Phill Kline, former Atty General of Kansas, was trying to enforce the law that he had helped to write as a State Representative. Dr. George Tiller ("The Killer") was doing many late term abortions. Kline tried to subpoena the patient records, and began a descent into a hell that Governor Kathleen Sebelius helped keep on high broil.
