I’m no lawyer (although I play one on TV), but it’s clear the selling of Obamacare was built on fraud. Gruber admits (actually brags) that Obamacare could never have passed if the American people knew what was in it.

Gruber brags that the bill was saved by a “lack of transparency.” Isn’t that a nice way of saying lying?

He calls American voters “stupid.” Isn’t that what con men like Trudeau and Bernie Madoff think of their victims?

I found this article by Wayne Allyn Root shortly after having seeing a meme that I had exploited with my brilliant comment.

"Throw Jonathan Gruber to the wolves,
and he will return doing the perp walk,
just ahead of the rest of the wolves of Washington."

No, I'm not the man that shot Bin Laden, nor even be the one that found him. But, finding all of this out about another enemy of the American people that was responsible for endangering our economy, and hurt 300 million people with lawless socialist policies, and then being able to write about it, gives me the strength to keep on doing what I do.

I have not wanted to be somebody that would cheer on the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama. I was around when Nixon had to resign. The thought of that time in American history is chilling. It was a time when people were wondering what kind of country we were living in. It was a disgusting era in our national pride. Who could ever be proud of our country when criminals were running it?

And now, I am having the same thought. Only, it is now worse. Seeing our once very popular President doing a perp walk will not go over well with a big portion of the population that supported and voted for the man - twice. But then, I do not believe it will happen any time soon. Well, not until we have a Republican President and his appointed Attorney General that will think the same way I am thinking. It will still take courage. Just sayin'....

Fraud: Act or course of deception, an intentional concealment, omission, or perversion of truth… Willful fraud is a criminal offense which calls for severe penalties, and its prosecution and punishment (like that of a murder) is not bound by the statute of limitations.

Now let’s take a look at how Obamacare was sold. Almost one year ago, I asked right here at Personal Liberty: “Is President Obama Too Big to Jail?”

I was referring primarily to the crime of fraud and misrepresentation used by Obama and his socialist cabal to sell Obamacare.

Right here at Personal Liberty months ago, I compared the fraud and deception used by Obama to sell Obamacare to the fraud committed by TV infomercial scam-artist Kevin Trudeau. I suggested Obama committed the crime of consumer fraud.
