Former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker weighs in on Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) scorching Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor's court critique. Former acting AG Whitaker explains that the large number of nationwide injunctions from California district courts and the 9th Circuit rulings have greatly increased the need to go to the Supreme Court, and push back, so that the President's policies can be implemented. Justice Sotomayor's comments drew fire when she stated that the Supreme Court was just a rubber stamp for the President.
