I'll make this a quick intro tonight.  If you haven't decided who to vote for this election, you will be sadly informed by Dan in this episode that the Demonicrats (misspelling intended) have totally lost their minds.  Never mind that they never had minds to begin with.  So, either they are the dumbest people that could ever get to the U.S. Senate or any other seat of power, or they think that YOU, the voter, are absolutely clueless.  You have to choose one or the other, because when a CNN hack actually calls the Demonicrats out, as you will see Jake Tapper do, you have to know it is one or the other.  Wait, what? Nominating a replacement Justice, then having the Senate advise and consent when a Supreme Court seat is vacant, is unconstitutional?  And that President Trump is "packing the court," when that is not even being done?  You have to see this all unfolded and unpacked by Dan, so that you WILL know who to vote for!

As you will see later in this episode, the phenomenal large crowd at a Joe Biden rally event in Arizona, surprises and overwhelms everyone, including a poor, lonely reporter, who finds that nobody actually shows up.

What Are They Hiding? They’re Lawyering Up ~ Ep. 1258 ~ The Dan Bongino Show®

In this episode I address the increasingly bizarre case against General Mike Flynn as the judge in the case lawyers up! I also cover the explosive growth of podcasts as evidenced by the latest Joe Rogan deal. Finally, I address the Biden team meltdown over this video.

I'll get right to the punchline. At the end of the show, Dan asks us to help determine what Joe Biden really said. Was it, "I'll beat Joe Biden," or was it "I'll be Joe Biden"???  First of all, you'd have to know if he was inebriated or intoxicated.  Words can be so easily slurred in certain conditions.  You can listen, and make your own decision.

But, it was a head fake, just so you know.  A head fake by our side, courtesy of Dan Bongino, and will keep the weak minded trolls in social media busy for weeks making their brilliant, scientific, complete forensic studies of that clip.  That will keep them busy!  Meanwhile, the adults in the room can discuss the serious issues.  Things like what Dan says about the media.

Now, think about it.  Shouldn't the people doing journalism be the ones that give us real news, and not fake news?  The reporter just has one job, and that is to report the facts.  No bias is required.  Just the facts, ma'am.  But as it turns out, editors decide HOW the story is presented, with their editorial bias injected.  Or, the editors can also edit by omission, which can unfortunately lead to the media telling "a story," rather than "the story," as Dan expresses it. 

This episode gave me a whole bunch of things to think about.  Yep, hearing about Judge Emmet Sullivan "lawyering up" with Beth Wilkinson, a comrade of Kathryn Ruemmler, should make you wonder what is going on.

An interesting diversion from the political things: Dan talks about the New York Times article about Joe Rogan's success.  Okay, I'm not going to try to tell the younger crowd of the readers here what or how to think, but pay attention to what has prompted this story to get out there, and a mention here.  From an old guy like me to the young people out there, always pay attention to the TRENDS.  And getting the information, actual facts, will matter more and more in the future.

Dan Bongino was on fire today, and knocking it clear out of the park. [NOTE: I'm listening to Kenny G's album, "Breathless," as I write this, so that I can remain somewhat calm. Wow, it's been a long time since I listened to Kenny G. It was Q's suggestion, though, and it is helping.] Perhaps saying that Dan was agitated today would be an understatement. In fact, he admits it. And I'll be very honest with you, I'm breathless after seeing this episode, especially in his first segment.  You can see Florida Governor DeSantis' reaction to the media in this segment, or see it here on youtube.com. 

Look, I do need to warn you that Dan goes into some things at the end of that first segment, that some people may disagree with.  I'm almost afraid to tell you this, but if you are a liberal snowflake, you're not going to like this too much.  I can tell you this:  I've been saying the same things about the lockdowns for a month.  There is a very grave danger to turning this country into an impoverished "sh**hole" because we completely destroyed our economy and crushed our freedoms.  Yes, the freedoms that so many people have fought and died for, to protect for YOUR Freedom!  (Don't forget those that fought and died for your freedom, this weekend! And thank all veterans that you know, too!  They will all appreciate it.)

Yes, maybe, it's time to End It. Now.  No more lockdowns.  No more prohibitions to worshiping at the church or synagogue or mosque of your choice.  I think it is up to you to decide if going to a service would not be in your best interest for health reasons.  But, the people have not consented to let little dictators make those decisions for us.  We may have given you (the government) some slack when this all started early in March of 2020.   But some of those in power enjoyed their power so much, that they came up with all kinds of reasons why they continue to keep us from living free.  It just has to end.  Like Dan will tell you, the liberal left is coming close to cracking open that thin layer of crust, holding back the volcano.

I will leave you now so that you can get watching this episode.  There is a great segment about Obama's Fixer.  That would be one Kathryn Ruemmler.  Yes, she's back!  Wait until you hear who she's working with now.  Just don't forget, they all know each other, they all have something to hide, and Barry Obama obviously needs "The Fixer" to keep his vaunted legacy from being tarnished.  (It's already at the landfill, or the dust bins of history, in my humble opinion!)

And I am really looking forward to tomorrow's (Fri., May 22, 2020) SHOWS!  Yes, Dan's regular episode, and then the very special interview with Gen. Mike Flynn's new attorney, who is now working on getting him freed from the hoax charges, which the DOJ has dropped, Sydney Powell.  That's a lot to look forward to!  However, you can kind of get a grasp of the next two episodes by reading this excellent column by Lee Smith.  General Michael Flynn was posing a great threat to Barack Obama, by opposing the Iran deal that Obama had made, and he paid it.

SHOW NOTES for Episode 1255

The Obama Fixer is Back! ~ Ep. 1189 The Dan Bongino Show®

As Dan Bongino always says, "Remember the names," "They all know each other" and "They all have something to hide." One of the names that keeps showing up, over and over, is Kathryn Ruemmler, an attorney, who had been known as "The Obama fixer," in the Obama White House. Like Barry O. would say, Ruemmler "could see around corners and anticipate things nobody else could see." (That may not be the exact quote, but close enough.)  Anyway, in this episode, Dan will give you a background to the swampy Ruemmler activities, and how she just shows up again when it involves some folks who worked for the Mueller witch hunt in the Russia hoax. It just can't be, could it? Out of all the lawyers in the country, and along comes the Obama fixer, once again? I emphasize that Dan is saying that sarcastically.

As always, there are several more very important segments in Episode 1189 that are "MUST SEE (tv)," that you do NOT want to miss! Yes, it gets very critical of Bernie Sanders, who keeps doubling down in his glossing of Cuba's literacy program, and continues to put lipstick on the most evil pig, Socialism, Fascism, Communism and all that Marxist rot. Bernie seems to not realize that literacy doesn't matter when anything those people are "free" to read is Communist/Marxist propaganda! Millions upon millions of people are laying in shallow graves as a result of those murdering tyrants, such as Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Castro and others. With all of the Cubans now living in Southern Florida, if Bernie gets the Demonicrat nomination, you can put Florida in the Trump column next November. Dan Bongino is pretty sure about that. I am, too!

Finally, the episode does end on a sad note. Regarding the death of Phil Haney, it has not been ruled a suicide (up to now, that I know of). Phil Haney was a whistle blower during the Obama administration. You can get the rest of the story toward the end of the video.
