The Media Refused to Cover This, So We Will ~ Ep. 1404 ~ The Dan Bongino Show

From the Dan Bongino Show's description of this episode in his Show Notes (a.k.a. Newsletter!):
In this episode, I discuss the dramatic hearing in Arizona yesterday and the intentional media black out. I also discuss another chilling episode where a public figure was caught violating her own edicts.

As Dan will tell you, and often does during his intro segments, it is definitely a packed show today!  He's never wrong, and actually, I think all of his episodes are packed with information that we need, to counter the lies and gaslighting by the fake news organizations in the legacy mainstream media.

And as you will learn more about in this episode, "Fakebook" (actually known as Facebook, but Dan calls it Fakebook, and so will I), uses "fact checkers" from liberal third-party news sources.  So, if you are a Conservative, some liberal is sitting there sifting through your posts and trying to find problems with it, at least "misinformation" in their liberal viewpoint.  Unfortunately, sometimes their liberal bent is so slanted, they actually characterize something as nonfactual or misinformation, when it isn't.  That happened to Candace Owens.  And Candace fought back! And she won!  Just wait until you hear what she claimed, and Fakebook deemed it to be false.  Dan will tell you what it was that she said, and you'll definitely be thinking the factcheckers are working with a double-digit IQ at the best!

Dan's "this will nuke your bagels" segment was a definite "bagel nuker" in this episode!  More evidence from Nevada of the gigantic election malfeasance that went on in November 2020.  Dan explains what somebody could do if they wanted to commit election fraud.  Let's just get right to the point:  The mail in votes, the lack of a requirement for valid IDs to vote, or the lack of signature checking, all things that could and should be fixed, made it so that this election was ripe for massive malfeasance and fraud to take place.

Finally, I want to comment on Dan's segment on the Covid-19 restrictions, and data that may show something different from what we're being told about the lethality of the Corona virus.   You have to wonder about those politicians that restrict our actions, but then they break their mandated restrictions.  If dining out in a restaurant is so dangerous, then why would they do that?  Are they just stupid, or are they lying to us?  It has to be one or the other, right?  I definitely agree with Dan on that!  (You'll have to watch this episode to find out which one Dan thinks it is.)

Because I know that Dan Bongino would prefer that I embed the Rumble.com video here, I am now doing that! It finally came to me how to do it, and I am very pleased, because it doesn't require me to use the JavaScript code to do it! So, when you are watching, you will not be seeing it via youtube.com again. Nope, not here. Ever!  No more screwtube embedded video here! Forevs! So, it's now RUMBLE all the way, Dan.  For Dan's show page on Rumble.com, click here.

VIDEO: Trump campaign, supporters give press conference in Las Vegas

Former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt and American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp speak at a press conference calling for an investigation of voting in Las Vegas and Nevada on behalf of the Trump campaign Sunday.

This will be going on for some time, and the American people need answers.  For the media to not only call the election won by Joe Biden, they are also gaslighting us into believing that nothing indicates any kind of voter fraud.  This is just to show you that there could be a lot of evidence of voter fraud and vote counting in a way that favored Joe Biden.

So, yes, the Demonicrats and media saw the election as a way to get President Trump out of office, which they had been trying to do for the last four years.

Now That the Feds Have Backed Off, Where Does This Leave the Nevada Rancher in His Battle With the Gov’t?

‘The Door Isn’t Closed’

For now, however, a relative calm has fallen on Gold Butte and Bunkerville, the return of armed federal agents increasingly unlikely. But Washington’s decision over the weekend to cease its roundup operations does not mean it has abandoned its plans to exercise authority over Nevada’s public lands.

The door isn’t closed,Bureau of Land Management spokesman Craig Leff said after federal agents retreated from the area. “We’ll figure out how to move forward with this.

Aided by armed militiamen, some of whom were reportedly in Nevada at Bundy’s invitation, the veteran rancher has won himself a brief reprieve.

But it’s unlikely he’ll win any meaningful legal battles in the near future.
As I stated in a post yesterday, "When I wrote the description for this video, I did my very best to stay neutral, and just allow the video to speak for itself." I am maintaining the same stance in providing this story.  The opinions coming from various legal sources, however, seem to say that Mr. Bundy may not have the grazing rights that he believes he does.  There are still many questions to be answered, such as the big one:  What is the government going to do now about the Bundy ranch situation?

Last Saturday (April 12, 2014), we were just an itchy trigger finger away from what could have been a disaster for everybody involved.  Many lives could have been lost in a standoff gone very wrong.  Thankfully, the U.S. government decided to stand down.

So, how is the government going to find a way to resolve the dispute without a future blood bath?  All I can say is that we'll have to wait and see.  I can imagine that, for a very different reason than what Sen. Harry Reid said, "It's Not Over," we may still be on the brink of a looming tragedy.  Whether he is right or wrong, we would hope that the federal government doesn't want to make a martyr out of Cliven Bundy.  The timing would be somewhat embarrassing for Obama's administration due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine.  Trying to negotiate a peaceful resolution in the Geneva talks would make diplomacy a little more difficult if we had a violent resolution of our own disagreement over state sovereignty with a rancher in Nevada!  Just sayin'...

From theblaze.com

Cliven Bundy
Federal agents waved the white flag Saturday and retreated from Gold Butte, Nev., releasing some 389 “trespass cattle” that had been rounded up as the result of an ongoing land dispute between rancher Cliven Bundy and the United States.

But as Bundy family members celebrate what they call a decisive victory in their decades-long struggle against the federal government, the legal battle between the Clark County rancher and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management is far from over.

He’s still making these arguments about how the federal courts don’t have jurisdiction because the United States doesn’t own the land in question,” Dan Greenberg, an attorney and president of the Advance Arkansas Institute, a nonprofit that advocates for public policy based on the principles of limited government, told TheBlaze.

He’s losing on all these claims,” Greenberg said, noting that Bundy’s arguments have already been rejected twice by the courts. “Unfortunately for him, his arguments – that he simply doesn’t recognize federal authority – will not be recognized in the courts. … The legal theory here that Mr. Bundy’s using is radical in its implications.

Reviving sovereignty of the states ~ By Henry Lamb

I can always depend on great columns about Constitutional issues from Henry Lamb. Once again, he hasn't let me down. The protection of the Constitution is of utmost importance in preserving what freedom we have left. The First 10 Amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, was introduced by James Madison. The Bill of Rights was designed to "further clarify the authority and limitations of the federal government." Henry goes on to discuss the 10th Amendment in this column, which will help you understand the matter of States' sovereignty.

There is a growing effort in Western states to force the federal government to honor its constitutional limitation on land ownership and return to the states that which is rightfully theirs.

Is the federal government sovereign, with authority over state governments? Or, are individual state governments sovereign, with authority over the federal government? It's a simple question; it's the answer that's a problem.

The federal government exists because representatives of the states created it. This fact should provide a clue. The federal government was designed by representatives from the states in a document called the Constitution of the United States. The federal government became a reality when the Constitution was ratified by the ninth state, New Hampshire, on June 21, 1788. This infant government, created by the states, began operation March 4, 1789. From that day until this, people have been arguing over whether the federal government or the states possess the supreme authority.

It is quite clear that the people who designed the federal government intended it to be limited in its power. Article I, Section 8 sets forth 17 enumerated powers of the federal government. The first clause empowers the new government to "lay and collect taxes," to provide for the "defense and general welfare" of the United States. Here's where the argument gets nasty.

One group of people argues that the phrase "general welfare" means whatever Congress wants it to mean with no limitations. Another group of people argues that if this is what the designers intended, why on earth would they have bothered to enumerate the remaining 16 specific powers? It's a reasonable question that the first group prefers to ignore rather than answer.

To be sure that the federal government's authority stayed limited, the primary architect of the Constitution, James Madison, introduced the Bill of Rights in the very first Congress in 1789. These first 10 Amendments further clarify the authority and limitations of the federal government. The 10th Amendment, in particular, limits the federal government to those powers enumerated in the Constitution and explicitly reserves all other powers to the states and to the people.
