If you host a nightly program built around character assassination, partisan smears, predictable ideological tripe, party-line goose-stepping and self-important, self-righteous political correctness and nobody but the gang at Daily Kos and the Huffington Post watches, are you really on the air? I don't like to spend too much time discussing the outrages of Keith Olbermann. For the most part, he's pretty irrelevant – toiling away at a cable network that continues to lose viewership even from its hard-core base of those suffering from what V.I. Lenin characterized as "infantile left-wing disorder." Nevertheless, for the great masses who don't watch MSNBC, I think it's important you know what Olbermann did last week: He blamed the Fox News Channel for the murder of late-term abortionist George Tiller.
