Bongino to Pelosi: Get out of your bubble, people need to feed their families ~ Fox News Video

Dan Bongino rips Pelosi's response to protesters: 'Get out of your bubble, people need to feed their families'
Fox News contributor Dan Bongino reacts to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi calling stay-at-home protests 'unfortunate.'
Nancy Pelosi went on Fox News Sunday and told Chris Wallace that she couldn't understand why people are protesting in the streets. Surely, she couldn't have been serious, right? But she was. That is how out of touch that her and some of the governors are, not understanding that people need to be working, to provide for their families.

Dan also explains to Steve, Ainsley and Brian how China lied in the beginning, and is responsible for many more deaths than there should have been. The Chinese misinformation was malfeasance, and probably caused the deaths of many more people. Meanwhile, China used "identity politics" knowing that is a soft spot in America, and could easily find plenty of folks in the mainstream media that would talk about how xenophobic the President was when he stopped travel to China.

Ted Cruz on how Senate should handle Schumer's 'judicial intimidation' ~ Fox News Video

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz joins 'Fox & Friends' to discuss the government's coronavirus response and Sen. Chuck Schumer's 'unacceptable' comments directed at Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
Before Schumer's threats to two Supreme Court Justices were discussed, the conversation began with the actions that President Trump has taken to limit the Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus) infections and deaths in the United States. Sen. Cruz (R-TX) tells the Fox & Friends hosts, Steve and Ainsley, that when President Trump froze civilian air travel to and from China, along with screening and quarantine of travelers coming from China and other areas affected by the virus, very early in the outbreak, that it played a major role in limiting the spread of Covid-19 in the United States.

Then the subject of Sen. Chuck Schumer comes up. While the Senate Minority Leader was clearly intimidating two Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, in front of the Supreme Court, Senator Cruz seemed to go easy on what the punishment would be, when asked by Ainsley Earhardt. Censure of Schumer? Is that all you have, Senator Cruz? It's a federal crime to threaten and intimidate federal officials, isn't it?

If that wasn't disturbing enough, there were people in the Schumer clip holding up signs that read, "Protecting Abortion Access is a Catholic Value," and in small letters at the bottom of the sign, "Catholics For Choice." It is hard for me to even believe any Christian would not value LIFE as a choice! I am praying that those people do not represent a very large percentage of the Catholic church. However, right now, if I was a Catholic, I'd be looking for another Christian denomination, or place to attend church, if the Catholic hierarchy, all the way up to the Pope, doesn't condemn that organization, and excommunicate them.

Devin Nunes warns Democrats may be concocting new Trump hoax ~ Fox News Video

From the video description:
Despite President Trump's acquittal in the Senate impeachment trial, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi leaves the door open for more investigations; reaction from California Congressman Devin Nunes, ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee.
But there is much more in this segment of Fox & Friends. Rep. Nunes then comments on the ouster of the Vindman twins from the National Security Council. It is believed that many of the White House leaks came from the NSC. Rep. Nunes stresses any of the Obama holdovers should be immediately removed from their NSC positions and reassigned elsewhere, and "don't let the door hit you on your way out." Reassigned elsewhere? Hmmm... Your suggestions would be welcome!

Also in this segment, Ainsley asks Rep. Nunes about his reactions to Joe Biden's campaign, Biden's loss in Iowa and probably in New Hampshire tomorrow (Tues, Feb 11, 2020). And finally, the Rep. was asked what he thinks about Joe Biden calling a potential primary voter, "a lying dog-faced pony soldier." I loved it when Ainsley stated, "What does that even mean?" Well, Ainsley, only crazy Joe would know. Or then again, maybe not him, either.

Search Launched for Mission Beach Panga Passengers ~ By R. Stickney and Greg Bledsoe

Phoenix resident Miranda Fuller said she could not believe what she was seeing from the balcony of her vacation home.

Picture taken by Miranda Fuller

"I was in shock I think, and so were the couple people out here. They were just standing there pointing. Nobody knew what to do. What should we do to help," Fuller said.

Mission Beach resident Bill Wu caught the group on a surveillance camera mounted on his home. He recorded the group running up the beach and then across the boardwalk and into an alley.

"I guess there was somebody on the inside here that was supplying them with clothing and they went down to Mission Boulevard and changed clothes," Wu said.

I just happened to see the Fox & Friends segment that you will see just below. While the hosts and the guest were assuming that the 20 people that jumped out of the panga boat were illegal immigrants from "South of the border," I was having a different thought, which I'll tell you after you watch this video.

My first thought? All dressed in black, I was thinking, "those are ISIS terrorists!" Whether I'm right or wrong, it doesn't matter. You know that somebody at the Islamic State headquarters is thinking how easy it would be to infiltrate the United States. Or, perhaps, that has already happened.

Seven of those that got off the boat had been caught. What about the other dozen or more? Since this story first appeared, I have not been able to find any followup stories saying that those that escaped that day had ever been nabbed. If they were illegal immigrants from South of our border, who's to say that they aren't working for the terrorist outfit ISIS?

We already know that along the border with Mexico, many more illegals are coming in that don't get caught. Tunnels are constantly being found in some areas. There are so many ways that terrorists could get into the country, and let's not forget our Northern border, I am sure that there are already terrorist cells set up all across this country.

But, "it's all good," they say, "we haven't been attacked." Shouldn't the word "yet" be added to that claim? This is especially disturbing being that Sept. 11 is just days away. This is why it is extremely important to pay attention to what is happening around us right now. Obviously, at least somebody involved in this news story got in touch with the local authorities. But when you see something, say something to law enforcement agencies, such as in these instructions below:
"If you see something suspicious, either contact your local law enforcement, or the FBI at (855) TELL-FBI or (855) 835-5324."
Well, if the ISIS terrorists are NOT here yet, I am sure that their leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is taking notes. "Land on American shores, broad daylight, media coverage, FBI not called in. Border Patrol, already spread thin, handles call. 13 get away..."

So, you tell me: Are our borders and shorelines secure? Is ISIS going to sit back and not take advantage of an opportunity to infiltrate America and do some serious damage? I doubt it! Just sayin'...

Search Launched for Mission Beach Panga Passengers
By R. Stickney and Greg Bledsoe

Monday, Aug 25, 2014 • Updated at 5:29 PM PDT

From NBCSanDiego.com

Seven suspected undocumented immigrants were taken into custody after a panga boat arrived at Mission Beach on Monday morning, as NBC 7's Bridget Naso reports.

Law enforcement officers are looking for more than a dozen people believed to have come ashore in a panga that landed on Mission Beach Monday.

U.S. Border Patrol officials were on the sand right where West Mission Bay Drive ends and Ventura Place intersects with Strand Way.

The bright red panga was spotted about 6:45 a.m.

Lifeguards reported that about 20 people scattered. They believe there were 18 males and two females who ran into the neighborhood of Mission Beach.

Witnesses say about the group of people got out of the boat and ran towards shore, jumped the sea wall into the boardwalk and took off down an alley.

VIDEO: Freedom Rocks at the Freedom Rock in Iowa ~ Memorial Day 2007

I hope you will enjoy this Memorial Day tribute. It really IS a time to remember those that have paid the ultimate price in defending our country and our freedom.

Please note:  To see the following video, you must be logged in to Facebook.

Memorial Day, it is a time to remember that freedom isn't free.

It is a time to remember the many that have fallen for our freedom.

I only wanted to raise the awareness that their courage and patriotic duty is remembered during this long holiday weekend. This needs to be a time when we have to think about the reason that some of us have a long weekend to enjoy with our loved ones. It truly must be a time to remember. Just sayin'...

VIDEO: What Geraldo said should have been on the Black Hole Network?

Rumsfeld in January 2001
Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns; that is to say, there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns – there are things we do not know we don't know.
~ United States Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld
[Via Wikipedia]
For Bill O'Reilly to disparage Geraldo Rivera in the way that he does in this video, he is doing a great disservice to all journalists that are trying to report the story of the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370. What O'Reilly did was to make people skeptical about any news that they hear about the missing flight. Right before Geraldo was able to discuss his "theory," O'Reilly attacked his credibility.

The arrogant behavior by some of the pundits is appalling; many in the media are looking for ways to be the most sensational. And meanwhile, to be the "oracle" that breaks the "case solved" story, they have to rip into every other "theory."  It is not satisfactory journalism when those of us that are trying to pay attention are constantly forced to discern between facts and speculative theories in the reporting. Mr. O'Reilly, it is BECAUSE of the wall-to-wall media coverage, and WILD speculations, that We the People have to keep every possibility on the table, just as Geraldo said. We don't know if it was a mechanical failure, an attempted hijacking that failed or succeeded, or SOMETHING ELSE entirely!

(See Update on March 24, 2014 below.)

As Donald Rumsfeld said, "There are things we do not know we don't know."  What do the journalists not know that they don't know?  It makes me wonder.  Just sayin'...

UPDATE March 24, 2014:

I just came across the youtube.com clip from the Black Hole Network (CNN) and felt it should be shown here.   H/T to Girls Just Wanna Have Guns With Regis Giles:

Don Lemon - Is It Preposterous to Think a Black Hole Caused Flight 370 to Go Missing? - CNN

Published on Mar 19, 2014

3-19-14 - CNN's Don Lemon has been entertaining all sorts of theories about the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, including the chance something "supernatural" happened, but on Wednesday night, he actually asked panelists about the possibility a black hole was involved. Lemon brought this up along with other "conspiracy theories" people have been floating on Twitter, including people noting the eerie parallels to Lost and The Twilight Zone, and wondered, "is it preposterous" to consider a black hole as a possibility?

Mary Schiavo, a former Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Transportation, said, "A small black hole would suck in our entire universe, so we know it's not that."

Here's another theory I'll just throw out there: what about the plane entered a wormhole into another dimension? I don't know if that's how the science works, though.

Ayers not joking about Obama book royalties ~ By Jack Cashill

On the following day, Saturday, the Montclair State video hit the Internet. Three days later, I talked about the video on "Fox & Friends." The following day, Donald Trump went on Laura Ingraham's show and repeated the argument I make in "Deconstructing Obama."

"They say 'Dreams of My Father' was genius, and they give [Obama] full credit, and now it's coming out that Bill Ayers wrote it," said Trump, getting everything right but the preposition in the book's title. "That's what started him on this road where he became president."

Trump also repeated a point that Ayers had surprisingly made in the video and that I had reiterated on "Fox & Friends," namely that Obama's second book, "Audacity of Hope," was clearly a lesser effort.

Ayers, in fact, called it "a political hack book." Trump noted that it "was written by a guy that's like a sophomore in high school."

It's all coming together... Well, except for Obama, where it's all falling apart! Jack Cashill said it best in his column, "Why our anti-war president went to war" (March 24), when he wrote:
The one fellow traveler whose opinion Obama fears, however, has yet to speak publicly on the subject. That would be his erstwhile Chicago mentor Bill Ayers.
So, now, the wheels are falling off Obama's presidency. Here is why Jack Cashill thinks that Obama is being outed by the writer of the book that propelled Obama to fame and the status of being a genius:
Obama's success must chafe Ayers even more. He hoped to mold a mayor of Chicago, and instead he ended up with a president whose ambitions would always corrupt his ideology.

The fact that Ayers went public in the first week of our war on Libya, a use of force almost indistinguishable from the Bush administration's, had to irritate Ayers deeply.
And who would have thought that Obama would be getting surrounded by a former terrorist, Bill Ayers, and the new player on the scene for the Republican nomination in 2012, Donald Trump? Is this a parallel universe, or what? Well, it must be, because I doubt the mainstream media would ever attempt to touch this story. Ummm... unless they get upset with Obama, too.

And while they're at it, maybe the liberals in the press should also be asking Obama for his birth certificate. Maybe that will explain why Obama went to war on Libya.

I think Obama has finally been "Trumped" .... I'm just sayin'....

Ayers not joking about Obama book royalties

Last week at Montclair State University, after twice claiming authorship of Barack Obama's acclaimed 1995 memoir "Dreams from My Father," Bill Ayers temporarily eased the fears of the literary left by ending his boast with a seeming joke.

"Yeah, yeah," said Ayers when asked for confirmation of his authorship, "and if you help me prove it, I'll split the royalties with you. Thank you very much."

"Bill Ayers Started a Joke, That Started the Whole Word Hyperventilating," ran an all-too-typical headline, this one in Slate. The implication, of course, was that Ayers was taunting the gullible right.

A recent email exchange between a correspondent of mine and Ayers, however, suggests that Ayers may not have been joking at all.

On the morning of March 24, "Jim" emailed Ayers at his University of Illinois at Chicago address: "Jack Cashill's new book makes an overwhelming case that you wrote 'Dreams from My Father.' In addition it recounts an encounter with a blogger, Anne Leary, in October 2009 at Reagan airport where you acknowledged to her that you wrote the book."

Jim continued, "Why don't you just go public with a straightforward statement about your role?"

As it happens, this was the same day Ayers was to speak at Montclair State. Jim was not connected to the group videotaping Ayers at Montclair and knew nothing of its strategy. His email may well have prompted Ayers' videotaped claim of authorship.

Ayers responded politely to Jim an hour later, "As you note in you letter, I did indeed acknowledge that I wrote the book to Anne at Reagan, and over and over since then. So what more do you want me to do?"

Ayers continued, "OK, I'll try again, loudly: I wrote 'Dreams from My Father,' Jim!!! Please, please help me prove it – you seem like a smart guy, and maybe you could find a smart lawyer – and I'll split the royalties with you! xxx Bill."

"It sounds like I hit a nerve, which was not my intention; my apologies," wrote Jim back on Friday, the day after the Montclair State talk and the day before the video hit the Internet.

Added Jim, "I spent some time with Google, and found any number of blogs in the days following your encounter with Anne Leary at Reagan airport. But all those were reports of what she said you said. I could find nothing where a reporter directly interviewed you, and you indicated you were the author.

"If it's your objective to get that word out, I would think it would be reasonably easy to meet with a reputable reporter, make the admission and produce some research notes to back it up. I would think Fox News, perhaps Hannity or O'Reilly, would be interested in doing such an interview."

"No nerve hit, and no apology needed," Ayers responded that same Friday. "I did talk to a reporter directly – Anne Leary. She asked, I answered. She quoted me accurately. And she was cited for weeks by folks like Hannity and O'Reilly, so they acted as if she were reputable. Don't hate on Anne."

Ayers continued, "As for my 'objective' in this – you brought it up, not me, so perhaps it's your objective. Sadly, I don't have any notes, but you read an account that was persuasive to you, so maybe that person has notes. In any case, I repeat: if you or the person who persuaded you or Anne or anyone can PROVE I wrote it, I would be so grateful that I would split the royalties. Please and thank you, Bill."

On the following day, Saturday, the Montclair State video hit the Internet. Three days later, I talked about the video on "Fox & Friends." The following day, Donald Trump went on Laura Ingraham's show and repeated the argument I make in "Deconstructing Obama."

More tyranny + more taxes = More American tea parties ~ By Chuck Norris

I dare anyone in the state-controlled media to try to disparage Chuck! He has facts, truth, honor and a black belt behind him.

Be sure to watch both videos that I have included with this post. The related video was one I just uploaded to youtube today, from today's Fox & Friends. Kelly Wright did a good job with his report, but it seems to just touch the tip of the iceberg when you add the accurate information that Chuck includes in this column.

While this column may have to be categorized as "commentary" because Chuck provides opinion, his information - JUST THE FACTS - are right on, and can be checked out on the original sources. What you need to know, folks, this is going to be our reality unless we take action and get a lot of new people elected this fall that will turn things around.

Friends, it's not too late, but the window is closing fast. We likely have one more chance to drop our partisan divides and elect only those who will be strict constitutionalists and preservers of our founders' vision and principles, before the entire American economy and government collapses.

As patriots, we're not intimidated by power. We won't be demoralized by a few trying to demonize all of us. We're not going to disappear like a bad dream because we love our republic too much to let her sink without a fight. It's a patriot equation that we've learned and carry on from our forefathers: more tyranny + more taxes = more tea parties.

So shout it loud and proud this week: "We will remember in November!"

As early as 1733, colonial frustrations were felt against the British Parliament via the Molasses Act. Indignation grew over the decades, erupting in 1764 when Parliament enacted the Sugar Act and the Currency Act. But it was not until 1765, when Parliament levied the first direct tax upon the colonies via the Stamp Act, that larger protests permeated all the 13 colonies. And though that tax was repealed in 1766, the appeasement was short lived. Parliament passed the Townshend Acts beginning in 1767, placing a tax on a number of essential goods, including paper and tea – something which in turn led to the Boston Massacre in 1770, the Boston Tea Party in 1773, the Intolerable Acts and the First Continental Congress in 1774 and, of course, the Declaration of Independence in 1776, etc.

What's so amazing is that no matter how vast Parliament's control and taxation upon the colonists back then, it all pales into insignificance to Washington's control and taxation upon Americans today. Let me say that again: England's total revolutionary oppression and taxes pale into insignificance to Washington's present control and taxation upon U.S. citizens today.

Our founders fought for a far less oppressive system than in Britain. And though some taxes were levied on early Americans for some consumptives, the burden of taxation was laid largely upon tariffs for the first roughly 150 years of our republic until the inception of the income tax in 1913. Tragically, however, in the last 100 years, the feds have grown government into a gargantuan gargoyle whose taxation tentacles overreach every aspect of our lives.

America's founders would have been horrified at the bloated federal bureaucracy we have now and the maze of taxes we have to navigate: income taxes, employment taxes, capital gains taxes, estate taxes, corporate taxes, property taxes, Social Security taxes, gas taxes and even death taxes – it was excessive taxation like this that drove the founders to rebel in the first place.

What we need now more than ever is smaller government and lower taxes. But that is certainly not what we're getting from Washington. Even as some rejoice over the passing of Obamacare, their joy will certainly turn to mourning once they've experienced the trickling down of related costs and taxes over the years.

When President Obama was recently cornered about prospective taxes and what it will cost to cover Obamacare, it took him 17 minutes and 14 seconds to give a single answer. And his final concluding remarks were, "Boy, that was a long answer. I'm sorry, but I hope everybody – but I hope I answered her question."

Let me summarize. Americans for Tax Reform has pulled from Obamacare legislation almost 20 taxes coming down the pike (with references to the location in the law and the dates the taxes begin) that will be paid by every American in one way, shape or form.
  • individual mandate excise tax (Page 324/Sec. 1501/January 2014)
  • employer mandate tax (Page 348/Sec. 1513/January 2014)
  • excise tax on Comprehensive Health Insurance Plans (Page 1979/Sec. 9001/$149.1 billion/January 2013)
  • hike in Medicare payroll tax (Page 2,040/Sec. 9015/$86.8 billion /January 2013)
  • medicine cabinet tax (Page 1,997/Sec. 9003/$5 billion /January 2011)
  • HSA withdrawal tax hike (Page 1,998/Sec. 9004/$1.3 billion/January 2011)
  • flexible spending account cap – aka "Special Needs Kids Tax" (Page 1,999/Sec. 9005/$14 billion /January 2011)
  • tax on medical device manufacturers (Page 2,020/Sec. 9009/$19.2 billion /January 2010)
  • raise "haircut" for medical itemized deduction from 7.5 percent to 10 percent of AGI (Page 2034/Sec. 9013/$15.2 billion /January 2013)
  • tax on indoor tanning services (Page 373 of manager's amendment/$2.7 billion/July 1, 2010)
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield tax hike (Page 2,044/Sec. 9016/$0.4 billion)
  • excise tax on charitable hospitals (Page 2,001/Sec. 9007/Min$/immediate)
  • tax on innovator drug companies (Page 2,010/Sec. 9008/$22.2 billion)
  • tax on health insurers (Page 2,026/Sec. 9010/$59.6 billion /January 2011)
  • elimination of tax deduction for employer-provided retirement Rx drug coverage in coordination with Medicare Part D (Page 2,034/Sec. 9012/$5.4 billion /January 2011)
  • $500,000 annual executive compensation limit for health insurance executives (Page 2,035/Sec. 9014/$0.6 billion /Jan 2013)
  • employer reporting of insurance on W-2 (Page 1,996/Sec. 9002/Min$/January 2011)
  • Corporate 1099-MISC Information Reporting (Page 1,999/Sec. 9006/$17.1 billion /January 2012)
The Congressional Budget Office, or CBO, conveniently also reported that the exact number of new IRS employees needed to implement and manage America's new socialized health program is undetermined, though estimates range from thousands of employees on a low end to 16,500 employees on a high end. Or do the feds think the 93,000 present IRS employees can handle the additional workload? Not surprising, the CBO concludes:
CBO has not completed an estimate of all of the discretionary costs that would be associated with H.R. 3590. (Those costs would depend on future appropriations and are not included in the tables accompanying this letter.) As indicated in CBO's earlier estimate, such costs would probably include an estimated $5 billion to $10 billion over 10 years for administrative costs of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and at least a similar amount for expenses of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Was the White House or Congress covering those additional costs?

Voter’s Remorse: The wake-up call that came too late ~ By John Kubicek

Voters in America made a huge mistake in November of 2008. Unfortunately, it seems that people either were unaware, or they didn't care. Electing Barack Obama was supposed to be a way to "heal the nation" and show our remorse for all the bad things that this country had done... Oh, give me a break. In the this column, there is no doubt that I am letting people know that they may have made a mistake that won't be easily corrected, as in returning a product by USPS priority shipping. It ain't that easy this time.
We live in the Information Age, people! You can’t tell me that you missed all the signs of the kind of person Barack Obama is! But yet, he won the election. And now, the look of shock on people’s faces while they find out what this spooky, creepy clown doll is trying to do to this country. Sorry, you can’t just throw him in a box and have the mail carrier pick him up. That would be easy.
By John Kubicek

Please see the video that inspired this piece:

There are times when we buy things and find out soon that the product didn’t live up to our expectations. For an item we purchased on line, we may need to ship it back to the seller. That is where an ad campaign by the United States Postal Service (USPS) comes in: “Shipping is easy,” they say. In one of their best ads, which came out shortly after Christmas, it was about a case of buyer’s remorse. A family had ordered a creepy clown doll online. They wanted to return it. The star of the USPS ads tells them, “shipping it back is easy.” But the best part was when he tells them, “Come on, it’s not that bad,” right before he looks down and sees the creepy clown doll now standing at the doorway. And then in shock, he says, “Oh, yeah, that’s gotta go!”

Buyer’s remorse for those that purchase creepy clown dolls online is one thing. In most cases, defective products can be fixed or returned (unless it’s a Toyota).

The problem is, it can be a whole different deal when it comes to Voter’s Remorse. You may want to say, “Oh, yeah, that’s gotta go!” but it may not be all that easy. As so many people have learned throughout history, dictators are pretty hard, if not impossible without outside assistance, to get rid of.

Clinton robot Lanny Davis to Michelle: You’re quite partisan, aren’t you?

From HOTAIR.com
Posted at 4:40 pm on October 8, 2009 by Allahpundit To cleanse the palate, some light comedy from this morning’s F&F. I’m loath to knock him given his willingness to incur nutroots wrath by admitting he respects the boss, but who’s he trying to kid with his testament to The One’s support for the public option? Read the speech to Congress, he says. Okay, let’s read it:
Now, I have no interest in putting insurance companies out of business. They provide a legitimate service, and employ a lot of our friends and neighbors. I just want to hold them accountable. The insurance reforms that I’ve already mentioned would do just that. But an additional step we can take to keep insurance companies honest is by making a not-for-profit public option available in the insurance exchange. Let me be clear – it would only be an option for those who don’t have insurance. No one would be forced to choose it, and it would not impact those of you who already have insurance. In fact, based on Congressional Budget Office estimates, we believe that less than 5% of Americans would sign up… It’s worth noting that a strong majority of Americans still favor a public insurance option of the sort I’ve proposed tonight. But its impact shouldn’t be exaggerated – by the left, the right, or the media. It is only one part of my plan, and should not be used as a handy excuse for the usual Washington ideological battles. To my progressive friends, I would remind you that for decades, the driving idea behind reform has been to end insurance company abuses and make coverage affordable for those without it. The public option is only a means to that end – and we should remain open to other ideas that accomplish our ultimate goal. And to my Republican friends, I say that rather than making wild claims about a government takeover of health care, we should work together to address any legitimate concerns you may have. For example, some have suggested that that the public option go into effect only in those markets where insurance companies are not providing affordable policies. Others propose a co-op or another non-profit entity to administer the plan. These are all constructive ideas worth exploring. But I will not back down on the basic principle that if Americans can’t find affordable coverage, we will provide you with a choice.
