Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry know Americans would reject dethroning us as the world super power and making citizens subservient to government. Insidiously, this Administration masks its betrayals with lofty words like fairness, compassion and patriotism. Obama's definition of patriotism includes opening our borders to illegals – taking our guns – taxing businesses out-of-business – repealing Constitutional freedoms and addicting as many able-body Americans to government assistance as possible.

Then along comes this outsider untamed by PC. Fearlessly, he speaks the truth. Wait a minute. This is a crazy way to run a country. I'm gonna make America great again! The people heard and responded positively. The Left is outraged.

If the Left is outraged, that means the Progressives are outraged, which means that the squirmy little wishy-washy RINOs in the Republican Establishment are outraged!  As complicated as this may all seem to those who choose not to try to understand American politics, the message is simple:  "Make America Great Again."  The tone of that simple message outrages the Left only because it is the anti-theme to their declining ability to indoctrinate the public.  The Left's narrative only works with the ignorant sectors of society.

So, don't go blaming Donald Trump or Lloyd Marcus for stating the obvious, or at the very least, pointing at the insidious snake in the grass.  Trump even has the problem of not always being Conservative, but the Conservatives are still not hating Trump's message. If he's outrageous to the Liberal Lefties, then he's alright with Conservatives.  Just sayin'...

While on an aerobic machine at the gym, I caught Trump on TV. It occurred to me that Trump's high poll numbers really represent the American people vs the America hating Left. Trump's campaign slogan is “Make America Great Again.” Them's fightin' words to the Left.

For decades the Left has used its domination of the media and public education to indoctrinate our kids into believing that it is racist and mean to think of America as great. The Left says such pride and patriotism is an insult to the rest of the world.

You think I am crazy? Public elementary schools banned Lee Greenwood's “Proud to be An American/God Bless the USA” in NY and Florida, thus far.

Missing Libyan Jetliners Raise Fears of Suicide Airliner Attacks on 9/11 ~ By Bill Gertz

Counterterrorism expert Sebastian Gorka said that if the theft is confirmed, the stolen aircraft could be used in at least two ways.

“The first would be how commercial airliners were used on Sept. 11, 2001, literally turning an innocent mode of mass transit into a super-high precision guided missile of immense potency,” said Gorka, who holds the Maj. Gen. Charles Horner chair at Marine Corps University in Quantico, Va.

“The second tactic could be to use the airframe with its civilian markings as a tool of deception to insert a full payload of armed terrorists into a locale that otherwise is always open to commercial carriers,” he said.

Michael Rubin, a counterterrorism specialist with the American Enterprise Institute, said commercial jetliners in the hands of terrorists could be formidable weapons.

“Who needs ballistic missiles when you have passenger planes? Even empty, but loaded up with fuel they can be as devastating,” Rubin said.

I do hope that you just watched that video, and read the description. On the upside, I'm sure our military have thought of a plan to deal with human shields on the jetliners being used as weapons. But, on the downside, I really hope that I didn't give terrorists any ideas that they had not thought of yet. Just sayin'...

Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jetliners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa.

Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports.

“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”

Saudi King: West Will be Jihadists' Next Target

The Islamic State (IS) jihadist group has prompted widespread concern as it advances in both Syria and Iraq, killing hundreds of people, including in gruesome beheadings and mass executions.

Lack of action would be "unacceptable" in the face of the phenomenon, King Abdullah said.

"You see how they (jihadists) carry out beheadings and make children show the severed heads in the street," he said, condemning the "cruelty" of such acts.

"It is no secret to you, what they have done and what they have yet to do. I ask you to transmit this message to your leaders: 'Fight terrorism with force, reason and (necessary) speed'."

President Barack Obama has yet to decide whether the United States should launch raids against positions held by the Islamic State jihadist group in Syria to follow US air strikes on IS activities in Iraq.

While Obama is lacking any kind of strategy to start knocking back ISIS, John Kerry is looking for a global coalition to fight the threat of ISIS.

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia has warned that the West will be the next target of the jihadists sweeping through Syria and Iraq, unless there is "rapid" action.

"If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month," he said in remarks quoted on Saturday by Asharq al-Awsat daily and Saudi-backed Al-Arabiya television station.

"Terrorism knows no border and its danger could affect several countries outside the Middle East," said the king who was speaking at a welcoming ceremony on Friday for new ambassadors, including a new envoy from Saudi ally the United States.

“The United States has given us tremendous support, material support with Iron Dome, not only the one that we received, but now both houses of Congress with the support of the Administration have agreed to the request that I made for an additional $225 million for additional Iron Dome protection. That is a lot of support and we deeply appreciate it, and that is the substance of our relationship.

“That’s the tone of our relationship, which gets to the question of these reports that are not only of my conversation with Ambassador Shapiro but also with the President that are full of incorrections, (sic) full of distortions and are wrong both in tone and in substance.

“The right tone, the right substance is the support that we are getting as we speak from the United States of America, and I appreciate it deeply.”

On August 2, 2014, Matthew Lee, AP Diplomatic Writer, in his story for the Associated Press, said that Netanyahu had scolded the U.S.:

Sources familiar with conversations between Netanyahu and senior U.S. officials, including Secretary of State John Kerry, say the Israeli leader advised the Obama administration "not to ever second guess me again" on the matter.

The story, "Netanyahu to US: Don't second guess me on Hamas," quickly went viral in the media. But according to this story by Hana Levi Julian, Bibi Netanyahu claims that it never happened.

Now we have to ask ourselves why AP writer Matthew Lee would have made up the story, or at least exaggerated the report to make it sound more scintillating.  Or, the other possibility, assuming that Netanyahu did not scold the U.S., would be that one of Matthew Lee's sources made up the report. What ulterior motive could a source in the State Department have to make up a story about Netanyahu scolding our President and/or anyone else in the State Department, including the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Dan Shapiro? It doesn't seem to add up.

Well, then again, there's nothing more than Obama would want more right now than to have Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sound like he's kissing up to Obama, and our Congress, for approving the $225 Million aid package for Iron Dome. That does sound like a good way that Obama could keep Jewish Obama (Democrat) voters happy. Just sayin'...

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu used his news conference on Saturday night to debunk a report that on Friday he had scolded US Ambassador Dan Shapiro.

Associated Press reported that Netanyahu allegedly warned the American diplomat in a sharp telephone conversation he now expected the full support of Washington and the rest of the international community for Israel’s counter terror operation in Gaza, following the abduction by Hamas terrorists of IDF 2nd Lt. Hadar Goldin.

Two other IDF soldiers were killed while Goldin was dragged into a terror tunnel in the ambush that took place in the southern Gaza border town of Rafah during a 72-hour humanitarian cease fire forced on Israel by the United States and United Nations. The report claimed Shapiro was told by Netanyahu the Obama administration was not to “ever second guess me again” when it came to dealing with Hamas.

Border Patrol Agents: Cartels May Have "Rented" Cover From Mexican Military Helicopter in Shooting Incident ~ By Katie Pavlich

"Mexican military are oftentimes working hand in glove with the cartels. The Mexican military has routinely crossed the border in areas that Border Patrol agents are actively tracking or seizing drug loads. Inevitably the Mexican military claim they got lost, that the border was not clearly marked, or in extreme cases fire on agents to cover their retreat," National Border Patrol Council Spokesman Shawn Moran exclusively tells Townhall. "Ajo, AZ Border Patrol agents have had several incidents like this over the years where they have taken shots from the Mexican military. The cartels' resources are nearly limitless and it would not surprise me if they "rented" the cover by the Mexican military helicopter in this incident."

Do you by chance recall the two Border Patrol agents, Igancio Ramos and Jose Campean, who spent two years in federal prison, for the non-fatal shooting of a Mexican drug-runner before finally getting their sentences commuted by then President George W. Bush? I'm sure that the Mexican government will not be treating members of their military the same way, even though they crossed the border into U. S. territory, and fired at two Border Patrol agents in Arizona yesterday morning (June 26, 2014), possibly in support of a Mexican drug cartel operation.

Meanwhile, there is a Marine sergeant by the name of Andrew Tahmooressi, languishing ("rotting," as Gretchen Carlson said in the video below) in a Mexican prison for inadvertently ending up in Mexico, with three legally owned guns in his car.   Our dear leader, President Barack Hussein Obama, hasn't lifted a finger to pressure the Mexican government to release the sergeant, who has now been incarcerated in Mexico for three long months.

You would think that this incident of a Mexican military chopper firing on OUR Border Patrol agents, probably for the purpose of helping a drug cartel, would be enough of a reason for the administration to turn up the burners, and put some heat on Mexico to release Sgt. Tahmooressi, a decorated Marine who has served in Afghanistan and suffers from PTSD. Yeah, you would think... But, this IS the Obama regime we're talking about, and they must be just too busy trying to deal with all of the "phony scandals that the Republicans are manufacturing to gin up the base."  Just saying...

On Thursday morning between midnight and 6 a.m. at least one Mexican military helicopter crossed eight miles into the United States and shot at Border Patrol agents with lethal force before returning to Mexican territory. The incident occurred in an area notorious for violent drug cartel activity just west of the Tohono O'odham Indian Nation during a Border Patrol drug interdiction operation. The timing and location of the incident has prompted agents to believe the use of the helicopter by the Mexican military may have been on behalf of drug cartels operating in the area.

Rep. Gowdy: 'I Have Evidence' of Benghazi Cover-Up

"Not only are we trying to get answers with respect to Benghazi, we're also now investigating what appears to be a White House cover-up in one of the worst explanations for why they didn't turn the documents over. I think the speaker just finally lost his patience. I'm glad he did what he did."

The congressman said that a select committee would "cross jurisdictional boundaries." Besides the oversight panel, the Benghazi attacks are being investigated by four other House committees: armed services, intelligence, foreign affairs, and judiciary.

"We were so pigeonholed, so fragmented," said Gowdy, who sits on the judiciary and oversight panels. "You just need one committee that can send subpoenas.

"Our chairmen have done the best job they can do, but you have a tendency to stick within your own bailiwick — and we need somebody to cross all lines," he added. "We need to have those lines disappear, quite frankly."

Because of stonewalling from the Obama administration, where various Congressional committees requested emails and other documents but were obviously not receiving those that they requested, it would appear that there was information that they were trying to cover up.

Trey Gowdy, the Republican Congressman from South Carolina, had been wanting a Select Committee for quite awhile, and has finally gotten his wish.  The email document that Judicial Watch had requested in a law suit finally came to light this last week, and it was a huge story, mainly because it showed that the Obama administration was not providing requested documents requested by the various Congressional committees.

The question now is what other information will come out?  What is the White House trying to cover up?  Did it have anything to do with the 2012 re-election campaign of the President?  Could the actions of the Obama administration lead to any criminal charges?  It all depends on whether a Select Committee can finally alleviate the frustrations that Congress has been facing in trying to get through all the stonewalling they have faced thus far.

But what I can't wait for is what this evidence is that Trey Gowdy says he has but can't tell us about yet.  Just sayin'...

Rep. Trey Gowdy said Friday that he has evidence of a "systematic, intentional" effort by the Obama administration to withhold documents from Congress about the 2012 Benghazi attacks that killed four Americans.

"I have evidence that, not only are they hiding it, there's an intent to hide it," the South Carolina Republican told "On the Record With Greta Van Susteren" on Fox News. "I can't disclose that evidence yet, but I have evidence that there was a systematic, intentional decision to withhold certain documents from Congress — and we're just sick of it."

Let me start you out with the introduction to the column. Ann writes:

Liberals never tire of discussing their own generosity, particularly when demanding that the government take your money by force to fund shiftless government employees overseeing counterproductive government programs.

They seem to have replaced "God" with "Government" in scriptural phrases such as "love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind" (Matthew 22:37).

This week, we'll take a peek at the charitable giving of these champions of the poor.

In her column this week, Ann Coulter explores the charitable giving habits of the very politicians that so compassionately desire your money to help the poor. I've skipped through all of the details of who (Democrats) gave how much money in the paragraphs that I've excerpted, but I promise, it is in her column that you can read in full.

The only way to pry a liberal from his money is to hold ticker-tape parades for him, allowing him to boast about his charity in magazines and on TV.

Isn't that what Jesus instructed in the Sermon on the Mount?

"So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do. ... But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you" (Matthew 6:2-4).

In my Bible, that passage is illustrated with a photo of Bill Gates and Warren Buffett.

At least the hypocrites in the Bible, Redmond, Wash., and Omaha, Neb., who incessantly brag about their charity actually do pony up the money.

Elected Democrats crow about how much they love the poor by demanding overburdened taxpayers fund government redistribution schemes, but can never seem to open their own wallets.

The only evidence we have that Democrats love the poor is that they consistently back policies that will create more of them.

By Dave Welch Posted: January 23, 2010 ~ 1:00 am Eastern © 2010 The political breath of fresh air that swept through Massachusetts this week like an old-fashioned "nor'easter" gave hope that the government takeover of health care and the radical agenda of the Marxist/Democrat machine can be slowed or stopped. The fact that it occurred near where another "shot heard 'round the world" occurred on the 19th of the month (April) was particularly sweet. As usual, let me be the fly in the sugar bowl for a moment to remind us of some important facts. First, anything close to center and certainly center-right from the Commonwealth was a huge victory. However, lest we pin too much hope on Scott Brown, it is important that we remember some critical facts. First, he represents a state that has given us Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Barney Frank and – I know I'll raise some ire with this inclusion – Mitt Romney … all center to very far left on a legitimate scale of true conservatism. This political victory was desperately needed to throw grease under the drive wheels of the Obama/Reid/Pelosi locomotive. The fact that it also represents the uprising of the Common Joe to take our government back is inspiring. With that stated, here is the question we must answer; "How did we get from John and Sam Adams to Ted Kennedy and Barney Frank to begin with?" We must also answer the challenge David presents us from God's word: "If the foundations be destroyed, what shall the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3) The foundation he was referring to is in verse 1, "In the Lord, I take refuge. …" Do we largely take refuge, aka hide our collective self under His authority and protection? How is it that the region that was the birthplace of freedom and produced like the Adams and documents like the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut declined so far, so fast? While we often deride Western Europe for its dead churches, secularism and socialism, those nations have been on a much longer and more gradual decline. New England is the least churched region in the nation, following in the footsteps of our European cousins, producing similar fruits. In large part the majority of our pulpits, congregations and institutions no longer reflect the "aflame with righteousness" described by Alexis de Tocqueville. We have loved comfort, popularity, prosperity and peace far too much to risk even preaching the offensive truth of God's Word lest we chase off the big donors or aren't invited to be keynote at the Church Growth Conference. While we love to wave flags and wipe a tear on Independence Day, do we really know what patriotism is, or is it even a legitimate premise for Christians? Am I irritating you will all these questions? Good. How we define patriotism in its true form, whether it is just people mad at government overreach and overspending or whether the foundations of it are much deeper, is critical. Noah Webster, in his historic 1828 dictionary defines it as:

PAT'RIOTISM ,n. Love of one's country; the passion which aims to serve one's country, either in defending it from invasion, or protecting its rights and maintaining its laws and institutions in vigor and purity. Patriotism is the characteristic of a good citizen, the noblest passion that animates a man in the character of a citizen. (emphasis added)

Because the first disease was so prevalent and so often fatal prior to the miraculous cures wrought by Dr. Albert Sabin and Dr. Jonas Salk, neither of whom managed to garner a Nobel Prize for their heroic efforts, children were kept out of public swimming pools and were discouraged from having too much physical activity. It's a wonder that our entire generation didn't grow up to be hypochondriacs because if you were even slightly fatigued or had an aching back or a stiff neck, anguished parents started measuring you for an iron lung. The second disease, communism, created its own form of hysteria. During the late '40s and early '50s, we had A-bomb drills in public schools. We grammar-school kids were led to believe that in case the Russians hit L.A. with an atomic bomb, we would be safe so long as we dropped to the floor and huddled beneath our desks with our hands clasped tightly behind our necks. As everyone knows, there's nothing better than tiny hands to ward off the effects of atomic radiation. To this day, I wonder who came up with that particular brainstorm. On the off-chance that the Russkies elected not to vaporize us, a lot of people were convinced that the plan to prevent tooth decay by introducing fluoride into our reservoirs was a Commie plot. The fluoride, we were warned, would turn our brains to mush and make us easy prey for the Soviet Menace. It's taken about 60 years, but I am now convinced that the scaremongers were right. How else to explain American liberals except by accepting that the Commies contaminated our water supply? The fact that most Americans haven't turned into brain-dead zombies muttering "hope … change … hope … change" like those scary creatures in horror movies only goes to prove that people have different tolerances to tainted water, just as they do to alcohol, various viruses and Barack Obama's voice. I mean, seriously, when Obama, during the campaign, spoke about judging him by the people he surrounded himself with, he pointed to Richard Lugar, Joe Biden and Warren Buffett, while drawing the curtain on Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and Rashid Khalidi. These days, though, he surrounds himself with such visitors from a strange planet as Van Jones, Kevin Jennings and Cass Sunstein. I'm just wondering if it's still OK for us to judge him by his associates. The MSM likened Obama to Abe Lincoln. I guess their confusion was caused by both men being skinny and from Illinois. One major, rather obvious difference, though, is that Lincoln waged a war to preserve the Union. Obama, on the other hand, would go to war to preserve such unions as the SEIU and the UAW. Liberals get all in a tizzy when they're accused of hypocrisy, but it's hard to escape the fact that while arguing for the redistribution of wealth, you never see such kazillionaires as George Soros, Dianne Feinstein, Jay Rockefeller, Charles Schumer or John Kerry redistributing any of theirs or even paying a penny more in taxes than is absolutely required.
