Smoking Gun: Trail of Benghazi lies loops back to White House

Most national news outlets have been either lazy or just derelict in their pursuit of the Benghazi scandal since the story first broke. Now they're going beyond indolent, turning a blind eye -- or at least a jaundiced one -- to damning evidence that's being served up on a platter.

A junior sleuth from a high-school newspaper could connect the dots on this one. There's no elusive paper trail to follow, no obscure documents to uncover, no shadowy Deep Throat sources to interrogate.

The evidence is right there in black and white. It's. All. Right. There.

It's funny, because I didn't even work on a high school newspaper, let alone any media outlet, and here I am writing about this "smoking gun." As a blogger, especially in this venue, I'm not out investigating. I'm just the guy down in his basement - literally - reporting on what I've found out just by paying attention. Just telling you all what is out there, right out in the light of day, in black and white.

The way I figure it, there will be a lot coming out over the next few days, weeks, or months. The question I have to ask is, will people care enough to follow this story for very long? As Shrillary had suggested, "what difference, at this point, does it make?" It scares me that this story could be destined for the back burner, if not the dustbins of history. Whether or not it makes a difference, at this point, I'm not about to let this story go. It was hard enough to have to say goodbye to the missing Flight MH370 story, without a shred of resolution.

Who knows if what I blog can make any difference, other than helping those that haven't been able to follow the story closely. Really, a lot of people do not have the time to see everything going on, and that includes me. However, if you ARE one of those folks that don't have time to see every little bit of information that is available about the Benghazi cover-up of the Obama administration ineptitude, you will want to keep watching this blog site. I'll be doing my very best to keep up with it all. It may start getting pretty interesting. Stay tuned! I'm just getting started! Just sayin'...

The truth about Benghazi is finally trickling out. The curtains are lifting. The "smoking gun" has been found.

And how do the news media respond to a lying White House caught red-handed -- in a scandal far worse than Watergate, the political scandal by which all others are judged?

They don't.

Virtually all major news outlets Tuesday ignored the newly declassified emails that confirm -- for the first time -- that top White House officials put forth lies about the 2012 attack at the U.S. consulate in Libya that killed four Americans.

The emails, the first hard evidence leading straight to the White House, actually spell out that the purpose of the false narrative was to insulate President Obama from foreign policy criticism during his re-election bid.

Video: The journalism in the Flight MH370 mystery is bazaar

While Bill O'Reilly and Bernie Goldberg are flipping out about the journalism in the coverage of the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, they were forgetting that it took at least a week to determine that the missing flight went down in the South Indian Ocean, if that is actually what happened. And after all the various reporting by the mainstream media, the Black Hole Network (CNN), Fox News Channel, the New Media, and even citizen journalists, there's going to be a strong chance that there will still be plenty of doubt about any forthcoming official explanation.

When I watched this segment, the first thought I had was that O'Reilly and Goldberg had been reading my blogs. No, I never predicted what happened to Flight MH370, but I definitely nailed it on the media and public reaction to the mystery. The only thing that I ever predicted, which goes along with the theme of the bazaar journalism, was what I wrote on Tuesday, March 11, 2014:

New reports are still coming in, and in later posts, I'll be giving you updates. One thing you will probably never see me write, though, is "mystery solved." We many never find out for sure what happened, or we may never hear the truth about what happened.

It wasn't what O'Reilly said in this segment that irked me, it was the arrogant way that he says that he had it right for a week, and that any other journalists were only exploiting the story for their ratings. Yes, I will agree, there were news reporters and their guests that were way out there, but I think that most of us, We the People, are not We the Clueless like O'Reilly tries to make us seem to be.   Except for the low-info knuckledraggers that never follow the news, most of us are able to discern the stories that were informative from those of the conspiracy theorists. Well, usually...

I have to agree with Geraldo Rivera when he said, "You have to cover all the bases." In an investigation, you have to evaluate all of the leads and clues, gather the evidence, and then possibly make conclusions. Now that they believe the missing Flight MH370 is in the South Indian Ocean, based on the clues, the next part of the case will be trying to determine how and why the plane flew those seven or eight hours to land in the drink.  Finding the aircraft, and possibly some remains of passengers, would do a lot to bring closure for the victims' families, but knowing the actual cause for sure may take years, if ever.  But, because of the "bazaar journalism," there will be plenty of people that will never believe any "official explanation." Just sayin'...

Report: Investigators Now Looking for ‘Mystery Woman’ who Called Malaysia Airlines Pilot Before Takeoff

After the September 11th Al Qaeda attacks on the U.S., Malaysia instituted an anti-terrorism policy under which every purchased phone number is registered to an individual, the Daily Mail noted.

When police tried to locate the person who called the pilot of the ill-fated flight, they instead arrived at a store that sells SIM cards in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur. There, they learned it had been “very recently” purchased by an individual who gave a woman’s name, but was later discovered to have been using a false identity.

The Daily Mail wrote, “The discovery raises fears of a possible link between Captain Zaharie, 53, and terror groups whose members routinely use untraceable SIM cards.  Everyone else who spoke to the pilot on his phone in the hours before the flight took off has already been interviewed.”

Today, Malaysia officially said that Flight 370 was down and there would be no survivors, based on sightings of debris at "World's End" (the South Indian Ocean). While there is a possibility that the wreckage of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 has been found, as of yet, there is no possible way to determine that the aircraft went down because of a mechanical problem. There are still the man-made reasons to consider; terrorism, workplace violence, sabotage, or a suicidal pilot, co-pilot, or other crew member with access to the cockpit.

This story brings us back to the reality that something sinister seems to have happened to the missing Flight MH370 with 239 passengers and crew. A mystery phone call to the pilot from somebody that hid their identity is nothing to just shrug off. The fact that terrorists frequently use the same method of obtaining untraceable cell phones. But that is not the only strange anomaly that has been discovered. How about the flight simulator in the pilot's home that MAY have had a simulator tour that involved Diego Garcia? The missing family of the pilot raised eyebrows, but now the missing wife was supposedly going to be interviewed by the Malaysians, with a "gentle approach with a potentially key witness [that] has reportedly irked FBI investigators assisting with the probe."

At this point, it very much seems that there will be a very predictable outcome to the missing Flight MH370. Pieces of the 777 will be "found" and "recovered," and a government entity, probably Malaysia, with the support of many other countries including the United States, will claim that the mystery is solved. But, those anticipated words, "consider it solved," will never quell the doubts of just about everybody that has been following this story, including the relatives of those that were on that fateful flight.  This story will just add to the mystery.  Just sayin'...

Report: Investigators Now Looking for ‘Mystery Woman’ who Called Malaysia Airlines Pilot Before Takeoff

Investigators are focusing their efforts on discovering who called Malaysia Airlines flight 370’s pilot shortly before takeoff using a prepaid cellphone purchased with a false ID, Britain’s Daily Mail is reporting.

According to the report published late Saturday night, “The captain of missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 received a two-minute call shortly before take-off from a mystery woman using a mobile phone number obtained under a false identity.”

The call was one of the last made to or dialed from Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah’s cellphone on the day of the flight now more than two weeks ago, the Daily Mail reported.

“Investigators are treating it as potentially significant because anyone buying a pay-as-you-go [prepaid] SIM card in Malaysia has to fill out a form giving their identity card or passport number,” the British paper wrote.

For Bill O'Reilly to disparage Geraldo Rivera in the way that he does in this video, he is doing a great disservice to all journalists that are trying to report the story of the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370. What O'Reilly did was to make people skeptical about any news that they hear about the missing flight. Right before Geraldo was able to discuss his "theory," O'Reilly attacked his credibility.

The arrogant behavior by some of the pundits is appalling; many in the media are looking for ways to be the most sensational. And meanwhile, to be the "oracle" that breaks the "case solved" story, they have to rip into every other "theory."  It is not satisfactory journalism when those of us that are trying to pay attention are constantly forced to discern between facts and speculative theories in the reporting. Mr. O'Reilly, it is BECAUSE of the wall-to-wall media coverage, and WILD speculations, that We the People have to keep every possibility on the table, just as Geraldo said. We don't know if it was a mechanical failure, an attempted hijacking that failed or succeeded, or SOMETHING ELSE entirely!

As Donald Rumsfeld said, "There are things we do not know we don't know."  What do the journalists not know that they don't know?  It makes me wonder.  Just sayin'...

3-19-14 - CNN's Don Lemon has been entertaining all sorts of theories about the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, including the chance something "supernatural" happened, but on Wednesday night, he actually asked panelists about the possibility a black hole was involved. Lemon brought this up along with other "conspiracy theories" people have been floating on Twitter, including people noting the eerie parallels to Lost and The Twilight Zone, and wondered, "is it preposterous" to consider a black hole as a possibility?

Mary Schiavo, a former Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Transportation, said, "A small black hole would suck in our entire universe, so we know it's not that."

Here's another theory I'll just throw out there: what about the plane entered a wormhole into another dimension? I don't know if that's how the science works, though.

VIDEO: Be prepared for something big to come soon

It is a long video, much longer than my usual videos posted here, but it is worth watching every minute of it. Lt. General Tom McInerney (RET, USAF) was right, I believe. Somebody saw this segment, and felt the need to change this story. Here I was thinking that this story would lead to another major military (SEAL Team 6) operation to save the Flight MH370 passengers and crew, something to make Obama look good (like the supposed killing of Osama Bin Laden). But now, they are talking about wreckage possibly being found West of Australia.

Which scenario would help Obama the most, though? Disparaging the thought that there is still terrorism, or a major rescue of the people on that flight, landed somewhere, like in Pakistan?

Wait, maybe the best thing would be to tell the truth, no matter how it all works out. If the missing Flight MH370 went down, it is more likely to have been caused by terrorism than a mechanical failure. If it was a mechanical failure, so they say, hopefully it will be a more convincing theory than a center fuel tank exploding from a spark. I'd hate to see how the Obama minions in the mainstream press try to make it out to be workplace violence.

So, the possible debris from the missing flight is out floating on the ocean. That's pretty convenient, just a day after relatives of Chinese passengers had a melt down about finding their loved ones! I'm just sayin'...

I'm beginning to think that the media is just as clueless as the rest of us are about what happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, despite all of their "experts" they bring in to discuss all of the possibilities. While new information seems to be pouring in on a daily - or hourly - basis, most of the theories that may have once seemed to be plausible quickly get disassembled.

There are two definite camps competing for the way to find Flight MH370. One side believes in a mechanical failure in the plane, and ultimate crash somewhere, probably in the Indian Ocean, while the other theorists are saying that it was a deliberate human act and the plane was hijacked to somewhere - either deep-sixed somewhere in the ocean, or possibly landed safely. Among the hijack conspiracy theorists, there is a strong inclination at this time to think it was terrorist-related, and the plane would be used at a later time for an attack.

We must remember what Donald Rumsfeld once stated:

And I believe the biggest unknown unknown is what WE the PEOPLE don't know! If the missing aircraft is the only really big news that has to be covered wall-to-wall, then okay. But, what if it is this story that takes our attention off of other world events that may be far more important? The Russians take over of Crimea? The civil war in Syria? The role of ObamaCare and the special election in Florida 13 and the 2014 Midterm election? Yes, I can see the possibility of a diversion here. Just sayin'...

Please forgive me for a minute, but there is a theory that I have regarding the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370. I'm pretty sure that the Boeing 777 was landed somewhere with the passengers and crew all alive and ... well, let's just leave it at alive. They could now be hostages. One thing you aren't hearing about very much are the two Iranian passengers with stolen passports and one-way tickets paid for with cash by another unknown Iranian. Is it possible that the plane was landed in Iran? We know about the 20 passengers that are engineers for a company that makes Electronic Warfare equipment. That alone could be valuable to a country like Iran. The plane would be valuable to Iran for use as a way to fly a nuclear weapon to a target, such as Israel, Western Europe, or the United States. And who knows what was in the cargo hold of the plane that might be of great value. And now you know the reason of the title of this post.

Malaysia says no plane debris found at site of Chinese satellite pictures…

Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal reported early Thursday that U.S. aviation investigators and national security officials believe the plane flew for about four hours past the time it reached its last confirmed location, according to data automatically downloaded and sent to the ground from the Boeing 777′s engines as part of a routine maintenance and monitoring program.

U.S. counterterrorism officials are exploring the possibility that a pilot or someone else on board the plane may have diverted it toward an undisclosed location after turning off the plane’s transponders to avoid radar detection, a person tracking the investigation told The Journal.

Wow, but what a brilliant way to take our attention off of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, BenghaziGate and the IRS scandal without a smidgen of corruption! Well, this is the story that will do that, just for the fact that it is so full of PLOT TWISTS! This is the novelist's dream for good ways to spin a story. In fact, it's getting to be one of those stories that would be hard to make up... unless you are Tom Clancy!

Here I am, digging into the story, nearly on a 24/7 basis. It is changing so fast that trying to blog about it on an ongoing basis is becoming a challenge. For example, just before I found this story, I had just posted a video talking about the satellite images:

(Fox News) — No signs of the missing Malaysian jetliner have been found at a location where Chinese satellite images showed what was thought to be plane debris, Malaysia’s civil aviation chief said Thursday.

Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said planes searched the location Thursday. “There is nothing. We went there, there is nothing,” he told reporters in Kuala Lumpur.

China’s official Xinhua News Agency reported late Wednesday a government website has satellite images of suspected debris from the Malaysia Airlines plane that vanished with 239 people aboard just hours after leaving Kuala Lumpur for Beijing early Saturday.

Earlier, Malaysia’s air force chief told reporters that military radar indicated that the plane may have turned from its flight route before losing contact.

“There is a distinct possibility the airplane did a turn-back, deviating from the course,” Malaysian air force chief General Rodzali Daud said Sunday, citing radar data.

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) chief executive Ahmad Jauhari Yahya said the Boeing 777′s systems would have set off alarm bells.

“When there is an air turn-back, the pilot would be unable to proceed as planned,” he said, adding authorities were “quite puzzled” over the situation.

Sunday, air force chief Rodzali Daud did not say which direction the plane possibly took when it apparently went off route.

“We are trying to make sense of this,” he said at a media conference. “The military radar indicated that the aircraft may have made a turn back and in some parts, this was corroborated by civilian radar.”

Pilots are supposed to inform the airline and traffic control authorities if the plane does start to return, according to Malaysia Airlines Chief Executive Ahmad Jauhari Yahya.

“From what we have, there was no such distress signal or distress call per se, so we are equally puzzled,” he said.

The mystery continues, an aircraft is missing with 239 people aboard, including the crew and passengers. As of today (March 11, 2014), no wreckage of the Boeing 777 has been found. If the flight WENT down over the ocean, there would be wreckage that would still be floating on the surface. Mysteries such as this inevitably lead to conspiracy theories, and this case is no exception. The theory I've come up with is that there is something that our government knows but has not told us. Let's just say that there may be a reason that no wreckage has been found, because the plane didn't crash. Instead, it is plausible that the Malaysian flight was landed somewhere, and the passengers and crew are being held captive by terrorists, or even a foreign country. Perhaps a country like China wants information from the "twenty people on board involved in cutting edge electric technology, some used for defense purposes."

Four people in particular who boarded the missing Malaysian plane are being investigated, two for stolen passports and two other passport-related suspects. Those four suspects plus twenty people on board involved in cutting edge electric technology, some used for defense purposes, raise a question with this reporter about electronic weaponry hiding the plane.

Added to the tragic mystery is why not one country checked databases for information about stolen passports used to board the Malaysia Airlines flight.

New electronic weapons allow jamming, blinding, deafening and more, so that a plane could possibly vanish from radar detection and security systems would not be activated. Basic radar Electronic Counter-Measure strategies used in electronic warfare (EW) are: 1) radar interference, 2) target modifications, and 3) changing electrical properties of air.
