Annie Laurie Gaylor, of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, is on a mission to do away with Christianity. It's a step by step process, and one of those steps is centered around a hotel at Iowa State University. Atheists of course will not be satisfied with forcing their beliefs in the classrooms. They'll keep going until Christianity is no longer tolerated, while forgetting that Christianity is at the foundation of what made this the most tolerant, charitable, and prosperous nation in the world.

Kimmel also unveiled a new spoof about the “Obamacare-care” package visitors need in order to navigate HealthCare.gov. In the parody video, attempts to fix the difficult process only make it more impossible.

Jimmy Kimmel is getting a lot of comedy mileage out of the Obamacare rollout.
Every time a new Obamacare problem pops up, the late night talk show host has a new punchline.
Tuesday night, Kimmel asked his Hollywood audience if any had signed up for health insurance through HealthCare.gov. Not a single person raised his or her hand.
“Really?” he responded. “They claim that more than 3 million people have now signed up on HealthCare.gov’s website.”

Beck also said he wants no part of a country that will “data mine” its children with programs like Common Core, or prop up the Muslim Brotherhood over Israel.I won't hesitate to speculate that Glenn Beck will take some flak for his outburst yesterday. But I also won't hesitate to say that I think Glenn is pretty much right on. Glenn Beck is NOT alone in his beliefs. I am one who shares his view that this is not the country we knew just five years ago.
“I will proudly be a citizen in a respects and lives and protects the Constitution of the United States of America,” Beck said. “But [we] are no longer that country … I didn’t leave my country; my country left me … I’m right where I’ve always been. And where the country used to be. Ruled by the Constitution.”
But Beck said he is inspired because he isn’t alone in his beliefs, and “courage is contagious.”

A fiery Glenn Beck asserted Wednesday that the “fundamental transformation” of America has already occurred, and it is “time to forget the United States of America that you know.”
“If this is what is [I am] required to pledge allegiance to, I am no longer a citizen of this country,” Beck said. “If I am required to pledge allegiance to that, I proudly declare now for my grandchildren’s ears, I am not a part of [it].”
Beck was referring to then-candidate Barack Obama’s pledge that “we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America” with his election.
“If they say, you’re an American citizen, and that means we can spy on our own people without a court order … against the Constitution. We can kill babies, abort babies. We can arrest journalists who are trying to leak information to make sure the American people know what’s going on. We can kill our own citizens without trial because the government has decided that the president can just sign an execution order … We can leave our own people behind in Benghazi and then blame it on somebody else. Throw his butt in prison, then lie about it. Get caught and say, ‘what difference does it make,’ I am not a part of that,” Beck said.

In 1776, Thomas Paine penned these words… In Valley Forge, George Washington shared them with his men. You've probably seen the cycle of Freedom and Tyranny before. But, just in case you haven't, I found this at Templestream Blog to illustrate the point:
The cycle of political freedom and bondageUnfortunately, I'm afraid that we are facing the final phase of the cycle. It really isn't hard to see. You barely have to be paying any attention to see where we are heading. For this reason, I bring you this story that Jan Morgan posted. And what the historian Alexander Fraser Tytler published, "The Decline and Fall of the Athenian Republic," does not have to be our future. Just sayin'...
In the very year that the US became a sovereign country, 1776, a European historian named Alexander Fraser Tytler published "The Decline and Fall of the Athenian Republic." This book outlined the following:
"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising them the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over a loss of fiscal responsibility, always followed by a dictatorship. The average of the world's great civilizations before they decline has been 200 years. These nations have progressed in this sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith,
From spiritual faith to great courage,
From courage to liberty,
From liberty to abundance,
From abundance to selfishness,
From selfishness to complacency,
From complacency to apathy,
From apathy to dependency,
From dependency back again to bondage."

America as we know her, is in critical condition. The longer we allow the disease to spread, the struggle to save her becomes more intense, complicated, and bloody.
Now is the time when all Americans must make a choice. It is not a time for summer soldiers and sunshine Patriots. Liberty is under attack from every direction by multiple enemies. Citizens can no longer sit back and expect legislators to fix the damage. After all, those legislators are, for the most part, responsible for not fulfilling the responsibilities and mandates they promised.

Last week, Iranian state-run media quoted senior naval commander Adm. Afshin Rezayee Haddad saying his country sent a destroyer and helicopter-carrying supply ship to the Atlantic. He said the ships will sail close to the U.S. maritime borders. On its own, this story is fairly benign. But in the mix of things, Iran and Russia in an alliance point to something far more significant. In 2009, Hal Lindsey wrote the following:
While Russia may not have responded to the Iranian offer of a joint naval exercise, Tehran’s ambassador to Moscow, Mehdi Sanayee, told reporters yesterday the two countries are looking for ways to expand ties.
“Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin have agreed on the expansion of ties between Tehran and Moscow,” Sanayee said.
What Hal Lindsey wrote 5 years ago now has a lot more significance, especially with the horribly violent civil war going on in Syria. This is just another small piece of a much bigger picture. I'm just sayin'...Taking a step back and looking at the Big Picture, it is hard not to miss the fact that events are developing in concert with the ancient prophecies of Scripture.
Hal Lindsey
The Prophet Isaiah foretold the “burden of Damascus” (Isaiah 17:1) in which the prophet predicts the overnight destruction of that great city in the last days: “At evening time, behold there is terror! Before morning they are no more. Such will be the portion of those who plunder us, and the lot of those who pillage us.” (Isaiah 17:14)
The Prophet Ezekiel predicts an alliance between Russia and an Islamic confederacy headed by Iran, or Persia. [Emphasis my own]

TEL AVIV – After reportedly dispatching warships to the Atlantic Ocean, Iran has now offered Russia a proposal to carry out joint naval exercises in May, according to informed Middle Eastern security officials.
The officials told WND that Moscow is considering the proposal but that there was no immediate decision from Russia.
The officials said the proposal was likely a response to Iranian reports of U.S. vessels in the Persian Gulf.
There have been reports that the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman has deliberately spent time outside the Gulf as a gesture to Iran while the West attempts to implement its interim nuclear agreement with Tehran.
