and anticipate what services their citizens may want, and construct plans to meet those needs. This kind of planning will be referred to as Planning 101.

Since 1992, with the emergence of Agenda 21, the entire concept of planning has undergone a major transformation. This new kind of planning will be referred to as Planning 102. Planning 102 is not concerned about protecting the rights of citizens. Planning 102 is not concerned with what services the citizens of a community might want in the future. Planning 102 is the art of transforming existing communities into the utopian communities envisioned in Agenda 21, and shoe-horning local citizens into them.

This process began in 1993 with President Clinton's executive order that created the President's Council on Sustainable Development, which focused primarily on transforming urban centers into "sustainable communities." The process continues now, with President Obama's executive order that created the White House Rural Council, which focuses primarily on the 16 percent of the population who live on 80 percent of the rural landscape.

Once you lose that power of shame it's like society losing its immune system. When a serial liar is pelted with lucrative offers, the outgoing message is terrible. What can one individual do against the elevation of the unworthy? I say, fight in your own weight class. I don't expect you to make Larry Flynt withdraw his offer or make a publisher forget about a Weiner tell-all book. But you can speak up at the office, the dinner party, the bowling alley and embolden those around you who agree but are too timid to take the lead.

You can stick the bony finger of indignation into the cackling face of evil.

At the moment, all we're gaining in America from this sorry episode is the awareness that the secretary of state of the leading nation in the free world has a top assistant whose mother is intertwined with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Don't go wobbly. The little limerick says it all:

God's plan made a hopeful beginning.

Man spoiled it somewhat by sinning.

We trust that the story

Will end in God's glory.

But at present, the other side's winning.

When I was a youngster growing up in the 1950's and 60's, if I deserved it, a good spanking was in order, even at school. Forgetting to wear a belt to school earned a trip to the principle's office, along with the embarrassment that was enhanced by my mom's scowl for having to bring a belt to school for me. Teen pregnancies were rare, because they would result in family shame. There would either have to be a "shotgun wedding," or the child would have to be put up for adoption. Abortions were also rare, because they were illegal, and unsafe, as coat hangers and back alleys were often involved.

Things began changing, though, in the late 60's and early 70's. In his column, Barry Farber correctly explained that it was the lack of shame that infected our society like a virus attacking our bodies with no immune system. (Okay, maybe Barry stated it much better by writing, "Once you lose that power of shame it's like society losing its immune system.") And it seems that even Barry Farber admits that fighting the evil forces that we are confronted with may seem futile.

What Barry Farber did not say in this column is how we got to this point of Debauchery USA, which kind of surprised me. So, allow me: Marxists. It was all in their plan to infiltrate Hollywood, the entertainment industry (musicians), academics, churches, the press, and ultimately do all they could to lower our moral standards by using the "freedom" card. They managed to get many of us willing to believe that freedom meant that we should be allowed to just "do our own thing."   I'm wondering if getting people to accept, or at least be more tolerant, of marijuana use helped them with that? (And notice, the Left doesn't ever equate freedom with responsibility!)

So, yes, Barry Farber was absolutely accurate in explaining that fighting the lack of moral standards in America is now very difficult, especially because people like FORMER Representative Anthony Weiner and former President Clinton, could end up gaining from their indiscretions.  Can I expect to make a difference if I "speak up at the office, the dinner party, the bowling alley and embolden those around you who agree but are too timid to take the lead"? Or, will I only encounter problems by being a "wholesome-ite"? After reading this column, will you be emboldened to stand up to the evil lurking from the Left, and be willing to "stick the bony finger of indignation into the cackling face of evil"? I'm just sayin'...

Maybe you had to be there to feel the power. I was, on New York's Fire Island, only one scant social level lower than the fabled Hamptons where Anthony Weiner and wife Huma Abedin were rumored to be enjoying mid-scandal acclaim. It was a summer in the 1960s, and the hostess already had the cheese, crackers and wine out when she got a call.

"We're sorry to do this to you," the woman calling began, "but we're all Catholics, and we're so rattled by the Vatican II conference in Rome. Instead of coming as we promised, we have to get our people together and discuss what all this means to us and the way we were brought up. Please invite us again, if you can find a way to forgive us!"

I thought of that when the odd drama of Anthony Weiner took such a startling turn last week. Not his resignation from Congress. That wasn't startling. It was what came next: the huge offers; the book deal; Larry Flynt, the high priest of porn, begging him to come work with his erotic empire at a higher salary; the riptide of a strange kind of sympathy for the disgraced congressman. It was beyond sympathy. It was more like "You know, if we all get together we can make Weiner the Comeback Kid!" Look now for a reality TV show and a think-tank gig.

Suddenly I feel the need to "get OUR people together." Are you one of "our people"? Easy to tell. Do you see all this triumph and treasure descending upon Weiner as a great way to stick it to the sanctimonious moralists denouncing his antics? Or do you feel more like pounding the pulpit and throwing yourself on the church floor while decrying the handbasket-headed-for-hell in which we find ourselves? Let's call the two groups the "debauch-ophiles" and the "wholesome-ites."

I'm a wholesome-ite.

If you are, too, congratulations for admitting it. Will you further admit we've suffered a stunning defeat?

When the Soviet Union lurched ahead of us in the space race, America's leaders launched a national effort to surpass the Soviets. For Obama, by analogy, the federal government has to be the prime mover in leading and catalyzing America's comeback in education and in economic growth. We cannot understand Obama without recognizing that he believes the private sector can't create or innovate without paternalistic direction and googobs of money from the wiser beings in Washington.

"We know what it takes to compete for the jobs and industries of our time," he said. "The first step ... is encouraging American innovation." Note that he didn't mean "encourage" in the sense of getting government off businesses' and people's backs. He means the federal government should proactively prod, direct and lead us into the promised land of economic growth.

In this brilliant column, David Limbaugh examines the meaning behind Obama's State of the Union speech and what Obama meant by his "sputnik moment." David emphasizes that Obama's use of the word "investment" actually means using government spending, rather than the free market system, to "proactively prod, direct and lead us into the promised land of economic growth." It is just more proof that the President is not going to be moving to the center, and that he is too arrogant to believe that private industry and citizens can crank up our economy if the government would just get out of the way.

Obama's latest watchword, "investments," is not, as I originally assumed, simply a euphemism for government spending. It captures his entire economic philosophy – a philosophy that is permanently engrained in the core of his being and disastrous for America's "future."

President Bill Clinton shrewdly used the word as a more palatable substitute for income tax rate increases, saying taxpayers needed to "invest" more of their hard-earned dollars in America. But Obama's use of the term was different in two important ways. First, for him, "investments" would apply to the spending side of the fiscal equation. He would ask our support in his plan to "invest" more government money in infrastructure and education.

Secondly, and more significantly, Obama used the term to candy-coat his fundamental lack of confidence in the private sector and free market, as well as his commitment to faith in government as the primary engine for economic growth.

For all the analysis of Obama's speech, I don't think nearly enough has been made of this theme, which was interwoven throughout it. For it is the key to understanding that regardless of any promises he might make to move to the center, he will not do so willingly. It is also critical to comprehending why, despite the marked failure of his economic policies, he is virtually incapable of voluntarily changing course.

Obama's critics often say that it's important to pay more attention to his actions than his words. Though there is much validity in that, it's also true that we must not overlook his words, for he is not always careful to disguise his heartfelt views.

Watchdog: We'll seek Kagan's disbarment and impeachment

And now for a story you probably won't hear about anywhere else, except for possibly Fox News Channel. I'm not even sure if you will see the story there, either, judging by the way questions about Obama's Constitutional eligibility have been vanquished from the network. And as long as this story never makes it to any of the left-wing news networks or mainstream media, nobody will ever have any need to deal with it.

The question is this: If this story had come out before the vote yesterday, would Kagan have still been confirmed? Probably... She's a Progressive Democrat, and of course that would mean she's above the law. Just sayin'...

"It is bad enough when Bill Clinton lied under oath about Monica Lewisky, but Kagan's lying resulted in the deaths of human beings," Klayman told WND. "How much worse can it be?"

As WND reported, dozens of pro-life organizations previously asked the Senate to investigate Kagan's 1997 amendment to an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists report, which was then used by the Supreme Court as justification for overturning Nebraska's partial-birth abortion ban in 2000.

The perjury may have been committed when Kagan, during hearings in the Senate, said, "My only dealings with ACOG were about talking with them and how to ensure that their statement expressed their views."

Complaint alleges Obama's new Supreme Court appointee lied to Senate

A formal complaint has been submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court asking that Elena Kagan – the bench's newest occupant – be disbarred, and an attorney who submitted the request for a criminal investigation into her statements said the effort will be expanded also to seek her impeachment, following the Senate's 63-37 approval of her appointment today.

"On behalf of Freedom Watch and Declaration Alliance, and as a member of the U.S. Supreme Court bar, I hereby file a complaint to disbar Elena Kagan from practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and for referral to the U.S. Department of Justice for criminal investigation and for obstruction of justice," wrote Larry Klayman, president of Freedom Watch.

The letter was dispatched to Chief Justice John Roberts as well as Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Clarence Thomas, Ruth Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Samuel Alito.

"In addition to disbarment, this matter should respectfully be referred to the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for investigation of obstruction of justice and other related crimes," the letter said.

The letter said Kagan, while associate White House Counsel in the Clinton White House, "falsified a medical report of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG) in an intentional effort to mislead not just Congress and the White House concerning the efficacy and health risks of partial birth abortion, but also to mislead the various federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court which ultimately relied on this falsified medical report."

That came when the court struck down legislation restricting partial birth abortion, a gruesome procedure supported by Kagan that involves an abortionist partly delivery a live child, killing the child, and then finishing the delivery.

"This court relied in large part upon this falsified ACOG medical report to overturn Nebraska's partial birth abortion ban, which was then used as binding precedent among the circuits," Klayman wrote.

Klayman pointed out that the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct provide that "a lawyer who commits fraud in the conduct of business is subject to discipline for engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation."

"Clearly Elena Kagan's conduct in falsifying the ACOG report violates these Canons of the ABA code," Klayman said. "It was, at a minimum, reasonably foreseeable that her fraudulent changes to the ACOG report would ultimately be used by this court in its proceedings….

"This court must stand for the principle that 'no one is above the law.' If this is not the case, then 'We the People,' do not have a Supreme Court as envisioned and implemented by our founding fathers," Klayman's letter said. "Ms. Kagan cannot, and should not be treated differently than anyone else who deceives this court or any other court.

"She is thus unfit to remain a member of the court and should be disbarred from further representation before it. The issue of partial birth abortion, and the lives which it takes and affects, is too important than to allow a member of this court to pervert the medical findings of a body that is the expert in the field."

Declaration Alliance, Ambassador Alan Keyes' national pro-life organization, has joined in appealing for justice in the Kagan case. It noted the fact that Kagan altered a scientific analysis – inserting her own words – and then passed it off as a medical organization's analysis before the Supreme Court.

Klayman told WND today that the fact that Kagan now has been affirmed by the U.S. Senate means only that in addition to disbarment, the complaint will seek her impeachment.

The last great coverup ~ By Jack Cashill

Jack talks about how different the story of the downing of TWA Flight 800 would have been had it happened just five years later and all of the witness reports had been posted on the internet. Things would have been much different. There may not have been an attack on America on 9/11, had the investigation of the Flight 800 gone differently and been covered as it should have been by the press.

If you haven't read any of Jack's previous stories about TWA Flight 800, the 747 that exploded just off the coast of Long Island on July 17, 1996, I highly recommend it. The story goes deep into possible cover-ups inside the Clinton Administration, all to keep al-Qaeda's war with the United States a highly classified secret. In today's column, for example, you'll read about Jamie Gorlick and Sandy Berger, two of Clinton's top people, that even went to extremes to keep the secret away from the press even well into George W. Bush's first term.

Also among the columns includes work that Jack did while teamed up with Peter Lance, writer of "Triple Cross," and also an excellent investigative reporter. There is so much to this story, you will be amazed at how the stories bring so many other events of the 1990's up through 9/11 all together. Just sayin'...

And lest some messy scraps of information find their way to the committee's Republicans, the Clintons dispatched their most trusted adviser to do a little cleanup work.

Alas, Sandy Berger got caught, but this proved much easier to bury than TWA 800. The Justice Department slapped his wrist on a Friday, the day after Terry Schiavo died and the day before Pope John Paul II did.

The media did not want to know anyhow, and, this time, there would be no eyewitnesses.

If TWA Flight 800 had exploded off the coast of Long Island in July 2001 as visibly as it had in July 1996, the world would have been told a different story, even if there had been a Democrat in the White House.

On the night of July 17, 1996, and into the early morning hours of the 18th, Bill and Hillary Clinton and Deputy National Security Adviser Sandy Berger huddled fretfully in the family quarters of the White House.

The election they thought was in the bag no longer was.

The air-traffic controllers had already reported. The radar data told a story not easily untold.

And now, eyewitness reports were flooding in. The explosion had taken place right at sunset, just 10 miles off the coast, on a perfect night, with thousands of people looking out over the sea from Long Island's popular south shore.

In 2001, some clever soul would have started collecting their tales on a website before the tide turned, literally and figuratively. And the tales they had to tell!

FBI witness No. 73, an aviation buff, watched a "red streak" with a "light gray smoke trail" move up toward the airliner, and then go "past the right side and above the aircraft before arcking [sic] back down toward the aircrafts [sic] right wing."

She even reported the actual breakup sequence before the authorities figured it out on their own.

High-school principal Joseph Delgado might have posted his comments as well. He would tell the FBI that he had seen an object like "a firework" ascend "fairly quick," then "slow" and "wiggle" then "speed up" and get "lost." Then he saw a second object that "glimmered" in the sky, higher than the first, then a red dot move up to that object, then a puff of smoke, then another puff, then a "firebox."

Mike Wire would surely have gone public. The no-nonsense millwright and U.S. Army vet watched events unfold from the Beach Lane Bridge in Westhampton on Long Island.

Wire had seen a white light traveling skyward from the ground at approximately a 40-degree angle, sparkling and zigzagging before culminating in a massive fireball.

In addition to the testimony, others would have been posting their videos and stills, all of which supported the eyewitness testimony. Others still would have shared the drawings of the incident that they would later give to the FBI.

But in 1996, the Internet was still in its embryonic stages. All information posted thereon was deemed, by the major media at least, suspect and even laughable.

In the absence of an effective Internet, the White House hit upon a control strategy that dazzled in its simplicity and in its sheer nerve.

The Clintons' trusted point person, Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, would take the investigation away from the professionals in the National Transportation Safety Board and give it to the amateurs of the FBI. There was one reason why. The FBI reported to her. The NTSB did not.

This was illegal, of course, but the media had a president to re-elect soon enough, and they were not about to scruple over details.

The second part of the strategy was as simple as the first. The FBI would talk only to The New York Times. This essentially made the Times Gorelick's ministry of propaganda.

Of the 270 eyewitnesses who told the FBI they saw what looked like a missile strike TWA Flight 800, The New York Times would interview exactly none of them.

Fearing perhaps to lose their privileged status and trusting the FBI more than they should have, the Times people followed the FBI lead. The other media, some grudgingly, followed the Times.

Most FBI agents, of course, worked hard and tried to do the right thing. They may have suspected but could not know that their work was being subverted at the top.

As each week passed, the Clintons had to be stunned that so obvious a truth remained so thoroughly ignored. To sustain the lie, however, insiders had to tell more lies still.

The FBI would fabricate a second interview with Witness No. 73. The CIA would fabricate a second interview with Mike Wire. The NTSB would lie outright about what Joseph Delgado saw, but the election came and went without anyone even knowing who these people were.

Gorelick could not have slept easily through all of this, but the lotto was around the corner, and she knew she had the winning ticket. In May 1997, they called her number.

Out of all the likely finance and mortgage experts in America, the Fannie Mae Board picked her, a lawyer with no relevant experience, to be its new vice chair. Gorelick would earn more than $4 million a year for the next six years, and no one in the media asked why.

They did not even ask why when she stepped down. Always the patriot, Gorelick resigned to take one of five Democratic seats on the Sept. 11 Commission.

Get government out of the market ~ By Henry Lamb

If there was ever a time that I request that you make sure you share a column with your friends, relatives and neighbors, this should be it. In this column, Henry Lamb explains how our financial woes stem from government intrusion into the marketplace.

But here's why you need to share this column: Are you getting fed up with the blatant lies and distortions of the truth like I am? I am so sick and tired of the "blame Bush for everything" crowd! Henry gives us some background here and in a previous column that he wrote back in November 2008 regarding the unintended consequences of the Community Reinvestment Act. The financial collapse of 2008 came upon us because the housing market bubble that was created by the government's involvement had finally burst. Blaming Bush for the collapse is so far from the truth, and yet, apparently many people still believe the biggest lie ever told (by Democrats/Socialists/Marxists/Progressives). It's time that WE the PEOPLE set the record straight! Just sayin'... (and no, I'm not jellin' - I'm yellin'!!)

The cure for the current economic condition is to get government out of the marketplace and out of the lives of individual citizens. Government's correct role in society is to assist – not hinder – free people in their pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Democrats and socialists believe that government's role is to create an egalitarian society by managing markets, redistributing wealth, and forcing people to live where and how government dictates.

We should never forget: "That government is best that governs least."

The Washington leadership never misses an opportunity to blame the eight years of Bush policies for the economic problems that have befallen the nation. CNN news touts a poll that says 53 percent of the people blame Republican policies for the mess. Both are wrong. Republicans certainly contributed over the years, but the cause of the economic problems must be laid squarely at the doorstep of the Democrats.

The root cause of the economic problem is government interference with the free market.

The root cause of the near-collapse that occurred in the last year of the Bush administration can be traced to the Democratic socialist idea that everyone has a right to adequate housing.

Before President Carter, private lenders in a free market often refused to fund mortgages in certain parts of cities where the neighborhoods were so bad that lenders considered the investment to be unsafe. Democrats and socialists called this practice "redlining." Carter and his Democratic colleagues enacted the Community Reinvestment Act, which effectively outlawed redlining.

This was an enormous intrusion by the government into the marketplace, but it was not enough to satisfy Democrats and socialists. Organizations such as ACORN systematically invaded financial institutions with highly visible public protests, demanding that private lenders fund mortgages for unqualified people in depressed areas. Democrat President Clinton and his Democratic colleagues expanded the Community Reinvestment Act, requiring Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to provide guarantees for these mortgages. Private lenders in a free market would never have made these loans without the intimidation and extortion from ACORN-type organizations and the interference of the federal government.

Intimidation and extortion continued well into the Bush years. When Republicans tried to rein in the loose lending practices at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, their efforts were blocked (see video below) by Democrats, particularly by Rep. Barney Frank and Sen. Charles Schumer.

Democrats were WARNED of Financial crisis and did NOTHING

In their effort to meet the socialist goal of providing adequate housing to all people, whether qualified or not, Democratic interference with the free market caused an enormous artificial bubble in the housing market. This housing bubble produced secondary markets in derivatives (packages of government-guaranteed mortgages) and credit default swaps (insurance against default of derivatives). When unqualified borrowers began to default in staggering numbers, the government had to make good on the mortgages it guaranteed, and the insurance companies – like AIG – had to make good on the insurance policies they had issued.

In 2008, under the reign of George W. Bush, the Treasury Department suddenly realized that neither the mortgage companies nor the insurance companies could make good on their commitments and that unless the federal government came to the rescue, much of the financial marketplace would collapse.

Obama and his Democratic colleagues immediately blamed Bush and his policies, when it was the Democrats who bore the ultimate responsibility. Obama and his Democratic colleagues are still riding the "blame Bush" train and apparently are fooling the majority of Americans. The facts, however, may be misrepresented, but they cannot be altered. The same Democratic socialist philosophy that caused the economic meltdown is guiding the Obama administration as it constructs what it is calling a cure.

Obama's plans for the future offer no cure to the economic doldrums; they most assuredly promise even greater economic disaster.

His view and his every action so far reflect the socialist vision of government control and management of the market, and of every individual.

The cure for economic problems is freedom from government interference and management in the marketplace. Get government out of the way. The free market will find its way to profit and prosperity if government will simply get out of the way.

Democrats are quick to say that the absence of government regulation is what caused the economic meltdown. This diagnosis is incorrect, and the medicine they are prescribing will only worsen the malady.
